It was nice to stay as Suiteable Holiday Homes and the place is awesome with stairs leading into bedroom and a cozy lighting, it was full of different appliances even a molcajete! Though unheard by us. Furthermore, the maintenance was quick to arrive and solve an issue that occurred. All in all very pleased!

Each person have different experience for same service and service provider. My experience with this agency is beyond any expectations I had in UAE in the last couple of months. Stayed in 1 bedroom in JVC. Apartment was full of cockroaches even after pest control. The handover was okay, they did promise but not deliver like 2 big dirty carpets were kept in the small balcony and I kept asking what they plan to do with it. No reply. I had to bug them daily for 2 weeks for the access cards. Lamps were not working. Stove and oven wasn't working so they provided hot plate. Pool was closed. Vacuum cleaner wasn't working. We had to figure out which router among the many routers in storage was the one that was working. That should have been done prior to check-in. Keep in mind the sanitation for 1 bedroom apartment is 600aed. Even when I had to clean the apartment as soon as I checked in as it was still dirty. I sent them photos as proof. So say goodbye to your deposit . Also it's been 2.5 weeks after I checked out and I still do not have the rest of my deposit.

We had been renting an apartment in Downtown Dubai managed by Hashtag for 1 month. The company and its employees made positive impression. Thanks to Irina and Shafic they helped by viewing and handover process.The rent was arranged quickly and in suitable time. He showed the apartment, all the facilities (pool, gym, parking place, etc.) explained everything in details and patiently answered for all questions. Check-in process went smoothly. He also was in contact and rapidly solved some maintenance issues that we had. The apartment itself was small, but comfortable. There were all necessary house appliances, kitchenware, and furniture. This company has very bad customer service on the phone.

I called to get some pricing of there plans to manage few of my properties and the lady was just arguing with me on why I called and was not supportive at all.

Stayed at their apartment for several nights,had an amazing experience. The apartment was completely new and very nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses, beautiful and well-lit bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, cool and nice area, Everything was just perfect! Shafic is a very nice and helpful host . We highly recommend their service.

Quite average all around. My one-star rating is because I was charged for late checkout which was rejected but they still took my payment. It has been 11 days since - I still have not received a refund of 400 AED or a reply or acknowledgement.

Very nice studio on 43th floor with great view. Studio is nice and comfortable with all accessories which you need. Pool area is stunning, gym with all equipment and changing rooms includes steam and finish saunas. Andrea is also friendly and helpful. Great choice for living in Dubai.

I love my week-long stay here at Burj Vista Tower 2 in Downtown, Dubai! Everything is ready & available: we can cook, watch good movies, soundtrip, dip in the tub, and even do the laundry & clothes pressing. The cooling system is manageable.
I love the kitchen, all the things i need is there which made preparations & cooking easy and convenient.
Receptionists are warm & friendly. The cleanliness around and the fresh scent is impressive. The tower entrance is facing right at the impressive Burj Khalifa and indeed, it was a beautiful sight!
There's a connecting bridge about 7-10mins walk going to Dubai Mall, this access is really cool!
Space is good for a big family since we got the 2-bedroom apartment. It's like home away from home.
Spending my birthday here is extremely awesome and memorable!

The apartment was everything you could have wished for. Friendly receptionists, great location, apartment as described. The HiGuest guys were good any issues they replied instantly. Fixed things and were very friendly. Definitely would rent again from them.

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive team. Their customer service is extremely poor. They stop responding to your messages as soon as they take payment. Please beware of them as they don’t even refund your stay in case you vacate earlier and don’t offer alternative available apartments. They are not sensitive to guest requests and do not offer any cooperation.

The pictures of the apartment shown are different to the actual apartment as the apartments at Damac Maison Canal views are extremely run down, shabby and poorly furnished. Bathrooms are extremely cramped and water drips and wets the entire floor if you take a shower.

Great location. Room basic but extremely noisy with mosque and traffic. Checkin was easy but checkout was poor. Cleaner arrived on time but we were left waiting on someone to come to return our deposit. VERY POOR service!

We had a week long stay at this apartment and it was super comfortable and fun, with a very pretty view.
The apartment is very well located, just 7-8 min walk to the DMCC metro station. There is a pharmacy and grocery store right in the premises of the tower.
The kitchen and the whole house is well equipped which made it all the more enjoyable and pleasant for us

I can’t explain how amazing my stay was at the waves tower by kosco.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy.

