Very good museum especially suited if you are planning a visit with kids. There are several magic exhibitions, including trains, old tools and sound players. There is a huge DJ-like wheel to spin and “scratch” an enormous LP. There are STEM shows for kids at specific times of the day — you can check the schedule at the museum’s website. Nevertheless, the museum is interesting for adults too. A history of bicycle is portrayed by several dozens of bikes from all eras. And do not forget to visit the silent room… 🤫

This does not refer to rooms at all; we arrived after 9 pm as it was one of the few businesses open at that hour in North Hatley. We looked at the unique food offerings - maple syrup, honey, and of course so many chocolates that all looked divine. I bought six cherry chocolates and they were the best. The soap selection was fantastic - made on ile d'orleans, and I bought four of them (all different scents), as gifts.
The person behind the desk was fluent in English and French and was extremely helpful and friendly. There are suites on the upper level but we did not see any of those.

Had a guided tour by Kade who did a fantastic job of explaining the entire coin making process, history and fun facts. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
Always great to go back to an old favourite. Love the new renovations that not only present the museum in a new way but kept all the old favourites! Loved the kids area especially all the buttons that I could just let my little one run around and have fun.
Kade was our tour guide and he did an excellent job! I highly recommend his tour. Kade was very knowledgeable and friendly and he made the tour fun and interesting for all ages. He was also very able and willing to answer any questions. I hope you enjoy your tour!
This was a highlight of our trip. Our guide was kind and entertaining and we learned a lot about the minting process, history of coins, and lots of fun facts. Tour spots are reserved online or via phone and you can pay when you arrive.
Fantastic place for family visit. It has a play area for the kids. It is free 4-5 pm, so if you live nearby, check it out. You pay for parking, but it has lots of spaces. Good place to visit once once a year, perhaps. This is definitely one of the several museums that you must visit in Ottawa.
We had a wonderful stay at Auberge La Chocolatiere in North Hatley! The service was excellent - friendly and helpful. We had a quiet, spacious, very clean room with a view and the bed was comfortable The breakfast was outstanding and an excellent start to the day. Parking was easily available and convenient on the street. Tempting delicious pastries and chocolates were available for purchase and we enjoyed those special treats! The location in North Hatley is so convenient to enjoying day trips to areas of the Eastern Townships. We stayed three nights and enjoyed returning to the quiet peaceful village of North Hatley! Definitely recommend staying at Auberge La Chocolatiere!
My kids and I had a fantastic learning experience at the museum! They enjoyed interactive science experiments during a live show, and the museum is very clean. It's packed with educational and playful activities for both kids and toddlers. I highly recommend it and would love to visit again!
Very good place to learn the history of technology and how its developed in Canada. This is the second museum that I stayed for the entire day. (From open to close).

Quite a massive place! Probably the best out of the three Ingenium museums. A lot of things to see and do, many interesting gadgets to play with. It's definitely a great place to bring the kids to learn all there is

Sales associates, except for one, were too busy chatting instead of working. In addition to that, slim pickings of inventory. It truly is an outlet, a far cry from Gucci's boutique shopping experience.
This place has the best collection of all gucci outlets. I’m pretty impressed. Friendly staff, best prices, and unbeatable prices. I’m from Boston and we also have gucci outlet here too. To be honest I’ve been to ones in livermore Cali, yeoju Korea, wrentham ma, woodbury Ny etc and this one in Toronto has the most items. This place has the best sales out of all the stores here in this mall. Especially, the staff members are super nice. When you are there, you should ask for Amel. He went above and beyond to help my mother out who just came from Korea to visit. He knew what she liked after explaining her style. He went to the back storage and pulled five or six of the best ones for her with the unbeatable prices. He literally made everything so easy. He was super friendly and walked around with us and gave my mom the best choices with the prices. If there was good sale, he would point them out and told her his opinions on the items for her. He was really amazing. We left the store and came back to purchase more just because we got the best service from Amel and this store was beating all the prices of all the stores in this mall. Amazing ! And thank you gucci staff especially Amel for helping my mother out. We are pleased and impressed.
I went to this location today to exchange my gift.The girl at the security asked us to wait.however she let others in. Me and my friend felt so humiliated. I don’t know why she did that.I do not want to exchange my gift now and will never ever buy from Gucci. I think probably we were not dressed as good
Great place to get educated about everything this place does! Sure is a lot more than what you would think. Many commemorative coins for many different people and things. Some coins are minted in pure gold. Info on folks involved in design and much more. Sorry we weren't able to get in on a tour. Flags of nations gives you a chance to learn even more. If you are in Winnipeg don't miss this and call ahead to book a tour!

The wallet he wanted was $25 less, which they said no store credit can be given for the difference, so I said I’ll just give it up since there is nothing else I want to buy from the store. Guess what? that’s not allowed. Either I have to buy something else to make up for the difference, or exchange it for something more expensive by paying for the difference.

