I have been here a number of times in the last month. Once i bought some fish, the others I waited, waited looked for staff, but the few i could find were busy. Today there was literally ONE person there. So again I walked out. This store is woefully understaffed!!
Such a great experience today visiting this nursery, it has such a nice feel about it, only one on GC that had the Ixora I was after and was the best price around, Katrina was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping me get the plants too and offer advice. Highly recommended, will be coming here first for all future plant needs.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff with a huge selection of aquarium products. The indoor plant section was a surprise to see but a great addition.

The fish selection at this location is amazing; we got four Black Widow Tetras and two Santa Claus Swordtails, all of which are healthy and vibrant.
The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, sharing many interesting facts. This has become my go-to spot for aquarium needs.

Kelly and I love coming into Instant Jungle. It is such a well laid out garden centre. Bonus is it's still a family run business that offers that family feel service without the price tag. Easy to give 5 Stars ✨

The team at Auburn Aquarium know their stuff. Always knowledgeable and always going the extra mile. I’ve been going to this store for about 20 years and always been looked after well. It changed hands a few years ago and the new team have lived up to the same quality of service and knowledge as the previous owners. Highly recommended.

I encountered a very abusive assistant here today, I was waiting to be served no-one came even though the sales assistant was standing three plant stands away , i called hellooo to gain her attention , i was then subject to a backload of abuse, Tatiana from Italy. I have been buying from Plantmark for 4 years and have never had an issue with any of their staff.

Love this nursery. The staff were welcoming & well-informed. Delivery was prompt with same or next-day delivery. Plants were healthier & cheaper than Bunnings.
Purchased crepe myrtle (acoma), 3x in Jan 2023 & another 2x + 5x Gardenia (florida) in Feb 2023. All plants have settled in well, healthy & blooming.
Side note: love the colour change & fall of the crepe myrtle leaves, can't wait to trim & shape the tree toward the end of winter.

From the beautiful nursery to helpful staff I would highly recommend buying trees from here.
Always good quality stock here and even though I'm from the northern beaches the drive is worth it. The guys hooked me yesterday and pretty happy with the new Cichlid tank.

Great range and knowledgeable team. I only have a tiny set up but I love it. Picked up some great plants and a snail. What was the best was the advice I was given on managing the environment in the tank. Very grateful for this. I had allowed algae to proliferate so the photo of my tank is missing driftwood whilst I divest them of the algae that was covering them. I spent about $64 on plants, $7.00 on a snail and $35 on a product to manage algae moving forward.

4.1 - Surprised at the amount of different Tanks and Fish displayed in this shop - they even have some empty tanks and a plant area!! The plants are rather expensive but it was nice to have a look but I just loved looking at all the different fish. I sent some prices to a friend who has huge fish tanks. It is apparently expensive though!

Extensive range of pots, (including Northcote), water features, statues, plants at most reasonable prices. Family owned business. Enjoy wandering through the 2 acres. Ample parking inside near shop and at the front. Purchased 2 pots (1 Northcote tripod planter) cheaper than anywhere else, including online. So impressed purchased 4 more pots the following day. Well worth a visit.

I cannot rate this business more highly. Looked everywhere, without success, for a Pink Trumpet tree (Tabebuia Palmeri). Not only did they have one in stock it was large, great root system in a large pot and couldn't be happier with the service and price.

This hidden gem has such a large variety of water features, pots, palms, plants and nick nacks - it is definitely worth a visit if you're looking to add some unique touches to your house. I recently purchased a water feature and the quality is second to none, at a much more reasonable price to other retailers.

Sadly we spent a good deal of money buying 26x Metrosideros Fiji Fire and after a year and a half they have performed badly ... went back to them with proof on performance and we were advised to keep feeding it with seasol which didn’t help either....now we need to uproot and build a new hedge !!
