Excellent museum if you are interested in planes. Lots on display that you can see up close. A highlight is the volunteers who are very knowledgeable and you will definitely learn something from!

We went on Family Day and it was a great experience for our young family. The staff were so happy to have us and eager to teach us about anything we had questions about. There was a BINGO sheet to do while walking through the museum. It’s a neat place with such a variety of items to see and read. My kids recognized Chris Hadfield at the space section which was exciting! There’s a gift shop too. The tent hanger was also amazing with the helicopters and the really big planes! The washrooms have many stalls and are in the main museum.

Passionate and kind people.. the museum is really informative & showcasing aviation history.. I think there is space constraint but that is ok.. they should remove a few machines like bell 47g and ones with least historic value.. the simulator is cool but the queue for it was very long.. There is ample amount of parking available.. The merchandise for sale is priced fine..

Awesome museum, big enough to spend over an hour but won't take up your whole day. Incredible restorations from some passionate volunteers, and some phenomenal old and rare airplanes. Sopwith Triplane, JN4 and early model Sabre were highlights, along with the full size Lancaster.

I recently bought glasses at Walmart and received the best service! The staff member, Harman, was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, knowledgable, and very professional. Best service.

There is never anyone around upstairs in the electronic / kids toy section. And when u need them to unlock the trading cards nobody shows up.

I chill at Pacific Mall quite often so I've been to this Claw Me Baby location for more times than I can count. I must say it's like night and day when it comes to comparing this location with their other location at Midland and Finch. They're so different in every way (the way the machines are programmed, customer service, the selection of plushies in the machines, the existence of redemption items, the type/brand of claw machines, etc.) that you sometimes wonder if they're seriously the same store lol. Unfortunately though, the rating for this particular location is overstated and the rating for the Midland and Finch location is understated because there are some positive reviews that were posted under this store when they were meant to be for the Midland and Finch one lol.

That said, here are my thoughts about this store:

1) As an observer as well as a gamer myself, I tend to stand and observe things a lot lol. If you've watched X-Files, you'll know that some of the episodes in the final season were called "My Struggle I", "My Struggle II", etc. lol. When I observe people play here, I can't help but to label their misfortunes as "My Struggles 1, 2, 3, 4" XD. However, because I tend to be opportunistic, I can still win a decent haul here with $20 but the machines here in general are nothing like the ones at Midland and Finch (you have been warned! lol). Keep in mind you're not obligated to play all of your tokens in one go unless you fear that they're not gonna be here the next time XD. You can consider saving the tokens in a coin purse for next time when the pastures are greener in order to spare yourself from further heartache lol. A lot of people tend to blow all their tokens in one go even when the odds are against them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2) Usually when you enter the store, the employee will emerge from the back room and tell you about the deals on something such as the amount of tokens you would get that day (25 tokens) for a $20 purchase. Yet the problem is that this is hardly a deal as I see that kind of pricing at places like Pali Pali though Pali Pali doesn't even advertise it as a deal as it is just their regular everyday pricing. Afterwards, the employee doesn't really proactively restock or reposition plushies in machines where people have thrown the plushies into the corners or have won them. You could exchange for another plushie within the same machine though if the one you won has issues, provided the employee is still there.

3) This location doesn't have a redemption counter for you to trade in plushies for other prizes like the one at Midland and Finch. So expect to keep the plushies that you do end up winning.

4) If you ask them for a bag for your winnings, they will generally have a small white generic plastic bag for you instead of bags that have their store name printed on them. I know I'm probably spoiled rotten by the other claw arcades that I frequent, but they have much larger bags that are like backpacks to hold your winnings so it makes it much more convenient as you don't have to carry anything with your hands.

5) As for membership packages? What membership packages? XD

However, in spite of all of this, I've gotta give it to them when it comes to it being cheaper to play than the Midland and Finch location as each machine only requires 1 token to play whereas at Midland and Finch, the machines require anywhere from 2 to 4 tokens to play. For the so called deal on the $20 package at Pacific Mall, each token costs $0.80 ($20/25 tokens) so each play would be $0.80. At the Midland and Finch location, a $200 package gets you 445 tokens, which means that even at that pricing, the cost to play the cheapest game is around $0.90 ($200/445*2 tokens).

