The location is conveniently accessible, and the parking facilities are ample. It is also conveniently accessible via the skytrain. Furthermore, there are numerous well-known retail outlets that cater to a wide range of fashion preferences. Great outlet with many major brand stores and good discount too. Open concept mall, can bring dogs and kids, also has a playground. Just a wonderful place for shopping and family activities.

Hier, le 8 février , je suis allée a la boutique Spring. J ai trouvé ce que je voulais. Et le service avec Chloé a été super ! .Vraiment gentille (et patiente) cette jeune fille. 👍👍
For the ones that are in love with three liners, well this is where you should be. The store is large and fancy, compared to to other adidas clothings. The outside of the store however is usually filled with random homeless drunks. Inside you can find all type of adidas shoes specifically the Y3 exclusive models and inclusive colors and sizes. staffs are friendly and helpful.
Stood around for about 7 minutes with a shoe in my hand actively trying to get someone’s attention for a size. The store was not busy but the younger staff were dilly dallying and 100% ignoring me. A more mature lady who was actually busy finally clocked me and was excellent. But yikes if it weren’t for her I would give zero stars. Love my shoes tho
Nice place to buy deals in this Boxing Day. You have to wait a while but still ca do it. Washrooms inside the place. In a regular day is less people, take off in the Templeton Skytrain station, parking available and lots of options, especially for shoes. Also, there are many options to eat. One necessary stop here in BC.
McArthur is a really great place for shopping, you'll find good deals on various brands. Ample free parking, you may find a bit difficult to find the vacant spot on busy days but never saw a full parking lot. Deducting 1 star for limited restaurants. Overall, it's a good place.

We were paying after an hour looking and trying and the price didn't match with the info posted. We talked with the store manager and she didn't give us a solution. We decided not to buy anything as the manager couldn't manage tthe situation properly. I'm disappointed
Good location for shopping and spending time for a day. It has a different architecture and a warm atmosphere, good brands with a good discount offer.

Nous avions chacun une paire de souliers que l'on souhaitait essayer mais personne ne s'est manifesté, si ce n'est qu'un regard.
J'ai dit à mon conjoint que je comptais jusqu'à 30 avant de déposer nos items et quitter.
3 personnes ont quittés aussi sans avoir eu un sourire ou un "salut".

Today was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed an incredible day here, filled with delightful shopping and amazing bargains from numerous shops. Not only that, but we were spoiled for choice with the abundance of food options available. The highlight was definitely the fountain where the kids had an absolute blast on this beautiful, sunny day. Additionally, there was also a wonderful dry playground for them to explore. Whether you're a local or a tourist, I cannot recommend visiting this place highly enough. It truly deserves a five-star rating!
Love this store! They have really cute classic or more eclectic pieces and the staff are really helpful with making pairing suggestions and bringing different sizes to try on. I made an online order and decided to go in store to try on some pieces and swap out the regular priced items. Colleen was really helpful and attentive to make sure I had a good experience and found everything I needed. A great alternative to a typical store in a mall and supporting a small operation instead, great variety.

I went to buy a new pair of shoes because mine broke while walking. They upcharged the samba price by 2.5x and charged me $280 for original sambas (they cost $130 on adidas online) they then said it was final sale after the purchase was made and had no mention of it prior. I didn’t realize the price and then was stuck not able to return them to get reg price online. They have no contact number and don’t let you leave a message so I’m stuck with a $280 pair of reg sneakers. I got legally scammed lmao.
do not make an online purchase!! extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. packages do not ship with canada post like written during checkout, recieved the item over a week past the expected. extremely poor communication and will not respond to your emails. after asking for a refund, they replied four business days later with attitude and no helpful information and haven't responded to an email since. i wanted to support a canadian business, but the service was horrible and i don't live in toronto so i will never make a purchase from them again.
Walked in there yesterday at 5:30 pm and looked at shoes on display for about 10 minutes. The young women at the counter preferred to chat with each other rather than come and ask if they can help. There were no other customers in the store.
I will not spend good money in a store with lousy service. I turned around and left even though I really needed shoes and was ready to spend the $$$.

