Absolutely loved Martha's webinar on getting back on track after the holidays. So much great information, doable strategies, and take-away tools to get back to healthy eating. I felt prepared to take on 2024 and work towards my intention of eating well after this 60 minute session..

It's great to be 40+ and have Martha's brilliant virtual "bootcamp" classes to join live (with the option for replays if needed), as well encountering her powerhouse personality, helpful dietary direction, and a supportive social media group chat full of amazing women, (plus a few in-person events from time to time too!).

As someone who always found going to a gym a challenge - it's perfect to be able to join the action from home - with my chosen 30 minute workouts: Saturday mornings, Tuesday evenings, and 2x lunchtime breaks to pick from Wed/Thu, a great way to get off my couch where I'm based working from home! I definitely feel the benefits when I take part, and love that it's geared to women and what we need most being over 40.

Martha is a terrific role model - long may SheNutrition last!

I purchased the one-month package with Martha to develop a better relationship with food and a better understanding of what to eat. She followed up with me on a regular basis and she was able to tailor my meal plan based on what I eat and the way I eat. She really helped me to improve my understanding of what my diet was missing and her advice has been engrained into my mind! I would highly recommend Martha for any nutritional counselling you may need.

Retirement and hip surgery prompted me to look for strength training classes to achieve the goals of regaining muscle strength and weight loss. After multiple “google searches” I found the She Nutrition website and read about Martha’s background as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I noted the offering of a free introductory zoom class. Both the website and information Martha sent regarding the virtual bootcamp was easily accessible and informative.
The first class was 30 minutes of enjoyable exercise! Martha was welcoming, friendly, a great guide, and accommodated each participants needs- mine included.
The class went by quickly and I was hooked.
I’ve now been doing the classes for 4 weeks. Many of the class times work so I can join, some of the times conflict with my Pilates classes so I’m pleased to be able to access the recorded class later in the day or the next day.
So far I’ve been sleeping better - this is a major and wonderful result as I’ve been experiencing insomnia. I can honestly say I really like strength training- it feels good to challenge your muscles - even the occasional soreness or burn tells me my body needs this.
Martha has held webinars on nutrition and the tips are so practical and easily adopted like the hand portion sizes and plate content percentages.
Martha is realistic, encouraging, supportive, friendly and fun. Her smile, laugh and enthusiastic language is engaging. Classes with Martha have started and ended on time, are full of praise and recognition, instructive and goal focused.
Martha has created virtual classes where you feel connected, you can independently choose the fitness level and you’re motivated to achieve your fitness goals. The perfect trifecta. Highly recommended.

I recently joined Martha's online bootcamp and it has been an amazing experience! As a woman in my 40s, I was looking for a way to lose weight and gain muscle, and Martha's program has been exactly what I needed. She brings fun and excitement to every workout with great music and creative exercises that keep me engaged and motivated. Due to ongoing health issues, I realized I needed to make a lifestyle change. When looking to better understand how to do this, I reached out to Martha from She Nutrition.
Martha took the time to understand my needs. Her recommendations are so thoughtful and easy to understand and implement.
Martha is kind, attentive and full of practical knowledge, which has better helped me understand what changes I needed to make. Martha crafted a personal plan to ensure I incorporated adequate proteins, vegetables and fibre in every meal. I have learned nutritious food can be fun, enjoyable, delicious and definitely not boring. Martha’s meal plans are beautifully laid out and the recipes are easy to prepare. I joined Martha’s program in order to create some new exercise habits for myself in conjunction with my fitness and health goals. Specifically I like how she offers an early morning Bootcamp class as well as a 1/2 hour mid-day class. Occasionally, I can’t make an in person class and have to miss- not a problem, she has it recorded for use later. I love her classes! Her choice of music, the structure of the workout, and her sparky energetic personality make her program addictive! I have several weak areas from injuries (wrists and core) and Martha always provides alternatives during the class. She is professional, encouraging, knowledgeable and just lovely. Martha nutrition services paired with healthy new ‘move goals’ will be next in my new health journey.
