Nice place, good pc and setup, but I came to play Fortnite and they advertised it but I could not play and not the best customer service. Would be improved if they had an administrator account for each computer.
Totally brought back the kid in me. I can literally play for days here !!!

Got there little after 8.30pm on a Friday night - surprisingly wasn't too crowded.
Arcade Machines didn't have lines, so didn't have to wait to play the games we wanted to try.
Make sure to bring $1 coins as that's how you operate to play the machines, otherwise you can easily exchange at the bar.
There wasn't much hot food on the menu, so the staff were kind enough to let us bring pizza from next door to eat!!
I'll definitely be back to try out the board games and spend more time trying to beat the high scores to some of my favourite arcade machines.

If your an old school gamer, this bar has plenty to keep you entertained. If pinball and arcade machines are not your style, there are loads of board games and even a selection of n64 games to play for free. The beer is not bad either.
We had a great experience celebrating my son’s birthday party here. The party coordinator (Michelle) and the hosts Hannah and Jess made everything possible for us even the last minute amendment. Greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
Awesome venue with great games that brought back a lot of childhood memories. Selection of alcohol is good 😅👌🏻 and staff are very friendly!
Unfortunately i did not have the best experience at the kingpin and by their staff.
They cut off our game in the middle of the play.

Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 star to 1 star.. all that good effort made by the ground staff gone down the drain just because a decision from upper management to change the super bonus value from power roll machine to 350.. used to be 1000 then 500 now 350?? I mean you called that a super bonus? It’s now very personal to me coz I just feel like you want people to play and spend money but doesn’t want to give the tickets (it’s a rip off mate).. Kingpin wasn’t used to be like this but new management seems to be making this place a lot worse. Shame on you kingpin.
Don't ever play the claw machines, it’s a scam. Each claw machine was set to +/- 75x $2.80-$5 / game before it starts to pay out. The claws are often weak and unable to pick up the toy before it pays out. The giant claw machine is advised to be set to 200x that equates to $1000 powercredits for $50 toy at Benson’s website where they get most of their stocks from.
The ‘over the edge’ machine prizes were replaced by cheap funko $12-15ea (refer to pic) where it takes a good $50 for players to get one item (it’s no joke). The ‘big rig’ machine is another scam where the rings stuck at the pusher and the manager Elan just placed them on top, leaving a big gap behind so you need to play in order (another 20x swipes) for it to push the rings to the chute ‘Not worth’, guess what the rings then stuck again.
Most of the arcade machines are either broken or not functioning as they should due to poor maintenance.
My family saw a rat in the venue, as well as half eaten chocolate inside the ‘Big Sweet Machine’, quickly advised the staff and they didn't clean the machine when advised nor they stopped people from playing (we were there the entire day). Had a wonderful experience. We celebrated our daughter’s 13th year birthday and all the children had a lovely time. The party coordinator Michelle collected all the required information for the party and completed all the arrangements. Party host Britney was amazing with the children and kept them occupied the whole time. The food was amazing especially the donut cake and fried chicken. Totally worth the money. Thank you!

A brilliant day! Really interesting to learn about the evolution of the consoles from the early '70s and the growth of the industry a few years later and what role each console played in it. Heaps of consoles out to play as well with plenty that I had not heard of including and extremely old and rudimentary Pong console. Staff member working was terrific as well. Clearly loves his job which is so important in a gig like this and made it a really comfortable environment to hang out it.
The monitors were only 60hz, the computer kept crashing and the whole computer was Chinese. Don't ever go here
Went in on a Friday night and met the local tavern Mage Lewi. He was the highlight. He showed us amazing magic coupled with the ‘dad-est’ of jokes and the thickest of frames. Give this man a raise! Drinks and food were not bad either!

