very poor customer service support for online orders. It’s the first time I’ve placed an order online and they want to charge me for delivery although they will deliver after 4 working days (and not 2 working days as promised on their website). For whatever reason the delivery is delayed, instead of bearing the delivery cost, insist to pass it on to the customer although it’s not my fault. And when I refused, they’ve asked me that they’re happy to cancel the order. Clearly, they have no clue about any customer service.

The lady who assisted me had an attitude the whole time but I needed to buy a gift so I ignored it. After getting back to my country and when the gift was opened the lady had packed the wrong fragrance even though I showed her exactly which one I wanted she charged me for that one but had packed a cheaper one also one that I did not want. This is a joke and I’ve tried contacting the outlet but no response!

Impolite behaviour from the staff. Told the staff that I wanted to buy the bleu de chanel parfum and the immediate answer was " do you know the price?" As if he has decided already that we wouldnt be able to afford it. And then asked to wait. Waited for 20 mins and left without attention and the product. Good Job Chanel. You have wonderful staff with racial profiling.

The store has an average collection. The staff has the worst attitude and the guy is very rude. They did not have the perfume I was looking for so after spending 5 mins in the store the guy humiliated me by saying “is that it ?! Why do people walk in when they don’t want to buy !” I was shocked by his statement and no wonder he fails in making a sale for days. The management needs to keep a check on this.

I always get my Chanel fragrances from the Mirdif city center branch as it is the closest to me however I absolutely dislike the staff. They are very dry and not helpful at all, except for Catalina, she is amazing. Overall, it’s not crowded and has everything although it’s small.

So i visited this store of chanel in mirdiff and the lady ninsiima , despite asking her to match the shade she gave attitude and went back to cater to the emiratis because racism and surprisingly i came before than them .coz they feel they get more business than them.never going back to this store again. Where they dont treat everyone equally

The staff was extremely Rude when we asked for help ! waited more than 30 minutes to get assisted by Khalid , and then khalid refused to wrap the perfumes as gifts and told us to add more items we did add 2 more items only to tell us he is going to put them in the smallest box , and asked us again to add more items !! zero stars

By far the worst and pathetic store to visit. There is an Ethiopian stuff (don’t know the name) who was not even interested in assisting the customer, on top of that when my mom asked her about some product and was really interested in buying it, the staff was acting super rude (told my mom she should have done more homework regarding her concealer) and did not even bother if she is loosing a customer (hence why the store always seems to be empty). I think Chanel should train their staff on how to behave with clients.

I would rather go shop in Sephora or other competitors as they respect and give time to customers rather than the Chanel store in MCC.
Either ways no one will read this or take any actions regarding the same.

Had a nice time exploring the souk. Be careful of people telling you to follow them because they have some miracle recipes against baldness or acne. They will bring you to a shop and tell you to buy things there.

Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff is extremely rude! Nasimi especially but even the other guy was very rude. First of all it took them ages to assist customers for only one thing and then when I was shopping on my own she did not let me pick the foundation and started telling me you need to wait and only I can give you the foundation. I dont have all day I was waiting there but she could assist another customer meanwhile all I asked for was a foundation shade that I had already selected. I have been using chanel brand since the past 20 years! But unfortunately because of the staff now you’ve lost a customer, I would rather shop somewhere else but go there to be insulted this way

The service and the staff are not at all interested in the clients and are all hiding in the back room. I was served by Ninsiima and was was just rushing me to pay and get out of the store and i had to ask for other products as she was not promoting anything and not even interested to talk. Best service definitely in Dubai mall store

Have been dealing with Haritha. What a great experience and services provided. First time buying, so many discussion/issues arise but Haritha is really helpful. Second time buying the process become very smooth.will look forward for long term dealing with this company.

All fake perfume you will get hard to get find authentic pure original purfume but original those are already branded like Ajmal Swiss Arabia, Arabian oud, AL Haramain, elite oud, and similar branded only...

