Enchanted Moments were chosen to create our 'fairytale' wedding which was held on our rural property.

Debbie and Alan met with us 3-4 times in the 12 months leading upto our special day and discussed our requirements and went through various styles on offer.

On the day of the wedding, everything was set up as planned including Ceremony, Reception, Dance Floor, and Chill out area.

This would be an ideal local place for me if I could purchase single balloons without them having to be inflated to purchase! It’s great they do balloon garlands but so many people prefer to make there own and prefer purchasing the balloons all separate. Not all colours are available in the packets. Definitely could get more customers for themselves for having this option. I happily spend $100 making my own choosing high quality balloons.

I came into the store placed my order no problem two days later added to my order. Which was a clear balloon and I wanted gold writing on it paid extra
Delivery day came there was a balloon missing so in stead of saying engaged it said engage the clear balloon had names on which were in white so you couldn’t see the names my future daughter in-law was so up set she rang me in tears the total cost for these balloons was $444.00 which I thought was a lot of money but a very special occasion I paid well never again
I rang the store on the Monday morning I was told the owner would call me three days later and I’m still waiting .. I would never go back or recommend

I placed an online click and collect order a month ago. The store advised me they didn't have stock and to request a refund through PayPal online.

Party Plus has been unresponsive to two PayPal requests, non-committal answers on four phone calls and an email to the manager John, I have had no resolution and no one has contacted me to explain why.

Terrible service and I still don't have my money back. I would not recommend shopping at Party Plus Joondalup.

Easy online ordering, got two calls, the first to change an item to a different colour of choice, the second to let me know delivery may be delayed due to a highway closure near delivery destination.
The end result was a smile on my daughter's dial with an unexpected beautiful arrangement & "bits". Perfect, especially considering I was stuck at home with covid.

I live interstate and last minute ordered a friend of mine a gift hamper to cheer them up - forgetting initially it was Valentines Day, one of the busiest days for a flower shop - and was pleasantly surprised to find out it had already been delivered not 4 hours later on the same day. Amazing work, and I am very grateful!

I phoned from Adelaide to arrange flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her Birthday. The lady on the phone was so polite and helpful and arranged for the flowers to be sent that same afternoon. I recommend this company.

I have been a customer of The Flower Shoppe, Launceston for many years. My family and I cannot speak more highly of the service provided by Cheryl and her team. From flowers, hampers, perfume and celebratory drinks, the attention to detail never fails. Would highly recommend this business.

I called to ask for a customization on the flowers for my mum in hospice, and they were so wonderful. Staff were really kind and helpful, and the arrangement was just gorgeous, way beyond expectations. Highly recommend 💜

I placed my order for flowers to go to the Launceston General Hospital, late in the afternoon and the girl I spoke with Chelsea was very friendly and helpful and courteous. My flowers arrived within the half hour of ordering and they looked absolutely stunning with all the beautiful vibrant colours and looking so fresh. My daughter really enjoyed waking up to see them by her hospital bed. Such a beautiful display that I would say is the best I have seen. I can highly recommend The Flower Shoppe for any occasion.

I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this business today as I was told that they had a large variety of balloons colours. I chose the ones I needed and when I went to pay I told with hostility that they were not for sale. I offered to pay extra as I needed those colours but was treated with even further hostility. Never again!!! Plenty of better business around. I ended up finding it elsewhere for a fraction of the price a few minutes later. And much better costumer service.

My partner's birthday surprise while on holiday was a real treat - super easy and pleasant to communicate with and organise a courier to do the delivery upon a set time. The quality of the flowers and the overall package was beautiful! Really satisfied. 😊👍+++

Wonderful experience. Both behind the counter Ladies were nice but I loved how Shenaid was knowledgeable and her eagerness to help, helped me find the right products. Good price and lots of choices. Will visit again.

A BIG thank you for helping me select the flowers and the glorious chocolates which my daughter received this morning. There was a slightly miscommunication with myself and the venue with chair covers for a huge corporate event. We originally had EM to set up centrepieces 5hrs before the event then we found out the venue did not provide chair covers, and in less than an hr, we had nearly 400 chairs covered! Absolutely amazing! :)

Debbie & Allan are a pleasure to work with! Always willing to go above and beyond and you can trust their honest feedback on any type of Event/Wedding. There's nothing they can't do or willing to try to do! I'd recommend Enchanted Moments for any Event or Wedding type!

Brides BEWARE!
I have never come across a business or supplier throw a tantrum after providing a quote until today.
My original requirements changed after initially contacting Enchanted Moments for outdoor lighting and a dance floor over 6 months ago I simply requested a re-quote as well as additional hire and styling items and advised I would no longer need lights. I received an irrelevant response asking for the details of why i no longer wanted lights and i had to explain i had already booked them with another supplier but was still interested in a dance floor and styling items which would have been well over $1500. I received a childish response saying that because they could not supply the lights that they would not assist me at all and that the other company could surely do it all for me.
What an absolute joke.

Best ballon and flower shoppe in Launceston. Customer service is a1 and if they don’t have what you want they can arrange it for you with no fuss. Staff are extremely friendly and the store looks great. A+ in my books. Just ask anyone who has been to this store! They will tell you the same.

Debbie & Allan are an awesome combo. I've been to several events they have styled and am always blown away.

We have also used their services to style our own corporate events, they're always so easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Enchanted moments are a fantastic company to deal with! Debbie and Allan couldn't be more helpful if they tried, they have been extremely generous in helping us at the Darwin RSL organise our Calcutta event after the fire, including letting us hire linen with no charge!

Simply the BEST customer service around! I cannot thank them enough for helping us out when my Mum was sick and forgot to collect her order. With communication issues too, they did their utmost for us, and couldn't have been more sweet and helpful. We've had all our party stuff from them since I was pretty young and like many family run businesses, the extra care is why you go back. Thanks so much Party Plus Joondalup! My niece had a fab 1st birthday and the huge confetti balloons were an absolute hit! :D

I too was a loyal customer for years but won't be going back and definitely do not reccomend this place.

The Beachside Pavilion looked absolutely beautiful and far exceeded all of our expectations. With your help and support we were able to raise over $625,000 for sick kids in the Northern Territory which is a fantastic result!

Being from Sydney and not having seen the venue myself, Debbie was so accommodating in sending through mock ups for our centerpieces and providing advice and suggestions based on her knowledge of the venue. The EM team were a pleasure to work with in the lead up to the event and onsite and we hope to work with you again next year for our Ball.

After being a loyal customer for 9 years & spending thousands of dollars with them I have found the customer care skydive when I needed to cancel one order. I was told I couldn't as they'd inflated my balloons 2 days before my party. Most places offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. What upset me the most was the sales persons appalling attitudes & rudeness as there is no reason or excuse for it. I will never purchase from this shop again & have found that the cost is double what you'd pay from Big W & other local party outlets despite them being the exact same brands of party wear & balloons. Very nice people while you are spending money but the customer service stops there & that's a true test of a good place to buy. Avoid avoid avoid

The balloons had already started to deflate by Saturday so we felt doubley ripped off!
I ended up buying a number 10 from Big W for my daughter at a later date for half the price & it lasted for weeks! Hmmmmmm go figure! I’ve already referred over a dozen people to Big W who are enjoying the lower prices, oh & the staff are very accommodating & not at all rude like at Party Plus

Absolutely love the helpful friendly staff. And the only place to buy all your party needs :)
