Laptop wouldn't start, went in on Sunday morning expecting a big fee and a few days wait. The team diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same day, with a much smaller fee than I expected. Prompt, professional, and very helpful.

Took my AirPods in for repair two weeks ago being told they would take two weeks to come back. Went in store today only to be told they are with the repairer and I’ll get a notification when they come back. They don’t even train their staff properly in customer service. This company would’ve knows what service was. I then rang the repairer who look up the case id and informed me they were 9 days in store and had only been shipped to him yesterday. He hasn’t even got them yet. This is beyond poor. Officeworks - be better.

It’s like pick your own strawberry farm, stuff everywhere part of the charm, service was friendly and stocks are plenty.

Absolutely awesome customer service from Emma, she went out of her way to help me. Very friendly, helpful service with a smile.
The owner of this place has no idea what customer service is. He is not helpful at all, always looks dirty as well. He needs to take some lessons from Meadows Springs newsagency where nothing is too much trouble for them. It's bad when we have a newagency right on our doorstep, but prefer to go to Meadow Springs.

Mortdale Newsagency is my go-to spot for all things news and stationary! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant selection of products that seem to call my name. The staff? Absolute legends! They remember the little details and always make me feel like a valued customer.
Disgusting treatment of women with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I overheard them on their communications system say "She's too young to have an Assistance Dog". They laughed when I dropped items and were little to no help after I had to hunt them down to get any service. These staff clearly do not have any inclusiveness training and it's appalling to see people like you have jobs when there are people more deserving.
I found the young lady selling lotto tickets nice and friendly but when I talked to the owner about a certain product in the window she didn't know what it was I showed her and if it was for sale on discount she became defensive and rude.i purchased it anyway no please or thanks and I had to ask for the receipt non was offered I won't be back again previous owners were friendly and professional.
I received the most outstanding customer service and care by a staff member called Emma today! Emma went above and beyond to help me after my phone stopped working. Emma’s patience, kindness and willingness to help me, not to mention the knowledge she had of your product, was next to none!!!! We need more Emma’s out there! Thank you, thank you, thank you, EMMA!

An excellent experience. I have a late-model performance laptop that requires a tough-to-get-a-hold-of new RAM configuration. Steve & Luke maintained excellent communication, and they even installed the RAM at my request--which turned out to be a much more involved process than I expected. Will definitely return and would highly recommend. While the service might be a bit slower when you arrive due to their small staff and store footprint, it's well worth the wait.

These guys and gals are amazing. I returned a solid state drive due to a compatibility issue. When the team looked into it they actually refunded my money and gave me a better way to store my data and solve my problem. They saved me 200$. Best service I’ve had in a store like this. Highly recommended.
I needed 2 A1 Board Mounted Posters for my daughters 1st Birthday party and was having trouble doing it online due to the template I bought not fitting into the correct size. Carla from this store was super helpful and was able to carry out what I needed done through phone and emails as I was an hour away and was difficult for me to go in store. She made everything work the way I asked and did it promptly. You made the whole process super easy for me and I appreciated the time you put in, Thank you for your help 🙌

Absolutely rude wasn't feeling well was served by owner was told my $11 .60 purchase wasn't enough for his eftpos limit of $15. He said I needed to buy $5 more on lotttery or pay cash I said I didn't need anything else and didn't have cash, he dressed me down and said I should know his limits he said "Are you testing me". He proceeded to raise his voice and tell me off that he had that conversation with me previously. I had to walk away. Was feeling embarrassed. On reflection I remember over 2 years ago I was $1.50 short of his lotto eftpos limit. Won't ever be going back & reporting it to Lotterywest. No stars when a man rudely intimidates & embarrasses a lady

Any business not offering unrestricted access to electronic payments without minimum spend limits ($15 at Lakers News) should be avoided. Exchanging cash is just another risky exposure to Covid.

I've recently moved to Mortdale and always buy morning papers. The short-haired lady shopkeeper is very rude and is always on her phone.
Open early at 6.30am. Sells newspapers, books and gifts and stationary. Sells lottery tickets and is pickup centre for Toll packages
Very small. Well presented. Very cold even on a sunny winter's day. Two ladies were very helpful and chatty.
Very friendly and helpful staff who will order specialist products (like Posca pens) if your requirements aren't in stock when you call by. Online orders for a few select products are possible too.
If i could negative star this i would. Guy who runs it is rude and has no customer service skills. Cant even check scratchies with out complaining and saying i should be doing it myself its not his job. Wont go back to the shop.