The location is perfect since we are close by to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and many more places.

The front desk was very helpful and would always get us a taxi when needed.

You have a convenient store that’s opened 24 hours in the building that allowed us to buy anything we needed.

The pool and hot tub were great with amazing views!!

The host was great at communication and was very helpful.

We spent 9 days in apartments Bahar 1 Tower (JBR) with our family of 4. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The only thing we would have liked was a dishwasher. The location was excellent. The JBR beach was a 5-minute walk away, and the view from the windows was amazing. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 15-minute walk to the Marina Mall and the metro station. The host sent us very helpful and informative instructions, was always available, and quickly resolved any minor issues. We had a great time. We highly recommend these apartments.

Roooms are nice or not depending on the building you get.
But the service from Hi Guest leaves a lot to desire.
They don't have a good organization, and truly don't care about the guest. If they need money feo m you they will go to charge you without even telling you they are coming. I was showering and they guy ringing the bell outside for me to pay the deposit.
And didn't even have change.

The iron in the 1st building I stayed was not working properly and ruined my clothes, but they didn't even care.

I waited an hour to do check in, and they say it's part of the process to leave you waiting without explanation as they fill in the formats.... And whatever they have to do.
And that's fine!! But at least they can tell you, Hey we are in this process doing whatever... And it's gonna take around an hour, please wait.
And that would have been perfect for me, but they didn't.

Two different buildings, two different rooms, but the same awful service.
Wouldn't recommend them!
For the price paid I'd have expected at least one day of cleaning in a week, but they charge you more for it.

General they are awesome rooms.
But the service from Hi Guest isn't by far a High quality service.

Actually I used to visit Dubai every 4-5 months since many years . But my experience with Green Future Holiday Homes is greatly different this time . They have a roomy , clean luxurious apartments with accepted prices . Surrounded by good restaurants, supermarkets, and closed to Dubai mall . But the amazing thing is also , the kind , cooperative and helpful people who are running the business ( Ms. Kessy Thomas ) and ( Mr.Shamz) . I highly recommend this apartments for others .

If you are heading to Dubai, I recommend Guestready's properties. The apartment i stayed in was so beautiful, and it is positioned at the right place. Everything is at a walking distance, and I mean literally everything. It was amazing. The balcony view was breathtaking, especially at night 😊😊😊.

Very very bad dealing from the owner and very dirty flat . I came and I found the flat was very dirty with bad smell and I cancelled the rent but they didn’t give me any money back although the rent was for one week, they should at least give me 50%.

Please if you want to enjoy your holiday don’t rent it.

Very bad experience, I have booked the property in Marquise Square for 6 days.
Unprofessional staff, this guy was rude to welcome the client and he didn't give the towels and floor mat on the check in time, he only give very ugly dirty towel and he didn't informed the inventory and the worst thing when I checked out he said there is missing glass and he took my video without my permission and we all knew this is illegal in Dubai. After Inspection the other lady said there is make up on the towel which is can be clean by the laundry company and she said also there is broken wall.
I was lucky I made video before check in so I have proved that it happened before. She also said I was the first client ever stay in that property while when I check in there is another client just checked out.
They are not respect the client, very unhappy paid a lot of money with the service from this Agency.

I have all evidence and witness when all of this happened, I have recorded his phone when he is panicking doesn't want to show me his phone because he did took my video.

I booked this place BEFORE EID why don't you prepare everything as you know I will stay there on EID holiday ?
And I did viewing before I book this place, everything was perfect but when I checked in all not the same, do you thing you honest to the client ?
What should I say then ?

You not give me towels, floor mat, hand soap and even tissue toilet, this is the very basic things you need to provide. Of course I will ask those things, doesn't matter you are on holiday or not, you have client then you should be ready for any requests mostly the towels I don't get.
I don't ask anything else on EID except towels and floor mat until my last check out you not even give single tissue toilet.
Then why you want extra money for those things I should get on my stay ?
You are agency holiday home then you should know the basic job of hospitality.

I didn't say you took my money!!
I said you tried with all of those issues you can't prove. You refund my deposit after I send you the video I was lucky took it before stayed because no one explain what's broken in the property.

You cannot complain things after Inspection.
When I left the property he just informed those 3 things:
Plate, missing glass, and wall has been cleaned I have all the proved.

If you can't accept bad reviews from the clients then try to change your services.