TL;DR - The only saving grace at this location is that each game here is cheaper to play compared to the Midland and Finch location when you do the math. However, expect to walk out less happy than when you first entered if you do decide to play. You can still have a great time though if you just take a tour lol.

I was at the uptown Walmart at around 5/5:05pm in the cosmetics section looking to buy a toothbrush. I went up to an employee (in a Walmart vest) that was talking to a group of her friends, and another employee. And politely asked to access the cabinet.

The female employee rolled her eyes and the other employee/friends commented “haha black monkey” followed by some other words. Which the female employee chuckled and guided me on to unlock the case.

As an African American I truly believe these comments/slurs should never be used. Please address this and make sure your employees are aware of what they are saying.

Completely ignored well asking for assistance in the electronics section. Very unacceptable. Would leave a 1 star review except for the absolute champ who started organizing the self serve workers with her booming voice, exeptional skills, and amazing sweater. 3 stars for the recovery.

Great place for a quick visit. We stopped by before our flight home and it was a good way to spend an hour. Unfortunately 1 of the hangars was closed and since we paid online beforehand, we were offered a discount on the next visit rather than the day of.

I recently had an nice experience there, the staff are always super friendly and welcoming! They have a lot of cool things to browse through like their walls of spray paints for graffiti art and a wide range of blind boxes, retro trading cards/toys, and collectible figurines from popular designers. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area or looking for a gift who are into those things!

What a unique store, and amazing staff! I came across Collective recently and cannot stop going back, every time being a great experience! A wide selection of paint supplies, awesome store merch, and fun board games - you’ll leave wanting everything! Super fast in store pick up service, and everyone there was so quick to help out and friendly with any questions I had - A store you have to check out!

The two wonderful gentlemen working the photo counter were incredible kind, patient and helpful. They even taught me new tricks with my Google Drive. I hope management of store and head office ask them for how they so easily turn customer frowns upside down and parry our issues into solutions. Well done gents!

Walmart's staff members consistently offer helpful and friendly assistance. Whenever I'm unsure about a product's location, the team promptly guides me to the exact aisle.

The lack of "customer service" is appalling, especially since they rake in millions from the people who can't afford to shop anywhere else. The few available open checkouts including the self-serve ones, creates long line-ups and the poor seniors who have to stand in these line-ups are exhausted by the time they get their few purchases paid. If the self-serve checkouts are not in service, then more people should be trained to work the regular checkouts. I go to Walmart nearly every day and I see more and more workers chatting with one another and less and less help for those of us shopping. This is so frustrating and downright disgusting!!

If there is an option for zero stars I would definitely do that.. there is reason behind online grocery that if you are busy then order online and quickly go pick up at the pick-up time. But I literally have to wait for more than an hour or hour an half even after doing check in online… just to pick up my order… store never answer calls.. I mean I don’t see any point for them to provide contact numbers if you don’t want to answer ever or option for online grocery if the service is that bad.. disappointing

This pertains only to the photo section at the Charlottetown Walmart.

Trying to get a head of the Christmas rush my wife and I placed a few orders for photo prints, 1 poster, magnets and 2 ornaments.

I just had my 4th trip in to get these picked up and still need to return in hopes of getting the poster.

Each trip has exceeded over 30-45 minutes waiting for the employees to search for the completed prints. It is very apparent that training or common sense is taking a toll on this department.

From my experience of about 2-3 hours waiting in the past 4 days you can tell they do not know what they are doing. A simple task of asking the customer their last name and then searching in the drawers and folders is too difficult for them.

My experience yesterday, I was 8th in line and everyone ahead of me was picking up photos. The girl working you could tell had no idea what she was doing and it was a conversation amoungst us in line. Out of the 8 people ahead of me she told 6 of them that their photos were missing or not printed correctly. I cannot prove she was incorrect but with how confused she was it was very apparent she was just telling customers this so she did not have to deal with the issue.

The first 2 times I was in also was a long wait in line and then getting the service representative to only be told an excused as to why my prints were not done, even though we received the pickup notice via email.

In short, as a company/employer you need to do better for your customer and staff alike, as it is not fair to either.

