$40 for four ossu buco steaks, a dozen eggs ($6), and four sausages, from a butcher who's about to lose all of he's teeth. I think the extortionate prices are probably to support a methamphetamine habit. No he did not offer a receipt.
Such poor service make you come back for stock they said they would have and then still don’t have it and then the owner gives total attitude it’s rude and shocking

Excellent butcher with quality cuts of meat for a decent price. Easily beats Coles and Woolworths in pricing, but be sure to double check if ALDI provides a cheaper price.

Opened a pack of traditional ham off the bone to find just 2.5 slices of ham. It was awful. Was expecting a few more slices and definitely wasn’t expecting them to be dripping in soggy wet and chewy. Will definitely not buy again

Its a shame that this company is producing good products and then packaging them in non recyclable plastics. Obviously their commitment is not to the environment.

New to area, went to do 1st meat shopping and that too in bulk. Asked for invoice and owner told machine broken. Fairenough understand machines can breakdown, so being good customer offered to write down prices (holding 9 months baby in hand) while owner packs. To our SHOCK he walked away saying he have another 4 customers to serve. To this POOR behaviour by owner we said thank you and left shop. Now reading all old comments, i wonder is owner really DODGY?? because why would you walk away when asked for price. It shouldn't have taken more than 30 seconds to a minute, but RUDE response was cant be bothered as have other customers to serve you can wait holding a baby. Hope owner can explain in comment below.

DODGY OWNER, looking at below 2 comments owner dont have a response to why he refused to give price breakdown, instead using words like HATE CUSTOMERS and DONT COME TO MY SHOP. Strange for any business owner to respond so harshly on genuine legal demand. Can imagine how customer would have felt. Wont be shopping with you anymore. Hope u stop earning HARAM (illegally).
Worst experience i have ever had in a shop. Only one person is serving the customers and he got angry because i purchased too much and he had to make other customers waiting. When i asked for for the receipt , he said his machine is broken and cant make a hand written receipt of meat so i asked him i will write down on my own if he gives me a paper and pen. He said i will have to wait until he serve 4 other customers and left my meat on counter and went to serve others. Rude behaviour.
Great service I ordered pork ribs two weeks ago, I went in to pick them up on my wheelchair the young lady that served me did a great job and to the butcher team that cut up the ribs for me thank you. I came all the way from clyde north because the one in berwick is under renovation. Thanks for your great service 👌
I wouldn't even give 1 star as we were served with rotten chicken. We were supposed to cook for guests and when I opened the package I have seen green and gray colors here and there. We disposed that of immediately and bought chicken from coles and cooked for the guests. The butcher is not customer friendly too. Don't purchase here.. It's waste of money and your time.
Nice ham - as I come from a small family, I prefer small amounts of ham at Christmas. Tibaldi sell ham , authentic off the bone in a 500g pack. Great value and lovely REAL ham. Only ham I get now,

Good product especially The Tibaldi Signature product totally better than other products they make for Coles or ALDI

I always buy here because of good quality meat. The problem is the staff doesnt know how to cut the pork belly. They're breaking the meat apart. They should have proper training how to cut meats.
Poor quality customer service. Staff missed putting an item into bag. After returning to collect, blamed customer for it! Struggled to apologise. Try Halal Meats 3 doors down!

Just picking up some bits & pieces for The Fat Butcher, Inglewood. Rang it through, picked it up, no problem.

Delivery person, a middle-aged man，is very impolite, and left without placing the goods at the designated location.He always saying “no ”to customers.

The sales woman/owner is very rude. No customer service at all. Another thing is, whenever you ask her for 1kg, she always add at least 1/2kg more, if not even more. Guys, beware and always be mindful of this. This is illegal and needs to be addressed to the right authority. I am not going back there at all.

Walked around store for a little while. Lady with US accent there kept getting in my way quite a lot. I pick up what i believe to be reasonable quality meat. Get up to the counter to experience rude customer service by same lady. Got the meat home and cooked it. This in itself was difficult. The breading was far too quick. The meat very grissly and full of fat. Was lucky to get any meat from my cutlets. Will never spend money here again.

Don't even know what PFD do. But thanks for being the only business in that area. The rest of that property is technically not private. So that means its the best spot in Bendigo for Off-roading and hectic skids on the gravel areas.
