This place has to be the best pet store ever. I bring my dog here a few weeks ago for a harness fitting and he got alot of treats and pets. The people there are so kind and are the best. If you need help finding something they will tell you where you can find it
Petbarn Elizabeth is the best pet store. The customer service is fantastic, the team is great, have lots of knowledge and the store manager Jen is absolutely awesome. My dogs love to go shopping in store as they get treated like royalty. A one stop store for all my different pet needs.
Staff seemed nice, all though did need to seek them out from talking at the counter, once they did help where very helpful.
Have been going to Petbarn Elizabeth for just over 10 years, since it moved into Phillip Highway. Have always had good customer service, especially from the store manager. Now that my cat has passed away and I will no longer have a reason to visit again, I thought it was worth to post this 5 star review.
Bought 2 female tiger barbs today. Originally went in just to browse, but the gentleman who served me was so knowledgeable about tiger barb requirements that I was sold straight away. He handled them really gently too. The cashier afterwards was lovely as well, so I donated $3 to their current charity drive. Overall a win!

I brought my pet blue staffy in yesterday and the lady at the front was very rude, saying that I can’t have such fat dog and that I should be ashamed of myself, the only thing I feed my dog is canned fruit and the wag doggy treats THEY SELL. So tell me why my dog is so fat when I feed her the treats you sell. UNBELIEVABLE I cant bring my cute little Bertha to petbarn anymore because every time I go in there they yell at the dog calling it fat and then they kick her. This is unacceptable petbarn. Do better. I have attached a real photo of my poor baby GETTUNG yelled at Becasue she is so fat look how sad she is.
Excellent Service. Took my Maltese and Pomeranian to be groomed and could not be happier. Being a large franchise we were reluctant to have our dogs groomed there but Bonnie (staff member) was extremely friendly and professional. Not only did she fit them in at short notice due to a cancellation, but even helped us select a new jumper for our dog Astro. Both dogs left looking fantastic. We will be taking our boys there from now on.
This pet stock was amazinggg it was so good they had everything I was looking for my dog and they had a lot of good quality range of products from toys all the way to food and clothes. And their service was great I took my dog to cut her nails and cut her hair and she came out perfect and it didn’t take too long of a wait.
Got the best service from one of the young male staff members there today! He didn't rush me or my dog while we went over and over all the harness and lead options available! He even tried SAVING me money! But me being me had to spend more than intended anyway lol....
I'm happy with all items purchased too which is awesome! And my boy is comfortable and walking so well already with his cross cheque Ezy dog harness 🤩🤩🤩🤩

It's a really big & spacious store. It's well laid out too. The aisles aren't cramped. I like the fact that dogs were allowed into the store. The also have puppy classes, which I think is a brilliant idea. They have a huge variety of toys, food etc for a variety of pets, they even had some chicks (baby chickens) for sale too.
Convenient location, lots of parking.

Fish area always looks calming and clean.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Staff were so rude and not inviting! Only one staff member was polite felt sad for her she has to work with two other team members with attitudes like that 🤢

Took our pug in for a groom , he came out looking lovely and fresh. The staff were really friendly and flexible and I appreciated the service. Our pug was very happy after his wash and blowdry.

My dog developed fear after the previous groomer did something (I don’t know what) but Off the Leash has been wonderful and my puppy is always so excited to get in there!
Took wonderful care of our aging dog whilst we had a weekend in Lakes Entrance. We also got our dog groomed while she was there and they did a wonderful job. Very friendly, welcoming and caring.
Deb, Chris and Nicki are absolute legends. Our German Shepherd was with them for over two weeks. He can be anxious and have stomach issues but they handled everything perfectly. We picked up a happy pup. Hands down the best place in the area. Can’t recommend Deb and her team enough.