I love the products in this store, but the security personelle here are intimidating (especially the middle aged female one). She follows me around & makes me feel uncomfortable. Its fairly heavy-handed & does not make for a welcoming environment where I want to spend my hard earned money. I drop a decent amount here each time I enter & yet still "the shadow" watches my every move. I would probably come in more often to spend, but her looming presence makes me avoid the store.
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet has about 80 designer retailers located near the Vancouver Airport and can be reached via Skytrain. It's also interesting for you to know that trips between Templeton station (location of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet) and YVR-Airport station are free.
The mall directory is at the main entrance. The stores carry varieties of products like clothes, shoes, bags, pieces of jewelry, make-up, chocolates, etc (high-end to average brands) are here. Most stores are competitive in giving big discounts and special deals. This long weekend (the Victoria Day) stores give good deals and discounts from 20% up to 60%. There are two food trucks 1) Praguery cakes & ice-cream and 2) Nukkad Street Eats, both are located before the entrance of the mall facing the parking area.
Since it’s not a covered mall, I loved shopping, especially every Spring and Summer. It’s wonderful to enjoy the sunshine for a casual stroll/shopping. Everyone is comfortable in shorts/summer clothes. It has a light festive ambiance, shoppers are everywhere, and kids playing and enjoy dancing at the fountain. Expérience à la clientèle incroyablement mauvais ! Ma blonde commande en ligne des souliers qui malheureusement ne lui font pas ( elle a 2 pieds avec une bonne différence de grandeur alors elle doit faire du essaie erreur) elle veut retourner les dites chaussures mais l'obstine qu elle les a porté..... ce qui est quand même ironique puisque les souliers ne lui font pas. après 20 minutes d'obstination elle procède au remboursement !
Nous passons une 2e commande en ligne et encore une fois les soulier ne font pas ( ils n'étaient pas en magasin dans les grandeurs visé )
Donc ma conjointe retourne les chaussures au magasin et encore une fois à affaire à la même commis que la premières fois ! Elle lui dit que ça ressemble à de la fraude ce qu'elle fait et n'est pas à l'aise de la rembourser.... elle ne veut rien savoir de procéder au remboursement et propose une carte cadeau .... qui serait totalement inutile vue le service pathétique elle ne retournera plus jamais dans ce magasin ainsi que la chaîne elle même !
Impossible de parler avec un gérant/ responsable ! Nous allons donc communiquer avec le bureau chef pour exprimer notre insatisfaction total!

Excellent service client! L'équipe a une bonne chimie et ça paraît. Le staff est à l'écoute de nos besoins et de nos critères d'achats et offre un service plus que personnalisé. Gros coup de coeur pour Estéban! Je recommande cette boutique à 100%.

Very cool pieces but wayyyy too expensive for those looking for good thrifted clothes. They appear to be an upscale thrift store but most of their pieces are off the rack and very expensive. Avoid if you’re looking for unique but cost-effective thrift pieces.
Pourquoi tout le staff a l'air hyper bête? Tu leur demandes une pointure et ils te font sentir comme si tu les dérangeais. Attitude désagréable. Je vais ici juste quand je ne trouve pas ce que je veux au Browns.
Super unfriendly place, they also sent an item in really horrific condition and they didn’t even properly acknowledge the issue nor apologize. When I went in to return there was so much attitude as if I was the one causing issues. Definitely won’t be going back.

Went there a few times…waited 15 minutes and never got served. I get that they are lacking staff but I’m still disappointed that I see every other client trying their shoes and I’m still waiting with my shoe in hand. I end up leaving and going elsewhere

Vendeuses malhonnetes. Au moment d'essayer les chaussures on nous confirme quelles sont bien en promotion mais en arrivant à la caisse on nous dit que c'est une autre paire.

It seems to be a thing with Little Burgundy that they can not keep their actual opening hours up to date with Google, and for the second time that they were a destination for me, have cost me an hour of my day.
Edit* Thank you for your reply however your hours are incorrect as you have them. They state that Little Burgundy is open until 7pm, while it appears that the mall you are located in closes at 6pm. As it is, my comment stands - your hours are not kept up to date with Google.

J’avais besoin d’une nouvelle paire de chaussure pour une entrevue en immobilier à Montréal et je cherchais une paire en particulier j’ai appelé au little burgundy et la fille qui m’as répondu, Maya, m’as donner un super bon service, comparé au service que j’ai eu au dix30. Alors je me suis déplacé plus loin et j’ai eu ce que je voulais grâce à la bonne humeur et le professionnalisme de Maya ! Merci beaucoup:)

Très bon service de Maya (et je crois Justine?). Je retournais une paire de bottes achetée en ligne et le retour s'est bien passé. J'ai aussi essayé une paire de chaussures en spécial que je n'ai finalement pas aimé mais elles m'ont conseillé un différent modèle que j'ai acheté et que j'adore. Le service était patient, poli, rapide et honnête et je vais définitivement retourner!

I've got in and looking for some shoes. I was the only custumer at that time. No one from the 2 staff there ask or give me information. Not even bother to say Hello. Very rude.
I bought my second steel toe boots there and its fits perfectly the lady's immediately acknowledge my presence and gave me a very warm and beautiful smile when I entered they were very professional and went the extra mile to help me select a comfortable fit shoe I really appreciate the service and the prices are amazing

I found a pair of Red Wing boots that I wanted for sometime. The price was comparable online at other places. The staff over the phone was extremely friendly too, and in store.
They did have a lot of Red Wing boots branded items too. And made in USA / Canada stuff. This is key for a picky shopper like me. Obviously they have some non-USA / Canada based stuff. So those items won't get my business but for the USA / Canada stuff, play ball.
The tattoo lady that served me was especially nice too [Sorry forgot your name random stranger]. They have some rewards program where you spend a certain amount of money, you get so much back. Given the fact I spent 400 something on boots, the friendly tattoo lady, managed to change my mind on signing up for it. I HATE signing up for that type of stuff, and I do not capitulate easily either.
I was glad about the sign up as, I have 20 bucks in there rewards and plan on getting a cologne from the store sometime in the future.

This boots are made fir walking . And you just know what they do.
Couldn't help comparing it to my visit a Yellow a few days before. The sales person here was so helpful. The staff said hi and asked me what shoes I wanted, even offering to order it online if needbe. I didn't know my ahoe size and the girl was very patient with me. Reasonably priced shoes and great service.
