Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel

We bring our pup Ruby here for daycare approximately 1-2 times a week. She loves the staff who treat her like family and always come home happy, clean and tired. We love that the prices are reasonable and the staff appear to take great care of the animals in their care. Thanks for everything you do.

Incredible place. The only place I’ll take my pup to daycare! He’s a rescue and nervous around dogs, but the Beverly Hills team takes great care to ensure his comfort!

If there were more stars I would select the max. Beverley Hills Doggie Hotel is the best kennel we’ve ever been to (and we’ve been to many). Forget about the fact that when Memphis comes home she doesn’t smell like dog …. They take such good care of the fur babies! Our dog has special needs due to radiation treatments she recently had. Not only did they go over and above for her but I also got personalized updates through WhatsApp! I wasn’t even expecting it but it was such a delight. I cannot recommend them enough. BEST kennel ever….thank you Maria and Tatiana plus all the amazing puppy caregivers! 💜💜💜

Had to let our Lola girl stay here while we went away to celebrate our engagement. Thank you for sending pictures and updates , it was a nice feeling knowing our girl is having a good time !! We will definitely let Lola come back for the day care 🥰🥰🥰

More then happy with the services at the ‘Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel’ My pom Frosty is more of a indoor puppy, he’s around myself and the family majority of the time so he doesn’t really get the opportunity to be around other dogs. Having look into places to have my dog looked after I came across this hotel. As many owners would be, my parents and I were so hesitant. Not only would he be away from us but he would also be around others pups/dogs, not knowing how he’d react. After talking to the owner and hearing about the services, she made us feel more secure of the way they provide for the dogs. Making a decision and taking Frosty to the hotel was made, I receive numerous adorable photos, calls were also made keeping me updated with how Frosty was doing! We are so happy with the services provided and the Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel, and Frosty will most definitely be coming back! Thank you.

With Beverly Hills Doggie Hotel you get exceptional professional service and highly competitive rates. I personally love it for very friendly staff who build personal friendship with the dogs that come in and their owners.
Maria the owner is truly great! She is very helpful when it comes to suggesting and educating owners on food, treats, and training.

Second pic is how she’s supposed to look with a fresh groom - your typical standard doodle/teddy haircut. I decided to try this new place for the first time and picture number one is how it turned out. She looks like a completely different dog. Not to mention the owner was unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. She was rude to me on the phone and blamed it on the fact she was driving in traffic. Lame excuse. They also told me every dog turns out different and it won’t always look like the professional photos (Originally I had showed them a traditional standard teddy cut from a Pinterest photo). I’ve had different groomers before and it’s never been an issue. My my dog is going to look like this for the holidays and I’m not happy about it. Paid $96 for me dog to look absolutely stupid. They didn’t even offer me a discount or some money back. Oh also to mention when I picked up my dog she was absolutely mortified and confused acting weirder than usual. She’s quite used to getting groomed every 3-4 months and I have never seen her act the way she was acting. She was very needy, scared and traumatized. Only positive thing I can say is that they were very quick she was done in an hour and a half, but with the quality of the cut it makes sense. They put zero effort into it.
