I am so impressed by the experience with TimesGP. Brought my parents over for flu vaccine this morning. The receptionist, nurse and the doctor are very nice. My dad has hearing issue, the nurse is very patient with him. Dr Margaret is such a nice and warm person and talks to you with sunshine smile. not to mention the clean and spacious environment. Thank you.
We visited Dr. Vincent Nguyen. He was very friendly and was willing to listen to my dad ( english is his second language). He was also very helpful and we never felt rushed.

I have been seeing Dr.Katherine Cheung for a year since my previous GP retired..I couldn't be happier with the experience as Dr. Cheung has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. I feel that Dr. Cheung genuinely cares about her patients and ensures their needs are met. I highly recommend Dr.Cheung to anyone in need of her service.
I always have a very great experience at my health facility. The receptionists and GPs are very kind and effective. However, at this time, I had experienced a very comforting and thoughtful experience with Dr. Aninda Antar. I felt heard and understood. That was important in a delicate moment.
We have been visiting this clinic for many years. The doctors are professional and patient, and the front desk is enthusiastic and thoughtful. Especially Dr. Frank, who often gives up his rest time for patients. He is a doctor with a strong sense of responsibility. It is a great clinic.
Been consulted by Dr Michael for a few times and can’t thank him enough for his warm and caring attitude. We always left the clinic feeling relieved as information was provided thoroughly, the following up is fast and efficient.

I didn’t feel very cared for. Before I even finished my consultation, the doctor was ready to shoo me out. He also provided no explanation for my problems, I had to constantly ask questions to understand them. The receptionist was lovely though
Wer geht schon gerne zum Arzt, insbesondere, wenn man im Urlaub auf Reisen ist? Leider war es bei mir notwendig. Die Terminvereinbarung bei Dr. Nguyen ging ganz problemlos online für wenige Stunden später. Der Termin selber ging ohne jede Wartezeit, ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Arzt. Das würde ich mir manchmal auch gerne in Deutschland wünschen.
The Times GP staff, doctors and nurses are very caring, kind and very professional. I arrived here when I was having an asthma attack in the same shopping centre and Dr Margaret saved my life. I recommend her very much. And Gigi is a wonderful psychologist who is very thorough and actually works hard to get to the bottom of a problem with practical solutions. Ben is also lovely!

I’ve been coming to this practice for years, as it’s conveniently located and easy to make online bookings. They usually have plenty of availability even at short notice and you can select the GP of your choice and book directly with them online. When you arrive for your apt, wait times are minimal which is important for me as a busy professional to have that peace of mind. All of the doctors I’ve seen have always been caring, professional and knowledgeable and take the time to ask the right questions. The receptionists are always helpful and proficient. This practice also has a pathology onsite which is convenient when I’m required to have blood tests. The out of pocket expense to see the GP is around $40 but it’s great value given the well-rounded service they provide.
I was recommended this practice by a friend about my back pain and migrains, I have been dealing with incredibly bad back pain for the last 12 years with no releif from braces, medication or exercises and after seeing Dr Louise McKinnon not only did she discover I have a heart condition the medication she prescribed me for my back has given me pain relief for the first time in so long. I can't thank her enough for helping me.

Dr told me my 2 year old had vaginal thrush without even looking at her. Sent me off to chemist with some things written down and pharmacist refused to give to me as you do not insert anything into a 2 year olds vagina. Very very rare for this to occur before puberty. Disregarded my concerns for a UTI. She does infact have a UTI. 0 help. Would not recommend going here.
Excellent service. I was seen quickly at appointment time. Dr Sabapathy explained my diagnosis well and gave me options for treatment. I was able to get a Covid 19 booster with no appointment and Grace administered it so gently I almost didn’t feel it.
Simply outstanding, professional, and thorough service. Visiting from the USA I fell ill and sought medical service from Sydney Doctors. They rapidly responded and assisted with the appointment, consultation, and treatment. On my next visit to Sydney, I hope to fall ill again just so I can experience the pleasure Sydney Doctors excellent service!
Would be 6 stars if possible. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. They worked their magic and managed to fit my sick little one in at short notice - no easy feat right before Christmas! Check-in was very smooth.

