Very fresh and big portion. Love the different topics including fried chick peas and baked squash. Cheese is free. The tequila sauce is smokey and spicy.

Saw the bad reviews and I was worried the burrito would be bad . The customer service was good and patient. the burrito was filling

On our second visit, we encountered a situation where the lady at the counter seemed quite fatigued. Although we appreciated the quality of the bowl we ordered, unfortunately, the quesadilla did not meet our expectations as it was falling apart. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was satisfactory.

I don’t know how a place with high turnover can serve uncooked rice, but they do. When addressed, they didn’t try it, but instead defaulted to ‘we haven’t had any complaints’. Regardless, the staff are powerless to correct a situation like this, so you need to get a call from The Manager.

Ultimately, save yourself some time and avoid Mucho Burrito. If they aren’t paying attention to the quality of the rice, I can only imagine the other areas of neglect.

The staff seem nice, for what it’s worth.

Arsh and his team catered for our conference lunch this past weekend and it was amazing!!! It was a large group to feed and they did not flinch!!! And not only was the food delicious but they were fast, courteous, and so much fun to work with!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Travelled from Vancouver purposely to come and eat at Mucho burrito. Customer Service was absolutely zero. The girls behind the counter were so rude. I ordered chips and salsa on the side. The chips that were given to me were the ones that have been sitting on the counter, not warm whatsoever.

Ingredients going into the burritos are not even full portions of the measurement utensils there to be using. Overall not pleasant staff. None of them smiling.

Dec 5 2023 5:15pm. 20 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. No staff in the kitchen while we were waiting. Ridiculous. Mediocre al pastor tacos and inedible refried beans and spanish rice. Weird minty taste to it.

Mixed feelings about this, I grabbed two Gringo Style Vegetarian Bowls on a BOGO offer which came to $33 bucks which is insanity. The taste and flavor of the food mainly was pretty dope but nowhere near the value for money and seems to be consistent from other people's reviews too.
Grub wasn't too bad, but the vegan chicken was not seasoned and super bland. All in all, I would have expected more given the price and therefore can't give it higher than a three star.
I totally dig the paper packaging and compostable utensils which were rad.

I only need 2 words to describe this place: Rip 👏 Off 👏 You pay $6 for a single taco, and should you want steak as your protein or guac as a topping, be prepared to pony up even more money. But wait, it gets even worse: there is barely any topping choices to begin with. Meat is also luke-warm and dry as bone. Everything else is ice cold. One piece of cheese I ate was near frozen! They should get an award for the worst tacos in B.C 👎

I was craving churros.
The tiny churros were priced at $5.25+tax, which I found a bit expensive.

The flavour was okay, but I don't recommend purchasing them as they aren't worthwhile.

The bowl was good. Burrito wasn't that great because it was all stuffed in and not.oxed properly so the taste wasn't same all across. Go for bowl here, probably the way they mix it isn't good enough

The food never disappoints! So fresh and delicious and healthy! The staff is always friendly and they put a good portion of food on each order. My family will always come back.

I had a steak burrito for lunch from here. I must admit I'm disappointed. The steak which is an extra $1 was dry and to be honest the whole burrito was pretty bland. No real spicy options either. I'd recommend not going to chronic tacos

Got my order wrong making a long wait longer. Expensive ($24 for 3 tacos). Not happy with the value, the fish was small. That's not $24 worth of food, even if I wanted tacos. Had to roll the first taco back into its shell. They tasted good. But I shouldn't have gone to A&W.

Not bad for a quick taco fix.

I ordered a fish burrito. A good three-five minute wait for fresh fish I don’t mind. The fish could use more flavor, and my rice is a little hard, not sure if it was under cooked or dried out. There was some bits of the cabbage that was hard to get through. Also the coldness of the guacamole was turn off in contrast of the other hot toppings.

They have a good system to keep the line going, having one person per duty.

I haven’t been back in years, not as flavourful as I remembered, but I’m willing to go back.

The portions here are very large! The food itself is okay. Part of the reason for this is that they have so many customers that they Rush while making your food, therefore you don't get to customize your food as you feel rushed to move from Station to Station. We're also very quiet so I was unable to hear the options that were providing me as they were trying to build my burrito. I would return if they could modify the way that we ordered the food.
