Really can't recommend.
I bought a single visit pass, as I had about a 2.5 hour wait in Sydney. Virgin had cancelled my connecting flight, as they take no responsibility for keeping to a schedule.
The lounge facilities and food aren't worth the cost, but I needed somewhere semi-private to catch up on work.
I was carefully watching the board and listening for announcements, as my flight was delayed and delayed and delayed. When the lounge finally announced the flight, I went straight to the gate, only to find it had closed, if missed the flight and I'd lost my ticket, no refund for you. They'd been paging me, but of course "Virgin do not play public announcements for passengers in the lounge. Even when they know full well that you are in the lounge."
There was even another guy in exactly the same position, a platinum velocity member who'd make the same flight hundreds of times, who had never missed a flight before.
So beware:
Virgin take no responsibility for the announcements in the lounge.
Virgin take no responsibility for the gate status displayed in the lounge (which never showed "boarding" for my flight).
Virgin take no responsibility if you miss your flight as a result of their (in)actions. It's all on you.
Virgin take no responsibility for.. anything really.
I'd have been far better off NOT going to the lounge, with better food, drink, seating, better pubic announcements, and far less out of pocket.

Seems very large but very few facilities. For a business class lounge it was pretty poor compared to other airline lounges. I did have a shower there which was a positive but left the lounge for better food and a beer.
Food selection is OK. There is barista coffee made to order. Shower room has no booking system but there was no queue as lounge was quite empty

One of the worst lounges I've ever been to.
Terrible staff / service at the entrance, not helpful at all and even made us feel that we weren't welcome (the opposite of what these spaces are created for)....absolutely zero sense of hospitality principles.
Selection of food is almost inexistent as they only have pre-packed sandwiches and a couple of sweet treats. No lactose-free or vegan milk alternatives for coffee.
Definitely would have paid for a normal bar to spend my 2 hours before the flight if I knew this experience would be so dreadful.

Very nice lounge with lounge to lay down.
Buffet to have as much food as want. And drinks as much as you want

Nice, but not the best Emirates lounge. It’s behind the transit security check point, really confusing especially if you are on connecting flight to/from Dubai you have to leave the plane and go through security and re-board the plane. Lounge has nice view of tarmac and plenty of room to seat, but not many charging points. Some limited choice of food options, couldn’t find anything vegan unfortunately. Sadly no direct to gate boarding option either.

I got here in the early morning when they just opened. I read a lot of bad things, but Icannot complain. I probably indulged in more food and drinks than the entrance is worth. The chairs are quite dirty, but generally the sofa's, chairs and tables are fine to spend some time before your flight. I got myself some breakfast, toasties, vegetarian wraps, muffins, cookies, chocolates, coffee and tea. There are noodles and many soft drinks too. There are toilets yoo, which were clean in the morning. I guess it's normal you cannot take foods and drinks from the lounge. Nothing to complain about!
A comfortable lounge with great selections of hot food and alcohol. The lounge also has great views of the apron. Great for plane spotting.
Comfortable lounge. Seats were well spaced out. Good food and alcohol selection. Staff cleared the empty plates readily and also kept the food station clean and tidy.

Virgin Lounge in Melbourne at 12noon Wednesday 12 June - customer service at buffet and order taker for coffee were not friendly. Looked like they didn't want to be there. Food was minimal. A pasta dish and rice dish. Thai creamy soup. Snacks. Only apple crumble slice for dessert. The service/buffet area looks deserted, just empty and sparse.
There were a lot of sitting areas. Just disappointed that for a brand that promotes excitement and fun, did not match the energy of the staff.
Virgin Lounge Sydney was the same around 2pm. Coffee order taker was not friendly. Food was pretty much the same. The lounge is a lot smaller, not many sitting areas. The men serving cold drinks were very friendly.
The staff at Virgin Lounge Melbourne when I returned in the evening around 7pm 13th June was better but again, they ran out of food, had to wait around for refill which speak of disorganisation considering some people don't have much time to wait around.
Overall, not worth paying for considering what you get. The only benefit is when it is not too crowded, you can sit and relax away from the crowd.
Qantas Club definitely much better.