Especially the friendly doctor Karina lim was so clear with her summaries and explanations. Behavior wise, very friendly, open to questions, and happy to answer. Found her to be knowledgeable as well. I recommend this doctor anyday.

My family and I have been coming to this practice for years! All the receptionists are lovely, especially Grace. Nurse Jenny is excellent with kids immunisations. All the doctors are amazing, Dr Wendy, Dr Frank and Dr Lee have always been very caring and supportive.
I chose Times GP based on a friend's recommendation, but the services provided by this GP have left me extremely disappointed.
Firstly, I had to wait for an excessively long time in the waiting area. Secondly, on the day of my appointment, when I asked Dr. Soo Cheun Phang several questions, he seemed very impatient and did not patiently address all my concerns. His responses were not helpful, lacked substance, and he kept rushing me, insisting that he could only answer my questions during the next appointment. This was very disappointing.
Lastly, the nurse who attended to me had hygiene issues. I noticed dirt embedded in the crevices of their fingers, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness of the GP. If the basic personal hygiene of the nurse cannot be ensured, how can this GP provide services to other patients? Overall, despite the higher consultation fee compared to other GPs, I did not receive the expected level of medical service. This has left me frustrated and disappointed. I won't consider seeking medical attention at this GP in the future and will not recommend it to my friends or family.

I have been with Dr Frank Wang since his predecessor Dr Peter Tan retired. A worthy successor! Intelligent , caring and knowledgeable. A whiz with using all means to help with diagnosis and treatment. We are fortunate to have him. Thanks Frank.

Having regularly used the National Horror Service in the UK, and the lunacy that is the US healthcare system (though there are certainly great doctors in both systems), I'd choose Sydney Doctors every time.

Really impressed. The reception staff, doctors and the nurse were all really professional, kind and friendly. They ensured I was comfortableat all times, the facilities were nice and clean and located so conveniently and I was so looked after, thank you!

I saw Dr Vienna Chan for a one off consultation and she was lovely, such a kind nature and very thorough. She took the time to really listen. Will be signing up as a patient hopefully.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Steven Vo and I can confidently say that he is the best doctor I've ever seen. His level of compassion and attentiveness is remarkable. The team at the reception is also great, always nice and following up on stuff when you have them a call. I have never felt more comfortable and well-cared for during medical visits!

I like Dr Fong, she is very attentive to everything what I said, asks clarifying questions. Receptionist reminded me to make a follow up appointment for my test result, and rang me on time to let me know my results. Generally, I recommand this medical centre.

I accidently walked into this practice today thinking I was at the right place (I was supposed to be one floor up). I very politely introduced myself to the receptionist and in all honesty I have never dealt with such a rude and sarcastic person in a client facing role in my life. The way she spoke to me and her bluntness and sarcasm IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS is embarrassing. Unsurprisingly, I go to look at the reviews on google and see many others have complained. I can not understand how this person has the role she does, especially after so many complaints. Thank goodness I wasn't at the right place. I certainly would never go back.

I have gone here for a while and had bad experiences but stuck it through due to convenience of location and on the spot appointments but last experience was enough - Appointment I had come in for was loudly discussed at front in front of an entire waiting room and left waiting in office just to be told I had to reschedule and come back as I had booked incorrectly (I had booked following the website links to exactly what I had gone in for). I rescheduled for a couple of hours and came back. I was charged for 2 full appointments even though I was there for all of 2 minutes in the first (which was just them telling me to reschedule and they couldn’t help) and 5 in the second. All up I waited hours for that

Another thing is, he kept interrupting when you ask something as if he makes you feel you know nothing because he’s a doctor and you’re just a patient, you know what i mean. 🥴

All the GP are good in here but Ming Lin, I asked a couple of questions but he didn’t know anything and nothing advise, it looks like he didn’t very care about patient. Still need to pay the gap for 1 mins consultation, it’s very terrible.
Dr Salam is, honestly, one of the best doctors you will find.
She doesn't just shrug you off, she actually listens to you, and does her best to help you.

