The absolute best group of people I have taken my dog to meet, they are so passionate and trust worthy my dog couldn't have been in better hands. It's doggie wonderland.

Eden especially has been amazing as she's given wonderful advice for my puppy(bully breed). She's so respectful she given me wonderful advice as a first time dog owner, and her ability to read animals are something out of a movie !

The staff at Dogtopia of Don Valley really care about the dogs in their pack! I'm always assured that whenever Carter spends time there, he'll be well cared for and have lots of fun with his furry friends and human caretakers!

I brought my dog for grooming and met Paul at the time. He showed me a couple of options and their team delivered the best treatment possible to my pet. I absolutely recommend!!

We had an outstanding experience with Dogtopia Don Valley when we boarded our Shiba, Biscuit. The staff's warmth and professionalism were evident from the start, and they took the time to understand Biscuit’s unique personality and needs.

The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep Biscuit engaged. We appreciated the regular updates and the staff’s attention to safety and hygiene. Their expertise in handling different breeds, especially energetic ones like Shibas, was impressive.

Biscuit came back home relaxed and happy, a clear sign of the exceptional care he received. We highly recommend Dogtopia Don Valley for anyone looking for a reliable and loving boarding facility. We will definitely be bringing Biscuit back!

Tried their daycare for a day and enrolled my small dog afterwards for 1x/day daycare for now. This is a great place to get your dog to socialize and meet new friends. Friendly staff who provides feedback about your dog’s experience/behaviour. HD Webcams access are on point. I liked that they hold several events for their canine clients and their parents every mont. Knowing they offer boarding, spa and training as well, I’m glad I found this place for my dog.

Petopia has been a great experience for both of our dogs. Outdoor play, nice indoor play area and friendly staff. The cameras are a great feature of this place so we can see how the dogs are doing when they are boarding. Being able to schedule grooming and receiving report cards to get info on how they visit was is a nice touch as well.

We along with the dogs are very happy here!

I can't say enough how happy I am to have found Petopia. We have a rescue dog who is extremely anxious and generally afraid of everyone and everything. It was very hard to find a daycare/boarder that was willing to take him on for boarding during our upcoming vacation this summer. After talking to Pat and following her guidance to start with daycare, we were shocked to find that our scaredy dog not only did well but he now happily hops out the car and rushes inside to be with his friends! Pat and the staff have been wonderful. They've all been very helpful and understanding of his temperment/challenges and have worked with him to get him comfortable. The socialization he's been recieving at Petopia has helped more in his every day life then we ever thought possible. We will definitely be continuing beyond our vacation. Cannot thank Pat and the staff enough.

We had a naturopathic consultation with Michelle for our pup. His liver and kidneys were failing. He had become so sick that our vet felt strongly that he should be euthanized. With round the clock care and the supplements that Michelle recommended, we were able to nurse him back to health. Four months later, our little 16yo old pupper is still puttering along happily. Michelle was empathic, detailed and thorough with her assessment and we will forever be thankful for her care.

In the spring of 2019 Kashi wasn't at her best. She was overweight and had some health concerns. At one of our visits Michelle suggested that we visit a Holistic Vet that she recommended. In addition she suggested that we consider a raw diet. We followed Michelle's suggestions and with her help Kashi's health concerns were solved!
Fast forward to December 2022. A new set of Health concerns prompted us to contact Michelle. We scheduled an appointment with her. I'm happy to say that Michelle's recommendations resolved Kashi's health matters.
To sum it up. We are super thankful that we know Michelle. With Michelle in our lives, Kashi is living her best life! Thank you to Michelle, Doug, Zuleika, and the rest of the Woofur Markham team!