The BEST dog and cat supply store around. All products on the shelves are hand-picked and always high quality. The owners and staff are willing to answer any questions I have. One of the gems of Centre Street and an absolute must if you're an animal lover in Montreal.

Son of the owner is extremely rude and shouldn’t be dealing with customers.
We ate at the restaurant and at the end of our meal found a piece of hair in the dessert, notified him and were in turn met with accusations and asked to pay for it.

We stopped at this bistro for one of the best lunches we’ve ever had, even better than the cuisine we enjoyed while living in NYC. The food was excellently prepared, the ingredients fresh, and the flavor combinations delightful. We don’t usually order dessert, but couldn’t resist the exquisite offerings here. Highly recommend!!
Wow! Who knew it could be so cool!!! The tour was FANTASTIC, though I wish I could have been part of a slightly smaller group. Not as much as I had expected to see in the gift shop, but they still had so much cool stuff! The tour guides were so knowledgeable and fascinating! Even my kids liked it!

As for the solid Black Tie,. I am VERY disappointed and not happy with it!!
The tie is very wrinkled all over and badly bent at the tip that is right into the material.
It looked like the tie was just troughen into a big box with no packing paper or care taken to packaging,and shipped out to me.
The back of the tie has numerous loose hanging threads all over it.
Showing poor craftsmanship.
The front has some smeared markings and 4 round circles half way down embedded in the material.
Not sure what they are or if they can come out.
Stains,water damage.
Who knows.
Staff should have checked the tie over for these flaws and ensured proper packing to achieve the best and highest quality was meet for the price I paid for this tie.
I will try and have the tie dry cleaned and a professional seamstress try and repair this mess.

Interesting and vast science museum. A variety of both hands-on and hands-off and opportunities. Extremely clean, and love that the exhibits are spread out. There are a ton of employees walking around helping and keeping things in order. We took two school aged children there and we learned a lot. We spent about 2 hours here, but you could spend a little bit more. Prices seem very reasonable for a science museum. There was parking outside, however you did have to pay. There is a map they give you too and nice washrooms.
The overall experience at the Royal Canadian Mint was fantastic, the tour was decently paced, informative and funny!
The only downside o have about the experience is how inaccessible the place is. Taking public transit there is a nightmare as the buses stop 20 minutes away and you have to walk next to a highway.
Also the premises of the mint itself so not have sidewalks which give it a very hostile welcome to those who didn't drive into the place.

Very cool space inside and out. (No on-site restaurant :-( ) Great tour ... must see attraction ... 60 to 120 minutes depending how much you walk around outside. No Photographs of the production machines allowed.
Spent about 3 hours here. I was expecting a lot more interactive sections and displays. It was nice to see some of the technology advancement for the bicycles and music. but overall it was a mediocre visit. The place is nicely put together and it flows well. The staff is nice. Military members get free admission but not their family members. They have a small cafe. There is a "studio" to build some stuff which is a great idea for kids. I would bring my kids if I had any, I think they would enjoy it.
I was hoping for more games/demonstrations of how electricity works, or gravity/zero gravity demo, hands-on explanation of physics and chemistry concepts like chemical reactions, volcano eruptions, how reflections or sound waves work... 1/5 is the lowest score can be shared here. It is worse than that. The sales reject walk in customers even they’re chatting at work time. Not busy at store.

This museum is great! Very clean, organized, and packed with variety of information. A few hands on areas that attract kids. Mid age Asian lady working there should work for the government , she was rude and nasty. Has no customer service at all. Maybe switch her position to a janitor so she doesn’t need to work with customers.
We live in NY. Our hotel stay was absolutely wonderful. Family operated, warm and inviting. Would strongly recommend to stay here if coming the North Hayley and the lake. All my best.
Yan is the worst luxury seller I've ever seen. When there was a discount season, she released some special clothes, but when we tried to contact her, there was no reply, for one hour, two hours, three hours, seven or eight hours, we tried to keep sending messages to her, but still couldn't receive any response , and she kept releasing new products. I can't believe there's no response time for tens of seconds. Some customers could get her reply, while others could not get any reply, and we could only watch the clothes being ordered empty. She never replied to the customers in the order of contact, only replied to those big customers that she felt needed to maintain. In her eyes, there was no respect at all, and she packaged herself as busy. The rule is not to keep the goods, but she still keeps the goods for her loved customers (customers did not pay or keep the goods), I don't know how she did it. In short, her sales method really let me feel very disappointed, without any respect and fairness.
Decor in rooms is somewhat dated (80's lamps and dressers) but rooms are spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. Could use to upgrade pillows.

Breakfast included in room stay is phenomenal. Good selection, made to order, fast and delicious. Coffee very good. Could use some sound proofing in the ceiling as we heard the room above us walking.

