I have seen Dr Tim Amos on multiple occasions. He has always taken the time to listen then provide relevant, specific advice with explanations if I ask for them. I go to Tim whenever I need medical advice beyond a basic prescription or referral.

The clinic also runs relatively punctually - I have never waited more than 20 minutes, which is better than many other GP clinics I have attended.

I am so impressed by the experience with TimesGP. Brought my parents over for flu vaccine this morning. The receptionist, nurse and the doctor are very nice. My dad has hearing issue, the nurse is very patient with him. Dr Margaret is such a nice and warm person and talks to you with sunshine smile. not to mention the clean and spacious environment. Thank you.

This doctor should have his medical license revoked! He’s so old that he doesn’t even know what’s going on. He needs to retire and to be reported!! On top of that he’s so outdated he doesn’t even know how to read scans off the computer and he’s skills need updating as he’s still living in the 1800’s

This Dr spent most of the appt talking about my street address name and Vietnam war instead of asking me questions and trying to help me with my injury. He Didn’t ask me any questions about my pain or how did it happen or anything like that. He was more interested in knowing if I write with my left hand or right.

Avoid!! He has no idea on what’s going on! He’s that old he’s lost the plot!

Useless, never calls you when you have a phone consult and doctor is not even in the clinic when you've booked to meet face to face

Ria Warfe is a kind, caring but also extremely competent and thorough GP. The practice is set up wonderfully all the way from the front desk through to the practice nurses. I wholeheartedly recommend Ria and Queen Street Medical Centre for comprehensive and compassionate primary care!

we should have read the other reviews first… same happened to us. were waiting for close to an hour and were told that there are still several patients in front of us, so eventually gave up and left without being seen by the doctor. complete waste of time and also not easy to find in the firdt place. don’t bother with them.

The Times GP staff, doctors and nurses are very caring, kind and very professional. I arrived here when I was having an asthma attack in the same shopping centre and Dr Margaret saved my life. I recommend her very much. And Gigi is a wonderful psychologist who is very thorough and actually works hard to get to the bottom of a problem with practical solutions. Ben is also lovely!
The GP clinic is very clean, bright and cheery. I recommend them to all!

Would be 6 stars if possible. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. They worked their magic and managed to fit my sick little one in at short notice - no easy feat right before Christmas! Check-in was very smooth.

Dr Margaret was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She explained everything perfectly and I didnt feel rushed at all.

The reception team were equally friendly on my way out.

I can't recommend Times GP highly enough.

I chose Times GP based on a friend's recommendation, but the services provided by this GP have left me extremely disappointed.

Firstly, I had to wait for an excessively long time in the waiting area. Secondly, on the day of my appointment, when I asked Dr. Soo Cheun Phang several questions, he seemed very impatient and did not patiently address all my concerns. His responses were not helpful, lacked substance, and he kept rushing me, insisting that he could only answer my questions during the next appointment. This was very disappointing.

Lastly, the nurse who attended to me had hygiene issues. I noticed dirt embedded in the crevices of their fingers, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness of the GP. If the basic personal hygiene of the nurse cannot be ensured, how can this GP provide services to other patients? Overall, despite the higher consultation fee compared to other GPs, I did not receive the expected level of medical service. This has left me frustrated and disappointed. I won't consider seeking medical attention at this GP in the future and will not recommend it to my friends or family.

Dr Vo and his wonderful team were brilliant. Myself and my children felt so comfortable and the whole experience was easy and joyful considering it was a skin check. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place. Difficult to find and then no system to log who turns up. After 50 mins you just give up and book somewhere else

The horrible service I ever had. I don't understand why this doctor has 3 stars. I had a plan to go to the city so I booked this doctor quickly. But my plan finished early so I called him to see if I can come now and he said ok. I went there straight away and in the end I was called much later than original booking time. Waited more than 2hours.

When he collected my blood, the blood was leaked from the needle, blood ran down on my arm.

I needed few more tests. However after the first time, the doctor didn't tell me the processes properly. I sent some emails, no reply at all, he put my name wrongly even tho I checked and edited for him, he never called me even tho I booked telephone consultation as he told me, I called them but the receptionist barely answer the calls and not professional at all. They just keep saying the doctor is busy.

I super regretted going there. After I received the blood test result, I need to change my GP asap. You can't get the result soon even tho the doctor already has.

If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend not seeing this doctor. I don't want ppl to believe good reviews. But you'll see the truth if you go there.

Very disrespectful the way they play with patients' time. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment and at no time did anyone show up to explain the situation

I like Dr Fong, she is very attentive to everything what I said, asks clarifying questions. Receptionist reminded me to make a follow up appointment for my test result, and rang me on time to let me know my results. Generally, I recommand this medical centre.