First time visiting, We booked a table in the tavern - The food was delicious and the decor was awesome.
We were interrupted mid meal by a mystical man going by the name of Lewi - Lewi was no ordinary man, He was a man of great power and deception, With whimsical hand movements he showed us many magic tricks, revealing to us that he is the in house wizard.
An excellent little bit of entertainment throughout our meal and he returned on multiple occasions to show us more tricks.
We also hired some board games / card games and played them, Highly recommend Trust me I’m a doctor.
We then went upstairs to explore a little, There’s a great cocktail bar upstairs which is all backlit with LED’s and decorated very nicely.
Also a cool e sports lounge and arcade - Shout out to the legend working up at the arcade who shouted us a few games <3

If you love pinball or just want to get your arcade fix, I could not recommend Beercade highly enough. It has the largest collection of playable pinball machines in NSW, and the owners take amazing care of the machines. I've visited regularly since it opened and I always have a blast.

Smooth experience, with only a small mishap where the PC had shutdown by itself at the start, but restarted quite quickly. Overall, good price and place to play games.
Love this place! Always a lot quieter than the one at Haymarket and the staff is friendly :) It is on the smaller side but still great if you’re out in the city and need to kill some time.
Came here on my visit to Perth, the place is calm but could be better. During my experience, I found the gaming internet cafe to be a decent option for some quick gaming.
The computers are set up in Chinese, which could be an issue for those not familiar with using Windows in that language. It would be beneficial to have an option to switch to English or have English as the default language, considering that most people have basic English skills.
The cleanliness of the peripherals and the area could be improved, as I noticed some greasy keyboards. One solution could be to sanitize each area after closing or after each person finishes using the computer. However, since I brought my own peripherals, it didn't bother me personally.
The front desk provides easy access to drinks, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth mentioning that some of the other reviews I came across regarding the internet cafe seemed to be overly exaggerated and unnecessarily rude. While everyone's experience may vary, it's important to take those reviews with a grain of salt and form your own opinion based on your personal visit.

Went for a few drinks with some mates last night at the tavern. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highlight of our night was Lewis the magician, who was warm, funny, and a lot of fun! The magic was amazing, but the real magic was the kindness and sensitivity he showed towards my colleague who was having a difficult day. Will definitely be back!
Had a great time here with friends on a Friday night. We had food, drinks and played board games all night – the highlight was probably the magician named Lewie, who came up to us and performed all sorts of mind-blowing tricks. He then gave us voucher cards so we can play the arcade games upstairs for free. Amazing atmosphere and vibe, I definitely recommend!
Fun place. Main attractions apart from the usual arcade fare is a maimai and chunithm machine that they keep up to date. Also got dance rush
We had our daughter’s birthday party at Timezone. Our host Renee was so fantastic and organised so promptly. She was so helpful and professional. We really had a great time to have our party there!

Great vibe, amazing service, your waiters are lovely and efficient! Kendall in particular was great :) Your staff are very valuable to your establishment, give them a pat on the back. Food is slightly overpriced but you pay for the atmosphere I suppose. Very cool!
A surprisingly unique and fun venue for drinks and dinner. The board games and arcade are great, but the real attraction was the close up magician lewi we met in the bar. His tricks have made me ponder the existence of magic. I would come back just for him.

Went down with a mate the other day. Really good spot. Right next to the train station, which makes it that much easier to get to. Lots of drinks to pick from and good coin bundles (Buy 20 get 2 free etc). Only complaint was the ventilation. Needs a couple more fans or something cause it gets really hot in there
Absolutely friendly staff, I don't visit here often but there has never been a bad experience. Love the atmosphere too, there is just about everything you need for a satisfactory gaming session.

