Kyle has been incredibly supportive throughout my transformation, always offering valuable advice, strong coaching techniques, and encouragement. It's great to be 40+ and have Martha's brilliant virtual "bootcamp" classes to join live (with the option for replays if needed), as well encountering her powerhouse personality, helpful dietary direction, and a supportive social media group chat full of amazing women, (plus a few in-person events from time to time too!).

As someone who always found going to a gym a challenge - it's perfect to be able to join the action from home - with my chosen 30 minute workouts: Saturday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and 2x lunchtime breaks to pick from Wed/Thu, a great way to get off my couch where I'm based working from home! I definitely feel the benefits when I take part, and love that it's geared to women and what we need most being over 40.

Martha is a terrific role model - long may SheNutrition last!

Hi,

I recently completed the express heart health program with Christina Biasia. First and foremost, I'll get to the results. My total cholesterol dropped by a large margin to normal ranges, my LDL dropped to normal, HDL increased (good thing) and triglycerides stayed low. Overall my health is that much better since my sessions. Christina was definitely behind the scenes making it all possible. She was knowledgeable and helped go over my diet, meal plans, nutrition labels and any other questions I had regarding starting and implementing a diet that can sustain my active and busy lifestyle and keep my heart healthy. Thank you Christina for helping me through it all. I have continued with my meal plan and hope to keep up the progress. Thanks again.

My daughter and I started working with Lara in July of 2022. I really didn't know what to expect but was drawn to her when I looked at her website. As soon as we had our first session I knew we made the right choice. Lara is a very warm person, a good listener and very knowledgable. My daughter appreciates her sense of humour and how she makes our sessions fun. She has great suggestions for eating well, supplementing where needed and taking care of the body's other needs. If she doesn't know an answer to one of our questions she will tell us, but that is a very rare occurrence :). We have adopted all of her suggestions and are very pleased with the results. Both my teenaged daughter and I feel like we have become much healthier. We have one check in left and I know I will miss speaking with Lara on a regular basis.

Kyle is very knowledgeable and has a great passion for nutrition and overall health improvement. I dropped my body fat % from 21 to 16 percent from may May to July by implementing his mindful eating approach and habits. I unfortunately suffered an injury afterwards and wasn't able to work out for a bit; however by utilizing the mindful eating and nutrition habits, i was able to maintain my new weight.
Working with Lara was an amazing experience. Her depth of knowledge, kindness and grace were absolutely the key to my progress in my journey to a healthier me. I have learned so much during my time with her and her continued support AFTER I finished the program is great- as it shows she really cares abt my success in the long term. Kyle is a spectacular nutrition coach and, without hyperbole, life-changing. Since working together in less than a year, I have dropped 30 lbs, almost entirely of fat, gotten in the best shape of my life, finished 5/2500 in a long bike ride, and dropped body fat percentage from 25 to 15%. I purchased the one-month package with Martha to develop a better relationship with food and a better understanding of what to eat. She followed up with me on a regular basis and she was able to tailor my meal plan based on what I eat and the way I eat. Retirement and hip surgery prompted me to look for strength training classes to achieve the goals of regaining muscle strength and weight loss. After multiple “google searches” I found the She Nutrition website and read about Martha’s background as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I noted the offering of a free introductory zoom class. Both the website and information Martha sent regarding the virtual bootcamp was easily accessible and informative.
The first class was 30 minutes of enjoyable exercise! Martha was welcoming, friendly, a great guide, and accommodated each participants needs- mine included.
The class went by quickly and I was hooked.
I’ve now been doing the classes for 4 weeks. Many of the class times work so I can join, some of the times conflict with my Pilates classes so I’m pleased to be able to access the recorded class later in the day or the next day.
So far I’ve been sleeping better - this is a major and wonderful result as I’ve been experiencing insomnia. I can honestly say I really like strength training- it feels good to challenge your muscles - even the occasional soreness or burn tells me my body needs this.
Martha has held webinars on nutrition and the tips are so practical and easily adopted like the hand portion sizes and plate content percentages.
Martha is realistic, encouraging, supportive, friendly and fun. Her smile, laugh and enthusiastic language is engaging. Classes with Martha have started and ended on time, are full of praise and recognition, instructive and goal focused.
Martha has created virtual classes where you feel connected, you can independently choose the fitness level and you’re motivated to achieve your fitness goals. The perfect trifecta. Highly recommended.

I had appointments with Nishaat Patel for over a year to deal with irritable bowel syndrome along with acid reflux issues. I found her very helpful with her recommendations on diet and supplements and always both kind and practical. She was also very helpful to me with evaluating the sometimes inconsistent advice I found about diet online, particularly with regard to acid reflux diets. We set goals to meet before each new appointment, which I also found useful. In general, I felt I needed a good deal of advice and support with my health issues and Nishaat did a great job of providing me with that.

This is my second time working with Kyle. He's fantastic. Yes, he gives good guidance and education on nutrition. But what's more fantastic is that he helps you build a sustainable (and enjoyable) lifestyle. Use me as an example. I travel a lot for work. Kyle has helped me strategize how to enjoy these trips while taking a good care of myself. I came to Nadine after a number of different doctors were unable to figure out what was causing my health issues. I had a lot of different symptoms that were difficult for my doctors to tie together. I had a sense that it was related to what I was eating, but couldn't quite pinpoint the cause. Nadine put me on a plan to identify my problematic food groups. With her help I also requested bloodwork from my doctor, and we discovered I had Celiac Disease. I had been working with doctors for years only to be told my issues were stress related and there was nothing they could do. Within my first month of eliminating gluten my symptoms were significantly improved. A few months later and they are completely gone. I am healthy and my body has recovered. I just can't imagine what would have happened to my health if I didn't turn to a Dietitian like Nadine for help. She was so patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with her.

I joined Martha’s program in order to create some new exercise habits for myself in conjunction with my fitness and health goals. Specifically I like how she offers an early morning Bootcamp class as well as a 1/2 hour mid-day class. Occasionally, I can’t make an in person class and have to miss- not a problem, she has it recorded for use later. I love her classes! Her choice of music, the structure of the workout, and her sparky energetic personality make her program addictive! I have several weak areas from injuries (wrists and core) and Martha always provides alternatives during the class. She is professional, encouraging, knowledgeable and just lovely. Martha nutrition services paired with healthy new ‘move goals’ will be next in my new health journey.

I was chronically feeling tired, low-energy and just feeling "off" for so many years, and discouraged since I was doing everything I thought I "should" including trying to eat healthy, exercise and get regular check-ups at the doctor's. I decided to meet with Lara after I heard her on a Christian radio program and just thought to give it a try

My experience and journey working with Lara has been AWESOME. The changes I'm seeing in my health and well-being the last few months are actually quite surprising to me as I haven't felt this healthy (on the inside and out) for years. Lara is knowledgeable, good at discerning specific needs and I feel she is genuinely invested in people's well-being which makes a difference. She helped me to start changing specific habits for eating and really thinking differently about food in a positive way. I really feel blessed for Lara's help in my life. I also had a great experience seeing Esther and her team for acupuncture and counselling based on Lara's recommendation.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Wellness Advantage. Lara is SO knowledgeable, and there hasn't been a question I've had that she hasn't been able to fully explain in terms I completely understand. She enjoys what she does, and is passionate about good health, and truly wants her clients to succeed. Best of all, there is no pressure, and no guilt if you have to move at a slower pace, or have some set backs.
