The team at Carrara are and gave always been great. The move to the new location has just made them better.

I encountered a very abusive assistant here today, I was waiting to be served no-one came even though the sales assistant was standing three plant stands away , i called hellooo to gain her attention , i was then subject to a backload of abuse, Tatiana from Italy. I have been buying from Plantmark for 4 years and have never had an issue with any of their staff.
