I love the ambience! we actually went here because of the good reviews & high star reviews!
we had the oysters, beef brisket, calamari & bang bang prawns. Unfortunately everything didn’t meet our expectation (fried stuffs were too oily, too salty, weird taste and smell for oysters)☹️
but service from the girl was very nice & lovely!

My boyfriend and I talked about this place a few times, but we always used to forget to go there. Today, we were starving after fasting all day, and we finally remembered it. The best decision we made! Everything was amaaazing, we ordered a plate for two plus the potatoes (the best potatoes ever)! It was more than enough for us; even after fasting all day, we couldn’t finish it! 10/10 ⭐️ We’re definitely coming back again soon!
The best beef brisket I have ever eaten, and I’ve eaten a lot across the globe!! You have to order the beef sausages, Brussels sprouts and pork lardons too. Beautiful pistachio tart too. Highly impressed. Thanks chef!!

Has anyone been to @meatworksco in south melbourne ? I literally stumbled upon this place because I took a wrong turn going to an appointment otherwise I wouldn’t have even known that it exists! That’s my bad cos the food was so yummy!
We ordered the oysters (yum and very well priced 12 for $35), chicken wings (not sure why there are two random carrots in it 😂), the Meatworks platter which is obviously the pièce de résistance - so many different kinds of meats… they are all pretty delicious, but the highlight is the chicken drumstick (smoked), sausages and their pork ribs.
There are some small disappointments though if I had to be brutally honest- the platter, while delicious, was missing something to cut through the richness of the meat. And now that I thought about it, I think they were supposed to be served with pickles… but they must have forgotten it 😢. Thank goodness I did order the cabbage salad w capers, which really helped.
The other small disappointment was the fries wasn’t hot- how I was longing for freshly cooked fries!
Lastly, I am not sure whether it was a very busy night or whether they were short staffed but the tables were not cleared, the bottle of Ajax is left in the middle shared table, water are not refilled. Small things but it all make an impression, a not so good one at that, although the service was friendly enough.
That being said the meat was so good I reckon we will be back again soon- hopefully for a 10/10 experience!

Got the ribs, corn, wings & some chips. Tasty. good portion and priced roughly about market rates (so not overpriced). i'll be back to try other dishes.
That was amazing, I'm so happy i went to Meatworks Co last week and enjoyed there many options of meat. The service was friendly, nice and fast. The different seating areas were also great and cosy.

What a great place. Have try bbq en Texas USA and doesn’t compare to what I tasted today at your restaurant. What amazing food. Another level. Super original first plate of oysters uffffff. The bbq sauce was espectacular. It’s a must in Melbourne. Great job with your restaurant. Love it.
This review is only to say, I called and asked if they’re 100% Halal. They are not. I gave 5 stars cos it isn’t right to give lower even tho I have never eaten there. So ignore the 5 stars.
Ordered a latenight HSP. A "Large," and it's the smallest "Large" I've ever seen in my whole life, not even half the size of a devote HSP place's "large". The value for money is just not there.
Nice open spaces with plenty of seating and screen real estate to catch a game! Food is reasonably priced and the group is always looking forward to a new burger of the month. Staff are always smiling and attentive - the manager Gab took good care of us with some tasty drink recommendations! Thank you team!

The staff were amazing, they were so friendly and welcoming. Gabrielle, the lady who served me, recommended the Philly cheese steak pizza and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and good vibes. We will certainly be back
Seriously, I use to order the Philly cheese Hsp on a weekly. I can’t believe it, COLD! Meat was so hard, road kill would have had more tenderness. I’m done wasting my money on this place, useless place can’t even add the sauce on top correctly! It’s Like they squeezed the bottle like a newborns grip, lumps of sauce everywhere! Maybe shut shop, since you can’t deliver quality food!

Making my way around the Varsity's. My visit here was fantastic from the food to the service. Can't recommend enough.

