Enchanted Moments were chosen to create our 'fairytale' wedding which was held on our rural property.
Debbie and Alan met with us 3-4 times in the 12 months leading upto our special day and discussed our requirements and went through various styles on offer.
On the day of the wedding, everything was set up as planned including Ceremony, Reception, Dance Floor, and Chill out area.

Our ceremony set up was a dream come true! Debbie has great communication and answered all my questions! We received lots of compliments for our styling. Set up and pack up was easy and stress free. Highly recommend Enchanted Moments!!

There was a slightly miscommunication with myself and the venue with chair covers for a huge corporate event. We originally had EM to set up centrepieces 5hrs before the event then we found out the venue did not provide chair covers, and in less than an hr, we had nearly 400 chairs covered! Absolutely amazing! :)

Debbie & Allan are a pleasure to work with! Always willing to go above and beyond and you can trust their honest feedback on any type of Event/Wedding. There's nothing they can't do or willing to try to do! I'd recommend Enchanted Moments for any Event or Wedding type!
Brides BEWARE!
I have never come across a business or supplier throw a tantrum after providing a quote until today.
My original requirements changed after initially contacting Enchanted Moments for outdoor lighting and a dance floor over 6 months ago I simply requested a re-quote as well as additional hire and styling items and advised I would no longer need lights. I received an irrelevant response asking for the details of why i no longer wanted lights and i had to explain i had already booked them with another supplier but was still interested in a dance floor and styling items which would have been well over $1500. I received a childish response saying that because they could not supply the lights that they would not assist me at all and that the other company could surely do it all for me.
What an absolute joke.

Debbie & Allan are an awesome combo. I've been to several events they have styled and am always blown away.

Enchanted moments are a fantastic company to deal with! Debbie and Allan couldn't be more helpful if they tried, they have been extremely generous in helping us at the Darwin RSL organise our Calcutta event after the fire, including letting us hire linen with no charge!