Lastly, it should be a minimal requirment that when hiring staff, they can at least breathe and blink at the same time, from what I have seen in these past 4 visits, that is a task that they cannot do.

Walmart have always been the place I go to for grocery shopping. Today I was exchanging 2 cans of kidney beans because I bought the wrong ones. The Indian lady who was on the customer service tried to make me feel guilty for exchanging the cans saying that these will be thrown in the garbage !!... Well , first of all you can sell for half price or you can donate instead of telling me that. I am a customer and have the right to return/ exchange thing I believe there is no wrong in return. It is canned food at the end of the day.or you can change your policy Teach your employees how to behave with customers, if she was a little bit smart she wouldn't argue on two cans of food their cost doesn't exceed $3 . If you're that worried about food being thrown in the garbage, maybe you want to reconsider selling stuff that are expired or fridge items that has been taken from fridge for long time and found on the shelf and being returned to fridge for sale . Not so long ago I bought prei cheese that was on sale but it actually was gone bad already and was supposed to be put in garbage instead of putting on sale. That employee was working the evening of Thursday Nov23,2023 @ around 8:15 pm on the customer service. Pay attention to who you hire...

I live near by so this had been our go to grocery spot. Loved getting everything in one place.
Well after the last few months of experiences I will never go back.
I always knew Walmart kid of sucked. From the big corporate greed we just live with now to the strange policy’s.
my husband and myself have had a few experiences with other customers that have left us uneasy but of course that’s not the stores fault.
What is the stores fault is their dis regard kindness, politeness and just not doing their jobs. We have had employees refuse to take things down from higher shelves, seen a man who had money kicked out because he looked homeless and to might steal something and have had managers not care about properly training staff.
There is way too much to write in a review. My husband and I have both talked to management on multiple occasions and they just don’t seem to care.
The best part of all is policy from corporate like making you pay for make-up in that section, or a million cameras all over the store in the last few years. Adding in the gates at front of the doors and now adding needing a coin to get a cart in some locations.
Don’t waste your time here. I know I rather pay the same price and go to multiple places. I know I rather drive an hour in traffic somewhere else then deal with the rude disrespectful staff here.

My shopping experience was completely ruined by LP following me around everywhere, I will never shop here ever again for being accused of shoplifting and needing to be followed around like I am a flipping child. Maddening. If you want to be accused of being a shoplifter definitely come shop at wal-mart, it’s actually appalling that they continually follow you around, left my full basket to LP to deal with putting back my would have been purchases:)

Me and my brother went Walmart today and We recently had a concerning experience at Walmart that compels me to share my feedback. Upon purchasing a product, I discovered it was expired. When I approached the manager for assistance, the response was disheartening. The manager admitted unreliability but trying to blame vendor for the presence of expired items on the shelves.

This raises a critical question: If health issues arise due to consuming these expired products, who will take responsibility? Attached are pictures of the product with the clear expiration date and the corresponding receipt.

Omar and his presentation for my daughters birthday was phenomenal! Parents and kids loved it, very flexible as well with a last minute location change.

Very spacious and with a lot if variety of goods.. However bit difficult to find the stuff.. Been walking around asking from the staff to find a certain item but no one knew and couldn't find it..

I am puzzled by the consistent shortages of essential groceries at Walmart, particularly items like paneer and Sher Aaata. Unfortunately, this time, I had a particularly unpleasant experience with the groceries I purchased. Specifically, I bought Brar's Paneer and discovered foreign material within the product. To make matters worse, there were no alternative options for paneer available. Regrettably, my dissatisfaction with this purchase means that I no longer wish for a refund or a replacement item. I would prefer to simply accept the loss of the $5 or $6 I spent.

I am disappointed with the overall quality of service and the product, and I appreciate the less-than-satisfactory experience.