I decided to treck here after being delayed by almost 6 hours on QF1. Absolutely worth the 10minute walk from Qantas business lounge.

The buffet food was top tier and lounge was very spacious. Great seating options too.

The staff there were all friendly and a pleasure to have a nice short conversations.

I personally think this lounge is waaaaaay better than Qantas Bussiness, this is now my choice of lounge if my flight aligns with the opening hours.
Tip: Check opening hours before you commit to walk over.

Not a great lounge in Perth. Food options were very limited. Tables were left with prior customers plates/cups and not wiped down - not very efficient in doing this. Glassware was also dirty and saw this on some plates too. Staff not overly friendly or welcoming (hello, goodbye etc not heard).

It is somewhere to wait but don’t expect business or platinum style service or options!

Definitely a step above the Melbourne airport lounge. They seem to have more staff here so there isn’t the constant detritus of dirty plates and glasses that you see in Melbourne. Offers a good range of food, the usual wines / beers / cider as well as coffee and soft drinks. Definitely worth visiting if you’ve levelled up in status with Virgin.
I was at the airport around 10am they were closed. During the day when the other airlines lounge were open they have operations hours and they were close !! It is not normal in busy airport like Sydney . It was so strange

The Virgin Lounge at Sydney Domestic is a great no frills lounge that serves multiple choices of domestic craft beers and wines. It serves decent food and have workstations for the traveling executive.

Commendable but I think the Virgin Lounge at Melbourne is better.
Friendly staff, good spread of continental food and coffee.

The seats in the lounge and flight are comfortable and easy to work if you need to with access to power and wifi.

As someone from Middle East might see this lounge as a mediocre, but, it’s not bad, maybe it doesn’t have a full spread of food offerings as one used to, but the basics are taken care of. It’s a good place to relax for a bite of sandwich or few drinks and good coffee. This served my purpose as I had a morning flight to catch and also I was the first and only passenger when I checked in. Slowly afterwards few more joined, yet, the lounge was relatively empty. The check-in was straightforward. However, the doors are secured using a secret number lock which can be opened only by the staff. The only strange thing what I found is no drinks of food can be taken out of the launch. This is the first time I got to see it. I didn’t get the point, but maybe there is some logic to it. I use my diners club, lounge key is also acceptable apart from the priority pass. Lounge is maintained clean and well kept. Comfortable seats and high chairs for working. Few charging ports were broken but others worked.
Great lounge. Food isn't as good as Singapore lounge but the layout and views are much nicer, wine selection is better and they do espresso Martini's.
A decent medium sized lounge, subdivided into areas for relaxing, others for eating and a bar. The food selection is better than average, if somewhat limited. Same for drinks.
Visiting this lounge as a Oneworld sapphire member.

The size of this lounge is large and it was easy to find a seat . Lounge view was good . Sun light directly to the lounge and can see the Qantas maintenance area.

Food choices were very limited . All day dinning menu just only serve bread with cheese, ham and salad . No hot food provided .

Drinks were ok . Coffee , tea , wine , juice and soft drinks were available .

The toilet was not clean . Saw used toilet paper on the floor . Hot water is not hot enough for shower .

Service was acceptable.

I understand that it is just a club lounge , not a business class lounge and it can’t be compared . But I found that the Melbourne club lounge was even better comparing with the Sydney one in terms of food choice and cleaness.

I have used other lounges, unfortunately this one doesn't compare. Chairs are in desperate need of repair. Food offering is paltry and lacking. The layout is not relaxing. Honestly only if I have to will I return.
An ordinary lounge that is dated and requires new furniture and some quality control with its food.

Hot food leftovers are left sitting there for a long time, hoping people will eat the poor quality rubbish. Much of the hot food is served at unsafe temperatures that do not comply with Australian Health standards.

Is a very limited selection of spirits, and there's a reasonable selection of wine soft drinks and juice.

