Absolutely friendly staff, I don't visit here often but there has never been a bad experience. Love the atmosphere too, there is just about everything you need for a satisfactory gaming session.

When I walked into portal I was greeted by this young beautiful stallion. However as I was in the middle of intense gaming, the Internet died. I would consider myself as a lonely person meaning I don't have any friends. As the Internet died, It didn't allow me to play golf with friends. Of course it was the one time I had my friends. But Hooravitt won the game so it made me happy. Then I left, but at the same time disappointed because I could've played golf with my friends longer. Overall it was aight.

Fantastic setup for gaming. Great atmosphere with lighting and gaming chairs just spot on. Has all the consoles and tons of PC's. Also sells snacks, drinks, and well planned gamer foods like chips and 'finger food. Staff are fantastic, very attentive and really helpful. Pricing here is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I been coming here for a year with my mates every weekend and so far we never had any problems with customer service or gaming experience. Awesome place for gaming with friends in a big group specially the theatre with Huge projector.

Our son has his best mates over for his 12th Birthday party, boys loved it, were impressed by choice of games, for most of them it was the first time social gaming experience! The parents were inpressed by this secret place too and everything went great thanks to smooth running of our personal party host. Thanks guys for making our son's party special! :)

Inactivity(not visiting premises for a few months) will set your previous creds saved on your account to 0 without warning. No emails/sms. A friend of mine had 40something wiped from his account.

A great place to be to have some fun! Wide range including heaps of PCs, consoles and VR! They used to have theatre too but seems like they dont use them anymore. Most of staff are friendly but sometimes they can be under staffed and might have to wait a bit to be served. They have been using same PC gears like headsets, keyboard and mouse for a couple of years now so some headsets and mouse are broken and doesn't function properly but seems like they have not been fixed for a while. Also the food they offer sometimes served cold as they were frozen before but other than that a fun place💻💣⚔️🎮🎰♟
