I’m very hesitant to write bad reviews, however, the customer service here was horrendous. The Asian lady (possibly the same lady mentioned in the other reviews) took way too long to give us something as simple as a sleeve. Also, she was insanely rude to my brother saying things like “what? why are you looking at?” She was pacing around as the other workers just watched and smiled like creepy robots. Nespresso should be ashamed of such horrible service. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
They have trendy, low price accessories. No comments on the clothings as I haven't purchased any, but from the glance their sizings are not consistent (proportion is strange) and not quite worth it for the quality.
I could give a 1 star but extremely unfriendly, disturbing manner of the front staff with short hair (don't think she's the owner) threw me off to the point to leave in any minute. Not the experience I was looking forward to based on how they come off so pastel chic and bubbly on social media. Won't be shopping here again!

I walked in didn’t know they are closing soon. There are still around 7-8 people in the store, the staff come to me and said ”excuse me, we are closing in 2 minutes that means we are… just close” with her eyes wild open. Will never shop at this store:)
We love coming here. The shop is clean and well organized. The owners are so nice and have so much knowledge on the items they sell. So much to see, and price range is fit for all budgets.
The staff are knowledgeable and so happy to share about the fossils in their shop and in the area. The kindness they showed my fossil loving grandson went above and beyond. Highly recommend a visit to this treasure.
Really pretty! Take the tour with a guide. She explained everything in an interesting way. The tea there is also really good.

Today I received by far the worst customer service experience. I had ever experienced yet.The Asian woman that assisted me at this locations was so belittling and condescending in her tone by the way, she spoke to me. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
Wow, I can’t say enough about this place….. if you’re looking to buy the real deal, then go no further. Everything in the shop is authentic and most is local to the area. I would highly recommend…. And they will educate you along the way!!! I purchased a Albertosuarous tooth and she even put it in a display box for me …

Horrible customer service. Went in, saw a crop top and asked the older lady if I could try it. She took a look at me and said "I think this is too small for you". Was kind of upset but then asked if I could try it anyways. She then proceeded by saying "if you feel it's too tight, don't rip it". I said "obviously". Then went in the changing room and the top fit like a glove. Almost didn't buy it because of the interaction but the top looked nice on me so got it anyways. If salepersons are on commissions, she definitely did not deserve hers.
What a ridiculous place. Would not recommend to anyone I know or shop here in the future. If you order something online, please know they don’t offer returns. And if you got it with a discount, like if they have a 15% off discount code that they automatically apply to your order, they will refuse to offer an exchange or store credit for the item because they claim it’s final sale/clearance due to the discount however this isn’t stated clearly anywhere on there website and certainly not when you check out. You’re basically stuck with the item. I’ve never shopped somewhere where you can’t return or exchange or get store credit all because a discount was automatically applied by the company themselves. The lack of return/exchange or store credits needs to be more clear when placing online orders, specifically when checking out, had this been the case I would have never purchased an item from them. The owners response to the other comment, saying they stand by their policy, isn’t helpful. Like what do you want us to do with that information? Im failing to understand how this policy is even okay for a business to implement on its customers. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually cares about their customers and the customer experience and doesn’t have ridiculous policies that are unfair and make absolutely no sense. I hope others read this review before making an online purchase so you don’t have the same awful experience I did.
I’ve been coming here since they opened a few weeks ago. They import all their cute clothes from South Korea. It’s great to get all those styles here, one star off as the quality of the prices can really vary depending on the pieces. In general it’s pretty good, but I avoid buying knits and anything with an unfinished edge.
I visited this location 2 in the last 6 months. After seeing all the negative reviews I'm confused. Maybe I was lucky but everything went fine with my purchases and the few ladies I felt with were great. I'm gonna head down tonight and grab a few flavors and see how it goes.
Family owned little shop, the owner 80 years old paleontologist, who occasionally helps for the museum as he is super knowledgeable.
We had a chance to met with his lovely daughter Roberta who also was full of spunk about fossils and dinosaurus, and she was so friendly and gave us a warm welcome!
Also we received some ideas about where to hike and what to do around Drumheller..
The store has been around 40 years with full of gems and treasures, has 2 levels and parking lot.
Bonus points pet friendly!!

