A great salon with attentive technicians, I always come back here. You are served a drink upon arrival and they have great colours to choose from.
Took a star away because there was one instance where my shellac started lifting just under a week I got it done but my nails have lasted a long time in all other instances I’ve come here to get them done.
The prices did increase since I first visited in 2023 December though so it is relatively pricey, however they are a reliable studio.

Dropped in without an appointment to get shellac done on my nails and was met with very kind hospitality, an offer of complimentary coffee/ tea or water, and a neat book of colours to choose from.

Dy Nails were up front about the cost, letting me know how much everything would be prior to the service starting.

My tech was meticulous, taking time to shape my nails, and tried multiple colours on me before finding one I liked.

I visit this nail salon as it was one of the closest to my place and after reading the reviews i decided to give it a try. the salon was very clean and the hospitality was really good compared to other nail salons i’ve been to. I went in for a gel refill and a pedicure, they had two nail technicians working on me at the same time so they were able to speed up the process. I also came at a less busy time so maybe that’s why. they were really particular with details and the whole experience was really enjoyable. i am very happy with my results and definitely would come back again. the price is definitely reasonable for the service they provide.

Wonderful salon. Great care taken and nails look fantastic! Great price and quality friendly service. They offer water, coffee, tea etc and the salon is clean and beautifully relaxing. Highly recommend!!

I loved the attention given to each of their clients, they helped me with all my requirements and I loved the final result.
Something additional is that for pedicures they have massage chairs, these are wonderful to relax.

I didn’t think I will write this review but here we go. So I went to get my nails done last month and got full acrylic set with shellac done. The guy, I think his name is Jason, was super sweet and considerate. He took his time to prep my nails and did an amazing job. I couldn’t schedule a refill but they didn’t budge for a month straight. So last week I booked an appointment for dip with shellac and decided to get my extensions removed. Unfortunately I was running late for the appointment and I called them up an hour before and I guess it was Jason again. I explained my situation and he said he can accommodate me 30 mins later which was okay. Five minutes into my original scheduled time, I get a call and some guy straight up asked “hey. You have appointment at so and so. Are you coming or not?” And I told him about the call and he disconnects. When I reach there, I meet this guy who starts working on my nails. He literally declines to do dip on my nails stating that was unnecessary. After insisting twice, I let him do whatever he wants thinking he knows what he is doing. He literally yanks few extensions off my nails, over files corner of one of them (almost exposing my nail bed) and is on phone throughout the appointment literally just yanking my hand if he wanted me to do something. Then he did absolutely worse cuticle work and rushed the entire thing. I thought I’d let it be but today my nail broke from the very corner he over-filed and now I’m furious. I loved Jason’s work so I wanted to be a regular but never again.

Amazing experience!!! I had Lina doing my nails, and she took care of me from beginning to end. She really took the time during every step to make them perfect, and I really appreciated her attention to quality and how diligent she was with my design. She asked me my preferences throughout, and made sure everything was done right. She was so lovely to chat with as well, I had a great time :)
The salon itself was very clean and comfortable, a very relaxing environment. The other workers were super nice as well, very cheerful! Overall I recommend.

It was a wonderful experience getting my nails done last week. Joyce was very sweet and detailed with her work. She even tried out experimenting the design I wanted before my appointment, and we discussed which one I prefer. Overall, really great service!

I had a wonderful experience at Nails Queen! I made an appointment the morning of online with an easy to book system in the super hectic holiday time, and the technicians were able to accommodate my request for dipping with art! The price was really good considering places I’ve gone to in GTA, it was $60 total (without my tip) and I’m very happy with my nails! Will be returning for sure.

Been seeing Shirley regularly for 7 years. She is simply one of the best nail technicians in town+I can confidently say that after experiencing others. She is precise, detailed, efficient and timely yet gentle all at the same time. She is also very skilled in applying gems, rhinestones and charms. I enjoy collaborating with her on designs, which she is always happy to do. She deserves my loyalty as a customer throughout all these years and beyond. Thank you Shirley ❤️🙏🏻

AWFUL experience at this salon. I went for my appointment to removal my acrylic nails. The technician used the drill to file my nails (this was fine) but then used a fake nail to pry off my acrylic nails. He should have soaked my nails in acetone to remove the acrylic and then scraped it off, instead he prayed off my nails which not only caused pain it has completely damaged my nails. I will never return to this salon and will warn my friends NOT to go here for removal.

I was able to walk in without an appointment and get my pedicure right away as they weren’t busy. The staff were welcoming and nice. The salon was clean.
The gentleman doing my pedicure provided me with a towel to place on my lap as I was wearing a skirt, however the towel didn’t seem to be freshly washed.
He did a good job with my pedicure and I was very happy with the end result. The leg massage was really good and he was gentle with my feet as I am really ticklish.
When it came time to dry my nails, they had a space with dryers, and shelving with magazines to keep me busy.

Great service, very accommodating and the technicians are really good. Prices are somewhat reasonable considering it’s downtown. I asked for a minimalistic nail design and they perfected it

Came in to get my nails done and wow what an amazing experience! Nicole took the time to make sure my nails were to my liking and had an eye for details. So happy to find a place that actually does gel nails! The whole team was lovely to deal with and I will be sure to recommend this place to everyone :)

I booked an appointment online for a manicure Friday for a Saturday wedding. Arrived on time for my appointment to be told " if no-one is available the appointment is pushed out 1 week. So disappointing that this is acceptable by a business.

Be aware of extra charge when you purchase a gift card!!! I gave a gift card as a gift and the only extra charge should be a tip. Wrong. They were charged extra for quick dry polish, which I have never beter charged before. And the one that got me was the charge for covid wipe down. Really you charge the customer for that? People are coming in to support you in hard times and you try to add on a charge like that. You need to post the extra charges and not spring them on the customer at the end and tell the person purchasing the gift card that extra charges may apply.

I booked an esthetician for my wedding party to do our make up the day of. The beach house was very accomadating and Emily did a fantastic job with the makeup. I was very appreciative to have someone come to the Nevis estate where we were staying.

This place was unbelievably rude to me. What I describe is rude, it is not an excuses to use the pandemic as a reason to not smile, not talking politely, and disrespect clients. Apologizing is about owning up to your mistakes, not making excuses for them. I wanted to book a massage with a gift card I received. I emailed to see if I could get a massage without a mask on, and they said no in a rude email to me. They did not offer any other option to spend the gift card. I drove 40 minutes to their location to shop in their store. I had a mask on and they would not let me inside, they made me stand in the rain while they interrogate me as to 'what I wanted'. I told them I wanted to buy candles/spa stuff I saw on their website. The women said they did not have that stuff and she did not know what I was talking about. Eventually she told me to go home and order what I wanted online and I could drive back another day to pick it up. If you want to be shunned by others this is the place to go.

My technician was Olivia and she does amazing work. This was my first time for lash extensions and wasn't sure what to expect but Olivia made feel very comfortable! I'm so happy with my new lashes!!