The seating is old indicted and needs replacing. There are some views across the term act depending on where you are able to get a seat.

The lounge gets quite busy in peak times, and staff do not replenish the food quickly, nor do they keep it hot. The hot dishes are barely luke warm and what I tasted was tasteless and poorly prepared
One of the biggest lounges in the country and enough seating unlike other terminals where it's a musical chairs to find a place, great service and loads of seating options.

Not too bad. Is extremely full at times and they open the upstairs area to help. Food selection rarely changes which is disappointing especially being a regular visitor. Overall though a decent domestic lounge.

Perth.. great place, worst Virgin staff.. and to be clear I’m referring to the desk warriors, the food service staff are great. This is the 2nd time I have been massively underwhelmed with desk service staff here so I felt compelled to write a review… as a frequent flyer I cannot name an airport where staff are committed to assisting me with a request for an earlier flight, even if it’s not available, I’m not disappointed because I can see they’ve tried… here, forget it… asked at the entry to the lounge and was told “No, we had a cancellation so there wouldn’t be any seats”.. there were people waiting and she was on her own so I said I’d come back and check again soon (as clearly she didn’t check)… upon this she had a quick look at the screen and said “nothing available” I went into the lounge and did a quick search for the earlier flight to see if anything was available - there was a seat….. so I waited for a while and saw that another staff member was there… I asked her if there was any availability on the flight she said “NO!” … so I said “thanks for your help” …. And then decided to write a review to warn people… in future if I am wanting a flight change in Perth, I will phone the virgin call centre! To be clear all other airports in AU have been fantastic, and I am a little grumpy knowing that I could e been home 3 hours earlier :(
A very unimpressive lounge given Sydney is a major location of Qantas. Thie atmosphere was no better than seating in the public area. The carpet was dirty everywhere. The toilet needed more attention due to the heavy usage in the morning. The whole place was very run down and it's shameful that Qantas is home here in Australia. The barista coffee was no better than the machine made coffee. It's not worth the money to join the Qantas Club for this benefit.

Everything there was delicious.. chicken sandwich, pork sandwich, banana bread, fresh brownie, tasty yogurt with granola, freshly squeezed juice in a bottle.. The only downside is that they don't hurry to open the lounge on time.

Probably the weirdest lounge I’ve been too. Woman had to punch in a code and use her fingerprint to open door. They verbally told us we can’t take anything out of the lounge, then there were signs everywhere saying don’t take anything and you are being watched by cameras. Made me feel like I was back in prison. Had a good selection of food and drink. Was worried they were going to complain I filled up my water bottle. Even though I get in for free I probably wouldn’t go back.
One of the best Air NZ International Lounges.
Spacious space.
Food and beverages options are consistent to what you will normally get in Air NZ Lounges.
Only downside is their power socket/chargers are inaccessible to some people (they are located underneath the seats) but this doesn’t affect 5 star.
Excellent service and the lounge is not too crowded, coffee is really good but the breakfast spread has limited selection. Wifi connection is easy and fast.
Slightly bizarre. You go through the area to have your boarding pass checked and then you walk... back into the airport. Except you don't. The lounge is huge and feels like the main terminal with duty free shops, the lot. Find a nice seat, grab a champagne, and wait quite happily for your flight!