Got an email for the offer to get a scratch card if I purchased a sleeve of Maple Pecan. Went into the boutique, assuming I would get a scratch card without asking because I purchased a sleeve of Maple Pecan. When I asked the cashier, he said the transaction has already been processed so he couldn't do it. It was a bit disappointing he couldn't do anything to make my experience better.
Amazing little shop. 2 floors of incredible treasure. I have never seen so many bones and gems in one place. The shop is Faimly owned. Dad is 80 and has loved finding these gems and bones over the years. Thank you for the story.
Left the store thinking the awful experience I had was just me. Googled the reviews and can’t say I’m surprised. I wanted a couple sleeves of coffee to try as a treat, and the lady working here kept upselling their ‘deal’ on mugs which was at the cost of 8 sleeves of coffee. I kept politely declining and was ridiculed and ignored while she continued to pressure my partner into getting more coffee. When I said we were not getting the extras she turned very cold and rude. She mentioned how she had to cancel our order as she stormed off to the back, even though we had not come close to paying. Funny how warm and polite she was when she thought she’d pressure us into a large sale. Extremely unprofessional and probably the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Better off just ordering online.
best clothing store in toronto. the owner is brilliant, kind, patient, and drop dead gorgeous (because of course right?). love shopping here, always have a blast and leave with unique beautiful dresses that just make me smile so big.

I am a customer and i am here to spend. Maybe if she hates her job so much she can quit. She looks so miserable its so pathetic. Extremely rude and I will not never buy from this location again. Do yourself a favour and go to Markville mall instead.

One of my favourite stores on Roncy! This is a shop that understands the social responsibility of occupying space and they've done a wonderful job at that and curating items that fit into the slow fashion ethos. If you like brands like A Bronze Age, Paloma Wool, Mijeong Park, you will find all here. I enjoy the space a lot better under Melody's management, she leads a very compassionate team and together they've created a wonderfully relaxed shopping experience.

I came in today after many years. My experience was disappointing. I really wanted to purchase a red cardigan and the three staff and one patron there were so involved in a gossipy convo about how much better the store is now and speaking poorly about past employees/owners?! It was very uncomfortable, inappropriate and I immediately wanted to leave. As I was leaving one person said goodbye. It hasn’t changed at all. Bummer.
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this situation bothered me. I went into return a pair of pants that didn’t fit right and upon further inspection when I got home, were just poorly made. This store does something where they give 15% off everything, but only during certain hours of the day, which happened to be when I got the pants. I was never informed that with this surprise discount, the items become final sale. When I went to return them, I was told all sale items are final and they wouldn’t accept a return. I understand things off of a sale rack may be final sale, but not clothing that is sometimes full price and sometimes not? As this is untraditional and kind of confusing, I would expect them to make that clear as you’re paying. I explained this, and the salesperson said there’s nothing she can do, but there is always something you can do if you value customer service. I had been in other times where the sale was mentioned to me by this same salesperson, but again nothing about it meaning everything in the store is final sale if you buy it then. It just felt a little scammy and I never understand when businesses don’t put customer service first.
Wonderful first experience. Easy, informative, and, practical hands on use of coffee machines and tasting. The perfect customer experience. Plus two boxes (of 10 pods each) with purchase of machine. Picked up the Original Citz with Americano option, compact and straightforward. Coffee is good for ease of grabbing a coffee and out the door. Suggest larger pods machines for avid coffee drinkers. The original 6g pods are for light coffee drinkers. Also limited number of coffee options, ground coffee pods from Nespresso and some from Starbucks and Nestle. Make great plant based Almond (or dairy) milk coffee latte’s. Coffee has créma which was a big plus. Use a Zulay battery operated hand frother for $14.00 on Amazon. Easy access to location as part of larger shopping mall experience. Also ordered online and picked up order in-store the following day. Great service both times.
Owner is rude and disrespectful. Experience was from a while back but every time I walk by this shop I get such an ick feeling from being treated poorly. I hope this shop leaves Roncesvalles soon, I miss the previous owner.