Enjoyed a booth to eat dinner and play the Switch with family. We were using a wheelchair for our youngest child, and the staff were particularly helpful to ensure he was accommodated, helping us to use an elevator to see all the rooms. What a great place, but the kindness and knowledge of staff made it even more enjoyable.
The bar has an amazing setup and creative decorations. I went there for the three-B Thursdays, where you can get a burger, a schooner, and a free bowl for $35. The venue has 8 lanes, a nice bar, a spacious dining area, and a huge arcade for games. Overall, it was a bit disorganized, and most of the staff didn't know how to order the burger and beer as part of the deal. We were initially told to order via a QR code, but then we were provided with cards to order the burger at the reception. However, you still need to go to the bar to get your beer and any additional items you want to add.
There were 2 bartenders at the bar, but they took a long time to serve the customers, even though it wasn't crowded. There are 4 beers on tap to choose from, and they are served at the right temperature, which is great. I selected the Smo'King Signature Burger, and I did see the waitress trying to smoke the burger before serving it, but the smoke gun didn't produce enough smoke, so it ended up being just a regular double patty burger. The burger had a good flavor, but the beef patty was too dry. I didn't expect it to come with a small basket of chips as well.

Karaoke machine doesn't have songs in other languages despite able to search artists. Claw Machines are rigged especially for the Big Pusheen Cat one and Pop Figueres one. Dropping items on purpose all the time.
I visited with some friends on a whim one night. It was a lovely, open space, with what appeared to be some groups playing Dungeons and Dragons. It looked like everyone was having such a fun time, and the whole vibe was friendly and welcoming! The food was tasty, and the bartenders were very helpful and willing to answer questions to help me pick my drink for the night! Will be back for sure!
When I walked into portal I was greeted by this young beautiful stallion. However as I was in the middle of intense gaming, the Internet died. I would consider myself as a lonely person meaning I don't have any friends. As the Internet died, It didn't allow me to play golf with friends. Of course it was the one time I had my friends. But Hooravitt won the game so it made me happy. Then I left, but at the same time disappointed because I could've played golf with my friends longer. Overall it was aight.
Good beer selection and prices. Very nostalgic vibe and cool games. It's possible to just get coins paying by card at the bar and play as much or as little as you'd like.

Fantastic setup for gaming. Great atmosphere with lighting and gaming chairs just spot on. Has all the consoles and tons of PC's. Also sells snacks, drinks, and well planned gamer foods like chips and 'finger food. Staff are fantastic, very attentive and really helpful. Pricing here is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
Had the best time today! All the old school games! Spent hours here and were even allowed to stay for a short while after! Great value for money will 100% be back whilst in perth!!
A great time for all ages, an impressive variety of consoles and games to play. The museum section is very cool, it's fun to point out your first consoles and see how far the technology has come.
I been coming here for a year with my mates every weekend and so far we never had any problems with customer service or gaming experience. Awesome place for gaming with friends in a big group specially the theatre with Huge projector.
Celebrated a 35th birthday at kingpin this Saturday had the best experience. The staff where amazing and friendly the atmosphere was so much fun. Would like to thank Melissa and Jack especially for making my birthday one to remember. I definitely recommend it for kids and adults for there next event.
Our son has his best mates over for his 12th Birthday party, boys loved it, were impressed by choice of games, for most of them it was the first time social gaming experience! The parents were inpressed by this secret place too and everything went great thanks to smooth running of our personal party host. Thanks guys for making our son's party special! :)

Inactivity(not visiting premises for a few months) will set your previous creds saved on your account to 0 without warning. No emails/sms. A friend of mine had 40something wiped from his account.

We all love it here, especially the children! We've been to a few Timezones and this is one of the ones where the layout seems to flow better and make more sense. The staff are very helpful and generally other patrons are nice and polite.
Nice stuff. Everything is pretty clean and cozy. The equipment set up is good. All the softwares are up to date. Cute cat. :) Recommended.

I prefer the concept of another bar in Brisbane where the priority is more on the drinks, therefore the game is 1$ and easy mode for 2 players, so we can play longer all evening, enjoy more the games and of course drink more. 1 game costs 1$ for 2 ppl instead of 4$ as here. Due to the cost and duration, we didn't stay long. Woulf be nice if we hv more multiplayers games

Due to the cost and duration, we didn't stay long. Woulf be nice if we hv more multiplayers games

The desk was covered in dust, crumbs, and rubbish.
The monitor had finger prints and smudges.
The mouse pad was actually disgusting, felt real gross touching it.
The whole store just needed to be cleaned.
I don't think it would be very hard to do basic daily cleaning... especially when the staff are just on their phones behind the counter the entire 3 hours I was there.
The computer did the job, but not very well. Had to lower my graphics settings for the game, because the computer just couldn't handle it. Headphones were extremely uncomfortable and low quality.
I didn't have any problem with the customer service though. Really nice people.

