Usually just go for recreational Skating. Nice staff, smaller building, smaller parking lot, easier to navigate, less rinks but still their typical size. Not many places to sit but if you’re just going to skate shouldn’t be a concern. The ice is nice and it’s rarely packed on the days skating is available.

Is a lot nicer since the renovations and still has the old wooden supports that have a nostalgic feel.

Amazing place to play hockey or ball hockey. Great building. They could have put the AC on for the ball hockey tourney...it was hot in there today!

Ice is good, arena is cold, dressing rooms are tiny, and huge condensation problem in dressing room, water dripping from ceiling and wall soaking wet

I have only availed the ice skating facility and it seems very well maintained. Surely recommended for those who are looking for ice skating rink in Mississauga.

Great hockey venue. Clean. Bright.

Tomken is a good overall arena the ice is big enough so it doesn't feel small. The quality is usually good. The one thing is that the dressing rooms are VERY small for anyone over the age of 16 and it's a tight fit.

Meadowvale 4 Rinks is fantastic for kids' beginner classes! The coaches are patient and make learning fun. My child looks forward to every session. It's the perfect place for young ones to develop skating skills. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad that the city has kept this arena open during the renovations of Iceland arena...the staff are very friendly and helpful....the ice surface is smooth.... I'm enjoying the adult skate at this facility...I will visit throughout the summer 🌞

loved the staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful

this place is a logistical nightmare. OWHA provincials - 16 teams worth of players, parents and fans at this place at one time is overwhelming. an absolute nightmare to find a parking spot, or just get around. add to that its on a dead end small business park "with a school". friday while school was going, businesses operating and the arena running at max capacity...need i say any more...?

Amazing facility especially post renovations. The meeting room space was large and had lots of natural light.

I attended skating classes at Federation Skating Club here and was deeply disappointed with the experience. The coaching, provided by a young instructor, was severely lacking in engagement and effectiveness. She rushed through demonstrations without proper explanations, leaving many of us struggling with the basics. For instance, even after 10 classes, some participants could only march, not skate, due to a lack of fundamental instruction like bending at the knees to avoid falling backward.
The coach's disinterest was palpable; she seldom explained actions or the meaning of different signs, making it difficult to learn or improve. I often felt ignored and had to exert significant effort to receive any guidance. The class environment was also problematic. Starting times were inconsistent, with sessions often beginning late and unprepared, yet students were reprimanded for being on the ice too early.
The lack of progress was evident among all attendees, children and adults alike, leading to visible dissatisfaction and dwindling class sizes. It seemed as if the slow pace of learning was designed to encourage re-enrollment without delivering value.
Overall, the experience was marred by a sense of irresponsibility and incompetence from the coach, who appeared uninterested in teaching or fostering improvement. This environment not only hindered learning but also affected the overall enjoyment and safety of the classes.

This arena is beyond less than ideal to host a playoff game unless you don't require parking, don't have more than 50 spectators, don't have spectators with accessibility needs and if you don't care about your safety in the event of a fire. This arena should be banned from use for anything other than a recreational practice. The City of Edmonton should be ashamed for allowing EFHL to book this ice for a playoff game, without heeding the safety implications of those in attendance.

I used to go here as a child, now i take my own. I just wish the dressing rooms were made bigger after the reno.

This arena has a really great (comfortable) temperature for spectators. The view at the end is awkward, but other than that is unimpeded. The facility is meticulously clean - especially the washrooms.

Best arena in the GTA hands down. There’s a reason why active and retired NHLers coach and send their kids here. PCHA has access to the highest quality facilities and coaches. Warm cafe, 8 large changeooms full stands with announcer and boards + party room.

It's an older arena and the change rooms are tiny but they leave the heat on for fans so that was nice

This location boasts four ice rinks, with two clubs, the Mississauga Skating Club and the Streetsville Figure Skating Club, offering both basic and figure skating classes. Additionally, it often hosts hockey skating classes and tournaments. However, the absence of skating equipment shops for purchasing and sharpening skates is a notable convenience that could be added.

