The customer service is really bad. No one cares about the customers at all. Please do not buy anything from Canadian tire anymore. There is a policy change to scam customer by not paying for their returns and giving them a store credit. Just be smart and go elsewhere. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE CANADIAN TIRE STORES
I was there yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. The staff here are unaware of the sales and promotions in the store. Also, there are only 3 members of staff in the entire store and all of them are at the cashier. When you get to the cashier after waiting in line, you find out that the price is different and they are unaware of the discounts. It was a super frustrating experience. Ended up walking out of the store without purchasing anything.

I went to Calvin Klein yesterday to pick out a suit for a wedding. Michael's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me truly stood out. He patiently listened to my needs, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured I found the perfect pieces tailored to my taste. Moreover, his friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Will definitely keep shopping here in the future!

I recently made an online purchase from them and they not only shipped my items and processed them fast.... but they packaged the items in a nice little box so that they weren't hurt during shipping and also included a handwritten note along with my order.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael, who helped me find a last minute suit for a wedding I have this weekend. I couldn't believe the discount he informed me of it was truly too good to pass up. Extremely happy with his customer service
The customer service representative named Michael (long curly hair) was very helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a suit and he was able to provide insight on the different materials and quality of the suit. He also checked in the back room multiple times for sizing and colours. I really enjoyed the shopping experience due to Michael’s help
I had a really good experience with Sara at Calvin Klein in Toronto Premium Outlets. She was super friendly and helpful from the start. Sara helped me pick out a great outfit with her awesome fashion sense. I’d definitely recommend asking for Sara if you’re shopping there. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
Yesterday I went to calvin klein and an employee name Jahanvi, when I asked her name she had a smile on her face and she answered me very politely. And she make sure that I got my perfect size for my jeans as I was so unsure about the size but she suggested me to buy the perfectly fitted jean for me and helped me to buy some items for my mom too and my mom too loved the clothes suggested by her.... Great appreciation...
Best place for all your high quality supplements and prime cuts of meat and tallow, etc. Adaptogenic mushrooms etc etc. they have everything. Staff are also very knowledgeable about every single product that they carry, which is super rare and impressive. They even have some select clothing and skin care stuff that somehow fits in with all the niche health food stock. I got here once a month to stock up on the health essentials. ;)
I frequently recommend that patients and friends check this place out. They offer a well curated collection of health oriented products that are often difficult to find elsewhere, and I always find the staff helpful and friendly. I also especially appreciate how generous they are with their free samples. :)
What an awesome experience, we were headed to one of those payless or Walmart shoe stores for our 10 yr old and decided to just look around. I'm pretty sure the guys name was Jonathan, he helped out and we had a wicked experience. Super nice to see people care about what they do, 6 stars!

This is one of the friendliest health stores I’ve been to. It’s filled with great brands and great prices. The staff is so helpful and knowledgable and I always leave feeling more confident and in charge of my health.
Health Essentials is the number one health and wellness supplement and food store in Victoria BC. The owners and their knowledgeable, friendly staff are always helpful and welcoming.
I appreciated the information on deals whilst we were in the store, however, when we were leaving out the door one of the cashier's today was VERY pushy asking us questions and it seemed like she assumed we were thieving? Obviously, this wasn't the case & we felt incredibly embarrased and unwelcome, I won't be returning; being an already anxious person..this just solidified why I don't like to go into smaller establishments.

This weekend, I had the privilege of superb service from Joseph. Since COVID, it is extremely rare to meet someone who's not only knowledgeable, but has a passion for the industry that deeply cares for your toddlers well being. It's workers like him that made my neighbour refer me to here and what will keep my business for years to come. I highly recommend management to treat this man well.
Decent mall if you're looking for a place to do some cheaper shopping or just wander around. Bathroom wasn't clean though.

Make sure to check your items when purchasing the boxed underwear sets. By the time I got home and opened the box, two of the items were the correct size while the third one was a larger size. It appears that the store must've repackaged an open box with wrong items. I don't live close to the store and won't be making the drive back.