Our puppy Lexie has had such a great time at Petopia. As a pet parent, there is nothing more we could be grateful for that to have a second home for our fur babies. We feel comfortable and at ease everytime Lexie is at Petopia especially being able to tour the place and having access to their live Webcam stream during play time. We get to see her play with other dogs in such a big outdoor and indoor option. We also love that the facility is cage free and can tailor your dog's schedule and preferences to the way they sleep and eat. Another plus is getting a report card at the end of their stay. We couldn't have been happier to have Petopia and the staff be there for our Lexie when we need it most. Whether it's for day care or overnight stay.

Our Golden Retriever Journey has been visiting Petopia for the past month and always has a blast! He loves the big open space to run around and play, and we appreciate the option to check on him periodically throughout the day on the webcams. We also noticed that since visiting Petopia, he has gained a lot of confidence socializing with other dogs too. We would absolutely recommend Petopia as a daycare!

My dog absolutely loves Petopia! The staff are great and always make sure he has the best time. I never worry when I drop him off and booking is always very quick and easy. I would highly recommend them to any dog parent.

From day one the entire staff have been extremely friendly, helpful and project positivity. They made my girlfriend and I at ease knowing our pup is in safe hands. What made our experience even more memorable was the big welcoming and photos that was shared with us, its little things like this that make pet owners really happy. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and care my very anxious rescue (and I) have received at Petopia. I was in need of boarding for a vacation and with Petopia was able to come up with a plan to make boarding a success. The staff were wonderful with Winston- very caring and really took the extra time to help him adjust and feel safe. And Pat was so patient, understanding and accommodating of my situation. They truly care and go above and beyond to help dogs adjust and have fun. Winston has come a long way and has adjusted well at Petopia. Oh my God. What a amazing place for the dog day care. We have full day care for Adonis for one full month. He is 3 Years old German Sheppard. Petopia is like home away from home. The staff is so caring for Adonis. They are taking care of our Adonis just like he is their own dog. The owner Pat is so active and supporting for making our one month package convenient for us.

Before we were so worried for Adonis's day care in Scarborough.
But since Adonis is going to Petopia, we become 100 % worriless and now we can plan for a longer family trip as Petopia also provides overnight boarding.
Also, they provide camera access in the play area so We can see that all the staff members are really a dog lover people and they play many games with the dogs and keep all the dogs engaged whole day.They keep an eye on each dog every single second.
So the dog safety is 100 % guaranteed.

I took Lola, my fluffy 17 month cat in to Pet Parlour for her first grooming and I am very happy with the results. They groomed her just as I had requested. Lola was more chilled than I was when I picked her up. I will definitely take Lola in again.

My dog has been going here for just under 4 years. Excellent staff! We have also completed a few training classes. Such a great fun place for the dogs!

Just visited Pet Parlour for the first time with our Yorkshire Terrier and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist and groomer (so sorry for forgetting names! 🤦🏻‍♀️) were both tremendously friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We’ve been to previous groomers where things felt rushed but here they’re tremendously thorough and gave us exactly what we wanted. Prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it. Would strongly recommend!

Banner has such a blast here. He loves the staff, and it’s where he met his BFFF’s. It’s such a great peace of mind to know that when we have to work, he’s having the time of his life playing. Even better when we have to go away because he gets to board with pups and people he already knows, in a place he loves!

Was very disappointed with this facility as a first time client. We took our dog in for the first time. The interaction with the front desk was not very welcoming or communicative to say the least. We filled out all the paperwork and trusted them with our 1 year old boarder collie. When we came back after 6 hours we received her assessment report and it was not what we know as our dog to be. None the less we asked if we could take this report with us and the girl at the front said No and that we would have to take a picture of it. We were not told anything else. We were told that the person who did the assessment had gone home and we would receive a call. So we took our pup home as she was very eager to leave. Within 10 min of us arriving at home she projectile vomited to the point where it was coming out of her nose. It was a yellow liquid and what looked like raw chicken. We called to ask what they had given her . We were unable to get an hold of anyone and we have yet to receive a call from anyone regarding the report let alone what they fed her. She threw up the next morning as well but seems to be doing better now. We definitely will not be coming back to this facility.

