Jako negativno iskustvo ...dali su nam pogrebu informaciju vezano za transfer preko Kraljevine Saudijske Arabije,usljed čega nam je nastala nenadoknadiva fizička i psihička šteta.nazalos ,konzulat nema tocne informacije o zakonima u Kraljevini.
Malo nezgodan uzan put, ljubazni fini ljudi sve ok.

Bilo bi korektno upisati radno vrijeme za rad sa strankama na Google. Ovako upisano puno radno vrijeme je zbunjujuće jer ambasada radi četiri dana u tjednu sa strankama do 13 sati.

Najneljubazniji ljudi koje sam upoznala,bez imalo suosjećajnosti,empatije i ljudskih kvaliteta,zamolila sam ih da parkiram pola sata automobil ispred ambasade,nisu ni dopustili da kažem razlog rekli su ne,a nosila sam pomoć ugroženoj porodici i nazvali su policiju.Fuj fuj najgori ljudi na svijetu

All personal was polite and helpful, until you face the lady on conversation counter she was unprofessional and annoyed she had to deal with people, it was not even a busy day.
هل نسبة تملك الارض في البوسنه ١٠٠٪ او يحق للمكتب العقاري هناك حق التصرف في الايحار او البيع دون الرجوع لي ؟ ياليت معالي السفر يوضح هذي النقطه حتى لايقع المواطن ضحية وننتظر تعليق معالي السفير على هذا التعليق . ودمتم

Great and very kind staff, a special lady who is working on reception requires a visa. One word is enough to describe ... perfectly :) ..
The Embassy staff where very helpful. It took a few hours to complete my request but they kept us informed continually. They served Arabic coffee with dates delicious.
Their help and support made a stressful situation solved so I could enjoy the rest of my holidays.

Zastarjeli način rada, nezainteresovanost i blaga nekultura. Jedina svijetla tačka je gospođa/gospođica na šalteru (nasmijana, kulturna i spremna pomoći koliko je u mogućnosti). Svaka čast za nju, trebamo više takvih ljudi na šalterima uopšteno.

I make a call and a very rude woman gives me info just to get rid of me. I write an email and the information she gave me turns out to be wrong. Also the information they have on the site is often inaccurate. I applied for a visa based on requirements they told me about and turns out that were not the requirements. They also told me to open a bank account so i can apply for a visa but in order to open a bank account you need a visa. Its horrible and shameful for an embassy to work so poorly.

The staff in the embassy is so unprofessional and annoying. I came two times to Sarajevo to deal with my visa and both of the timea they managed to piss me off, not to mention that one day they didn't work at all for no reason. There is this woman that deals with telephone calls, and I guarantee you that you will not meet an more annoying person than this woman. This is soooo bad, I don't want to have anything anymore with them. You wait 1+ hour because they're lazy and won't come to their work place, tell you that you need to bring more papers 10 minutes before you hand your passport over to get the visa, they are annoying, nervous etc. Avoid at any means necessary
