A poor excuse for a transportation service from the largest city is Aus. They do their best with their immigration business model and lack of support for the elderly to stack 25kg bags at waist height. Allow pedestrians to stand whilst travelling on freeway. Honestly exposing themselves to a law suit just to make an earning. The local government needs to expedite the rail project not put it on hold.

The SkyBus bus stop at Terminal 2 of Melbourne International Airport, just head to the right and find the escalator or lift to the Departure Hall.

Convenient shuttlebus to the airport. In time, easy booking, clean, comfy AND most of all so helpful and friendly personal.
Big shout out to driver Ali (and so so so sorry for giving you trouble and complicating your morning). I dropped my phone between a gap and he immediately saw to it that the bus came to the mechanics to retrieve it. Took maybe 30min in total. Also big thank you to the boss Paul and everyone else involved! You saved my day!

We had Michael the bus driver on the transfer this morning to Melbourne airport, and he was excellent. He was courteous, professional and really helpful on which terminal we needed to access.
This service is run at a high standard. It’s easy to use, runs on time and cheap. Don’t change a thing 🦾🦾

Really easy transport from the airport to the city, with the self service terminal kiosk. For those who need a little help, their friendly team has a manned kiosk outside near the pickup point.
We rode on a double decker bus, which departs every 10 minutes for superior convenience. It was a pleasant and smooth journey into Southern Cross Station.
I think some additional language support would be greatly welcomed for some travelers.

After arriving, you can find the SKYBUS counter and self-service ticket machines inside Terminal 3. This time, I had a not-so-good experience, but I think it's just an exception. Unfortunately, the electronic paper for printing the QR code ticket was out of stock at the ticket machine, and I had to wait for about 20-30 minutes before someone came to assist. I believe it was due to a lack of personnel.
There were many people heading to the city, and I had to wait in line for about 15-20 minutes before getting on the bus. The journey to the city took about 25 minutes, and it stopped at Southern Cross Station, which is a very convenient transportation hub.

Never again. And I mean never again. Prepurchased my ticket the night before, arrived and a bus was there. Was told by both driver and attendant that I couldn't get in and had to wait for the next one. The bus was there! I am disgusted at being treated like this. Is it really part of their jobs to treat people like that? Never again.