Selling the bags to put what we bought from this shop is part of the ripoff and the matrix era we are living in, it’s a shame .

Came in today and wasn’t greeted. Had 5 items on hand but was not offered a change room. Went to fitting room and no one helped show me which room i could use, meanwhile there was an employee there taking photos.
Had to ask if they still carried the black version of a shirt i wanted. “Oh it never came in black.” I told them I saw on IG it did. “Oh we didn’t put it out yet, it’s still in the back.” Why would you post it then.. “Oh it’s sold out.” like what..

So my sister bought a dress that she never wore, but it was too baggy on her since she is petite. So she politely asked to get credit from the store, and they said yes they’ll email her and they never did and is claiming that there is a stain and that she can not return it anymore. Too bad they lost a good client that often shops from there.
The worker at the cash gave me attitude as soon as we came in. My girlfriend wanted to return a dress because there was a stain and now there blaming it on her. All we ask is for a store credit not even are money back and they can’t even make that happen. I am disgusted by the staff and the owner. Never coming here again.
The clothes are really pretty and the styles are varied. However, the customer service is horrendous. As soon as the seller heard me saying I was just looking through for a dress and was not going to be buying that same day he practically kicked me out of the store. It was a very forced gesture and he clearly showed his displeasure. The prices in the shop start from 200$ and above, so apparently taking the time to browse before making a decision was too much for this certain seller.
I've been shopping here for years and I've never been disappointed with the stellar quality and unique fashion from this shop. Mairi is delightful and super-helpful with amazing fashion sense.
Wow! Absolutely adore! I had been looking through their selection online, fell in love with some pieces but was unsure of my size. Went in tonight cautiously optimistic that things would fit - I was truly blown away. Not only were the items I was after gorgeous and high quality but that also fit exactly how I would have dreamed.

Super cute Korean clothing store! I absolute loved everything in this store (especially the change rooms) only downside was their prices. I did end up buy a minimalist drawstring backpack for about $60, which was worth it. The customer service was also amazing so I definitely plan on coming back soon.
Ageist; told us to get out of the store because we were not 21 but only 18th( in Canada, Quebec, where the legal age is 18th) Extremely rude to us.( No: Good evening, how can I help you. Only a: How old are you, are you going to buy?) Took the clothes out of my hands. Said to come back with our parents, when we are adults and have our own money. Said that he wouldn't waste time on us. I would not support this business if I was you. I do not think that a owner this rude to customers deserves any customers at all.

Love this store but really wish they had more of an active social media or website to connect with customers digitally. Some times I just want to see 'what's new' or 'what's in shop'. I wouldn't even mind if the instagram account just posted photos of items with min description (name/price). Doesn't need to be anything fancy.
This place was really cool and my experience was a lot better because of the man who runs the store. He shared how he collects and prepares the fossils. I really liked the fossil art and the tables that he made out of them. Even bought myself a souvenir!
Lovely little fossil shop with some of those most interesting rocks and people. Take at least half an hour to poke through and pick up a great gift. Good prices, and unique items.
I would’ve given them a 0 but they wouldn’t let me. THE ABSOLUTE WORST prohibitions I have ever had the experience of being in. Zack was so disrespectful. He didn’t even great me when I walked in. There was only one other person in the store and even at that when he was done he went on his phone and disappeared for 20 minutes. Then when he got to me he had an attitude and it wasn’t welcoming at all. I had to keep going back to him to ask for help. When other clients of a different skin tone came in his attitude changed. He was way more welcoming and cheerful.he left me unattended for 45 minutes with no help and no concern for the product he was selling me and when I did purchase my grinder, it ended up being damaged. I refused to ever shop there ever again. The costumer service made me regret my choice in stores. Next time I will just take my business elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed.
This is gorgeous - the artefacts are well-selected and presented, and the attention to detail amazing. Both exhibitions - permanent and temporary (W8banaki history and culture) - are excellent. I learned a lot, in an enjoyable way. Staff are super friendly, and I found the site very accessible (I have some mild mobility problems). I shall definitely return when next in the region (I live in the UK).
Sharing the local love! I have always loved this shop but have had the most enjoyable experiences getting to know the new owner Ashley while shopping. The new styling and brand being offered are amazing! I am grateful the employees are still masking as I don't go into many places where they don't.
I randomly saw this place while driving through town, the guy who works here is super friendly and helpful. Their collection is very large, they have fossils, geodes, toys, jewelry and a bunch of other stuff. It's almost like a mini museum on its own!
One of my favourite stores in Roncesvalles, and Toronto. Such a beautiful and diverse selection of things, always amazing sale section, friendliest and supportive staff! I bring my toddler to shop with me as an outing for him because he loves the lovely staff (and sweet pup!) so much. My partner gets all my gifts from here as he knows I’ll be happy with anything they have, and that the staff know my style too.
recently visited the store, had a great experience, the staff was really friendly and helpful, she really knows her pieces, some brands are from local toronto and montreal, some brands are from Israel, Italy and France, my favourite brand Transit Italy is here as well, price range is between $150-$750, I know it is a big gap, but I kind of liking that way, everyone can find something here :)

