This disappointing state of affairs at Kozlov Mall in Barrie can only be attributed to the abysmal management. The absence of public washrooms, the alarming lack of cleanliness, and the continuous exodus of stores clearly highlight the mismanagement plaguing the mall. It's disheartening to witness such a potentially vibrant shopping hub deteriorate due to the apparent neglect by its management. The community deserves better, and the current state of Kozlov Mall is a direct result of the management's failures.

a ghost town of a mall. The only mall that does not have washrooms as they just removed the washroom signs. I pity the couple of stores that are stranded in this mall.

And i found two colleges which perfectly fits for me and those colleges are Georgian and algonquin. I'm totally confused of choosing the best college out of these.