Welcome to the Rex Business Lounge, incorporating Centrelink Mascot as that is the interior design look they've gone for here. I call it 'Faded Local Government'. The signature look here is worn, varnished teak and decoration that wouldn't look out of place in a poorly maintained Bowling club. Now this would be OK if it was somewhere remote in the far reaches of REXs network - but this is their Sydney lounge which you can't help but compare it to Virgin and Qantas. The biggest issue on top of this is that it's general vibe suggests the lounge network is run by a mean, recently-divorced B&B owner from somewhere on the Central Coast who only issues one set of biscuits for the entire duration of your stay. The general vibe is that REX resents every biscuit, mini- chocolate or noodle cup it provides to its guests. REX's biggest concern in it's lounge is that its premium business class customers who've paid hundreds of dollars for a ticket might pilfer something worth less than a dollar. This fear is pretty damn clear from the signage which just makes you sigh and wonder who decided to mandate such a mean policy. Food options at brunch time were pretty limited. Some convenience store prepackaged sandwiches were hidden away in the corner of the fridge, and replaced with a papable sense of resentment. A permanently connected sandwich toaster radiated heat throughout the kitchen, with the promise of 3rd degree burns, but there wasn't anything to put on it until just before I had to run for my flight. Add to this the fact that it's beer fridge is padlocked until not 12pm, but 3pm, it's hard to feel welcome. To add to the insult, someone in REX has decided that the Business lounge needs Channel Nine at full volume to best look after it's guests. REX needs to look at what kind of message its lounge experience gives to customers who were about to give the airline a chance now that it has expanded into some mainline routes. I can just imagine someone in REX holding onto their precious noodle cups or a yoghurt pots for fear a premium customer, one who was about to switch their significant spend away from Qantas, might blatantly run off with one! It's the wrong kind of message to send to the market, even considering the company origins.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Qantas Business Lounge, and I must say it was nothing short of exceptional. The showers were immaculately clean, providing a refreshing start to my journey. The culinary offerings surpassed my expectations, with a delightful array of delectable options. The drinks were served at the perfect temperature, ensuring a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The attentive staff added an extra touch of hospitality, making my time at the lounge truly memorable. Qantas Business Lounge has set the bar high for premium travel experiences, and I look forward to my next visit.
Great business lounge. Not crowded. Comfortable seating. Not much power; we're used to American lounges with power at every seat; Not here. Surprisingly good good, although only one hot choice.
They have basic food (mostly cold dishes) and drink selections. For me, the highlights were the barista-made coffee and cookies.

The lounge looks alright and the toilets were clean. However, I noticed the carpet in the seating area was not clean. I saw food leftovers on the floor behind the tables and chairs.

Overall, it’s a decent place to relax before the flight. I personally wouldn’t pay to get in (I received a complimentary lounge invitation).
A comfortable place to spend time while waiting for a flight. The food was good but not much of a selection and plenty of liquid refreshments and a good variety to choose from

I held Velocity Silver Status Membership this year, and used the second of my two included Lounge passes this afternoon before travelling back home to the GC.

Access to Lounge extremely easy as entry located on the right immediately after Security. Straight up Donna on Reception was warm, professional, friendly and welcoming. Thanks Donna!

On entering saw an extremely busy and full Lounge (understandable being late afternoon Friday). I eventually found myself a little table for one and for the next 2 hours enjoyed the comfort of the Lounge, and also some food and a glass of sparkling (Hardys The Riddle) which was all quite delicious.

Really liked that staff members were moving regularly throughout this large area, with all its nooks and crannies, clearing dirty plates and glasses, the good array of food and beverage on offer, and the clean (attendant on site) and modern bathroom w the luxury Appelles Hand and Body Wash and Body Lotion.

Not sure when I’ll get back into The Lounge again, but certainly do enjoy access when I can, especially when the terminals are always so busy
Fine, it’s an airport longish walk to have a vape smoke, high prices as usual is with an airport, don’t really know what else to say it’s an airport lol
It is a massive improvement from the old lounge. However the food selection was poor. When I visited (tuesday morning) there were some salad, sandwich. No cakes or sweets which I was looking for 😿. It can be quite crowded but still has enough seats and felt peaceful. Barista coffee is the highlight here.
Comfortable, clean domestic business lounge.
Basic buffet and drinks supplied.
Barista coffee on order.
Bar available.
Pizza made on the spot, gluten-free if requested.
Toilet facilities.
Helpful and friendly staff throughout.
Many thanks to David, at the front desk, for looking after me, regarding my flight change. Much appreciated.
This lounge was so good. The pizzas were amazing seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I wish more lounges could be like this. Qantas you done good.

