We got guided to the car at the airport and the driver was extremely friendly, we got picked up the next day at 06:30 to go back to the airport different driver and he was on time and again very friendly. I will definitely use them again.
Dave has to be the best tour guide & driver ever. He was patient, polite, had great local knowledge and sense of humour. The wines were lovely, as was the food and we had an enjoyable and relaxing day covering just a small portion of McLaren Vale. Definitely recommend this if it’s your first trip to Adelaide wines
Fantastic day trip to McLaren Vale wineries. Roger, our driver, was informative, cheerful and professional. Bus was comfortable and clean. Full-on day tour to 4 different wineries with plenty of tasting available as well as great muffins and coffee at the information centre. Would certainly recommend this tour.

Enjoyable day trip to McLaren Vale & Cube Experience. Athol was very friendly, safe driver & knowledgeable. The whole group (10 I think) got along really well. D’Arenberg was fabulous, wonderful tasting area on top floor, lots of different art, great young guide, thoroughly recommend the whole day tour.
Wonderful day spend with Adelaide Sightseeing tours. Tour guide / driving person Peter was very wonderful person, get to know the history of Adelaide and he showed us the hidden gem places of Adelaide hills. Thank you Peter and highly recommended.

I was worried about traveling alone this year to Melbourne.This team kept me updated by sms. It was so easy.

After a delayed flight, we were impressed with how easy it was to be in contact with Clive who guided us to his vehicle! It was lively to be met by a smiley face and cheery manner as he drove us safely to our hotel. What a relief to have someone there for us. The whole process went smoothly and we thoroughly recommend Clive and VHA Airport Shuttle as a great service.

A poor excuse for a transportation service from the largest city is Aus. They do their best with their immigration business model and lack of support for the elderly to stack 25kg bags at waist height. Allow pedestrians to stand whilst travelling on freeway. Honestly exposing themselves to a law suit just to make an earning. The local government needs to expedite the rail project not put it on hold.
The SkyBus bus stop at Terminal 2 of Melbourne International Airport, just head to the right and find the escalator or lift to the Departure Hall.
Convenient shuttlebus to the airport. In time, easy booking, clean, comfy AND most of all so helpful and friendly personal.

I dropped my phone between a gap and he immediately saw to it that the bus came to the mechanics to retrieve it. Took maybe 30min in total. We had Michael the bus driver on the transfer this morning to Melbourne airport, and he was excellent. He was courteous, professional and really helpful on which terminal we needed to access.
This service is run at a high standard. It’s easy to use, runs on time and cheap. Don’t change a thing 🦾🦾

Really easy transport from the airport to the city, with the self service terminal kiosk. For those who need a little help, their friendly team has a manned kiosk outside near the pickup point.
We rode on a double decker bus, which departs every 10 minutes for superior convenience. It was a pleasant and smooth journey into Southern Cross Station.
I think some additional language support would be greatly welcomed for some travelers.

After arriving, you can find the SKYBUS counter and self-service ticket machines inside Terminal 3. This time, I had a not-so-good experience, but I think it's just an exception. Unfortunately, the electronic paper for printing the QR code ticket was out of stock at the ticket machine, and I had to wait for about 20-30 minutes before someone came to assist. I believe it was due to a lack of personnel.
There were many people heading to the city, and I had to wait in line for about 15-20 minutes before getting on the bus. The journey to the city took about 25 minutes, and it stopped at Southern Cross Station, which is a very convenient transportation hub.

We used skyvans to drive 4 adults and 3 children (3 child seats were provided and fitted) from Melbourne airport. The driver was prompt and messaged us when he arrived. The experience was enjoyable and very professional. We will use skyvans again in the future.
Never again. And I mean never again. Prepurchased my ticket the night before, arrived and a bus was there. Was told by both driver and attendant that I couldn't get in and had to wait for the next one. The bus was there! I am disgusted at being treated like this. Is it really part of their jobs to treat people like that? Never again.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to add a revue but I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from my driver Clive. As a person with disabilities, travelling alone from Adelaide to Melbourne Clive met me inside the terminal, as I was in a wheelchair he collected my luggage and wheeled me to his car. He was so caring and helpful and I can highly recommend him.

The Skybus is an airport bus service operator. The SkyBus operates express bus services from the airport to Southern Cross railway station. At Melbourne Airport, SkyBus stops for pick up and drop off at Terminals 1 and 3, and also picks up at Terminal 4. The service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. SkyBus is not covered under the Myki ticketing system.
Having dealt with Clive from VHA for many years his service is above and beyond. My most recent driver was Mohammad and again excellent. We will always use them for airport transfers. Reliable, Prompt, good communication and a fair and reasonable price. Geoff Malvern East
Went on the One Day Kangaroo Island Experience day tour in May this year with Adelaide Sightseeing and was happy with the service. Whilst it was a very long day trip (around 16 hours return, due to the distance from Adelaide to the island) and although our trip was delayed due to mechanical issues with one of the two ferries, we still managed to experience all the highlights and see the wonderful sights Kangaroo Island had to offer.
Newly postpartum so recently used this service, driver was Clive, for my elderly parents to the airport. Here is a brief message from my dad:
“Clive who sent us to the airport was damn good- was pleasant, helpful, and went the extra mile to look around, and got us a trolley and charged a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to meet him. For me this was a 5 star service!”

Really happy with taxi shuttle service from Clive. Arranged return transfers from home in South eastern suburbs to Airport for myself and daughter and received excellent communication and updates by text and email from start to finish. Arrived on time, clean vehicles and stress free experience all round. And to top it off a great price for trip meant no need to fight the traffic and use long term parking. Will definitely use Clive again and highly recommend to anyone looking for Airport transport or similar.

We used sky vans for a surprise birthday on the peninsula last week. The owner was very friendly to deal with. We had the 24 seater bus and bus driver Kenny. Could not recommend more. While it wasn’t cheapest option we are so happy we paid a bit more as Kenny was a friendly, accomodating, fun bus driver who was on time and happy to go with the flow of the day. I’ve hired buses before with grumpy drivers who put a dampener on the day. We even left speaker and sunglasses on bus and Kenny dropped them to our house. Will use sky vans again for sure.

Incredibly rude. We had booked a van for 8:30 & we called at 8:40 to check where they were & they said that it had been canceled. We were told to just call a maxi taxi. No replacement bus. Will never recommend this company again.