Je suis partis plus jamais ce magasin avec de telles vendeuses .. 4h50 c'est pas 17 h faut pas déconner si tu veux pas travailler change de travail mais reste pas au service clients
I have honestly never been so disappointed in my life by the poor service offered by the young lady at the counter. Not only she was incredibly rude but didn’t care at all for the customers who were in the store. I have been a good client for years and i really hope the owner will be able to read this comment to fix the situation. I will not tolerate to be disrespected by the employee and she just lost a good opportunity to make some good sales and good references.

I don't know the name of the young woman who was working there this afternoon, but she was incredibly rude and didn't look like she wanted to be there. When I asked for information about the products that I wanted to buy, she was very rude and acted like she just wanted to be left alone. This happened on June 29th 2021 at around 12:15.
This store is a gem in the neighbourhood. I always find a new piece for my wardrobe and love that they carry fun labels and accessories!!!
Hands down the best customer service I have ever received, I am honestly blown away and wish more companies were like this. Their collection is amazing and shipping was extremely fast. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

This is my favourite clothing boutique in the city! They have a small but very well curated selection. The customer service is exceptional - not easy to come by in the era of online shopping and mega chain stores. I come from across town and always leave with a few great pieces when I visit. Thank you!

Great staff, but prices are pretty high. My biggest complaint is about the marijuana seeds. Last year i purchased 6 packs of seeds (5 seeds per pack for 60$ a pack) less than half my seeds didnt germinate, when I had called to see if there were any guarantees like most companies have, I was told I was out of luck. And to top it off they dont have a list of their seeds on their site, you litterally have to go in store to order. Not impressed !!!
They barely have any rigs you can't even see them properly they barely have any banger and the ones they have are cheap chinese quartz. No 10mm banger. No adapters. Worst customer service except one tall guy I don't know his name but he's the only very good employee there. The other ones seemed clueless

I was there to buy 2 colours and a handbag which I saw earlier. . . But only bought one item that I wanted to before. It is a shame as they are local companies and i support local. . . This is a delightful and fascinating new museum in Magog's historic Merry House. It brings to life Magog's earliest days, and provides insights into the role of the Merry family. A contemporary annex sheds light on the role of the textile industry in Magog's development, with emphasis on the human aspect. Throughout, modern museum techniques are used, to great effect. The original building has been beautifully renovated, and the recent additions are done in an attractive style, with lots of light. There is a nice small boutique, with tasteful objects related to all this history. The grounds have just been well landscaped. I recommend this museum to every visitor to Magog.

The owner of the store is very rude and bossy to its employees and extremely cheap!! She paid me 7.00 dollars and hr to merchandise her whole store, I think she will hire you so you can fix and clean her whole store and then discard you. If a customer walks in and you didn't make the sale, she'll yell at you and rub in your face how much she paid in rent for that day. The owner is an asian lady and needs to learn how to treat people before making business!!! So beware if you want to work there!!!!
