The meeting was held as scheduled with no delays. She was very helpful, friendly, nice, knowledgeable and informative. She continuously checked in to make sure I was on the same page and didn't miss anything. Her review was very thorough and asked the right questions to understand my situation to help recommend the best solutions and dietary requirements. The responsiveness of everyone I dealt with was beyond expectations. Dealing with Julie for the settlement part was also a breeze and such a positive experience. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. If you are seeking dietary or nutritional guidance then I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to help you.

I was looking for a sports nutrition dietitian in Toronto and found this service. The nutrition counselling sessions were very helpful and helped me tweak my meal plan and the foods I was eating to help me build muscle. I ended up getting some great advice and practical tips that I can easily apply to my daily routines and all my athletic activities. I highly recommend the sports nutritionist here!

Possibly the most unreliable clinic in the city. The front desk, please… Get a new job and hire a donkey to work for you instead, it will do a far better job than you can ever.

Lyndsay is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has been absolutely great at providing me with a customized meal plan for myself and walking me through it, and also answering any questions that I have. Highly recommended!

Avoid this place for god's sake. A bunch of liars. They told us three (!!!) times month after month that signed us up to MRI queue while they never actually did it. They told us that they CANT TELL US WHICH PARTICULAR CLINIC WE ARE ASSIGNED TO. They can't. Ofc you can't if you never did it. Liars. Stupid, arrogant. Hope you guys have 0 working days week instead of 2. You didn't deserve a penny from MSP. How dare you to make a human suffer for a half a year from backpain and be afraid to tell you simply lied.

Thank you Dr. Leung for helping me clear my acne. In the past, I would get 1 new pimple every 2 weeks, which meant that my face was never clear of acne. As soon as 1 heals, another would pop up.
It’s important for you to have patience when you choose the naturopathic route to treating your problems, but I guarantee you it’s worth it in the end. She did the dutch test on me and helped me balance my hormones. I now see improvements in my period regularity and acne issues.

Much cheaper than the other dispensaries of it's kind. The people working here are friendly and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this place enough.

I don’t know what is going on with this business? I was going here and seeing a doctor. I had my medical exam for my professional license and then got a requisition for some lab tests. After months of waiting the doctor never explained the results and when I call the office ( nearly impossible to get through) a young man promised me that a doctor would call me back at 2pm that day. I suspected I wouldn’t get a call and sure enough no response after months of trying to get ahold of the doctor and office staff. What a completely incompetent, unprofessional and irresponsible business! Don’t use this walk in clinic it’s a joke!

Nadine is an experienced and knowledgeable clinician whom I trust with my referrals for clients looking to improve their health through nutrition or those managing chronic illness. Her approach is innovative, science based and individualized to the client’s needs and feedback from
clients is always very positive. She is also lovely to work with!

I had an amazing experience with JM Nutrition. From the get-go, Julie was very helpful in finding the right nutritionist and plan for me. I talked with Tiffany Thai, and she was absolutely lovely. Patient with all my questions and clear with all her explanations, I really feel like I learned something. Nicest of all was that she never once shamed me for some of my terrible eating habits and really worked with me to figure out a meal plan that I would actually like and stick to. Highly recommend!

Bad customer service. I was excited to check this place out. I went to the lady behind the counter and she was really dismissive. I thought maybe I did something wrong or my questions were stupid... But after reading other reviews I see that I was not the only one who had an experience like this. This happened a few months ago and the experience had turned me off from going to any mushroom shop in the city because I felt so uncomfortable based on my experience here. Good thing there are other options in this city.

I had an excellent experience with Nadine. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with the resources and knowledge to make the right choices to meet my diet goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn more about diet.

Booking my first appointment wasn’t particularly easy as there is no booking confirmation and my appointment had to be moved and there was confusion between the staff - as I’m sure happens with a booking system that’s not super intuitive. However I did get a call the morning of my appointment to check I was coming in and the staff were friendly. I had a really good experience with Dr Mark Abbey, as a foreigner in Vancouver without my own Dr here it’s always hit and miss with a walk in clinic. I found Dr Abbey was friendly and actually listened to why I was there rather than pushing me out the door moments after arriving which is how I feel most of the time seeing Drs in this city. It was nice to feel like a person not a number (:

I started seeing Dr. Leung in January 2023 after more than a year of suffering from eczema on my face. Dr. Leung understood I was getting married within 3 months. We were aggressive with my treatment and the results were amazing. After two visits, I felt so much better, we found the root cause of my eczema, in time for my wedding. Dr. Leung is a wonderful human being, cognizant of costs, understanding of the pain I was going through, supportive and proactive to ensure I was feeling better. I can't thank Dr. Leung enough for her help as she solved a problem that no functional medicine doctor could do.