I wanted to buy several shoes for my kids.... What a surprise when the person who makes me pay was really angry. She was really agressif, bad mood! Chantal didn't have a good day yesterday and I paid for it. Besides she didn't understand how to writte my name so that turned even worse. What an unpleasant experience. Customer service.... Zero

Chantal was very impolite with my wife today 16 December who tried to buy three pair of shoes. She was yelling at her and made the experience terrible for her. I don't recommend to anyone else visit this store with Chantal.

Health Essentials is also the best place to find gifts for all occasions, I love putting together Christmas care packages for family here each year.

I purchased new suede shoes today. You sold me a shoe cleaner for my suede shoes. The cleaner says do not use on suede. If we buy from your recommendation, we would expect the person selling it to understand the product. I shouldn't have to read the label in store. I came home and then read that it says do not use on suede shoes. How pathetic is that?
Alicia was fabulous, excellent customer service and found exactly the right shoes for our somewhat demanding 9 year old grandson. We will definitely come back!
Super friendly staff! Starting with Peter who takes the time to open the door for his clients. He also asked his colleague Robert to give us service. Robert is super calm, very positive, and he even offered us a cup of water at the end of our transaction. We end up buying three UGG boots since he was so friendly and genuinely cared about us finding what we needed.

Terrible service. You can't tell who works there and who doesn't. I went to the cashier to help me find a product all she says it's "it could be there, there or there". She basically just pointed at the whole store.
We were in this store and got a discount of 50% on our purchase. The collection is good and you get real good deals on most of the products. The staff was very friendly too. Best part is it is not crowded even during labor day weekend.

Terrible terrible service. No greeting at all. We had to ask every time we needed another size or shoe. Had to ask for a shoe horn. No help with putting on the shoes. I asked her to help and she stayed behind the counter. Two other customers walked out. Will never shop here again.

2 starts because of the bags they gave at checkout 😡 i lost one of my shirts maybe because it slipped out of the bad plastic bag 😔, you should seriously give carton bags like other store.

There is some good deals but beware. Watch for the displayed price and what they charge at the cash. Last week we bought some earrings. Look at the picture if you think there is a 70% sale on the original price, you are wrong. There is a small sign for the real price. (you see it now?) The manager, a very rude woman, told me that the 70% is related to other items, somewhere else on the wall. It seems that I should understand that. By the way even the sales person was thinking there was a 70% discount when I asked her. My problem said the manager. Dishonest way to do business. Check your bill before paying.

Very poor customer service. Went I. To exchange same shoes different size. I was told that they weren’t on sale anymore and that I would have to pay the 20% difference. Same shoes! Never heard of this ever. Always should be a straight exchange.
Knowledgeble staff, excellent manager and quality baby shoes. They take the time to educate me, measure my child for accuracy and plan for my child's growth. I'd recommend this store time and time over. I tend to go during the weekday when there is less people.
Nice place, they often have good sales but i went on a friday around 7h30pm and it was already closed, it's not the first time that it happened to me. I looked at mirabel outlet and kate spade schedule and it says closes at 9pm. It is not accurate. It's not pleasant coming all the way from Montreal to Mirabel and have the store being closed earlier.

2 stars for lack of professionalism from a sales representative. When he sarcastically said "you lost me there" in a disrespectful tone after listening to a comment I shared with my husband, you just lost us there as clients. Although being amicable with clients is encouraged, there are certain limits/lines that shouldn't be crossed, such as the latter.

Amazed with the great service we received when looking for shoes for my kids. The gentleman took all the time needed to make sure that we had to right shoe with the right fit. He answered questions and gave advice. We were also looking for a hoody but could not find the one we wanted. We noticed that there was one on display with the right seize on a mannequin! The gentleman said that it was no problem and took it out for us. Getting to the cash he even came to see us to make sure everything was OK and said thank you! Wow! We love this place
Walked into the store this morning with limited expectations, and was blown away by both Robin’s knowledge and professionalism. Immediately made me at ease, and was very helpful in picking out suit, shirt, and tie options. For him to be able look at me quickly and then to reach into the rack of suits and pull out several that fit perfectly - without doing a single measurement was amazing. We had visited a few Call it spring stores in the Ottawa area. Our last chance to get what my daughter wanted for her graduation was at the Orleans store. We ended up with the Manager helping us. The level of customer service was like nothing we had ever encountered. I can’t say enough good things. My daughter was over the moon that she was treated so well and found exactly what she wanted. Thank you so much for making my daughters day a special one.