Came here to watch my husband play hockey. The facilities were well set up. There were seats alongside the ice rink. There is also a viewing area with seating for spectators to watch through a window.

Grate park! It’s an excellent place to go as it offers playgrounds, seating areas, walkways and restrooms. And is light at night.
Park seems to be serviced and has the grass maintained with plenty of recycling bins.

It's a good learning centre for Ice Skating and Ice 🏒 Hockey for every age and gender. Good trainers for smart artistic training specially for kids with maintaining high standard of safety rules.

Outdoor arena is free. Bring your own skating. Nice trails and a few separate rink areas for hockey

Arena is well maintained and has nice ice. Only has 2 showers in the rooms however which is brutal for a team of 14+ guys. The rooms are nice and updated with scanners instead of keys. Easy access to the ice. Is far away to drive if you don't live northside though

This is a great place to visit if you are walking through memorial park. It has a pop up library and there are bathrooms available for the public.

Basic ice rink with four rinks. Streetsville meadowvale figure skating club runs out of rink#3. Small snack bar with a large sitting area at the main entrance. Small pro shop that does skate sharpening. The man who sharpened our skates was very friendly and Efficient. Rink #4 has a very small upstairs viewing area

Easily in the top three worst arenas in the city. I always contemplate skipping my game when I see Tipton on the schedule. It's just small and outdated, and you know it's bad when the rink attendant tells you to exit through the front door so you don't get mugged after your game.
There are very few parking spaces, the lobby is narrow, and the dressing rooms were made for toddlers; trying to fit a men's league team in a room that size is truly an uncomfortable experience. Even the benches are crammed. You can't fit a whole team unless players are both standing and sitting.
The ice is half decent, and that is maybe the only good thing one could say about this arena.

Nice facilty but they didn't clean the ice before our game. We came back for a hockey practice and the ice was much better. The change rooms were clean. Seems to be a fairly well run facility aside from our first experience.

It's an older rink, short of parking, short of space in the lobby and bad visibility to watch the game. But it's a classic spot to get the feel of good old hometown hockey. Its the kind of place that every kid should experience growing up and playing hockey! I like the atmosphere!

I love this arena it' a very clean and positive environment 👌💯

Was always my favorite arena as a child. Been 35+ years since I've been here. The Reno's have just made this even more beautiful. What an amazing arena.

It is an amazing rink. It is by far the cleanest rink I have been too. The staff at this arena are all kind and willing to assist you with any questions you have. It is also a great place for parties and social events.

This is a big area with multiple pockets of enjoyment. Do a good research if you are going there first time. Kids park is close to the library area and is good for kids. You may see alot of dog walkers. A couple of hrs they can enjoy. There is also an area for events which is famous and there are few benches for day picnic. Free parking is also available. Walk around and see the strip where credit river meets the lake. It looks nice. Canoeing, kayaking you can enjoy. Nice eating hangouts and coffee places. I couldn't find good washrooms and they were mostly portables. Overall a good place if you stay nearby within half an hour drive.

The facility cannot handle large crowds the seating is scanty the rink is long enough but there are better facilities for skating in the city

The ice was really good! They updated the lights, glass, and boards, so it actually feels like a new arena when you're playing. For spectators, it is a little cold. There is not a lot of parking. The showers are really good, but make sure you wear sandals!!

Tiny change rooms and lobby, poor on-ice lighting, overdue for an upgrade, but still better than nothing.
Edit: the on-ice lighting has been improved and is now pretty good. Unfortunately, the score clock is not in proper working condition.

Not my favorite arena. It's older, so the dressing rooms are small. Parking is typically in short supply, and access is by one-way streets. Viewing area is small, but there are space heaters pointed at the stands. The ice is well maintained.

Good arena with great viewing area upstairs for both rink 1 and 2. No heating upstairs so makes the experience a little painful. Very small changing rooms, can't accommodate a team of players more than 7 years old. Snack shop is nice and open decent hours. Parking just enough for the cars during games.