Thank you, Dr. Leung, for being my wife's ND (Naturopathic doctor) and now mine. Within the assessment sessions on our blood test result, unlike MD (Medical Doctor), who would limit us to only ask a maximum of 3 questions. Within our ND assessement session, we were able to ask as many medical questions as we needed. Your in-depth medical knowledge allows us to fully understand what might be the cause of our symptoms based on our blood test results. With your naturopathic knowledge, you enable us to pick and choose from the various natural remedies to resolve our severe health issues.

As an example, due to my diabetic situation back in 2021, I included a lot of cheese in my daily diet. By mid 2022, my eczema flared up. Due to covid, I was unable to obtain an appointment with my dermatologist for months. None of my existing steroid cream had any effect on the flareup. At my dermatologist appointment, my eczema was so severe that I ended up taking a strong prescription to lower my immune system for months.

During my wife's late 2022 health session, I asked what might have caused my eczema flareup based on my diet. Unlike my MDs, you mentioned that the cheese and my diet would have caused my eczema flareup. I immediately stopped eating cheese and stopped using those steroid creams and started taking Vitamin A & C along with other natural remedies. Now, all my 40+ open weeping lesions are gone. I am no longer in need of taking any prescriptions to lower my immune system for the past 2 months.

I loved the experience! It is a very complete and super varied place! I love that they have all the written information on everything they sell so you can read it or translate it ;) they always have a good vibe and the quality of their
(coca tea, mushrooms and chocolates) are really good. In the afternoon and the attention was good and professional but I recommend that you go at night or on weekends because the vibe is friendlier and the service is more authentic.

I have TMJ almost three years and received some treatments on and off from a chiropractor, but the results are not too well. Two months ago I tried to do acupuncture treatment from Dr. Isabella Leung, in the first treatment, I felt the needle was applied on the right spot and pain gradually released from my jaw. After some treatments, the problem did not come back. I feel there is a big difference after taking the treatment. I will continue to do the treatment, thank you Dr. Leung.

Dr. Leung provided acutepunture treatment on my knee. My knee pain went away after several treatments with suggested hot and cold pad treatments I did myself at home. Dr. Leung showed knowledgeable about my problem and treated it right for faster recovery. Thank you, Dr. Leung.

I came to Nadine after a number of different doctors were unable to figure out what was causing my health issues. I had a lot of different symptoms that were difficult for my doctors to tie together. I had a sense that it was related to what I was eating, but couldn't quite pinpoint the cause. Nadine put me on a plan to identify my problematic food groups. With her help I also requested bloodwork from my doctor, and we discovered I had Celiac Disease. I had been working with doctors for years only to be told my issues were stress related and there was nothing they could do. Within my first month of eliminating gluten my symptoms were significantly improved. A few months later and they are completely gone. I am healthy and my body has recovered. I just can't imagine what would have happened to my health if I didn't turn to a Dietitian like Nadine for help. She was so patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with her.

They don't process the testing themselves, blame the lab for the long delays and don't even bother to follow-up on pending tests. But they charge high prices...

Went at 6pm on a weeknight, walk-in no appointment, nobody else was there, very quick. They can print & sign necessary forms for certain countries such as Japan.

Dr. Esther Lu is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of pelvic floor therapy, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Takes so long to just get the results by them, never calls back or never texts back.

Overall quick and easy. Don’t make an appointment though, they prioritize the walk-in line over appointment line. The walk-in registration process is also much faster from my observation and timing.

Nadine was extremely helpful and understanding of my goals and lifestyle. She was insightful and put me on a great plan that created amazing results. I always ate healthy before but she really helped me hone in on the problem areas and focus on the right nutrients.