The staff are always very helpful and supportive as usual. Our Doctor Irene has always showed an interest in our well been and looks after us with such zeal that makes me feel very proud of knowing her and trusting her to look after me and my husband. I highly recommend Dr. Lucy Liu at this practice. She's been my GP for years now. She's professional, knowledgable, thorough, and proactive. I can always trust her medical opnion&advice. She is also the most caring and empathetic GP I've met. She shows understanding of her patients' suffering, and provides timely help and mental support. I've been lucky to have her as my GP during my hard time.
The staff and service were highly professional. I booked the appointment online without any problems. Upon meeting Dr. Shahab Khan, I found him to be very courteous. He confirmed my details and medical history before addressing my health concerns. He was polite and showed great courtesy, making the process clear and easy. I appreciate Dr. Shahab for providing an excellent experience. The establishment is multicultural, accommodating, and friendly. I will certainly return there in the future. I highly recommend it.
On the 11 August, I planned to make an appointment and saw there was still a GP available (according to the Healthengine app) at 4.40pm on the day. I wanted to double check if I could just come over, and made a phone call. However, the receptionist said no loudly on phone and hang up before I finished my words, which was so rude. I am an existing patient and strongly suggesting having another new receptionist who is professional and respectful. This is not the first time the line being cut off in advance.
I was asked to do a review for this medical centre by Dr salam quite some time ago as they had been getting bad reviews. I did a review of my experiences and they were true at the time, but as time has gone on I’ve had nothing but rudeness from this dr, had even been told because I couldn’t afford a medication that there mustn’t be anything wrong with me because I’d be dead!

We have come across Dr Leonel Valansi at Mouth Hutton Medical Centre through references on the Spanish Community.
Since we have been attending this medical centre we are receiving a friendly efficient and professional care.
Dr Leo is an easy to talk person and shows great interest on solving my health issues.

A strange policy that management have. Even if there is over an hour wait you must be there. Eg. I was running 5 mins late, decided to be courteous and call to advise. I was told by reception they would need to check with the doctor as it might need to be rescheduled. Reception explained the doctor was already behind and had 5 patients ahead of me. Huh? I queried if there were that many ahead of me did it matter if I was 5 mins late, as I'd be likely to be waiting an hour anyway? Please revise this policy management. My other medical centre will respectfully tell you they are running late and I don't need to come in for my scheduled appointment and to come in later. It reduces patients frustration of waiting and decreases crowded wait rooms, lowering risk of spreading infections. On another note, the doctor I use there is absolutely lovely and efficient

Dr Leonel Valansi has supported me with my mental and physical health since I moved to the area. He shows genuine care and always asks questions to get all the information before working with me to come up with the best ways to move forward. I always feel like I’m being listened to and treated like my health is the doctor’s priority. Cannot recommend Dr Leo enough - a kind, knowledgable doctor with an amazing support staff.
I went to the practice twice and both times had issues with reception giving me misinformation about the cost of appointments and about being able to attend a Saturday appointment which i was told i could at a cost and then changing their mind on me being able to go to the Saturday appointment at all (which with work was the whole reason I booked here). I also found the doctor pretty unhelpful to answering my questions about pregnancy and didn't enjoy my experience. Will not return.
10 months ago I (Belinda McArthur) left a review describing the extreme medical neglect I experienced at this surgery as an undiagnosed neurodivergent woman whose nervous system was collapsing while under the “care” of Wendy Bridges.
No response from Michael. No response at all. Wendy, you were a decent human being once upon a time. You were young & idealistic when we first met before you set up your first surgery in Kotara.

Great medical centre I came in this morning for an appointment with my daughter and the girls at reception were so lovely and friendly which helps when the wait time was a bit long but that is standard with any doctor surgery! Felt very welcomed this morning and every other time we have come. Very refreshing
Middle aged woman with the glasses working at the reception / front desk on 10 May 2023 at 3:30pm was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was blunt and when I said I no longer want to proceed with the consultation because I did not want to be out of pocket she looked back at her screen and didn’t even bother to respond to me. I felt judged because of my financial situation and felt blindsided that I had to be out of pocket because the practice doesn’t bulk bill. I had to ask if that was okay because she looked like she had an issue with it to which she bluntly replied “yep”. She doesn’t respond or look at me any further like I was beneath her, not even a good bye to close out the exchange so I just walked away after saying thanks after she doesn’t reply. I’m sure the doctors and the medical service itself are fine but if you decide to go here, make sure you avoid this woman unless you want to be talked down to.
Highly recommend their lactation consultant Sharon Lau. She helped me and my little one heaps in our breastfeeding journey, providing me with advice on latching, feeding schedules, positions, etc. She also helped me unclog clogged ducts multiple times. My baby started with bottle feed and has now been exclusively breastfed for 7 months since week 6.
Besides Sharon, we've (me, hubby and baby) seen all the doctors at Times GP and all of them are beyond amazing. They're caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We live in a different suburb with a big medical centre but have been visiting Times GP for all our medical needs. The doctors are especially good with young children! The nurses and admin staff are so friendly and beyond amazing too!