Great staff!!! Bright my 2 year old German shepherd to get his nails trimmed (as he's not a fan) the staff got his nails trimmed (although he wasn't happy about it) but they did it and we're happy he's no longer click clacking around the house. Will def bring him back in a few weeks for additional "care"!!!!

I had a reactive rescue dog who wasn’t too keen on strangers or other dogs and needed a bit more special care and attention which a lot of other day cares can’t provide. Jessie and team have worked with our pup building her confidence up slowly and we’re delighted to say at this point that she’s overcome a lot of her people issues and has been happily accepting pets and attention from friends and visitors that come to our house. Her doggy skills are a work in progress but she’s much less reactive and getting curious to make friends. My only regret was not finding this day care sooner!

I wanted to express my gratitude for the consistently professional service you provide. Every time my cat visits your parlour, she comes home with a lovely smell, soft hair, and perfectly trimmed nails. I absolutely love the results, and it's clear that your team is dedicated to delivering top-notch care.

I took our sweet lil' cat to get a lion cut to deal with some pretty gnarly mattes on his hips and the good folks at Pet Parlour were tremendously accommodating, communicative, and professional. It took two hours all in and our guy looks terrific; much more comfortable than he was before!

Repeat boarding customer but never going back. We had an extremely distressing experience with boarding our dog last week. I will do this business the courtesy of not going into the details of our boarding, but be advised you wouldn't want to be put through it. We were offered a discount and a free grooming for "the hassle" we went through. The invoice lacks a detailed explanation showing this discount. I would urge pet parents to stay on top of reviews of businesses that they trust to care for their pets. I can't speak to the other services offered here but I would strongly urge caution regarding boarding in this facility.
POST NOTE: Since this posted review we were contacted by the management. We have been refunded the offered discount and have received an apology.
Post Post note: The owners have replied. I hope they have the good sense to remove my location from their response. This is a violation of PIPEDA and carries heavy penalties. That being said,
the reply reflects the level of professionalism you will encounter when dealing with this business.
The facts are:
-When we dropped our dog around 3 pm, we asked if we could use a private space for a bit when we picked up our dog as our son would be with us and they have been apart for a year due to his CAF service. This request was granted, there was no mention of a fee for use of the room or that this was a hardship to the business to accommodate.
-We received a call late in the evening around 7:30, to come pick up our dog because they found he had fleas. At this time they said they had bathed our dog in Dawn dish detergent and was isolated. As we were travelling it was agreed that he would remain isolated for the night and we would pick him up first thing in the morning to see a vet.
-With in the hour, while commuting back to our hotel, Chasin' Tails left a voice mail stating that we didn't need to pick up our dog.
-We called back and were told that it was only a couple of live fleas and a few dead ones found and that he was administered a fast acting flea medication and he would continue to be isolated until morning and then be allowed to be with the other dogs. The person on the phone offered to call with an update the following day.
-We did receive the follow up call and told that our dog was doing great. On this call we were offered the military discount for 'our hassle' and we were asked if we would like our dog groomed prior to our pick up which we agreed with, however, we did expect to pay for this service and we expected to pay for the medication.
- When we picked our dog up we were met by a person who identified them-self as the manager. They told us that our dog was infested and covered in dried blood spots. We replied that this isn't what we were initially told over the phone, the manager changed the subject. I mentioned my intense anxiety regarding the horrible stories I've heard about flea medications and that this is why our dog wasn't on a preventative. He minimized and explained away my concerns. We were not interested in a confrontation we just wanted to get on with our long day ahead of us.
-We used the room for a few minutes and left. While at the desk paying there was no explanation of what we were paying for however, we did ask for a invoice/receipt to be emailed to us.
OUR DOG WAS ADMINISTERED MEDICATION and bathed in harsh detergent without our consent.
They utterly mishandled communication and put us through a very distressful evening.
We did not ask for a free grooming or a discount. These were offered as compensation for “the hassle”.
None of the complementary items were listed on the invoice nor was the medication.
We were very level headed at all times when speaking with the employees. When my spouse returned the manager's phone call, after the initial review, the manager was rather argumentative and spoke in circles, he did apologize and did offer a complete refund which my spouse did not take as we do not feel that was required however, we did accept the refund of the difference for the military discount.

