This pet stock was amazinggg it was so good they had everything I was looking for my dog and they had a lot of good quality range of products from toys all the way to food and clothes. And their service was great I took my dog to cut her nails and cut her hair and she came out perfect and it didn’t take too long of a wait.
Great customer service and thanks to the young lad that helped me pick between the bouncy leads you had. Awesome store!

Do not come here if you want your dog washed! . Brought my 2 dogs here and they left wet and humid. A day later they had a rash on their belly and were scratching like crazy. The older woman in the grooming section is so rude and unprofessional, absolutely scam! Go somewhere else to groom your dogs but do not come here!
Friendly service and a great range of products. Staff are knowledgeable. Dog washing facilities and pet/ human laundry washing facilities as well.
What a great store! Very clean and inviting with a huge variety of stock. I made several purchases and as such was helped by a couple of staff members who were knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. They have a wonderful space for pet adoption too and I watched as a staff member gave kindness and attention to a cat who was timid but warmed quickly to him.
Highly recommended and will be back.

Have been going to get our Son’s dog Cooper groomed here since they opened the grooming section.
Always fabulous service and they show so much patience and kindness to our dog.
Very professional and they always groom Cooper beautifully.
