Unprofessional. The delivery was scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., but nothing was delivered. I called for a follow-up at 1 p.m., only to be informed that their driver had apparently attempted delivery and was told by an unknown ‘someone’ that they hadn’t ordered, so the driver left.
This ‘someone’ obviously wasn’t me, but the team didn’t bother to call me to confirm or notify me about the delivery attempt. If I hadn’t followed up, I would have waited for nothing. Don’t order from this shop.

My hubby ordered Mango cake via online on my birthday; cake was not fresh; cream of the cake and mango was taste less; I guess it was old stock which they had delivered;

The team has been splendid with their support. I had ordered a 3.5 KG cake which was dated incorrectly by me and i had to rush in to get the cake a day before. the team has out done by making is in 1.5 hours & the taste was amazing as always & they also gave additional cake worth the delivery charges!! Thank you team :)

Complicated Location Air Condition was not working we were sweating during eating, seating arrangement was good and Quiet.

This location is a scam. Its located in a food hall, terrible lighting. When i asked the server why did you guys use these photos, he laughed saying these photos are from pur Jumaira location.
Food is very good hygiene also maintain but the service is very slow and specially the fat guy with black cap who is sitting on the cash counter is very rude don't have manners to talk with customer very unethical behavior with customers I would suggest hamdan street bhavna management to replace this guy whatever bad reviews for service are just because of him
Even it doesn’t deserve a 1 star the attitude of the staffs really not a hospitality expected on a beautiful city like abudhabi and communication of staff is bad as hell as with full of attitude i told them with some suggestions but they take me as a personal issue and give me a raw food which makes me food poisoning which i can file a case for them if i go with The law imposes standards and regulations for maintaining the safety and quality of food and ensuring the protection of public health and consumers and I return the food which they even charge me on the bill really they need to learn how to run a hospitality business well i will be back there again to see them and if its still the same way i will definitely take action same time wont give a second chance.
Good place for Indian and Pakistani food in DSO. Tried their biryani amd mutton. Both are awesome. If you love spicy food then its good to try it.

What added to the disappointment was the recommendation from the staff for a chicken combo meant for five people. Despite our initial hesitation, we decided to go with it. However, upon receiving our order, it was evident that the quantity of food served was excessive. We requested to take the leftovers home, only to discover later that the amount provided was significantly less than what we had asked for. This discrepancy left us feeling deceived, as if we had fallen victim to a scam. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was marred by poor ambiance, overpriced and subpar food, and a questionable business practice regarding portion sizes.

Had dinner with my family at this restaurant. The place is small but very pretty and clean. Very warm and welcoming staff. We ordered indo chinese and it was really tasty. The portions were good and the prices are very reasonable. There are many indo chinese restaurants in Dubai serving average quality food at very high prices! But this place is worth it and light on the pocket!

Have been ordering customized cakes from Occassions for more than five years. This was our first experience with their Karama branch and we found the staffs knowledgeable and they helped us in beautifully customizing the cake for our daughter’s birthday!

They are cheating customers by sending wrong quantity of food, the combo box with cost aed 38 is not worth at all, they send the fried rice in small portion and fool the customers, the chicken fingers in combo was horrible and so chewy tasteless

Very dissatisfied the non veg combo king is not really a worth of AED 50 very dissatisfied not really good quantity is less for one person for this quantity spending AED 50 is not really worth food is also not really good very disappointed the way describing in online is not really true.. I had gone on Saturday night for dinner , and took Gujarati thali for one person no sharing .
Which charged 19 dirhams . Each and every dish served was Tastier and food quality was excellent. Everything was served hot .
Wish they had some limited meals on weekends as well. As I could not eat much for the money paid . But definitely wud recommend Pure veggies to dine over here . ❤️

Always delivered the best meals in town along with there eripori chicken. Missing the breakfast they served during the initial days. Always crowded during the lunch section but never disappoints us in taste. Worth every moment that you are waiting. Dont miss their pineapple puttu which doesn't need any side dishes.