I have been taking my ragdoll cats to them for years they are swift and awesome, they can customize cuts for them it's great✨

This place is amazing! The facilities are clean and secure. But most of all, you can tell that the staff cares a lot about the dogs in their care, not only during daycare but also with boarding which I have used. Personally, Vanessa and her team are not only professional and efficient but absolutely wonderful and thoughtful. My dogs love coming to daycare and they get to participate in the many events offered every month. Highly recommend this place.

Day care is great. Training not so much. We tried over the whole summer to contact their trainers. Voicemails and emails went unreturned for weeks. Even mentioned it to the person at the desk when I dropped my dog off for daycare. Finally got an in-home consult and was given a rough outline for a training plan and have hear nothing since and that was back in August. Too bad their training isn't up to par with their daycare.

I don’t even know where to begin telling everyone how fantastic Petopia is. From day one they have exceeded any expectation we had, and frankly, I think our dog Milo considers Petopia his home away from home.

The owner Pat and all of the staff are fantastic. They communicate with us every day, and have been very patient with our puppy as he learns his manners and how to integrate with the other dogs. The excitement Milo shows each day is great to see, and the exhaustion at the end of the day shows just how much fun he has. Any issues that arise are communicated daily, and the regular report cards with daily updates are awesome. Some of them include pictures which makes you smile.

We can’t recommend Petopia enough! We tell all of our friends, family, and colleagues about this place and will continue to. Five stars is not enough!

The “SkyBox” is an amazing idea to be able to see the entire building all at once, and the staff go up with you to answer any questions you might have.
The communication from the staff about how my girl was in whatever program she was in is amazing.
Everyone is very accommodating. We will definitely be life long clients!

I’ve been coming to Woofur for almost a decade now and I will never go anywhere else for grooming, training or food and holistic nutrition. Michelle is absolutely amazing with her extensive knowledge on food, supplements and even training practices for your fur baby. Even if she’s not there, her staff is amazing and very well trained with any questions you may have. I bring my dog for grooming and Georgie always comes home with a smile on his face. The front staff always listen to the requests you may have with the cut & style and even suggest what would work the best for your pet. You can’t go wrong with bringing your fur baby to woofur!

Our baby Ollie loves this place, he is super happy on the way there knowing he is going to have a fun day; the staff at Pet Parlour is very loving and caring with all the puppies, we know them for almost two years and so far is been great. Thanks guys!!!

We've been loving Steve's service for a great many years with all of our rescued dogs!♡ His disposition and professional experience are amazing, and I recommend him to all the dog lovers who need a home away from home for their fur-babies!

My 1 year old puppy is a lot at times, so I put him into the EDUplay program and let me tell you I see the difference in him. He listens better and I can bring him down from being amped up a lot easier. I would recommend the program to anyone with a puppy who can be a bit much. The photo is him staring back towards the building after leaving.. He didn't want to leave. He never does.

Had a great experience at Pet Parlour! Victor was so nice and really listened to what I wanted for my dog woody and also gave me realistic expectations of what wouldnt work best for him. Woody isn’t usually the greatest with groomers but Victor said he wasn’t too difficult or barky and woody seemed very happy after (he has been anxious after the groomer before). Price was also on par with others in the city and it was easy to book online and get in relatively quickly (within a week). Definitely would recommend and will be taking woody back :)

I had to bring my dog Millie here for the first time for boarding, really last minute. They were so accommodating despite her not having had a meet and greet yet. They kept her in a private kennel until the following morning when they were able to do her assessment. The report that we received was so detailed and insightful. After that, she was cleared for free play. They understood her very well. Gave her the rests she needed. Loved that there is a hospital next door. Loved that they thoroughly checked her vaccinations. This is the first daycare/boarding place I’ve been to where Millie is excited to arrive and came out super happy (oh and perfectly exhausted). Only thing I would have liked to have seen are some photos of Millie during her stay as they don’t have webcams for us to see her in real-time. Thank you for taking such great care of her. We will be back and highly recommend.

