Dr Araujo was very rude and have no patient to understand the patient. he is also very rude to his staff.

I've had dozens of massages and this is probably the worst one I've ever gotten. I did show a few minutes late but I had called ahead to let them know, and I was okay to have my time shortened, so I'd understand if they were unhappy with me, but I don't think I deserved an hour of a low effort massage with zero technique. Or did I get someone who was having a bad day?

- I was practically drowned in oil
- the massage felt like a kid was colouring randomly on my back
- I asked for more pressure and she just said ok. Still no change
- at some point she was just swishing her hand back and forth lightly on my back like she was painting
- another point she just kept rubbing in circles like she was petting a cat

At no point did it ever feel like she was hitting any pressure points.
At no point did I ever feel relaxed, or that she did anything for my muscles.
No tension was relieved.
Extremely disappointed. I booked another massage another place soon after.

Dr. Araujo is such a caring and considerate doctor: he listens, and proposes solutions that make you feel comfortable

By far the worst clinic ive ever been to. Whatever the white male doctors name is he deserves to have his license revoked. I want there on three different occasions and each time he would talk over me not hearing my actual symptoms and then prescribe me some random medication that when brought back to my family doctor, would be absolutely useless to my actual condition. On my last visit he literally walked out of my room and his response was “my co workers know when i leave a room i dont come back in” and that was the extent of my visit.

If you are going through any sort of illness i recommend making the two minute drive to any clinics down Ridgeway because mississauga wellness is absolutely abysmal. The second last occurence i was waiting over 2 hours to see a doctor and I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE followed by two others. Only when i got fed up and left to go to another clinic that would serve me quicker did i get a call back from mississauga wellness asking why i left. I was told the doctor was simply ”stepping out” the secretary doesn't know when he's going to be back. And of course its the same white male doctor once again.

If I have an option to give zero or negative stars I may opt that.. please don't go there even if you are going to die.. please go some other place if you want to live. Such an incredible place. I didn't see such type irresponsible staffs and doctors somewhere else. Very irresponsible. I am not detailing what was happened on my one and half year baby because of their irresponsibility, but I am telling one thing, it was a pure case of medical negligence. So if this is your family clinic it's better to change the place

I had to see Dr Guiadi for dermatology check up. Everything went great. Only took a few minutes. He told Me that all was well. Dry ice treatment for My scalp.I saw some of the other scathing reviews and I had to say that I would recommend this clinic to anyone. First class!

The worse clinic I’ve been to. From the rude receptionist to the lazy Dr. Araujo.

I went to dr. Araujo to seek medical assistance because I had an infection and could barely move. He scrolled through some random page while I was listing my symptoms. He wouldn’t even examine me at all. He literally just gave me some painkillers and sent me home. Later that night I was in intense pain and was dropped off at the ER. They told me I had formed a severe infection and I needed immediate surgery to drain it. I told them about the painkillers that dr. Araujo had given me and they said he shouldn’t have given me those it’s useless.

It’s sad he’s been my family doctor for over 5 years and I don’t think he’s actually physically examined me. He just asks for my symptoms and prescribes me something that doesn’t help my condition. He feels more like a salesman trying to sell me on medication that doesn’t help me at all.

I won’t ever go back to this clinic. They prioritize virtual consultations over physical examinations.

(Edit): I can tell it’s Araujo commenting on all the negative reviews. His responses are so condescending just like in real life.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 5-6 years and I’ve never left with any complaints. The staff is always warm and welcoming. My family Doctor Dr.Arujo is one of the best I’ve had. He always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and addresses them accordingly. The facility in general is very clean , I always feel like Iv been looked after whenever I visit. Highly recommend visiting here :)

Dr. Adilson is one of the best doctor in town. He really gives time to his patients. I must say front desk staffs are also amazing. Even my kids like to see Dr. Adilson 😊.

Dr Jones is very approachable, knowlegeable, and helpful. His receptionist Gina and Nurse Derrick are an amazing team.

This is by far the most unprofessional and horrible health clinic to go to. I wouldn’t recommend going here even if you were dying. The front desk staff are rude in person and over the phone. They are horrible at scheduling appointments. Ive gone twice and both times there was a scheduling error. Most recently, when I showed up for an appointment I was told it was cancelled. I asked why they didn’t leave a voicemail or email me and the receptionist said my voicemail wasn’t working and they dont send emails. When I rescheduled she asked for my email after having already told me they don’t send out emails to anyone. The doctors are no better. Only difference is they don’t waste my time having me come out here for non-existent appointments. This entire clinic should be shut down. Again, I would never recommend coming here even if it were the only clinic in the province accepting patients.

If I could select zero stars, I would. I called the clinic asking for a simple request and received attitude from the receptionist named Gina. Absolutely rude and didn't care when I pointed out her rude behaviour. I asked to speak with a manger and she refused to transfer me or give me the manager's name. When I saw the low reviews for this clinic I wasn't surprised. I wouldn't be surprised if this clinc shuts down. Horrible customer service.