It was a worse lounge I ever been to, I have to wait for a while to use it I was asked staff that I could use it because by the look of it of it not many people inside but only Rex customer got to use it not PP. I went to get food and then come back because I want to experience it. Staffs have to train how hospitality really work. It was awful experiences. food and drink are very limited.
Staff were pleasant and friendly the food selection was ok, but when the bar opened us Aussie got onboard with that 🥂. Plenty of seating, clean and tidy and the amenities were spotless 10/10

What more can be said - lovely ambience, great service & a light healthy cuisine. Typical EK product - keep it up! ✨💫💥💯
Nestled within Sydney International Airport, the Air New Zealand lounge unfolds with expansive dimensions, generously accommodating a plethora of seating options for patrons. A standout feature is the panoramic view it offers, providing guests with a captivating vantage point to observe the dynamic activities unfolding on the airport runway. The inclusion of a well-appointed bar table and an extensive selection of beverages adds an element of sophistication, elevating the overall ambiance of the lounge.

Beyond the allure of aviation views and refined settings, the lounge caters to diverse needs, featuring a child play area for families traveling with young ones. This thoughtful inclusion enhances the lounge's appeal as a family-friendly space, ensuring a comfortable experience for travelers of all ages.

While the lounge's seating capacity and beverage offerings are commendable, an afternoon visit may reveal a somewhat limited array of hot food options, potentially impacting the dining experience. Despite this, the overall atmosphere remains pleasant and inviting. The Air New Zealand lounge effectively balances style and substance, successfully providing a haven for travelers to unwind and relax before embarking on their flights.
In direct comparison to the adjacent Air New Zealand Lounge, the SilverKris lounge appears relatively smaller and, at times, more congested. Particularly during peak hours, when the A380 superjumbo accommodates numerous Suite and Business class passengers, coupled with Star Alliance Gold members, finding an available seat can be challenging. The limited seating space may lead to a bustling atmosphere, potentially impacting the overall comfort of the lounge experience.

Despite spatial constraints, the SilverKris lounge compensates with a commendable array of food options and an extensive selection of beverages. The compact food area efficiently manages to cater to diverse culinary preferences, offering a variety of choices for guests. However, the restroom facilities, albeit present, are on the smaller side, lacking the added convenience of shower facilities.

It's worth noting that in comparison with other SilverKris lounges associated with Singapore Airlines, this particular lounge may fall below expectations. While it fulfills the basic requirements, the smaller size and limited amenities might leave travelers seeking a more expansive and feature-rich lounge experience wanting.

I think I was the first guest who came through virgin lounge this morning.
4 Receptionists were there busy with something, doesn’t really bothered me at all.
I went straight through getting my piccolo, good warmed welcome from the barista, and coffee also not bad.
Food wise, there’s options of breads for toast, buttery mini croissants, scrambled eggs egg, chipolata sausages, cereal and fruits.
Basic good food, can’t complaint, 😊
Very nice lounge. Food options are very nice. Comfortable seats. Good way to relax before the flight
Ever wondered what it's like to sip a martini in a 1960s Cuban airport lounge, minus the cigars and revolutionaries? Look no further than the Qantas lounge.

With music that's a blast from a past nobody asked to revisit, and furniture that's less 'vintage chic' and more 'grandma’s attic', it's an experience, alright.

The culinary throwback is so real, you half expect to see a Jell-O salad on the menu. But hey, let's not forget the staff – stars in their own right for maintaining their cool in this time warp. Kudos to them for not wearing bell-bottoms.

Two stars for making retro not entirely regrettable!
The Qantas Business Lounge offers a bustling atmosphere catering to numerous travelers, bustling with activity. Despite the busyness, it stands out for its top-notch coffee, delivering a satisfying caffeine fix. The lounge's convenience is a standout feature, making it an ideal spot for those looking to relax or catch up on work before their flight. However, the high traffic might lead to limited seating availability during peak hours, potentially impacting the overall experience.