The staff were extremely communicative and professional. I loved the "report card."
The cost was more than what we have paid in the past, but the cleanliness, caring, and overall energy of Dogeden is worth it, and we will now become a regular customer. 🐾💞

The owner Michelle is quite manipulative when it comes to dog owner’s training. She will just judge you on the outside even though she has no idea of person’s financial situation right now.
You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to train your dogs. AND there are variety of ways to train your dog based on their personality. Every dog is different. Just because they are from a certain breed, doesn’t mean they will be exactly like that. My German shepherd is the sweetest, she is gentle to everything, from little dogs to little kids. I trained her well even though I’m not certified.
You may have experience and certification but I’ve been around dogs all my life. I also don’t need to have insurance for my dog sitting or walking freelance work as I do not do it frequently.
I do not appreciate your demeaning judgment based on a video interview.
If you are such a great dog trainer, you would show empathy to dog owners as we are all just doing our best to take care of our dogs as they are family to us, not just an animal.

Steve is really great! He knows his dogs and he knows how best to introduce your dog to get a good feeling for them in his space. His setup allows for dogs to have lots of space to run and play with other dogs in all weather. Our dog goes for occasional daycare and has spent a week at the kennel. Every time he comes home exhausted and happy! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, happy, and fun environment for their dog.

Brought my cat for a comb cut but they recommended de-shedding instead based on the photos I sent and I am SO happy with their suggestion and work. The staff is nice, the groomer is specifically a cat groomer so understands their behavior, fur and how to groom cats properly. It's difficult to find good cat groomers so I am glad I found Woofur!

This is a go-to grooming place for our two dogs. We used to send Max to the daycare before. He loves the daycare. Once we have our Arya as his accompany, we send both of them here for grooming. The staff is super friendly. They did a great job grooming them. Thank you Izumi! They also provided the report cards. Thank you for all the details and will definitely visit you soon!

I recently took my furry best friend to for a grooming session and I was thoroughly impressed with the results. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making my dog feel comfortable and ease. The groomer was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my dog's needs, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of the grooming style and cut.

I was pleasantly surprised to see my dog come out looking and feeling great, with a shiny coat and a happy wag in his tail. The groomer did an exceptional job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

They are truly the best in the business, and I will definitely be taking my dog back for future grooming sessions!

This is our new favourite kennel! We recently left our dog, Loki, for 9 nights with Steve. We had never left our dog for so long, but we didn't worry as we felt confident in Steve. The Facebook photos and a message from Steve letting us know that Loki was alright definitely helped.

Steve is absolutely amazing. Casa is hands down one of the best kennels in the city. If you want someone who will genuinely care for you dog and who takes the time to understand the different needs and play this is the place.

I was very stressed after my guy was attacked this summer, he was left weary of other dogs approaching him. Steve has been absolutely amazing making sure Duko fits in and feels safe at Casa.

We bought our mini Golden Doodle from Ken at Dog Care Wonderland. He is healthy, energetic, and smart! Everything that Ken promised the puppy would be and delivered exactly what we were looking for. I can’t say enough about how amazing Steve and Casa Canine is.
We got a puppy after losing our old girl. She was the most shy thing. She would never wag her tail around new people or dogs. She was the total opposite of our last dog. He was kind and after we did the meet and greet he introduced her and us to some of the regular pups. His understanding of dogs is beyond anything we had seen at other doggy day cares.
After 2 weeks she’s a totally new dog. She plays amazingly with other dogs and her confidence is through the roof. He loves what he does and it shows. He also in non judgemental about dog breeds (she is an American bull dog and will be very large)and is very knowledgeable. The dogs are let outside in the fresh air with real grass. Which is much nicer then the fake turf some places have. She will be a long time guest and we will leave her in his care while we travel. Absolutely amazing.