Thereceptionist and the doctors are very warm, friendly and extremely efficient. If you have any medical needs I would definitely suggest this team.

The Team at GP on Ebley are amazing!! Always happy to help and Dr Vo is a patient and caring doctor who answers any questions you might have who ensures you are comfortable. Highly recommend this practice.

Doctor Vo was very knowledgeable about skin cancer checks and squamous cell carcinomas. I saw him today and he was really thorough & explained exactly what was happening as well as what to do about it. Highly recommended!

I accidently walked into this practice today thinking I was at the right place (I was supposed to be one floor up). I very politely introduced myself to the receptionist and in all honesty I have never dealt with such a rude and sarcastic person in a client facing role in my life. The way she spoke to me and her bluntness and sarcasm IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS is embarrassing. Unsurprisingly, I go to look at the reviews on google and see many others have complained. I can not understand how this person has the role she does, especially after so many complaints. Thank goodness I wasn't at the right place. I certainly would never go back.

I love all the services at Times GP Beauty! Doctors and beauty therapist are all very professional that help me to customise a plan that suit my skin! My skin has improved so much after doing several facials and PicoSure! Highly recommended!! ❤️❤️❤️

Dr Andrew Yang was mild mannered ; not rushed; focused and thorough in his process.
I am most pleased and relieved to have now had my Skin Cancer check- up done after a 3yr delay.(too many excuses !)

I can't believe there is such a great, old school family medical practice still going in the Junction. Just shows you can't beat quality care. Dr Peter Vo and his team are all incredibly skilled practitioners as well as being kind, caring, reassuring, relaxed and sensitive to the needs of little ones, oldies and everyone in between.
I have had several skin cancers removed by Peter and don't have a scar to prove it.
Andy Yang is a gentle and caring general practitioner who has a deep personal understanding of paediatric and general medicine issues that I have brought into the clinic. I am only grateful for the lovely care of a great team.

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service that QSMC provides. We were lucky enough to find you when we first moved to Australia and no matter where we have moved to (now in the burbs!) we have always made the right decision to stay with you. Despite how busy the practice is you always manage to fit us in (like yesterday for our 6 year old which was so reassuring). Your GPs like Dr Inga are exceptional. So caring, thorough and knowledgable. And the nurses too.
And of course front of house and management (Tania and others and Hayley) are always so helpful and seem to know all the patients so well. It certainly has the feel of a practice in the suburbs.

Outstanding medical practise. The reception and support staff are so friendly and considerate. Dr Peter Vo is an amazing doctor and extremely professional and very caring. A 5 star medical practise I would highly recommend to the Eastern suburbs community.

This clinic and its manger are poor. They are money-centered and don't care about the wellbeing of the patient. In addition, during my feedback to the manager she would not hear or even try to understand me, instead she hang up on me during our converstaion. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.and to the owner, no! My results were not followed up with prompt and professional manner. On the contrary, Dr igna and your clinic Manager received my results last Wednesday (2/8/23) and failed to contact me the entire week (I waited until Friday 11/8/23) and provide me with my results. Not good enough! And to clarify, no one has been abusive nor bullying at any time. Good bye!

I’ve been seeing Dr Nicholas Cox close to a year now for a number of medical conditions and have always had positive experiences. He’s friendly and professional. He genuinely cares for his patients and make sure the patient gets the best treatments and refers to the best specialists if required. Highly recommend him.

I don’t understand how this man can have an Australian medical register. It’s the worst care that I’ve ever had. He has several patients scheduled at the same time, so you need to wait lo request. when finally it’s your turn, He is in a hurry and the attention lasts up to 5 minutes. He requested wrong blood tests and I had to go back to ask for a new request. Last time he ordered a bunch of unnecessary blood tests, and when I went back for the results, he just told you that everything was fine, without explaining why he had ordered them, and he don’t want to give you your blood test results, and if you are an international student and need the results to work is a nightmare. I don’t recommend this doctor. My wife and me are doctors too, and this man is the worst doctor I’ve ever known.

From the moment I called the ladies at reception they were friendly, competent and down to earth. Not to mention the lovely conversations had with them throughout my experience. Well done ladies for making me feel warm and welcomed.

I seen Dr Peter Vo and his professionalism was unreal! Not only was he very knowledgeable in what he does he makes you feel very heard and welcomed. He explains everything very clearly and in depth. I’ve never had this type of experience going to get my skin checked! 11/10 stuff Dr Peter.

Dr. Margaret Chung is super professional and nice. She explains the diagnosis patiently and provided excellent recommendations by taking into account patient's feelings and life needs.

The receptionists are all professional - speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese fluently with great attitude. Highly recommended!