I have just been racially profiled at this Walmart. The common insulting habit of store associates asking Black customers to see receipts of items in their personal shopping bags. I had just come from Canadian Tire with a toilet seat, in a visibly non-Walmart shopping bag. Shopped using the cart placing Walmart items besides my bag, removed items to be cashed out, paid for them. As I was packing Walmart items into my shopping bag the associates asks to see the receipt of the toilet seat. It doesn’t matter whether you carry the same item as the one in my bag, you have no right to think I am carrying it from your store without paying for it just because I’m black. What a demeaning way to treat Black customers, especially because this Walmart is in Etobicoke where there are a lot of newcomers, immigrants who can easily be harassed by such associates. Walmart, train your employees on micro-agressions, subconscious bias because these are all acts of racism. Do better.

Easily one of the best aircraft museum experiences I've had. The staff here is very passionate about history and are excited to share it with you. John, a volunteer, gave us all a tour of the museum and walked us around, teaching us about the unique history of each aircraft and its place in the history of Canada. He was very passionate and kept it intesting. I will be returning to visit from the States every time I come into the country.

"You can't take pictures in here, sir." Thats the first thing I hear walking in. Doesn't that make every person uploading a review with photos a criminal? While I understand Walmart has a corporate policy about this, context is important for these sort of situations.

I don't believe I saw a single friendly face within that Walmart. Combine that with several empty shelves and several pallets of goods blocking walkways and I start to think if this should really be my regular place to visit for groceries.

However, parking was an easy in and out for the parking garage and there was a decent sized section for international amd ethnic foods, so I know that they got something right.

Incredible place to buy all types of paint products and has a wide arrangement of unique items. Worth a visit if you come to Toronto.

Super big super market. They sell everything, with reasonanle price. It’s very convinience and have variety of food.

My favorite location of this chain. Has lots of staff members present and there is usually ample parking on the weekends. On today's visit there were a lot of empty shelves. There seems to be a bit of a supply chain issue in the area lately, and this location of Walmart seems to be rather heavily affected.

Great store with lots of toy collectibles and trading cards. Other side of the store has spray paints/markers for street art. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

This store gets 1 star because of how they have done so little to prevent the neighborhood from being covered in their shopping carts. It really is ridiculous and so ugly. Yes, I have shopped here. I actually used to work in White Oaks Mall so I have a lot of experience with this location. The staff is an angry, unhelpful bunch and the store is a mess. But I expect that from a place like Walmart. I don't expect them to allow the neighborhood, surrounding them, to be trashed.

Edit: I didn't go looking for the carts, in the pictures. Those are just ones that I passed on my morning walk. I'm sure there are MANY more.

Asked about level of difficulty. Definitely not our cup of tea. Kid left pretty sad not getting or winning anything. There’s ones in the mall that provide better win rate and actually ones with helpful staff for support. Find those ones

I visited this Walmart a few years ago prior to the pandemic. I wasn't able to see the whole thing but this was an awesome Walmart. You can hang out here and take pictures if you want. It even has an escalator inside! You gotta see this Walmart if you're visiting.

Why should fruit be expensive so that people cannot buy it and it spoils in the store?

So why operate the store to have customers shop when your just going to block aisles with skids and product. Pretty sure it’s a fire hazard, not only that boxes higher up and wrapped for safety so if you bump it they could possibly fall. Not a good idea for evening shoppers the store still has two hours before it closes

Grossest walmart in my experience. They duct taped milk and put it back in the fridge. I bought it not knowing then it leaked all over my car,myself and my groceries. Everything soaked including my receipt.

All machines were rigged! Not even one machine was working properly. They were designed to knock the toy to the top of the machine and make it drop! So sad

First time at this place. The staff was more then friendly. Vincent did a clear job explaining how to play and helped us out alot!

My kids love the planes so we were looking forward to this visit. The museum is open from 10 am till 4 pm.
Great collection to see inside & touch the history by this way. Unfortunately, the hangar outside was closed on that day. We were offered 20% discount or the pass for another day. As we couldn’t come back, we took the discount.

Stopped by this Renaud Bray store to buy some board games. This place has two floors, first floor mostly board games and second floor mostly books. Mostly in French, but some in English too. This location has great variety of items at decent prices! The staff members were also very helpful and friendly. Good place to grab some gifts, board games or books!

They have the most extensive selection of puzzles I have ever seen from comic puzzles to Disney to art-- and everything in between! They also have puzzle mats and boards as well as other games and tons of books!

