Rude took too long, and have a guess…..yes he told me his machine is broken. 🤣🤣 lucky I don’t break your face

New to area, went to do 1st meat shopping and that too in bulk. Asked for invoice and owner told machine broken. Fairenough understand machines can breakdown, so being good customer offered to write down prices (holding 9 months baby in hand) while owner packs. To our SHOCK he walked away saying he have another 4 customers to serve. To this POOR behaviour by owner we said thank you and left shop. Now reading all old comments, i wonder is owner really DODGY?? because why would you walk away when asked for price. It shouldn't have taken more than 30 seconds to a minute, but RUDE response was cant be bothered as have other customers to serve you can wait holding a baby. Hope owner can explain in comment below.

DODGY OWNER, looking at below 2 comments owner dont have a response to why he refused to give price breakdown, instead using words like HATE CUSTOMERS and DONT COME TO MY SHOP. Strange for any business owner to respond so harshly on genuine legal demand. Can imagine how customer would have felt. Wont be shopping with you anymore. Hope u stop earning HARAM (illegally).

Worst experience i have ever had in a shop. Only one person is serving the customers and he got angry because i purchased too much and he had to make other customers waiting. When i asked for for the receipt , he said his machine is broken and cant make a hand written receipt of meat so i asked him i will write down on my own if he gives me a paper and pen. He said i will have to wait until he serve 4 other customers and left my meat on counter and went to serve others. Rude behaviour.

I wouldn't even give 1 star as we were served with rotten chicken. We were supposed to cook for guests and when I opened the package I have seen green and gray colors here and there. We disposed that of immediately and bought chicken from coles and cooked for the guests. The butcher is not customer friendly too. Don't purchase here.. It's waste of money and your time.