Do not come here if you want your dog washed! . Brought my 2 dogs here and they left wet and humid. A day later they had a rash on their belly and were scratching like crazy. The older woman in the grooming section is so rude and unprofessional, absolutely scam! Go somewhere else to groom your dogs but do not come here!
5 stars to all the girls who were working this afternoon. After popping into pick up a few Chrissy things after work. My husband & I were witness to a true Karen treating several staff terribly rudely. The staff member was giving her amazing customer service, whilst trying to help this ungrateful B***h with a solution to her collar issue. The woman was being sooo dam rude & entitled, we could not help but hear her disgusting behaviour from her towards staff. After several minutes I could not tolerate it any longer & told her that she needed to calm down, only for her to give me one of her entitled rants. Power to you girls for having to tolerate that. We think you were all amazing. I personally would have kicked her out of my store.
Our Monty was nice and clean, smelt great, and he was all trimmed and neat.

Friendly service and a great range of products. Staff are knowledgeable. Dog washing facilities and pet/ human laundry washing facilities as well.

Everyone is always so helpful, and always offer to look up my loyalty number so I can get the same flea treatment which I seem to be unable to remember after trying so many brands.
The staff were friendly, my cat came out looking relaxed! This was my cats first wash and trim, so I wasn't sure what to expect but I was hoping to be in there while he was in but they put him in the haircut area and said they'd call me when he was ready for pick up.
Leo showed such care and patience with me the nervous owner whose Havanese at twelve months was having his first experience of grooming. Then he showed the same care and flair with my dog.

What a great store! Very clean and inviting with a huge variety of stock. I made several purchases and as such was helped by a couple of staff members who were knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. They have a wonderful space for pet adoption too and I watched as a staff member gave kindness and attention to a cat who was timid but warmed quickly to him.

My golden retriever, Ellie has never been a fan of being bathed, and can get a little anxious being away from me. I was recommended to try Pro Canine Stylists. How wonderful they are! The first few sessions they gently introduced my girl to their environment and now she runs in the door to greet them. We have been going here for over 6 years and I would not trust anyone else with my precious Goldie.
The staff member who assisted me was honest and friendly, and happy to help me find what I needed for our chew-happy mastiff-x. Will definitely be going back to the Melrose Park store in future.

We took our cat Skylah for her first wash and tidy. The team at MikeNeko is amazing reassuring us that her wash was calm and gentle. Although our cat did not like the blowing part, she manage to be ok when there were two therapist blowing dry her hair. We bought a bag of freeze dried raw treats, and she definitely enjoys it. Thank you for the service!

Customer beware. If you are considering buying fish from this store , think twice. I recently bought 6 Guppies last week from this store thinking that l was purchasing healthy fish, when l asked if they were. But l was wrong , only after 6 days l have lost one . I have cycled my tank for the correct amount of time and l also checked the water parameters with the API master test kit and all the water parameters were perfect as indicated on the chart. So l know that it wasn't a fault on my behalf. This is not the first time that this has happened to me when buying fish from this store, I once again fell for their lies. I have given this store in the past several opportunities. I would highly recommend purchasing your fish from a proper aquarium store as l will be doing from now on , not petstock.

We took our 7 month old westie Harold for his first proper groom today. Our previous westie went there for years and it was always a positive experience but Harold is a little more of a handful and I was convinced he would need medication to be groomed. I was wrong! He loved the experience and looks amazing. Can’t rate this business high enough. Thank you for your empathy for both our puppies and our family. 😊

First visit with Evie our 8 month old energetic Golden Retriever. She looked amazing and was so happy when I picked her up. Lovely, friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be coming back regularly and would highly recommend.
Brought our young pup in for OUR first kennel experience. Chris and Deb are such kind caring dog people that we trust them implicitly. The premises are spotless, communication is brilliant and the care is superb. All our worries as first time dog parents were put at ease and our dog was thriving when we came back for her. Our dog Baxter had his first groom with Off the leash today and the experience couldn't have been better. From the day I booked him in Tahnee has been so accommodating and flexible. I picked up Baxter up this afternoon and he was happy as Larry. He had a wash and a shave and looked and smelt amazing. Payment was a breeze with EFTPOS and the pricing was competitive. So glad we found such a good groomer close by, we'll definitely be booking Baxter in again. Thanks Tahnee!
I have received the highly professional services from off the leash pet grooming ADL multiple times now and I couldn’t recommend this service enough after my experiences. I have received great communication for bookings, affordable pricing and close attention to detail with my much loved pet Miniature Schnauzer. Thanks very much Tahnee for making him look his best all the time!
Our little fella has visited Off the leash couple of time snow, we feel really safe leaving Charlie ( our dog) with Tahnee, she is super friendly and you can tell she loves what she does, it makes a massive difference. Not to mentioned that here service is amazing and Charlie always comes ready for a fashion parade. Highly recommend it.