I absolutely love this local store! Not only do they carry amazing food and products for dogs and cats, but the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Online ordering is made easy, and in-store pick up is a great option when in a hurry. Oh and the shop dog, Chad is just the best added bonus to the wonderful shopping experience! ❤️❤️❤️

If possible, I would give this on line clothes retailer negative stars. Just a warning for anyone in the US contemplating purchasing anything online from this establishment, you’d better know exactly what you want. Returning an item that didn’t fit for an exchange to them has been an absolute nightmare. When my emails were actually answered ( often with major delays) they were replete with half truths with no real action taken. This is a brick and mortar store in Montreal Quebec, that should stick to walk in business and immediately exit any kind of online presence ( at least in the US).

Great museum for all ages, children and adults alike. Plenty of interactivity to keep the little ones occupied for an hour or two. Very open plan museum, so if you have kids who love to run, stay close as it would be easy to lose them quickly. Very reasonable prices to enter. Definitely worth a visit.

Great quality clothes, fast shipping from Canada to US, blazer packaged so that it didn’t come in a lump at the bottom of a box. Second purchase from them and have Boutique Jaques on my regular shopping list.
Garment wasn’t tailored as per request and was super wrinkled. Bad tailoring job and item was never steam ironed after alteration ($40). Poor quality, overpriced for Made in China.

Excellent customer service. Everytime I have gone there, they have been friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. The first time I came here, I had an excellent experience with Roberto. He took the time out and let me try things even when I had told him I was just looking around. Even when there was no guarantee of a sale, he was patient and brought out selections for me to try on that weren't even on the floor yet. This experience left me feeling great and even though I didn't end up buying anything, I definitely would come here and buy something if I was looking for Armani products.

I got a Christmas gift which I went to exchange for something else . I found no varieties , prices are crazy and the quality is not that much comparable brands are way better .
They have really cute stuff for small and big dogs! Really nice toys and variety of food. They lack a couple of things such as treat bags and some food that I've found in other places.

A while back one of the owners took the time to find me dog food that would suit my greyhound's low protein diet. My dog had stage 2 renal failure and since being on the diet, it never progressed further than stage 2. I've been going back there since. Always helpful!
Their customer service line is horrible, just called first time after waiting an hour spoke to someone about my order and then she put me on hold for 1.5 hr never got back to me, called now and waited 45 min and their line cut off, so frustrated, placed order two weeks ago and still have not received shipping info. The worst company to deal with, never will order from them again and never will recommend to anyone I know!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m an old customer of Armani and love shopping there. A few weeks ago, I went to the premium outlet location and purchased a new shoe. I decided to exchange it for a new one since I wasn’t interested in it and I never wore it. I went to the store, met a staff named Ekjot. I explained the situation to him that I want to return the shoe and exchange for something else. Ekjot told me he can’t exchange it without a receipt. I informed him that they usually keep copy of the receipts and if he goes in the computer he will be able to find the prove of purchase there. Surprisingly he informed he is sorry he can’t and I should sell it at kijiji if I’m not interested.
A few days later I decided to go back to the store and explain the situation to a different staff. I met a staff named Agnes. She apologized for the situation and went to their computer system, pulled out the receipt and exchanged the shoe for me. Agnes is the type of staff that provided good customer service. I wanted to give a zero but decided to give this review a two because of the service Agnes provided.

I visited Emporio Armani and I feel lucky to fall into Roberto Ocampo’s hands, I told him I didn’t want to look too fancy and not too simple, just elegant. We played a lot with different dresses, heels and blazers, until I found what I really wanted and liked it . Thanks Roberto for your patience, your service is first class being so welcoming and warm. Happened into Emmanuel on the way home from dinner in the Old Town last night. A small but well stocked shop with two excellent personnel. Erik and Roger were knowledgeable, helpful and very enjoyable to work with - they suggested various shirt options for my husband. They were informative but not pushy and we ended up with 4 unique dress shirts that my husband (and me) are thrilled with. It's so nice to buy from a family run business. Thanks again gentlemen - we really enjoyed the experience!
I visited GA store located at Yorkdale Mall today and received an Excellent customer service. Roberto Ocampo delivered an amazing service today, a real luxury clothing store with first-class service is something rare in Canada. I definitely recommend this store and Mr. Ocampo to everyone.
A man named Lucas helped us and he was amazing. He absolutely loves his job and was the most informative salesman I've met. He was genuine and gave so many details about the collection.

She provided me excellent customer service and I was much impressed. Although I couldn't get what I was looking for due to non-availability of size but the way she helped me was very impressive. Boutique spécialisée dans la vente de manteaux, comme son nom l'indique. Par contre, durant l'été, ils vendent des vêtements d'été. Leur qualité est très acceptable. Le service à la clientèle est très simple et courtois. Leurs manteaux sont très durables ainsi que leurs foulards.
Buy all my shirts here. Love the selection. Fits my frame well. Suits and blazers are all different from other stores. Staff are great in getting the right style and size on you

Good prices but they are not able to take measurements and to deliver on time. I had to leave with an unfit suit a day later than supposed and pay for further ajustements. With all the great shops downtown, go somewhere else, it’s an unbelievable bad service.