Unplanned most favorite stop while I’m Perth! We visited Perth during the summer and knew it would be hot but we didn’t plan enough balance of inside and outside activities so on day 1 the kids were dying from the heat so we tried to find a good museum to take them to and this popped up. It took a little convincing to get them to agree to go but once we arrived it was all up hill from there! What a cool little place! We didn’t make a reservation and were lucky when we arrived that a school holiday event/booking was just leaving. The place isn’t very big but it’s jam packed with all the old video games from our great childhood and old TV’s to go with it!! It was such a trip back in time that we didn’t know how to begin and then didn’t know how to end! One amazingly great addition to this great great place is that your entry fee (very cheap) allows you to play all the games for the full day!!! You can come & go all day which is unheard of! So if you really want to try and break that old Atari record you can start your challenge in the morning break for lunch & let your fingers rest then come back again to finish off the day! They even have a snack bar (chips & drinks & candy bars) if you don’t want to leave. You will be very surprised as the condition of the games too…you can see some wear but really they are in good condition. Also, if you don’t see a game you are looking for just ask the owner and most likely he has it hidden away. And speaking of owner…if I could give a rating he would be a 10! Super friendly, super happy and amazing shop! We are only visiting but we saw the signage for byob trivia nights, birthday parties and other events that make this not only a great tourist destination but a great regular place to visit if you live in Perth. I’m not into video games at all but highly recommend you to go there and support this great little hidden gem. Your inner kid will thank you for it.

Randomly walked in here when the trains at Newtown were cancelled to kill some time. Wow. What an amazing experience. Arcade games from back in the day and some really awesome pin ball machines. The pin ball machines even have drink holders on them so you can rest your beer while racking up the points. What a great time. Highly recommended for some beers and fun.
Family friendly place to take the kids and show them whose boss. First, I beat my 6 year old on the water-squirt the zombies game. Then I smashed her in the basketball shoot out. Taught her some real life lessons. Anyway, after my wife showed me whose the REAL boss by ordering me to lose some games, we had a really good day here. The kids loved picking out their gifts in the prize shop. Will definitely come back…without the wife next time.
A great place to be to have some fun! Wide range including heaps of PCs, consoles and VR! They used to have theatre too but seems like they dont use them anymore. Most of staff are friendly but sometimes they can be under staffed and might have to wait a bit to be served. They have been using same PC gears like headsets, keyboard and mouse for a couple of years now so some headsets and mouse are broken and doesn't function properly but seems like they have not been fixed for a while. Also the food they offer sometimes served cold as they were frozen before but other than that a fun place💻💣⚔️🎮🎰♟
Kids can enjoy here. We have all small game for kids and adult can play. We have good point gifts.

Very complicated to understand their structure
It's in the city, so don't expect a huge map. They squeezed 19ppl in that tiny area, there was hardly any room to have a good play. There's alway someone beside to shoot you the moment ur energized. Worst part is that management said that max capacity is 26pax. Which is uttlery ridiculous. Avoid this place if you can. You're better off traveling to the suburbs to enjoy a bigger playing area.
This place is so so much fun! The inside of the venue is looking amazing! The photos I have included in this review aren't very good (ill try add better photos next time i visit) because they dont show much of the inside but there are heaps of PCs and heaps of room to comfortably spread out and play consoles and VR. You can play by yourself but if you go with a group of friends you can pretty much each get ur own screen and play each other. There are heaps of games to choose from and the staff are real friendly and helpful : )
There is a well priced snack bar too and this place has really good hours - open till midnight weekdays, 3am sat and 1am sun
