When we arrived, there wasn’t any rush, we got tickets to the museum along with the aquarium for no charge! Loved the experience, it was clean, exciting and minimalistic. Worth the money, best for kids!
One of the largest educational centres in the UAE, the aquarium is expertly run by the Sharjah Museums Authority. Spread across an area of 6,500 square metres, this attraction in Sharjah comprises 21 aquariums on two floors containing various sea creatures. Here’s all you need to know about this much-loved emporium of everything aquatic.
Great time in Sharjah Aquarium. No need to pay extravagant fees to have a moment with various kinds of sea creatures. Make sure you take time reading the information in every part so that everyone can learn something. The place looks clean and well maintained (inside and outside). Best that it’s not crowded at all when we came (around 2pm on a Sunday). In about an hour our walk was finished. There’s a cafe, souvenir shop and a photo kiosk where you can buy the photos the staff took right at the entrance (only if you want, not mandatory).
If you've never swam with dolphins before I would highly recommend visiting Dolphin Bay in Dubai.
It was my one off experience and I enjoyed it a lot much to my surprise. The instructors there are fantastic, it was a very informative and fun session with the dolphins.
I would suggest that you book tickets beforehand although the queues weren't that bad the time slots go fast.

Amazing place to visit here in Sharjah area. Just walked an hour from my place. Its all worth it. If you want a quiet walk and calm environment visit Sharjah Aquarium. I made it at around 6:20pm and continue my walks to their small museum just across the Aquarium building. Outside area was also nice to take pictures and have a great memories of your own. 😘😘😘😜
We had a fantastic time at the Dubai Dolphinarium, particularly enjoying the dolphin and seal show. The tricks and performances by these intelligent creatures were truly remarkable. However, the only downside was that the show lasted just 45 minutes, which left us wanting more.
On a brighter note, we also ventured into the Mirror Maze, and it turned out to be an unexpectedly enjoyable experience. Navigating through the maze was a lot of fun, and it added a unique twist to our visit. Overall, a great day out, but we hope they consider extending the duration of the shows in the future.

Place is smaller than i expected but doesn't take anything away from the awe. From the moment you step in, you see the beautiful dolphin playing in the pool, so peacefully. Such beautiful creatures.

This was disappointing really. From the start it was a conveyor belt of people without any personal regard.
The actual experience lasted about 15 to 20 minutes, far short of thr advertised 30 minutes. It was not about the experience is was about listening to the trainer mainly who was relatively full of himself. Only masks were supplied without snorkels sp the ability for my family to observe the animal underwater was massively compromised. What an amazing experience we had in Dolphin show. Beautiful it’s so wonderful and astonishing to see dolphin and seal perform in such a intelligent way. Hats off to the trainer and dolphin and seal perform acts. I am beyond words when I saw the show here. Beautiful it is. Not only kids adults will also love the show. There are small food court here

It’s unbelievable to be able to see so many kind of sea life in the middle of the Dubai Mall, beautiful experience for kids and grownups. If you’re visiting during the high season get ready to have a lot of people around you, I strongly recommend to get your tickets ahead (I did it online) but don’t miss this great experience!

Amazing experience, specially for kids also nice staff. Dolphin interaction was out of this world. The water was freezing although it is summer time. The photos were overpriced but really worth it. Nice photos taken by their photographer.

Despite the aquarium being relatively busy during my visit, there was no sense of rush or time constraint in exploring each area. This was particularly appreciated, as I could take my time to observe the marine life and read the information plaques without feeling hurried.
Parents can rest easy knowing that the security measures in place prevent kids from climbing around the grill and maintain a safe environment for all visitors.
A small food court inside the premises provided a welcome break. It offered a decent selection of refreshments.

Also the exotic bird show is the best since they interact with the audience alot. Sure it's kinda sad because you can buy a hoop for 20 dhs with a chance at winning a photo with the dolphins. Expect that it's a good place

Located in Al Majaz, this aquarium is worth to visit with your family and kids. Entry fee is 25 for adults and 15 for kids+10 as service fee. The staffs are friendly and polite. The whole area was revamped recently and they have added many new attractions. You can see wide variety of species there and it is a great feeling to watch them so close. Area is maintained neat and clean. There is a cafeteria, conference hall, kid's arts & crafts, souvenirs shop etc. available as well. With the same ticket, you can also access Maritime Museum also. Shall visit again later.

It's a really nice place. The kids enjoyed the show. Very enthusiastic and crowd pulling people. Audiences are also engaged in some of the acts with lucky ones getting a chance to go in the ring. If lucky, you can receive many gifts hidden under the seats. Recommend for family outings. Enjoy.
The experience was absolutely incredible, encompassing both the depths of the underwater world and the breathtaking sights above. It was truly an adventure worth embarking on. Having visited various aquariums around the globe, I must admit that this particular one surpasses them all, making it the epitome of excellence.
This place is incredibly disappointing. It looks awesome from outside, but it’s not worth spending a single penny on entering the aquarium. The tunnel is short, full of people so you can’t take a normal photo, or enjoy what you see because everyone is walking up and down. The other part of it just has far too many animals in a far too small place. I wouldn’t recommend visiting the place, keep your money and spend it in the mall instead.
Fun place for everyone. Perfect spot to visit during summers. We were amazed by the stunts and act performed both by dolphin and seal. Very well trained and the staff are really professional in handling every aspect. You can also get up n close with dolphin for a pic and create a lifetime memory

Dolphin Bay Atlantis, I think they have changed the name now and it's Atlas Village.
We had a great encounter with our dolphin Lilly.
The animal is well taken care of.
Remember the main purpose of Dolphins encounter is to raise awareness on how we should keep our environment specially sea clean so these majestic animals can live into the wild.

This is just for people to have a clear description of the (poor) service provided to be able to choose accordingly. There are 2 things that you should consider before buying their most expensive service (dolphin swim - described on their site ar being 'a chance to swim and interact with dolphins'): this is not swim with dolphins but swim around a dolphin. You will be in a group of 8-10 people (so is not an experience dedicated to you as you might expect after reading the site description but to a group from which you will be part of) and a dolphin will swim from time to time around you. You will not swim with the dolphin, you will swim close to one. In terms of effective interaction youl will have the chance just to look at it, to touch it 2 or 3 times when it will come for the pictures. Because you will be in a group and because of how the program is built you will have in the 20 minutes duration the chance to touch it 2 or max 3 times. The rest of the time you will hear explanations and watch the dolphin doing some poor tricks. Not exactly what I was expecting when choosong this service. My recomandation, in case you really want to go is to choose dolphin meet & greet which is cheaper and in terms of satisfaction you have pretty much the same feeling but a lower price. At least you will not be suprised (frustrated) at the end thinking that this was not quite what you expected when booking this. Quite a poor experience in my view...
Also, in care you want to have a member of your family to enter as observer and be able to take pictures of you or film you, before deciding to pay the extra fee you should know that the observer will be only allowed to take pictures from the shore which is quite far from the place where you and the dolphin will be. You will not be allowed to get closer to take better pictures allthough there are options to come closer. See the attached picture (bear in mind that is made with zoom on) before deciding if worth to pay the extra fee for the observer...

The best experience we had in Dubai, the instructors were very informative, professional and very kind, the children really loved this activity and they are looking forward to swim with the dolphin again.

experience out of this world. On arrival, I was late, but the phenomenally friendly staff immediately transferred me and escorted me to the room. Instructors very kind and funny and always smiling. Our dolphin S2 was phenomenal, as was his partner and their baby 🥺🥰