The property is superb, I had all I needed and more! The place was clean, the view is spectacular and the response from the team was quick. I stayed for 6 nights opting to be somewhere quiet, where I can gather my thoughts and still be able to work. The location is towards the end of the fronds but I didn’t mind it as long as accessible for deliveries plus had neighboring (walking distance) places to dine. Definitely highly recommended.

We stayed at HiGuests Marina Heights apartment last January with my family.The stay was too good. their hospitality , everything was up to the mark not to mentioned the Check-in process is a quick process. We really appreciate since we got 2 kids.
They really took good care of us, we have forgotten to request for baby cot for our one year old baby, they informed us during check-in that it is subject to availability and nothing is free at the moment. The very next day they surprised us and brought one that became available. The rooms were nice and clean with good view. We love to come back.

These guys are a scam - was renting short-term with them for a year, and they kept changing the price every month keeping it higher than the market, and ended up deducting 850 aed for cleaning and repainting out of the security deposit - this is not what the security deposit is for. The apartment is a short-term rental, so cleaning is already part of the cost. Such a shame they treat a loyal customer like this. Never again.

I booked an apartment for my cousin with his family who were visiting and they had an amazing experience. The apartment was beautiful and super clean. The communication via their app was really cool and the check in was so easy. The guy let us check in a little early so that was very nice! I would use them again when I have visitors to Dubai.

Great stay, cant stress enough how much I recommend staying with Luxury Escapes! Stayed with them for 2 months in one of their studios in Discovery Gardens. Great customer service, very attentive, no issues!

We rented an apartment through this agency and everything was fine until we moved out, in my opinion they took too much for painting from the deposit! The wall was dull and grey, very easily soiled in itself. They took the cost for painting the entire apartment🤷‍♂️ Depreciation should not be paid out of the pocket of customers! I think it's unfair!

Best value for money (West Tower - Bay Central). I stayed here for a week and loved this place. The building is close to both Marina Bay and the beach, with a lot of good restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets. The apartment is spacious, well equipped (you we’ll find there everything that you might need) and the bed is super comfy.

Don't work with these people. I am having a nightmare now dealing with them through Airbnb.

Had such an amazing stay at Harbour Gate Tower 1. Great private residential area if you prefer the quieter Dubai. Not too far away from major attractions although there’s no metro nearby so you may need taxi. Anyway, the taxis are easy to get. The accommodation itself was amazing, comfy, clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

I moved in and upon moving in I had a dirty apartment, the AC which was not functioning properly and my room wouldn’t go below 30 degrees. Along with a shower that wouldn’t give hot water and came out yellow(took over a week to resolve). The service from Hamza was very poor and slow to resolve my many issues from the flat.

Bad attitude from one of their representative she give me a very high price agency commission 3500 Aed i told her all is max 1850 aed she replied then better for u and us to buy from them 0 customer service hight price comparing to others i called her sge shut down the call on my face.

One of the best Holidays Home I ever used, their staff is full trained as Hospitality employees. We love our stay.

We stayed in Azure Residences for almost 6 months and we loved it. The building is quiet and has excellent view of the sea, marina and Burj Al Arab. Security is very strict but reasonable. Hashtag Holiday Home team made our stay enjoyable, always quick to answer. We had water leakage once and it was fixed at once. We recommend 👍🏻

We were in the apartment 15 days and our experience was very nice. Location is perfect with very nice views to the Burj Khalifa. The swimming pool is quite large, and I also enjoyed went to the gym. The apartment is high, clean and new. It’s quite closed to every where as it has the highway very near.
Ms Anna is very kind and professional. We really recommend this apartment, and we will come back.

I've been to 15 countries and 2 war zones. I rather live in a tent then stay at this location. Would never recommend this particular residence to anyone, especially if you are sensitive to the dust in the air.
This experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. We waited two hours to check in.
My fiancé started sneezing from the dust in the AC to the point of bleeding from the nose. Instead of hiring an A/C company to clean the duct. They used a broom. I have pics if you need proof.We informed them, of which they came to try and sort it out,but to no avail, so to save ourselves we asked for cancellation and refund of which was troublesome, we ended up staying for the whole week, which they charged us for because they kept delaying our cancelation. If you're an expat or tourist best advice don't get ripped off by these guys, if you feel this place is not good for you cancel immediately. Or they will not make repairs timely and will charge you for the days you stay at their location.which was not supposed to happen as they were refusing to give us our money back. They gave us the run around and the lack of utter care they showed was a true sentiment to their business ethics and customer care.