Bought an upgrade Perth to Dubai and really disappointed! I can understand why they can’t arrange a limo , but why would allowing you to enter the lounge be an issue? A comfy seat and a glass of wine would have been nice. Think I’ll be flying with someone else next time. Idiots.
Focusing solely on the first-class lounge, it's a pleasant space with excellent food, a sense of seclusion from the airport, and decent views of the tarmac (though the adjacent business lounge provides better views). I'm subtracting one star due to the service inside the lounge falling slightly short of the expectations for a first-class experience.

When you arrive early to the airport after a busy work trip, it's always lovely to relax in the Virgin Lounge and get on top of emails, and book your next trip flying Virgin Airlines. Lovely staff, and a great selection of nibbles and refreshments.
Unfortunately we could not rate this lounge more than 3 stars as this Qantas lounge needs renovations asap. The food selection was small but the lunch was tasty. As this is Qantas its Sydney business class lounge our expectations where higher, the whole place looks and feels tired. The toilets where clean but lots of wear and tear on the walls and bathroom doors.
Not the worst lounge but definitely by far not the best lounge either.

Need to walk a few stairs to the lounge. The receptionist was cheerful. I came here twice at lunchtime in a week. Very busy.
Similar settings and food sections (food & drink selection) to other Virgin lounges in Australia. Have pasta but rather mushy here, not very attractive. More chips, cheese, and snack options. The spicy soup, which had different ingredients in 2 days, was really good. Staff can make Latte art.
The toilets & showers were also clean but a bit old. There is hand cream in the toilets.
One escalator only to all gates.

Came for breakfast. Very close to the gates.
Receptionists were nice.
Comfortable place but not quiet. Always heard some "bang bang" noise made by staff.
Little selection of hot dishes.
Vegetarian cake was good and warm.
Warm Scrambled Egg was nice, too.
Fruit bowl has fresh watermelon, rock melon and honeydew, 2-3 cubes each.
Banista makes coffee. Coffee was ok. No Latte art.
Clean table fast.
Too early, toilets and showers were clean.
I use lounges all over the world. Sadly, QANTAS lounges are not up to par. The food was minimal and the staff had that unique "QANTAS BEGRUDGED CHARM," that sadly, this once iconic airline has become known for. Hopefully it improves but who knows. Next international business class flight, I've chose Emirates. Can't fault them.
Staff at the front reception were a bit cold .. needed Warmer customer service. The cleaning staff, on the other hand, were very helpful. The cleaning staff gave me a high chair, cleaned our table and even provided serviettes for my baby!
Food was okay - the usual continental breakfast. The line for barista coffee was long. Bar is opened from midday only
Big area to relax in, lots of different spaces as well if you want to work or catch up with your group!
The drinks are very better than the AMEX lounge. With multiple stations and also a bar. Also order your coffees from here as well. The usual breakfast foods available.
Overall very nice spot to relax before a flight!

This is a spacious frequent flyer lounge at SYD airport. During my stay in the morning was very busy, but I could find a place to sit down. To be honest, the food options were very basic, with e.g. scrambled eggs, potato croquettes and pancakes to be offered. And this food wouldn’t win any awards. Especially the croquettes were awful tasting! Drinks were ok. Coffee was freshly prepared by staff members upon request at the buffet area. To sum up, I can say that I made an average experience in this lounge only.

The lounge is surprisingly ok for a low budget domestic stopover. Seating is limited but otherwise it would get a bit crowded. It's separated from the public area by a privacy glass so it can be a bit interesting to watch people walking past all the time. The windows are facing a quiet corner of the airport.

Food is plenty and restocked. Food options are sandwiches, toasts etc. Drinks options are decent but not great. Alcohol is only available in the afternoon so cannot comment. Didn't try the coffee. Passengers get to pick whatever from the kitchen on their own.

Private toilets within the lounge.