Ive ordered the cheesy kranksy dog from here three times and three times i got three different things. I just dont understand what it is. The first time i ordered it was on uber (first picture) and thats what i got. the last two times have been in person, the second time i ordered it, it looked like an americana dog and i hated it,,,, what is it supposed to be???? now the third time ive ordered ive got this (second picture). I dont know what it is or whats in it, i’d rather not eat it but it’s too expensive to go to waste. Please be more specific on what you actually serve. I’m not going to try a fourth time to order this when clearly nobody working there knows what it is.

I ordered 2 large crispy fried chicken hsp (LARGE) it looks like someone was hungry and ate half of them. I ordered the same thing yesterday nothing was wrong with it idk why they gave us half portion on a large I would not recommend since they give out half portions on a large.

This bar style venue serves up a cracking American BBQ. The lamb shoulder just fell off the bone and was absolutely delicious. You can dine inside or alfresco outside. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing bar style.
Dirty Moe's has a great vibe, with awesome artwork to enjoy and start discussions.
They have a good selection of drinks and a menu which caters for all. The kitchen staff are informative and knowledgeable about dietary requirements.

It's all about the cornbread!!! I've never had such amazing cornbread, it was light, fluffy, warm and crispy on the outside. Just perfect 👌 we bought 3 more the day after our dinner!

Tried to book a booth here for family member with special needs. She is in a wheelchair and a booth is the only spacious area that accommodates her chair.
Staff on phone were not helpful.
They said to wait 5-10min on the day and see if a booth will be available on the night for her.
I explained that’s why I was booking a night in advance- so my family member with special needs is definitely going to have a booth.
All the staff member did was say we will make a note of it on your reservation but a booth still isn’t guaranteed even though she’s in a wheelchair.
Families who also have members with special needs- I caution against making a reservation at TGI Doncaster.
My family definitely won’t be going here.

The service is incredible! I've always wanted to go there and I wasn't disappointed at all! The food is very good, we were very well looked after, the waitresses were very kind and attentive to us. Not to mention the taste of the Ultimate Box. Amazing! Thank you! I live nearby and will definitely go back.
They used to be good. But now they're really bad. I wish they wouldn't use reheated meat in hsps when they clearly don't have enough fresh stock available. Hsp with tzatziki sauce? What is that, I wanted garlic sauce and you chuck that on? Okay no problem I'll take a $6 refund for you ruining the entire meal for me. They make mistakes with orders constantly and food is the greasiest of all the takeaway I get, which I never thought would be really an issue 'til I went to this place.

We're completely sold and floored by the recommendations of the Tuesday Brisket and Mixed Platter. Had there been any lamb left, I'm sure we'd have loved it too. Anyways, we gobbled up the additional order Buffalo Wings!

Tuesday nights are an absolute winner and no brainer which is the $22 brisket meal!
The serving size is great value and the meat falls apart in your mouth.
We ordered three servings one with garlic bread and mac&cheese and the other two with garlic bread and fries. All were great options.
The brisket comes with bbq sauce so there is no need to order any other sauces.
We will be coming back!

Very poor and slow service. And the sandwiches are a bit pricey for their small sizes. The food is ok but they should improve their customer service and the portions.
This place not only has the most delicious stuff but also great customer service and awesome interior design. I recommend Philly Cheese Steak and Cheesy Fries. The bun was so soft, warm and delicious. Never had one like this before.

I always come here after i finish work and the food from this place just make me so happy and satisfied. Anjeep is serving most of time and the other guy sometimes. They are super friendly and make good food always :) definitely i will come everyday 😉 worth it 👍🏻

Really felt as if we were back in New York! Hats off to Ash who was running the show on her own - what an amazing lady, excellent leadership skills and 5-star service - she went above and beyond! The food was super delish...Highly recommend this funky diner! We were impressed to say the least.
I don’t know if I spelt his name correctly, but when I called Rishab from Granville Phillies picked up . He helped me so much with my order . Our Uber drive didn’t even come and he was happy to keep the food warm . His warm and empathetic persona was really refreshing as not many people are like that anymore .

This was the first time I've been to Dirty Moe's. I have to say I wasn't disappointed. The food was amazing. The staff were friendly. It was clean and well laid out so you didn't feel crammed in. Very nice.

