I loved the experience of shopping here. Staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. I couldn’t get the names of all who helped me but Joe was awesome and other staff as well. Great customer service . Total satisfaction. Would come again and recommend to others .

Alexandre makes you feel at ease right away and listens to your needs. He is very knowledgeable about the products sold, the origins, the materials used and the confection methods. He is also an expert at understanding what you are really looking for and asking the right questions. Exceptional service. I am very happy with my shopping experience at Suit Supply. Avoid at all costs! Staff initially ignored us and when we asked for help they were rude! Employee was playing on his cell phone the whole time and coughing. Coats were expensive for what I thought was pretty terrible quality for the price. Better to go to Rudsak instead - at least there they don’t sell disgusting ugly fur coats.

Staff at this location is amazing. Uzair is Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me to make a purchase. Uzair is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend visiting this location. Excellent customer service!

Even though, the customer experience at the Montreal store is very good…the quality of the suit and the after-sale service that I got was horrendous.

I bought a suit there less than 6 months ago that is completely discoloured and ripped apart from both elbows. The answer that I got from their after-sale service is “It appears that these issues have been caused by a combination of rubbing and friction, resulting in the thinning and subsequent tearing of the fabric. This can happen during daily activities such as leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.“

Considering that none of my other 10+ suits have ever shown such wear and tear from routine use, I would have appreciated if they would’ve taken some accountability in this rather then blaming me for leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.

This place has a good outerwear selection. I haven't purchased this brand before hand but we ended up purchasing 3. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We love this outlet store.

I had a very pleasant experience with the advisor and custom program. I went in to get some trousers made. Jean-Simon was the advisor who helped me.

Although I have very specific fit requirements and preferecnes, Jean-Simon was able work with me and took the proper measurements and adapt the custom program to my specific preferences.

The end result is that I have two trousers that fit like I want and with the fabric I want and look very nice.

On a side note, the minor alternations after the delivery (to achieve a even superior fit) have very short turnaround time.

The communication throughout is clear and efficient which leads to a very pleasant experience.

Overall, I am impressed with custom experience and would recommend the program and store to anyone looking into custom garments.

Avoid ordering with Mackage at all costs! Don't make the same mistake as me.

I ordered a winter parka for $1700, and they claimed on their website it's "Arctic Rated: Down to -25°C." Well, it's not true; it's impossible. I tried it when it was only -10°C and I was freezing! My old parka at $200 was 10 times warmer than the one from Mackage!

So, I contacted their customer service and asked them to return my parka. It took them seven days to answer me... and they "declined" my return request because I wore it once! This is ridiculous! How am I supposed to try the parka if I can't wear it?

With this price point, I was expecting a high level of customer support. Well, it's the contrary. Mackage is definitely the worst parka I've ever bought and the worst customer service I've ever had.

Never order with them!

I had the best customer service at Mackage. The associate went out of her way to help me find the right jacket she even ordered it had it shipped to me .

Great quality, fast professional service. Highly recommend this to anyone needing a suit in a pinch.

Had a last minute invite to a wedding in Mexico with very limited time to find a suit. After some good research online Suitsupply caught my attention, and without them and Jacky (an employee there) I don't think it would've been possible.

Got everything I needed with only a day to spare before my flight. Even had adjustments to get the suit to fit just right, when all the research I did online was telling me it would take a minimum of one or two weeks.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Bought my second suit here today. Great service as always, Bastien was very easy to work with and their suit selection is extensive! You could go and buy a cheaper suit at Simons or other suit shops but the quality of materials and worksmanship is not comparable. And if you actually think about what you're getting, it's well worth the price. Top notch suits and staff! Will be back at some point.

I recently visited mackage. The staff are very professional and helpful. They have a wide selection of jackets. I purchased a jacket, however after bringing it home, I noticed a small defect. The store manager, Uzair, took great care of it, and ordered a new one without any issues. I would definitely recommend to others!

Good location for shopping with good offers, there is lots of parking areas and also it’s free. You can enjoy really good brands and shopping, different restaurants and also Starbucks or Artigiano cafe …

Overall great experience from the moment you walk in and are greeted. I was assisted by Axel who was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and just overall excellent in our 2 meetings. I couldn’t be happier with my suit and in-store experience.

This was my first experience shopping at Suitsupply. I was fortunate enough to be left in the hands of Jacky. He spent nearly 2 hours with me to purchase one suit, his patience and professionalism were outstanding. And an additional bonus is the quality and look of their clothing. Even their casual wear is off the chart!

Friendly customer service, however lacking in attention to detail and developing trust. I bought my item, and later found that is was sold to me dirty. Spent an hour cleaning with baby wipes, as you cannot wash it easily. Not impressed.

Lots of good stores. I went when it was super cold out so I really had bundle up because it is alot of walking outdoors to get from place to place. I wanted to warm up at the food court but doors were locked at 5pm on Saturday… my bad for going when super cold out.

I usually don't rate retail stores cause it's like what are you really rating, but this 5 star rating is mainly due to the staff. Wow, what amazing young ladies! So helpful and provided honest feedback (about what I was trying on. They also had lots of stock and good deals!

Went above and beyond to satisfy my needs

The last visit was so annoying on black friday because every stuff was sold out almost. Just left with extra small and mostly double xtra large sizes. Even on sunday after friday there was no to much to buy.

