Came in to get my nails done and wow what an amazing experience! Nicole took the time to make sure my nails were to my liking and had an eye for details. So happy to find a place that actually does gel nails! The whole team was lovely to deal with and I will be sure to recommend this place to everyone :)
I booked an appointment online for a manicure Friday for a Saturday wedding. Arrived on time for my appointment to be told " if no-one is available the appointment is pushed out 1 week. So disappointing that this is acceptable by a business.
Be aware of extra charge when you purchase a gift card!!! I gave a gift card as a gift and the only extra charge should be a tip. Wrong. They were charged extra for quick dry polish, which I have never beter charged before. And the one that got me was the charge for covid wipe down. Really you charge the customer for that? People are coming in to support you in hard times and you try to add on a charge like that. You need to post the extra charges and not spring them on the customer at the end and tell the person purchasing the gift card that extra charges may apply.
I booked an esthetician for my wedding party to do our make up the day of. The beach house was very accomadating and Emily did a fantastic job with the makeup. I was very appreciative to have someone come to the Nevis estate where we were staying.
This place was unbelievably rude to me. What I describe is rude, it is not an excuses to use the pandemic as a reason to not smile, not talking politely, and disrespect clients. Apologizing is about owning up to your mistakes, not making excuses for them. I wanted to book a massage with a gift card I received. I emailed to see if I could get a massage without a mask on, and they said no in a rude email to me. They did not offer any other option to spend the gift card. I drove 40 minutes to their location to shop in their store. I had a mask on and they would not let me inside, they made me stand in the rain while they interrogate me as to 'what I wanted'. I told them I wanted to buy candles/spa stuff I saw on their website. The women said they did not have that stuff and she did not know what I was talking about. Eventually she told me to go home and order what I wanted online and I could drive back another day to pick it up. If you want to be shunned by others this is the place to go.
Most thoughtful spa I have been to, to date. They take care of you as if you’re family from the moment you book an appointment to the second you have walked out their door. The Beach House goes the extra mile to ensure the comfort of their clients and to ensure that every client feels the true bliss of the beach when you are in their company and care.