TGI Friday in Westfield Doncaster left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the waiter at the front door seemed unwelcoming when we found out free kids meal is not available today.
The background music was so loud.
The disappointment continued with the food – the chicken wings were dry, and the signature sauce was overpoweringly sweet. The mac n cheese was a letdown too, with soft pasta and an unpleasant-tasting cheese. The dishes served were not garnished.
To add on, our table was not clean. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, we do not foresee revisiting again.

The Texan Double Cheese Burger was easy to eat and held together well and a good size. The patty's were nice and juicy, and the crispy tobacco onions added a nice texture.
The tenders were well seasoned with a mix of herbs that went well together, not too spicy. I really liked them.
The service good, happy to answer any questions, and it was pretty quick when we were there, only a 15-20 minute wait.

The experience of dining at TGI Fridays is inconsistent . Sometimes we receive a very good service and good food. Some other times the experience is not that good. I can tell because we are regulars and every time we experience something different.
In general, I like the staff very well. They are dedicated and kind. But some times they deliver orders wrong and we usually we have wait a while to get served.
Definitely some room for improvement.

Truffle fries were amazing I find myself craving them often. I ordered the pulled pork burger with the mac n cheese, the burger was falling apart ended up eating the filling with a fork. Opens later than most places and service was great as we had the place to ourselves at 8pm.
I ordered 5 different burgers yesterday . Honestly, they all tasted the same all packed with sauce and messy 🙃 😅 😩

Easy Street Diner delivers great American diner food at a good price point. Have been here many times over the years and so happy it’s still got a great following and still delivers the same delicious food as I remember when they first opened. Whilst it’s ‘greasy’ food, I never feel sick afterwards like you do at many American inspired diners. I assume it’s partly because they offer smaller serving sized burgers but they must also choose quality and cook things with care. Regardless it’s always a great time at ESD. Burger patties are cooked well with great flavour, salads are fresh, and everything is just delicious. Sides are quite large, which I’m sure makes up for the smaller burgers for the larger eaters.
Update: have recently been again, and have to note that they were the best onion rings I’ve ever had in my life.

Tonight was my first time at Easy Street Diner and I can 100% say it won't be the last! I'm American and finding food here in Australia that's like back home is definitely a challenge. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker so my wife and I dropped in for dinner. The vibe is relaxed and comfortable. I really enjoyed the music and the sous chef who helped us at the front was delightful! Fun, full spirited, funny and welcoming. Chicken tenders were AMAZING and so was the chicken slider! Whatever sauce is on that is what dreams are made of *chef's kiss*. My wife's favourite was the classic mac and cheese. We tried a lot out of total excitement and weren't disappointed in the least. Can't wait to go back!
Updated 10/23: visited TGI now that it is well established in the upstairs Doncaster Dining area. Food quality has improved from last time, however we didn't find it was good value ($19.90 for 4 potato skins, wings about $2 per piece). The weekday specials seem to be a good deal though. Service is still a sore point as staff were very disinterested and dropped plates/food on our table without acknowledging us at all! Disappointing.

Food was just average for the price and poor service really impacted the experience. We ordered the nachos, half rack pork ribs and 12 wings (buffalo and chipotle honey). Wings and ribs are good but I wouldn't order the nachos again (overpriced, sloppily assembled). The famous chips were very soggy and slaw was bland.
Our food arrived lukewarm because it was sitting under the lamps (right next to our table) for a while. Had the same problem later when I ordered takeaway and it sat on the bench for 10 minutes before I walked over and asked if it was mine.
The waitstaff were quite disinterested and won't help tables not in their section. We were told to order on the app which isn't possible with the voucher we had, so it took half an hour to order. We flagged down a waitress waiting at the lamps (no food ready) and she started taking our drinks order but wouldn't take our food order... She then rudely told the manager "go get [our waitress] and tell her to do her job". I hope that TGI will change this policy to ensure that the waiters support each other to ensure customers get a good experience.

Easy access and very clean . My friends and I loved this place. I left full and satisfied but not stuffed. They also have great options for Vegans.
