Victoria, the Director of Care, recently overwhelmed me with her empathy and insight. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with this agency, as my mother was dying.

My husband’s needs have been properly addressed. His caregivers are professional, efficient, experienced, but most of all caring and kind. Good advice given to both client and wife to provide safety and proper care until the caregiver returns for the next visit. They make the sometimes painful visit, easier for us both, we cherish their kindness in such a difficult situation.

I worked very briefly with this company, I drove 4 hours to go for their orientation and then was not given enough clients or shifts. (2 clients a week for a total of 3 hours) I asked to be paid and was told because I didn’t work 20 hours (not my choice) that I would NOT be paid for the 7 hours I spent in their office for orientation. Which I was told was a paid orientation.
Very inappropriate company to work for or to utilize their services. If this is how they treat people, I can’t imagine they do well for their clients.

My recent interaction with a PSW was far from satisfactory. In an attempt to avoid specific details, I must express my profound disappointment with the overall of service. And I feel it’s crucial for others to be aware of potential challenges they might face.

My elderly parents (86 dementia, 91 Parkinson's) still live in their home with round the clock care. When many of our PSWs became sick, we needed immediate, emergency fill in . Choice Homecare quickly provided solutions and great care. Thank you Choice Homecare.

I recently started using this company to help my sister who lives in a retirement home. I have found everyone whom I have been in contact with uniformly excellent. Elena in the office has been very caring and also efficient and answers emails promptly. She also emails me with concerns and suggestions. Adolfo in accounting has been very helpful and caring and also is very prompt with emails. Lanny my sister’s caregiver has been very caring and compassionate and recently suggested something that hugely improved my sister’s quality of life. Nashma also accompanied my sister to a dental appointment and I understand that went very smoothly. All in all, an excellent organization that I would not hesitate to recommend!