I have iron deficiency for years. She recommended the colonoscopy after checking my blood test result. I was reluctant to do so at the beginning as I had no symptoms at all. But I did at the end. Lucky I listened to Dr Xu's advice. I was diagnosed of early stage bowel cancer!!!
Unlike other GPs who would simply give you some iron supplements, Dr Xu cares about her patients.

Very very very terrible experience! Don't waste your time and money to here!!! I spent $110 but got nothing result about my condition! Reception are very friendly. However, Dr Chunxia (Tricia) Xu., she is totally not profession for patients' condition. After I told her about my history treatment and past cases. She was impatient to listen. After I explained what happened for me and she said I'M NOT SURE if that's because your work. I said after my work, my shoulder got very painful and even my shoulder swelled up during my work. But she was impatient to listen what I say and stop me. She said everyone have painful about their shoulder and wrist. She also said she got painful with her shoulder as well. It makes me feel she thinks I'm pretentious... and I feel so uncomfortable!!! She even didn't ask where I'm working, the job description, my daily life may occur the result... She just said do you want to do x ray or ultrasound wave... After I said NO, she checked my blood pressure for THREE times for backup.. Idk why they need backup my blood pressure and I didn't ask for it, and it's even not have any relationship for my painfull. but i think she probably have some reasons to help me cause she is a doctor. After the first two blood pressure checked, she didn't even look at it and then just said “this is too big” (blood pressure is strapped to your wrist, I don't know what that's called). “I'll get you a smaller one.”After that, the third time she checked my blood pressure, but didn't told me any result my blood pressure... And this consultation cost me $110 dollars because it's more than 20 minutes. By the way, after checked my blood pressure, she also chat with me where you work, which country is your company... that kind of not any relationship for my condition. Moreover, when I asked her how much they cost, she spent long time to check and told me the consultantion fee, but she said oh, it's not, I saw the wrong one. I said it's ok juat skip it, and she still check... idk if she want waste my time cause the consultation is charge by time.... Also, she asked me medicine allergic, but when I tokd her and show her the picture. she said she done know this medicine.... Anyway, reception are all good but the doctor I met is terrible. This is my first time but also the last time. Be careful if you come to this clinic!

Dr Lucy Liu is an incredible, one-of a kind GP. Not only is she thorough with questions to formulate a diagnosis, she also listens attentively to the enquiries and concerns of patients. You can feel that she is fully present with you in the session.
She ensures many times in the session that she has fulfilled all aspects of patient care. She also takes her time to explain thoroughly the diagnosis, prescriptions, risk factors, contributors to patient condition, prognosis and additional recommendations.
She also addresses family member's queries and concerns in the consultation. It was a blessing that she has consultation times on Saturday! I would refer patients to this clinic for Dr Lucy's consultations.
The staff at front desk were extremely patient, efficient, calm-and-collected and could speak many languages as well. They were very clear and thorough in explaining the Gap Fee system and were very lovely and professional. The clinic is beautifully set out, very spacious and modern.

I attended here around a year ago when my son needed antibiotics - of course he needed a COVID test (we had already done a RAT test at home which was negative.
I booked in at this clinic for something that was described as a “wellness check” which said it included a consultation and a COVID test if required.
When we turned up for our appointment, there were only nurses at the clinic (no GP’s present) and I was told we had only booked in for a COVID test.
It was around 5pm and I think it was prior to a long weekend, so as you can imagine, I was furious because my son really needed to be seen by a doctor and given antibiotics.
Thankfully I was able to ring our usual GP and get a TeleHealth appointment (they had been booked solid which is why I didn’t take him there to begin with). My GP prescribed antibiotics for him over the phone and sent a script to my phone. Thank god, otherwise we’d have been completely stuffed by this clinic that falsely advertise GP consults and then only give you nurse-led COVID tests.
I would never go back here.