Receptionist (who says she is responsible for booking appointments) is rude and blamed me for missing my appointment. Appointment was set for 8am but the clinic shows they open at 9am, makes no sense. I called them around 820am because I overslept, nobody answered the phone and she blamed me saying they always answer the phone but didn’t on this day. They never followed up with me until my family doctor (who referred me there) got involved. It’s been TWO MONTHS since my initial appointment. Receptionist called ME to make a follow up appt but I was “making too many changes” that she was not willing to accommodate. She would suggest a time and I told her, it didn’t work for me and she got frustrated because my schedule wasn’t simple to fix their mistake. Im also 33 weeks pregnant so I tried explaining that to her and it meant absolutely nothing. She hung up the phone on me and was very rude. I’ll never be returning here and getting a new referral from my doctor. I’d rather drive to Toronto than the convenience of this clinic just because I live in Brampton.

I forgot the name of my RMT but she does massage and acupuncture. She gave me the whole history of acupuncture and explained how it works. She gave me a free 15 minute acupuncture after the massage because it would help me lower back pain. She said that massage comforts but acupuncture heals. She also explained how a massage works and recommended a little bit more pressure because it will more effectively remove the knots. The massage was amazing too.

The only drawback is that she was 10 minutes late because she also gave her previous client 15 minutes more.

I'm not mad though because her service is excellent and 15mins didn't make a huge dent on my schedule. I'd keep coming back to this place if I wasn't moving cities next month.

I got hot stone massage done, it was so relaxing, it was my first time getting hot stone massage, body got so relaxed. All I can say is awesome! Thanks! I will visit again!

I came in during the holiday season after being told my family doctor was away on vacation. His walk-in clinic at Bristol Circle had about 30 people waiting at 10:30 on a Wed morning, so left immediately. This clinic had one person ahead of me and no one else. I was in an out in about 15 minutes with a prescription for my problem. Staff and doctor were friendly and helpful.

Great place! Friendly staff. It’s always very easier to book appointments they have many availabilities. Highly recommended

The clinic is not a big one, but people here are warm and nice. Traditional Chinese massage and acupuncture service are provided by experience practioner from China.

Holistic positive experience at Mississauga Wellness
Both my children are patients of Dr.Araujo at Mississauga Wellness. We really appreciate that Dr.Araujo never leaves any complaint unaddressed, orders investigations and invokes specialists if any parameter seems off to rule out any underlying causes. He is very organized and almost always spot on with the time slots allotted for phone consultation. He issued the flu shots by appointment thus making the experience very orderly especially for little children and seniors.
The pharmacist at Mississauga Wellness always gives very precise instructions about the dosage and ideal food gaps between medication and is very helpful with questions.
We have also had great experience with Dr.Mona Seif, and in physiotherapy with Tejash Modi. The front desk staff at Mississauga Wellness has always been helpful in accommodating appointments especially when we have needed short notice ones for our little one when she was an infant. This walk-in clinic is VERY busy. It has been for years, because it’s easily accessible and within a large suburb. You will likely wait an hour or more to see a Doctor but that is to be expected. The ladies behind the counter are very nice, and do their best despite the stress of dealing with so many sick people. Patience is a virtue, and we can all do a little better to be kinder. Last I was there another patient was so rude to the staff behind the counter hurling racist insults at them and they tried their best to defuse the situation and keep her calm. I felt so bad for them.

All the Doctors I’ve seen here have been kind, compassionate and professional. They want to help you, so long as you are kind and communicate with them. I’ve also had my blood work done here and the lab technician has always made me feel comfortable and made me laugh so it wasn’t so intimidating having my blood drawn.

I went to see Amy 明last Friday and had a acupuncture on my left knee. I was in pain and even couldn’t go upstairs before my treatment but I couldn’t feel any pain at all after the treatment. Thank you Amy, you are the best😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was suffering from pain during period, ovulation spotting, and my hands and feet are always cold. By visiting Amy for several acupuncture and massage treatments, unbelievably the pain in period has eased a lot, ovulation spotting does not occur again, and my hands and feet are able to be warm even in winter. Amy is significantly professional and highly skilled in acupuncture, her skills could represent how magic the acupuncture is.

One time I was fallen from stairs, my ankle was injured and swollen. I visited Amy on next day, she needled in and out, then the swell immediately gone. The photo shows before and after. She stated that acupuncture is able to diminish inflammation and invigorate the circulation of blood. Amy is also a traditional Chinese physician, if you have any body issues that Western medicine couldn't solve just visit Amy, she may give you surprise.

Warm and friendly staff. All masseuses are very professional. I had a few sessions with Amy and she's the best. She knows what she's doing and does her very best. Always goes an extra mile to get you all relaxed ❤️

The staff and Dr. Jones were very helpful and prompt. I felt very well taken care of and feel at ease knowing their office is there should I need to go for a doctors visit soon.