Took good care of my dog, had a variety of food choices, and was able to groom as well. Great result! I won’t hesitate to have our dog stay here again.
All my families pets have been going here for years. The first place where the dogs run in because of how excited they are. Staff are exceptionally passionate and friendly. Have never been able to find a place at such high a groom and care standard both in Adelaide and interstate.
Always had great service here. Easy parking but can be hard to get back onto South Road due to the traffic and people not letting you out.

I went here today on the recommendation of a friend who has her two ‘oodles groomed. I am so so, so happy with the groom on my Harley (Airedale terrier), it is perfect and brings out all her best features and is relatively “natural” looking. But even more then the groom I am so impressed with the care and attention they gave her during her visit. She went in very anxious as she is in all new spaces, and I saw her on the table as they were finishing up two hours later and she was just calm and relaxed. Her groomer cut all the matted fur from between her toes and was just so gentle with her the whole time. They listened to my request about her antisocial behaviour when stressed and made sure there were no other dogs or cats around and took the time to get to know her. She was giving lots of kisses by the end! Dog lovers: look no further for your next groomer. This is it for us!

Highly recommend the girls from Professional Canine Stylists! The staff are always very bubbly and friendly. My girl loves her appointment, she doesn't even look back when I drop her off. It is reassuring knowing that she is well looked after and happy being there, thanks girls.
Couldn't recommend Deb strongly enough! She always takes the best of care with our girl Haze whether it be for grooming or sleep overs.

Today, I took my Lucky cat to take a bath. After washing, the cat's hair is very soft and fragrant. The staff in the store are very good to cats👍. By the way, I bought a lot of snacks and staple foods for the cat that he likes very much. My cat likes to eat snacks from MikeNeko's shop the most. This store is really great, and the decoration is also very nice🤩
Our little girl as been groomed at Petstock Prospect over the past 9 years and they have been wonderful. Always happy with the clip or tidy up as they listen to what the client requests and have various packages to suit. Prices are reasonable and Belinda is the best groomer I've ever come across. Won that title last year 2020.
The staff at Professional Canine Stylists are welcoming with big smiles and have expert skills will golden retrievers. Our Golden Retriever Jasmine is comfortable spending a few hours being pampered and always looks her best after treatment. Thank you!!
So many cute animals! Plus great service. I got to pat a baby python, a cat, see some chickens and they offered to call up other stores to find me a kitten which was a success!
We love the fact that these stores facilitate the adoption of Animal Welfare League kittens as opposed to cats and dogs from "breeders".
We went to the store at Prospect looking to adopt a kitten and weren't disappointed.
The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process which was just delightful considering that all the proceeds from the adoption costs go straight back to the AWL.

Store carries a large range of all type of pet requirements. Staff are well informed and very friendly and helpful. Store is easy to find due to good signage and bright store front. Parking has easy access off a very busy main road.
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The grooming services are fantastic. There is a hydrobath if you want to wash your pet yourself. Alternatively, the professional groomers are amazing! They are really calm and wonderful with the animals. They are also really flexible and proactive in assisting people to manage their pet's grooming.
I just pop in to mainly get some cow ears for my dogs, the staff are always friendly and helpful. And they have a friendly pet Cockatail called Sammy which she is normally about wanting a wee scratch, unless she's been in trouble and stealing.

This place is one of the few pert stores that I frequent on a regular basis. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The store is pet friendly and will acknowledge your pet and stop to give them a pat. The store is usually clean and well stocked. It stocks a large variety of items. The store mascot - Sammy the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo loves me and always asks for a scratch. The store offers a DIY dog bath as well as grooming services. My only complaint is that prices on certain things can be really dear.
