Best Lodgings in Australia

The minute you walk through the door you have an amazing view of the ocean, the apartment was spacious, nice big bath and rain shower, king size bed was so comfortable and views to the ocean, living and kitchen good, a coffee machine, pool towels, lovely fluffy bath towels, the outside area in unit 12 was huge with day bed and outdoor table and chairs, pool is a lap pool.

If I stay here I would go sane. You don't want to see me when I'm not insane. Totally different person

We had a wonderful stay and our unit was beautiful. Newly renovated with the best of everything. Thanks to Leisa and the team for great service including travel info on flooded roads. We are planning our next stay already

Remarkable place. So much peace and serenity. Would highly recommend as a venue for your next spiritual workshop or just as a great off grid media free detox.

Great memories of a short holiday with friends. Actually caught crabs from the jetty and they were delicious. Walking distance to the local pub.

We have stayed in a dozen campsites in WA lately and the cleanliness of the showers and toilets was the best we have come across. The lady on reception with dark hair, sorry I didn't get her name, was so helpful, accommodating and nice. The long term residents we met were lovely and extremely friendly, especially Kim with his little dog Chico. All the best from Howard Hughes and Julie

Very comfortable stay in the Kookaburra Cottage with all the modern conveniences. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We have stayed twice in month of April 2023. and recently last week from Saturday October 14 to Friday the 23 , 2023 The manager Leisa is wonderful. Last tome when I mentioned that it was my wife’s best Leisa gave us a early check in and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and shops. This time Lisa went out of her way to to welcome us back and make our stay memorable. Beautiful location and units are comfortable. The manager Leisa is great friendly person. The apartment owners are lucky to have her to look after the place and to get repeated customers. I will have no hesitation to visit the place to stay at the apartments. You don’t need a car all in walking distance

My husband and I stayed for five nights in a one bedroom apartment (6). The apartment was on the ground floor so we had a spacious patio with table and lounge setting where we enjoyed all of our meals / drinks while taking in the views of the ocean and stars at night. The apartment itself was in great condition with a well stocked kitchen, great electric stove /oven and full size dishwasher. There was a washing machine in the bathroom along with a bath tub, shower and good size basin. The bathroom is to be renovated some time in the near future I believe, which will make it even better. Leisa, the building manager was lovely and very helpful. We will be back again!

Very comfortable and clean. Stayed for 3 nights. Many storage cupboards were locked so didn’t have space to unpack all our clothes, groceries and bathroom items. Needed to empty garbage bins on leaving. 4-5 star accommodation but not on arrival Says we would be charged extra if we didn’t do this. Not part of original conditions and I expect this to be part of the normal cleaning post stay.

We have stayed at a lot of places, Halls Gap Cottages are by far, the cleanest, well maintained and beautiful facilities in the most outstanding setting we have experienced. The local knowledge and attention of the hosts (Peter & Vange) is brilliant, their attention to detail amazing.

I couldn’t recommend these facilities higher.

Absolutely beautiful cottages with everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Everything has been thought of to ensure the best of stays, from heated tiles in the bathroom, a spa after a long day hiking, luxurious king sized bed and cozy wood fire. Set amongst the most pristine but convenient locations in Halls Gap this is the perfect place for a Grampians getaway!

We had a lovely weekend in Bluegum Cottage, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly want for the weekend, the fireplace is fantastic and Peter was a very accomodating host. We have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Halls Gap Cottages

The hosts were very welcoming & helpful, Peter & Evangeline have really thought of everything to make the stay as memorable & comfortable as possible.
To mention a few of the highlights, the ingenious modern lock system to gain entry, simply effortless, the wood heater & spa, heated bathroom floor & comfortable king bed, fantastic! Loved the decking to take in the surrounds.
This prime location with phenomenal views of ‘The Pinnacle’, friendly wildlife a stones throw away, kangaroos emu’s &
bird life. Plenty of walking tracks that are accessible.
Have to mention the coffee maker & fully equiped kitchen & laundry facilities. It’s impeccably clean & inviting.
We 100% recommend these cottages to anyone. Will certainly return!

One of the best places IV stayed in hands down.
It's cosy no one even bothered me and my partner there is an awesome natraln spring that you can swim in with not a person in site so private 100% it had all that was needed and not to mention I prepossed to my partner there that's how nice the vibe was so there for for me it was the perfect place for me to ask her even tho I had no ring..

My husband and I have just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with a 2 night stay at the beautiful Wisteria Waters in South Yunderup, with all our family. It was wonderful. With five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and everything superbly presented, with every attention to detail and above all the magnificent view of the canals, birdlife, dolphins etc from our rocking chairs on the huge back verandah, with its lovely bbq area and spa, we could not have asked for anything more!! Oh yes, the weather was perfect, the canal was a millpond and we all had a go on the supplied kayaks! Thank you again for some wonderful memories!