Save your money. These machines are rigged. The clamp will clamp the toy but as soon as the clamp is pulled upwards, the clamp string hits against the base of the clamp machine at the top which then knocks the toy out of the clamp.

Me and my friend were in this plaza and popped into this spot spontaneously, the workers immediately recognized that we never tried this experience before and gave us the rundown on how everything worked. They even gave us a few free plays to get the hang of it as well as was providing us tips and tricks to succeed the best way possible. Super sweet workers, it was a pleasant experience and highly recommended!

A lot of calendar choices in all different kinds of genres; animals, movies, travel destinations, sports, in all different sizes, for business/home settings. It has pretty much every kind of calendar you can think of! Also, there's puzzles and trivia/board games as well. There was a 40% off sale going on while I was there today, can't say no to that! There was only 1 employee working though, she was behind the cash register and also helping out customers, she was nice and polite too, RECOMMENDED! Check it out if you're in this mall!

I wanted wifi while I was there so I could look some authors. Store did not want to give me wifi. Also the book selection is pretty basic and books are a bit overpriced. Would have enjoyed a bigger section with books in languages other than french.

Collective is a local staple for toronto artists and collectors. Whether you’re first dabbling in street art or a master of the mop, they have all the supplies and inspiration along with great advice about which products to try. They also have an extensive collection of blind boxes and designer toys like superplastic, kid robot, bearbrick, pins, stickers, merch, books etc. Absolutely a dream store if you love the world of street art and design! 👩‍🎨

The number of puzzles in this place was incredible! An excellent option for Christmas shopping. I was impressed and my nibbling will be thrilled with their gifts.

I arrived in the early morning at this Walmart location. It’s always great to do the shopping at the first hour of opening because the shelves are always full. There are no empty shelves and the floor is well polished. Walmart is always a top notch retailer in the world and I always have high regards to its management. Highly recommended.

This is a place with a huge variety of gadgets. Since boardgames, books, candys, gifts and kitchen tools. This store is unique. They have hundreds of articles with good desings. You can spend hours there.

Amazing customer service!!!! Nicole and another person (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) were so incredibly kind and helpful! They have easy, hard and medium level machines. Stuffies in the machines were extremely cute and much better than those at claw&kitty, which we are regular patrons of. Really fun place with the nicest staff!!! Will be back for sure!

This is a very big Renaud Bray with lots of books and other nicknacks! Always clean and organized and stocked full :) it is like a french indigo, only that it contains more merchandise than just books and you can practically pick out a gift for anyone in this store !

Coming from Ottawa, this place was like walking into a whole new world! What a wide variety of selection, one could get lost in for hours and hours! Love this store, so we’ll organized and very clean! Whatever your looking for they most definitely will have! I really suggest to check this place out, and one of my highlights on visiting Montreal!

Amazing 🤩 French bookshop. Very trendy and well-organized area with toys, young adult books, fiction books, CDs, DVDs, stationery, pencils, mugs, kitchen utensils and many other items. It's a great facility where you can always find intriguing books, games, and lots of fresh gift suggestions! adore it

Have been shopping from Walmart since the day I landed in Canada. It is just the complete store for everything you need.They have never disappointed in pricing though occasionally they have some very rude staff.Most staffs are helpful. The offers are really good every week . If they had a points card, I would have had a million points or more in it by now. The extra protection warranty on their appliances are really good as the exchange or returns are made really easy and convenient. Even during this inflation, they have managed to follow a decent pricing. They are always at a convenient location and always have ample parking space. The new software update on the kiosk is confusing and reacts too fast making lot of difficulties at checkout. Maybe it will take time to get used to it.

Amazing gift shop with two floors - vast selection of novelty items, snacks, books and related items. English selection is limited, but even if your French is limited, there are quite a few low cost items that are Quebec specific to share with those you love - so many informative items as well as humorous ones! Photograph is of the tarot section upstairs near the esoterica bookshelf, I didn't have enough time to photograph much on my way elsewhere.

What a great experience with my son! The staff are super amazing, and the animals are a treat to look at and watch. The souvenirs are so cute to!! Very happy they were able to open up a general admission day! It's been a long time, but worth the wait.

Wonderful private tour with the sloth encounter at Little Rays. Dress for a warm climate. The staff give fantastic information and kids love it. Great way to spend an afternoon.