Busy restaurant in Karama serving traditional Kerala cuisine. Certainly a spot to try but not if you're in a rush on a weekend as wait times can stretch upto an hour. Many varieties of Puttu along with Kerala meals , awesome chatti choru and some lip-smacking biriyani
I recently tried the special lunch meals at this place and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Their Special lunch meals is a scam. It is just normal lunch with 2 spoon of paal kappa. The Paal Kappa was the worst I've ever had, making the special meals feel like a bit of a letdown. The overall quality of the meals was average, and you can find similar ones elsewhere for a better value. We were forced ourselves to buy addons to elevate the overall experience. The King fish and ayala fry were exceptional, offering a delightful burst of flavors. The unique addition of sprouted green gram with the beef fry was appreciated. The manthal fry was cold and flat.

I am not from Kerala but I love to experiment new dishes and restaurants to get the flavors from different states. Puttu is my favorite and this place is the best in dubai for that authentic taste. They serve it hot and fresh. You will find Lots of other dishes in veg and non vegetarian. Great service, hospitality to remember. Just Found it too noisy, kids crying and people talking so loud. Well that’s my point of you only. Rest is all superb 👏👍💕
Kanji varieties are good. Pricings are very affordable.Erachi kanji was excellent and sides are also good. But Koonthal Thoran was utter failure, as it’s really found difficult to find out the squid pieces from shredded coconut. Tea was good . Kuttharikanji , Dosa & peas curry was ok. I had a nice experience at Dhe Puttu while enjoying their unlimited buffet breakfast of various popular South Indian dishes for just 15 AED. The food was not only delicious but also carried an authentic South Indian flavor. Despite the slight congestion, the taste made it all worth it. A fantastic spot for an affordable and tasty breakfast!
Its a small restauarant in the middle of busy abudhabi city streets. However the Food was impressive. "All you can eat" thali for 18 bucks is a steal for that quality. Overall its a bit cramped but maintained clean and sufficient space to eat. May not be ideal for families but great for working people looking for a quick, cheap but tasty lunch. And, they have unlimited butter milk and tap water.

The Thairu Kanji was really good... Was looking for a place that sells good Kanji and I found it. They have free kachi moru on the table and have three or four side dishes along with the Kanji. There was very less space for seating in the restaurant. The smallest tables are 4 seater tables. Other than that very good place for South Indian soul foods.
Like the name suggests, they serve a lot of signature puttu varieties and more. The dishes are all rooted in Kerala style and are delightful. The rush during the weekend is a common sight, be prepared to wait during peak hours. Overall, the food is great, hospitality is worth mentioning, but the cleanliness needs attention. The price of main course items was justifiable, but the bread items seem not to be.

Very good and crispy kulcha with paneer, butter chicken was nice and moderately spicy, soft plain naan. Decent prices, clean location and very polite staff. Nice atmosphere! Will come again.

Basically they are famous for there variety of kanji’s they serve for dinner with very decent in price also along with the set. Clam vibe with smiling staff around you. Totally worth for the price we pay. Don’t go with high expectations as they are good and average but will not disappoint you definitely.

Experienced Kachchi Mutton Biriyani. Presentation was superb. But compared to other biriyani I had this is not the best. Biriyani rice has no flavor. Its just colored rice only. Mutton gravy was superb. It has a unique taste.

We set foot in this restaurant as my wife was craving some south Indian food. Sadly I can't rate this place good at all. There was no water available 😳 they then offer you a water yogurt mixture at room temperature... The food taste and quality seemed way below UAE standards and was a disappointment through and through.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor the seating area is on the first floor. 2 Stars only because the sweets looked quite good and the pricing on those was good. Those would actually be the only reason to comd back, any other food I think can be enjoyed elsewhere a lot more.

Ordered their Chicken chopped Rice. It was delicious. Remembered Indo Chinese which we get in India.. Excellent quantity for the price. Delivery was on time. Please try their dum biryanis as well which is equally good. Keep up the good work.

Located in central karama area, just opposite the post office is the lovely cake shop. They have interesting flavours like falooda, malai pista etc. Pricing is decent. They have other treats like red velvet Cookies and fruity mousse too.

One of the best biryani's you can get, we tried their Afghani biryani and was just so yummmmmm ordered again the following week😉. Recommended anytime without any doubt. Their Samosas are also yummmm ,would want them to give green chutney with the samosa rather then the hot garlic sauce.

This is place were you can have Abu Dhabi's best Poori Bhaji,
Less crowded place, Good for family 👪,
And lot and lot of verity of sweets are there,You will enjoy more incase if you are an sweet lover.
Only thing i am less happy is about south indian foods especially dosa,