Almost every visit I make, I end up finding a treasure. Today, was no different. They had sales on all their items. I was able to find a beautiful bracelet with crystals, a wonderful green crossbody bag, and a really elegant chery print summer tote. I am very happy with all my purchases. It's simply way too expensive. Over $200 for a small wallet, yes, there might be a 60% rebate; however, forget about the rebate and put an affordable price. I won't debate regarding the quality of the items; there are no outlet prices in that store.
I was married last fall, Robin was great at helping me pick a suit and matching shirts and ties for the groomsmen. They have a large selection and if he doesn’t have it in store he can get it quickly.
Very disappointing experience. Came in with a young toddler and was neglected by the staff throughout our stay at the store despite several requests to get some assistance. Every other customer after us got attention even though we were the only ones with a small child. The man at service was totally disrespectful and did not show the least concern about the fact we were waiting for so long. On the contrary, we were even scolded for entering the store without his explicit invitation. Absolutely unacceptable attitude for a store claiming to offer professional services for kids! I would search for the same brands elsewhere and never support such a business nowadays when everyone is struggling to win and keep customers during the tough COVID times.

It was FREEZING inside! I guess that helps you make a decision faster 🤷🏻♂️ Otherwise, with the VIP rewards and regular sales, it's hard to beat their prices. Selection is good enough for my family of 5. Free shipping as well if shopping online. So glad I found this store. When I'm buying 3 pairs of shoes for 3 girls, plus rubber and winter boots, I need reasonable prices.

The customer service I received from the kate spade outlet is probably the best customer service I've received in years. I was looking for the perfect handbag and I'm very picky, but I couldn't go all the way to the store. They helped me over the phone to look at multiple model numbers, more than once, and they were so polite and patient. They even emailed me pictures of the bags I was interested in, and matched the wallets without me even asking. They made it totally simple to pay online and shipped it to me for $10, carefully wrapped and packaged. It arrived in 24 hours. I was so pleased with this experience that I told 4 different people about it in 2 days. Thank you so much, it was lovely.

Had a decent experience. Looked around at the clearance, and main stock (it wasn't entirely clear where men's vs. women's footwear was). While I didn't find much in my size (I'm a size 13), I did eventually come across something I liked. I didn't see any staff besides at the cash. When served by the manager at the cash, there was very little interaction, it was awkward - not bad, just awkward. I like shopping independently, so I'll check them out again in the future, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired.

Just found a store I can buy clothes, shoes and ancillary men's stuff. Been looking for 3 years. So happy Robin's store is downtown and the quality of product, pricing and style are excellent.
I always bring my kids here. There are so many styles offered and the customer service is amazing. The staff are very friendly and are very good with kids, they exhibited such patience with my kids wanting to try on several pairs before settling on “the ones”

Excellent service. I found a pair of shoes I liked, but not in my rare 9.5 size. They were able to get it from another store and had it shipped to my home for no extra charge and at the boxing day sale price. The curly haired girl in sales was awesome.
Nice big store located off highway 15 in a retail park that sells discounted goods from big name brands. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I couldn't find what I was looking for but the staff tried to find something close. Ended up leaving with a nice jacket instead. Overall positive experience. Good place to find training gear, golf clothes seem to be popular there as well.
Second visit with my 16 month old son. First time had to wait 10-15 minutes before receiving any service. This time a half an hour of standing around waiting for our number to be called got us nowhere, and not one single employee seemed to acknowledge we were in the store. If you have an hour to buy shoes they do have a good selection...

I recently got married and wanted to class up my rental tuxedo with a high end shirt and bow tie for the event. I've had poor experiences with similar boutique stores in London who's staff came off as arrogant and unhelpful. This store, though expensive, did not make me feel in anyway uncomfortable, and provided exceptional help throughout the process. I highly recommend visiting Andrew Douglas if you're looking to spend a bit of money on high quality items and get the personal touch service I've not seen from stores of this calibre.