My puppy loves this place. Honestly it was a great place to send him to socialize. I have people telling me that my Doby is a kind pup. He's always very excited to go and it definitely helped him in a part of his growth. Also they send frequent photos of the pups time there which are really nice. Thank you Dogeden!

Went in with a poodle, came out with a rat.... Honestly I couldn't be more disappointed with my puppy's haircut at this place after being referred from a friend for her yorkie and seeing other people's review of this place. I'm not sure what happened yesterday and wether they had a new person but my dog came back with an horrendous cut... Everything was uneven and it looked like he didn't even bother with her. It was a waste of my money as I could have even done a better job than this. I will not be coming back here again.

I love this dog day care centre! like the web camera the most so I can watch my baby during his play time. Also, I like the monthly events so that dogs can have fun while they are staying. The staffs are nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

When I was told that I'd need to go back into office 2 to 3 times per week, I needed to find a solution ASAP. Luckily, Dogtopia had my back! Our 8 months-old puppy Gamja absolutely loves it here. I was initially worried that she'd be super shy with the daycare staff... or be afraid of other dogs... but nope. Now when I drop her off here she doesn't even glance back at me once.

From what I can see through the Nest camera she seems to be having fun running around and playing with the staff + other furry friends there. I honestly don't know where the folks get the energy to walk around and constantly do things with the dogs (while cleaning up messes and blowing bubbles etc.). Sometimes, it's really nice being able to watch my pup have fun during my lunch break. Certainly better than to lock her up in the house all day. Also, at the end of the work day when I pick her up... Gamja is ready to just sleep (see photo) and that is also a welcome change as well!

We bought a blue French Bulldog 3 years ago and a German Rottweiler 1 year ago from Ken. They are very pure breed, rare coat color, cute and smart. Really great family members and are excellent guard dogs for our families as well. The breeder service here is great and professional. We highly recommend the store to pet lovers.

I respect their service during the tough time that everywhere else is shut down. Staffs are friendly. However, I wish they could be more informative before shaving my cat completely.
I brought my cat for bath and grooming. With too much expectation making the little boy look nicer. I thought it would be a simple trim with comb and scissor. However it turned out to be overly shaved.
I can tell my little boy came back home disappointed. He keeps sitting under the table with his head down. No moving, not eating nor playing. It will takes a while to get this poor little boy to re-build his confidence.

This review is long overdue but we have nothing but amazing things to say about Dogeden. Our frenchie, Ollie, has been going to Dogeden since he was 13 weeks old and he absolutely LOVES it there. I’m honestly not sure if he loves the dogs or the staff more! All the staff are fantastic and send photos and videos throughout the day. They honestly treat the dogs like their own which we really appreciate. The best part is how exhausted he is when he comes home.

Our corgi loves coming to Dogeden. We just moved to Markham and are very pleased with this daycare. Porgi always has happy ears and wiggle butt when he comes to daycare. The staff are super friendly. Steve has looked after my dogs on several occasions. Each time, my dogs are well looked after, and very happy. Also, they come home absolutely exhausted from playing with all the other doggos.

Our 8 and 9 year old labs have never been to a kennel... this was a first and a great experience. When we drove up to pick them up they were one of the pack. They were there for 12 days and Steve took excellent care of them! Thank you so much. They are completely exhausted tonight but that just means they had a ball!!

I kenneled my dog at CasaCanine about 2 years ago and will again shortly. Dexter seemed to have a good time and Steve knows dogs. I haven't kenneled anywhere else since finding CasaCanine. 2019, almost 2020: Dexter's visited several times since the original review and all is still excellent at CasaCanine!