I have been with Dr Amani Nashed for quite a few years. I feel blessed every day I found her as my doctor. She is an excellent doctor - caring and professional.
Recently, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Lucy Liu.During the consultation process, Dr. Lucy asked about my symptoms very thoroughly. She explained the possibilities in all aspects in detail, and prescribed a checklist for me without delaying the condition. During the consultation process, she took her time to see me and ask me questions because she didn’t want to miss any details. I can feel the care and thoughtfulness of the doctor. Such a caring GP is worth the wait, because she is so patience with each patient. It doesn't hurt to wait a little longer. The front desk receptionists are also very polite! Recommended!
3 star because appointment time was about one hour late…. Too long waiting . First time to meet Dr Jun ? He lacked Compassion and bit rude but I put that down to the Asian personality (ie attitude.) reception was fantastic and very helpful- not sure if I will continue at this practise? Mainly because of the doctor. He doesn’t seem to have a caring heart for his clients or maybe that might change in time. NOT SURE
I took my 4 year old grandson to Rosebery Healthcare today, the GP I saw “Armani” I didn’t quite catch her surname was very professional and gentle she explained everything she was going to do to my grandson so he wouldn’t be scared which was taking a swab to send to pathology.
I highly recommend this practice, it’s also very convenient having a pharmacy right next door to the medical practice.
I believe the practice is relatively new, I hope they do well in the area.

Worst receptionist ever, never answers the phone and is always so rude
I've seen many doctors at this clinic over the years and nearly all times I have been seen the doctors are rude, dismissive, judgemental, cranky, and have no compassion. They rush you, talk at you, don't listern properly to what you have to say, they just look at the computer and type, hardly any eye contact, they treat you like you are a burden and just want you out the door. I do not recommend them for any patients with mental health conditions, find somewhere else better, if you can. I'm trying to find a better GP for my mental health as it is very upsetting that I am paying massive medicare money gaps to see doctors who don't seem to care at all about my health and just want me out the door.
Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Everytime I have been here the doctors are always rushing me so I don't get to express my health concerns properly. All doctors I have seen are not friendly and easy to talk too. I'm changing to a different GP if i can hopefully fine one.
The ladies in reception are lovely, friendly, very welcoming and extremely helpful. The doctor was very professional and cared about my well-being. It is a very well rounded, clean and friendly place to go.
We take our 7 yr old granddaughter to see her doctor here and I have to say all staff , doctors, nurses and receptionists are always polite and happy to help . I find them to be very thorough in their care of my granddaughter. Would highly recommend this practice
Doctors here are incredibly hit and miss. We've seen four and two are friendly and well informed while the other two I would refuse to see again and they both overcharged for the privilege for not being at all helpful or knowledgeable. Nurses are beautiful! And att: practice manager, you don't need me to call you to discuss you may just want to fix the irregularities. A-lot of the reviews are very similar.
I would give Dr Nashed 0 stars if I could! Unprofessional, unethical, I would not recommend her to anyone!!
New local doctors opened up recently, good to have them in the neighbourhood. Right next to the pharmacy, so convenient!
I tried Times Beauty hydra facial today. It is a very different experience than normal facial. Vincy (beauty therapist) explained each step and was very attentive. They showed me what my face skin is like before facial and tailored the facial. Loved the experience, I would go back to do it again. I was shown the dirt and dead skin extracted out afterwards. Thankfully skin was mainly just dry only 🙊🙊
I liked how it was individual rooms and so clean and set up so nicely.
Also the receptionists there are very patient to try to work out a suitable time for me and very polite.
Only thing I would have loved more is to continue on with a full massage add on to package if they did have one ☺️😉