Jasmin was so knowledgeable and very clearly dedicated to the animals! You can really tell the staff there have such big hearts and want the best for each animal. Loved being there so much. Can't wait to go back! The private tour made a great date activity.

This is one of the big stores of this well-known book related chain. Nicely illuminated and amazingly stocked with the best French editorial offer. Incredible variety of educational toys, office and house supplies. I can spend hours browsing the place and there is always something of my like and interest. Best place to buy a gift in any occasion. I simply love this two-stories book store.

Wonderful place to visit and to learn from. Little Ray’s not only has many animals, but many from cruelty cases or some those who didn’t realize how much care went into the animal they had purchased. There is a wide range of animals to see, from turtles to iguanas, bats to macaws.

The private tour is right up my alley. One on one time with a staff member, learning about the care (and sometimes history) of the animals. My group had Alex as our guide, and he was wonderful. He took the time to talk about each animal, answered all questions we had, and entertained my kids info-dumping on him when he reached their favourite animals. He was very engaging and appeared to enjoy providing the tour. He started the tour by asking if anyone in my group has snake or spider phobias so that he could adapt the tour as needed.

The new facility is excellent. It is well laid out, large aisles (so to speak) so social distancing can be maintained. It is wheelchair accessible, but there are one or two areas that might be difficult to reach if the wheelchair is larger than average. I did not notice if there are wheelchair accessible washrooms, however.

I definitely recommend checking Little Ray’s out. It is a great way to spend an afternoon, and a great way to help this learning centre keep operating.

Was looking for books for years on end(Freak Squeal) and there it was!and even half the price,bough the entire serie.:D pretty happy very sweet and lovely employees.AND LOOK AT THE KEYCHAIN I HAVE FOUND!

The new place is somewhat nicer but the area where it's located is better. My kids even took many pictures that you guys could see. During the covid19 time it's much slower but I'm sure they will pick up once we are back to normal. Cheers

Tasty Mediterranean snacks moderate price tag and 5je staff is good,but lacks washroom and no place to keep empty plates to put and hence to leave on the dinning table

I like the Starbucks at this location and the really large and wide kids section. Overall a large full store format location. Great location to find gifts!

Open October 21 2019 in the usual location in front of Joe Fresh. Great selection of all types of calendar choices.

Epic French bookstore. Very hip and organized space with toys, children books, fiction books, CDs, DVDs, stationery, pens and many other things you can find in better independent bookstores. 95% books are in French - I was itching to buy something, but left empty handed. Still a cool place to visit if you are a bibliophile.

Great collection of board games and puzzles for kids but bit pricey.

even though this place was small, you can tell that there was a lot of work that went into the care of these animals and that the people working here truly love what they are doing. the hands on shows are excellent while still giving the animal space and respect. i wish this place has the funding and attention it deserves. it’s a great place to bring children there too, as long as they can understand and follow the instructions given by the keeper!

What a cool place. Had the opportunity to see DJ Koko perform on a Saturday. He came in town from Tokyo to perform for two nights.
The collective was a cool spray paint graffiti supply store with other anima inspired toys and trinkets along the Spidina corridor. Lots of cheap and cheerful Chinese restaurants in the area to choose from.

Awesome and unique pop-culture art & collectibles that you'd need to seriously hunt for at Comic Cons and online. Really great staff and super chilled out atmosphere. Make sure to stop by any chance you get!

Don't be fooled by thinking that it's downtown because the address says it's on bank street. It's quite far, like over 10 minutes south of the airport. It's well worth the trip nonetheless.

The biggest surprise is that they're all rescue animals! Even that massive snake and huge crocodile... What were these owners thinking really?!

Kids loved every bit of it. Good for kids, young and big, my daughter, who is two, wasn't afraid to have the African emperor scorpion crawl on her hand a little bit 😁. Older kids have a lot more fun asking questions.

It's lovely to see all the junior volunteers as young as 12 carry snakes and take care of lizards.

Loved shopping at this library. What a selection of books of all types. I found many books I liked here. The decor and area were pleasing and calm. The cashier was helpful with recommendations and went above an beyond.