I would like to thank Nicolas for his personalized customer service. He helped me with purchasing my first Mackage jacket which I LOVE so much. He was extremely helpful and honest. I ended purchasing an older model that was half the price, he could have easily convinced me otherwise. The first time I called the store there was no answer and he was kind enough to call me right back to see the reason I called and if I needed help. Very rare to find good customer service like this post pandemic restrictions.
I’m totally satisfied with my purchase and that says a lot because I’m quite indecisive!! Also thank you to José and the other supervisor (I forget his name). The whole team was 5star!

Superb place for jackets and fleece and T shirts and caps and the list is huge....you get all latest apperals here at a very good discount....fifty percent discount is normal in this north face factory outlet....so many colours of jackets of north face are available and this place is crowded...but fun to shop....associates are always ready to help you out ...

Nice and clean place in the new center, friendly service, they even went to storage to pick my wife's size, great service compare to other shops in this mall.
Only one thing couldn't find - winter pants, shop has only for skis and etc, not for everyday wearing.
One year update: Some improvements are done, but not with winter pants, they don't have them at all.
Store definitely now is more clean and organized. Less messy and more understandable.
Bought some nice winter sweaters for update.
WHEN you will have winter pants at least one kind, one pair? - are you against them?

Got a really nice thick coat which has served me well. Adam in particular was great and answered my many questions while I was choosing the right coat.

the guys working at this store were really kind and helpful. i came in on black Friday so their calm demeanour was appreciated. got what i wanted and then some for a sweet price. really great deals that i didn't see online, but wish for more range in women's sizing as the coats run fairly small.

EDIT: Tried to leave a negative review directly on their website and they "moderated" it. Customer service claims they cannot remove reviews.

This is a review for their ecommerce platform. Terrible returns process. It states that returns are processed as fast as possible when in fact it's common practice for them to take 7 to 10 business days from receiving the product. This should absolutely be disclosed as it's looking like it'll take close to a month for my return to be processed. Intentionally misleading customers.

On top of that, the leather jacket I bought was definitely not worth the $1150 price tag. The lining was this cheap black polyester and the hardware looked so cheap too. The leather itself isn't worth it either given that it doesn't feel considerably nicer than other retailers that sell genuine leather.

Unfair business practices with respect to product returns, but, the company did end up refunding our initial purchase after we returned the 1st jacket purchased, and, purchased a 2nd jacket from Mackage that was one size larger.

At the time, their website stated with respect to returns:

Shipping costs are on us (certain exclusions apply) and there is no customs fee/duty. Please try items in the comfort of your own home. For up to 30 days, if you don't like them, or they don't fit, just visit one of our Flagship Stores to return the item or request a return online. Sale and Promotional items purchased online cannot be returned in stores.

Our online purchase was charged to our credit card on Nov 21, 2020, the same day it was shipped, and we received the jacket on approximately November 26, 2020. We tried to contact Mackage on Christmas day to exchange the jacket that we purchased for our daughter but a representative was not available. The jacket did not fit true to size, it was size xxs and fit much smaller. So the next day, after being told on the phone that a manager was not working, we were able to reach a manager by the name of Madieyna on Dec 26, 2020 who initially stated that they would not permit us to return or exchange the jacket for a larger size because it was shipped more than 30 days ago. This was different than what their website stated. As an update, in mid-January, 2021, Mackage permitted us to purchase a 2nd jacket, one size larger, and, return the jacket initially purchased.

This outlet store has quite the selection, better discounts are given to older models obviously, which is not a bad thing for us, as they still look good and you get what you want at a better price point.
That being said, come early, with the coronavirus mitigation measures in place, only a certain number of people are allowed inside at a given time, a queue formed outside and it's cold, I waited a good 15 minutes before being allowed inside, so dress accordingly.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the staff here were exceptional. My rep was Amish, and he took his time showing us different options, teaching us about the differences, and took his time and assisted me as I kept trying on the last two coats again and again before choosing one. Although pricey, we found the costs at the store to be comparable or lower than other retailers who sell Mackage.

Thanks Frederic for explaining everything. Outlet has very good price on winter and fall jackets, plus they were stylish. Wanted to buy CG for $1300, not in stock model I liked and not best fitting and style, either too short or too long. Then, walked into this store, ended up buying two jackets for $448 tax included Gotham @$289 and Thermoball @$99. Yes, it was last year model but fitting and look is perfect for me.

Boutique spécialisée dans la vente de manteaux, comme son nom l'indique. Par contre, durant l'été, ils vendent des vêtements d'été. Leur qualité est très acceptable. Le service à la clientèle est très simple et courtois. Leurs manteaux sont très durables ainsi que leurs foulards.

As an outlet store, it wasn’t anything especial.
But young Florence made all the difference!
She was amazing. She was knowledgeable, smart, familiar with all the products, and patient. She could give accurate information about each product and she had personal experience with many of them. She gave the greatest advice, she was full of positive energy and eager to help.

Store has varied inventory, although it could be better. Good deals are often offered on many items. Service is lackluster, with disinvolture and long customer engagement delays. Rebates and store location make it a worthwhile visit regardless. Would recommend stopping by if you're going to Premium Outlets, or driving back from vacationing up North.

These guys have everything we need for our transport company. Custom made safety vests have our employees looking good. They also make decals for our vehicles at a great price.