Honestly thought this was an okay surgery until today took my 2 year old for an app had my 3 ur old with me also and the rude lady there goes you need to keep your kids quiet because we are getting several messages to say it’s too noisy. I’m sorry should we bring some duct tape with us for kids mouths because a child is going to be completely quiet. Won’t be back will be finding another GP that’s is kid friendly this place clearly is not!!!
Have had nothing but positive experiences here with multiple visits with a 2 year old with a respiratory infection. Felt much better looked after than at many of the other centres in the area we've been to in the past that charge a substantial gap.
Went to this dr after my gp referred us as my 18 month old son was Covid positive and diagnosed with two respiratory infections.
After going from hospital to here, we saw a dr who had zero care for my son and didn’t seem remotely interested in him or his well-being- he also kept shaming us for him being Covid positive which was the whole reason we were at the clinic. In a time when you need support and understanding this dr was cold and completely disinterested. Would not reccomended this gp.

I wanted to go to a gp because I've had a cough, chest pain and heavy congestion for 3 weeks, they send me from the 7day clinic to the COVID one because I told them I had a cough,
I understand doctors are under a lot of stress right now because of COVID I really do but the doctor that consulted me was very short and did not seem to believe me, he was more worried about me having COVID then having a cough etc for 3 weeks, he listened to my chest for a well counted 3 seconds, I never have felt so dismissed and not believed he kept interrupting me when I was explaining something and told me it would go away in 3 to 4 days because I am a young and healthy person, I was sitting there with tears in my eyes shocked from the disbelief, no prescribed medications nothing, I have never felt so powerless then in that doctor visit. I understand the health system is under pressure but this was not acceptable and I won't be coming back.

I wrongly booked this medical centre, I thought I booked with my usual doctor, receptionist rang me to explain their fee policy and helped me to figure out my usual doctor’s medical center’s name. I decided to have a try with them. A male doctor I saw was really nice and explained a lot about my question, Will go to see doctor again and this place is much more close to my work.
I had an appointment with Dr Meredith today. She was very nice and patient with me, and answered all the questions I had. All the receptionists were nice and sweet as well. As it was my first time visiting there, they all introduced themselves, I felt very welcomed and engaged. I don’t want this clinic to be very popular as it will be my regular clinic but I totally recommend!
Lined up for 25 minutes for a Covid test, after which I was informed that I would need to wait until after all the people behind me with appointments had received a Covid test and that it was unlikely I would be able to get a Covid test. The woman directly in front of me in line also didn’t have an appointment but was able to get a Covid test for her young son straight away.
I have just had a vacinnation appointment I really struggled to book disappear. And I cannot call to see what has happened. Hot Doc notified me I need to confirm I clicked the link there was no confirmation button and now it's gone. I am devestated.
My family and I have been given nothing but the best care and concern when attending appointments with Dr Tavallaie & also Shelly the NP. I have been a patient with Dr Tavallaie for many years and no complaints whatsoever. Receptionists also working hard to accommodate for such a busy practice. Would highly recommend, my daughter who is 2 is also very comfortable when needing a check-up.
Well organised practice that ensured clients waiting for the Covid vaccination were updated as to delays, and conscientiously checked the Medicare Card numbers where an issue had arisen or asked clients to fill in a missing form (without blaming the client for them not having received it). One point deducted as I could never get in touch with the practice on the phone.
What an outstanding experience visiting this clinic at a time when things are hectic with the Covid vaccination process. Every person I came across were incredibly pleasant and trying their best to please. I wish I could find more businesses like this with staff having such a wonderful attitude. Many thanks
I cannot recommend this practice enough, and in fact just came back to work raving about it to my co-workers. Dr Sabapathy truly goes above and beyond any doctor I have met before, really taking the time to check your health, ensure you are okay and offer the best advice and treatment for your issues. I can see negative reviews relating to time here, but my experience has been maybe up to a 30 minute wait at the most, or no wait at all, and as previously stated, if you want someone who cares it is totally worth the wait. I would rather wait and see an amazing doctor than go to doctors that only care about billing as many patients in a day as possible and don't care about their health.
I've attended this doctor surgery multiple times and found the experience each time to be below average. After my last experience, I will not be back. I took my three month old twins here for an appointment and the doctor was more concerned about billing each twin for the appointment, rather than their health care. I've since found another doctor surgery with friendly, helpful staff who genuinely care about the twins and their health.