I was at the store a few hours ago. The sales person there seemed polite & friendly. He made some recommendations and also let me try quite a few fragrances. I ended up buying a fragrance he recomended - The Wood Collection Dusk which was priced at 589 aed "after a 10% discount", for which he said he couldn't give me a tax refund receipt either "because it is already discounted" and at a "very good price". Not to mention, he kept telling me how honest he was this whole time.

I now checked the price on the internet and it is available for about 150 aed in carrefour and several other stores for around the same price. It's a tourist spot, things could be slightly expensive but this kind of price difference is just a SCAM! And what kind of shop at a tourist attraction does not offer a tax refund receipt?? Oh, and I don't have the option of returning it either, as per the receipt.

I would NOT recommend any tourist to buy from here. Locals would know better than to buy from here anyway!

Unfortunately I went there to do my shopping for the perfumes after chatting with sales person over whatsapp. To be honest they are not really trust worthy in regards to the prices. The prices mentioned and shared with me over whatsapp are not the same what the other sales man inside the shop displayed. This considered misleading and not a trust worthy from a reputed company to do so. Beside that so many other shops in the area have a better pricelist.

It's a cool place with various stores where you get to see varieties of Gold, but you gotta have loads of money if you plan to buy from any store here, I eventually didn't buy any because they were above my budget. But beautiful pieces are sold here from 18carat to 22carat 😀

What an incredible experience! Perfumes, gold, jewlerly, spices and so much more. We were a bit confused and uncomfortable but just like being in China Town in NYC you do it. The spices we brought back home as gifts were trully unique and special. They seem to also specialize in special creams and soaps. Lol

Right place to buy perfumes and oud in Dubai. There are aplenty of shops here where you get almost all eminent brands of perfumes. Little bit bargain can bring down the prices depending upon the quantity you order. Beware of small shops that sell fake branded ones and avoid guys approaching you to sell branded perfumes. Priced are lower in comparison with online shopping sites

So many different perfumes, it's a little insane. This is where you will see aggressive selling, buy its expected, right? The weather wasn't the best with the rain and we went on a Friday, which is their Holy day. There was a traffic jam because of the mass prayer, which was powerful to see. We just really wanted to grab souvenirs for a low price and we were able to do so. You can find spices, bags (unsure if they are real or not), clothes, shoes, pretty much everything. This is the old part of Dubai, and you can tell by how the living spaces are smaller and notably shorter than the tall buildings in the new city.

This place is located in Deira Dubai. Any taxi can drop you there or you can take metro too. Metro will drop at little distance and you will be required to walk about 1 km or less, as you will walk through the gold souk. Well back to perfume souk... Don't go there on Friday as it may not open due to namaz. You will find various and numerous shops there. The perfumes are of Afghani flavour and they are cheap to costly ... but as much as I tried l, all were good. Still try the fragrance and buy as you wish. Well I bought from "Al Waha" which was newly opened and in front of gold souk. They were friendly and suggested good perfumes. I will recommend this shop only. Go there and you will find the fragrance of your choice .. I guess so :). I have given pic of the shop. Someone recommended this shop to me and I'm recommending this to you. I am using perfumes from this shop and these r too good. You may not get the international imported perfumes here but similar fragrances you may get. Try the local fragrances also .. Arabian fragrances. Enjoy

Don't go on Friday as shops may not open, as happened with me. However some shops opened later and I was able to check the perfumes. The perfumes are largely based on perfume oils and are similar to Afghani fragrances however few shopkeepers have various oils with them and they can make various fragrances to your taste. I would have returned empty handed, if my driver would not have given me a phone number of a shopkeeper. I must say that the shopkeeper of perfume shop Al Waha was very nice and gave me good price for various perfumes. I bought 5 bottles and these perfumes stay on body or cloths. Oudh is a famous fragrance in Saudi continent and it feels like I'm in Dubai even when I use this fragrance at my home in india :). This shop is in front of gate of gold souk. U can trust him and this is the only issue when we go to other places and buy products. I didn't find branded international perfumes here but these local perfumes were good and cheap too. From rs 200-1000 you can get good fragrances. You can take oil also which are very good. You must go and keep whole day for this place ... You will check out gold souk also 😄😄.. enjoy !!