Overall a positive experience.
Pretty efficient airline with friendly staff. Not a full service airline but they do offer free water, tea and coffee. Clean airplanes but only thing is that some of their planes don’t have a usb port to charge your devices which I do find odd. But the virgin entertainment system connected to your device was not bad. All in all a no frills kind of airline.
Thank you to The Qantas Domestic Business Lounge Team who provided a great experience in the lead up to a flight. It is conveniently located and features sleek, modern amenities and a nice ambiance. There's plenty of room for guests. The beverage choices are particularly noteworthy, offering a varied selection.

The highlight was the pizza and the opportunity to make your own toasted sandwich. They also provided fruits and soup.
Space and cozy seats enough but foods are terrible . There are few kinds of food and no taste. The space is spacious and clean, and there are enough seats. The bathroom is a little small

they can’t do enough for us. they always help me with my daughter who has disabilities. kind friendly supportive staff. Booking, Check in and boarding is fantastic and easy. highly recommended
Very light, airy and spacious lounge. Good views. Friendly staff. Ample hot and cold food. Music a little loud so I put on my noise cancelling headphones to do some work (around 20 work desks with sockets plus other communal tables with sockets).
Always find this lounge to have attentive service & a good variety of food. Tables are quickly cleared after finishing food. Hot pizzas are served usually daily around noon. The barista coffee is good. A variety of fresh salads are offered with soup & fruit. Seating is plentiful and comfortable

First time I've used the Emirates lounge since I usually fly domestic. Nice quiet layout, and good variety of drinks and food.
A spacious lounge just a few steps away from the scanning area, located in the middle of the terminal, the Qantas Domestic Business Lounge has all the essentials for business travel. There's a standard selection of fruit, pastries, hot food and juice. It also has its own barrista for those that need a coffee fix. The lounge overall though is a bit dated and generally has a lot of people during the peak flying times. Shower and printing facilities are also available.

Found a limited selection on offer for breakfast just poached eggs 🥚 (which were hard boiled). There was the usual selection of toast, cereals and drinks. Could have been the heavy presents of FIFO workers. The service and cleanliness were fine so overall satisfactory.

Very conveniently located just after security check.
Head to the left of the big glass round a bout to find the entrance.
Large apron facing windows all along one side, great views of all the virgin (and other) aircraft, with Perth city in the background.
Food offerings quite good, along with great coffee and other drink selections

Mr Felipe Krupelis has provided an outstanding support at Emirates Check in and boarding at Perth Airport. He was polite and supportive since my arrival until the boarding, as I’ve faced some issues with my reservation flight. He does deserve some managerial recognition for being such efficient! Well done and keep it up, Felipe!

Virgin lounge sydney you can hold your head high.
The staff, food, service and drinks were all amazing.

The place was very clean, with staff always around to collect dirty plates and glasses.

The wifi was fast and free.

The food was so delicious, fresh and a great selection.

They have a rule that no alcohol before 12pm, which honestly is great.

Cannot wait to visit here again soon.
Amazing lounge!!
Polite and friendly staff. Lots of food to choose from, very tasty. Lots of beverages and alcohol available, to help yourself to.
Spacious and quiet. Clean amenities with showers & hair driers. Good views too.
Such a difference at the Sydney lounge in comparison to Brisbane. Staff very attentive & clean tables straight away. Also great choice of food with fresh salads, & chilli flakes provided. Coffee is also usually very good.

Lounge is good, clean and well laid out. Food and drinks are all self service which I prefer.

Staff on the desk to greet you are friendly and helpful, I always find the waitress unfriendly and snobby, need to learn to smile or at least say hello back.

Enough comfy seating, good range of drinks and food, great bathroom facilities including a shower for those who need to refresh, would have given a 5 star review if more gluten free food options were available

Fresh brekky items. Toasties are good.
Not crowded at all. Checkin ladies on the desk very helpful.

Barista, he was quite grumpy like he did not want to be here. Perhaps a big night? Why work in customer service if you dislike people

Always great service. Food seemed average as hot meal/curry was mostly empty and not replaced for some timeWatching baggage handlers throw luggage across the conveyor belt, leaving one bag on the wet tarmac. Staff walked around it and took 5 minutes to pick it up. Little wonder four off my suitcases were damaged