I would rate this experience a 0 if I could. It was a major mistake on my part to seek treatment from this unprofessional doctor. As a pregnant woman with a skin infection and cold flu symptoms, I was hoping to receive some expert advice. I arrived at the appointment five minutes early, but the doctor failed to show up even after 40 minutes past the scheduled time. To make matters worse, there were other patients waiting as well. Totally lost word. I made an effort to respect the doctor's time by arriving early, and all I expected in return was for the so-called professional to do the same and respect his patients' time. If the doctor is unable to accommodate patients, then they shouldn't accept appointments. I wasted an hour of my time, taking time off from work for nothing. It was a completely disappointing experience.

Middle aged woman with the glasses working at the reception / front desk on 10 May 2023 at 3:30pm was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was blunt and when I said I no longer want to proceed with the consultation because I did not want to be out of pocket she looked back at her screen and didn’t even bother to respond to me. I felt judged because of my financial situation and felt blindsided that I had to be out of pocket because the practice doesn’t bulk bill. I had to ask if that was okay because she looked like she had an issue with it to which she bluntly replied “yep”. She doesn’t respond or look at me any further like I was beneath her, not even a good bye to close out the exchange so I just walked away after saying thanks after she doesn’t reply. I’m sure the doctors and the medical service itself are fine but if you decide to go here, make sure you avoid this woman unless you want to be talked down to.

Highly recommend their lactation consultant Sharon Lau. She helped me and my little one heaps in our breastfeeding journey, providing me with advice on latching, feeding schedules, positions, etc. She also helped me unclog clogged ducts multiple times. My baby started with bottle feed and has now been exclusively breastfed for 7 months since week 6.

Besides Sharon, we've (me, hubby and baby) seen all the doctors at Times GP and all of them are beyond amazing. They're caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We live in a different suburb with a big medical centre but have been visiting Times GP for all our medical needs. The doctors are especially good with young children! The nurses and admin staff are so friendly and beyond amazing too!

I don’t usually do this but I am very disappointed in the compassion and care of Dr Ria. I went away from bulk billing doctors to find a doctor that I could trust and stick with long term. I got lost and was 5 minutes late to my first appointment so I completely understood that the appointment had to be cut shorter however, the second time I was early and it was no different. Still felt like I was rushed out of there. I felt very uncomfortable bringing up new issues and did not feel like she wanted to hear or understand anything about me. Money is not an issue when you’re paying for a good service so I gave it another chance.. but in the end it was definitely not worth the 3 appointments and expensive medication she prescribed me without warning. I would not recommend. On the other hand the clinic itself was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly

I tried Times Beauty hydra facial today. It is a very different experience than normal facial. Vincy (beauty therapist) explained each step and was very attentive. They showed me what my face skin is like before facial and tailored the facial. Loved the experience, I would go back to do it again. I was shown the dirt and dead skin extracted out afterwards. Thankfully skin was mainly just dry only 🙊🙊

I liked how it was individual rooms and so clean and set up so nicely.

Also the receptionists there are very patient to try to work out a suitable time for me and very polite.

Only thing I would have loved more is to continue on with a full massage add on to package if they did have one ☺️😉

I wrongly booked this medical centre, I thought I booked with my usual doctor, receptionist rang me to explain their fee policy and helped me to figure out my usual doctor’s medical center’s name. I decided to have a try with them. A male doctor I saw was really nice and explained a lot about my question, Will go to see doctor again and this place is much more close to my work.

I had an appointment with Dr Meredith today. She was very nice and patient with me, and answered all the questions I had. All the receptionists were nice and sweet as well. As it was my first time visiting there, they all introduced themselves, I felt very welcomed and engaged. I don’t want this clinic to be very popular as it will be my regular clinic but I totally recommend!

I cannot recommend this practice enough, and in fact just came back to work raving about it to my co-workers. Dr Sabapathy truly goes above and beyond any doctor I have met before, really taking the time to check your health, ensure you are okay and offer the best advice and treatment for your issues. I can see negative reviews relating to time here, but my experience has been maybe up to a 30 minute wait at the most, or no wait at all, and as previously stated, if you want someone who cares it is totally worth the wait. I would rather wait and see an amazing doctor than go to doctors that only care about billing as many patients in a day as possible and don't care about their health.

We flew into Brisbane for medical checks not knowing where to go I took to google to do a doctor. This medical group has several doctors that specialize in different areas. Booking an appointment is so easy to do online. You can choose from a 15minute to a 30minute. They are located in the heart of the CBD. They are very punctual for appointment times. There is also a radiology and lab in the same building so it makes the visit super convenient for an out of towner.
We saw Dr. Warfe and Dr. Amos both outstanding doctors.
