Been to this place multiple times. Love this place! Lots of animals to see. Great for just walking out in the nice weather. If you don't feel like you can walk, there's a train that goes around the whole park. They have pedal go-karts, a climbing rope course, a giant water park, and a few other things for the kids. Our favorite has to be the budgie house though. It's great just go in there and watch all the the budgies everywhere again, definitely a great place for the family
Went while it was very cold, but the sculptures looked cool covered in snow. The roads were a tad confusing but manageable

Nice place, clean. Good variety of animals. Great kids play spaces. Awesome themed activities. Yearly pass is reasonable. Great walk ways.
Quite a sight to see. Very large, wide pathways, many of which contain benches and brickwork that have dedications on them ( very cool ). Also a couple of buildings that feature art pieces and sculptures. Including sample sculptures of how they were made. Garden is kept very tidy. A must see.
A beautiful place for relaxing walking with family or friends or just you
The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden in Assiniboine Park is a serene and enchanting space that combines nature and art beautifully. It features an impressive collection of sculptures by the talented artist Leo Mol, set amidst lush gardens and tranquil pathways. The garden offers a peaceful escape, allowing visitors to appreciate art in a natural setting. It's a perfect place for a leisurely stroll, and the sculptures' craftsmanship and diversity make it a delightful cultural experience within the park.
Beautiful gardens, sculptures and water features. Stunning as the sun sets. Worth noting that the garden closes at 9pm.
Very cool walking path in such a tranquil forest, the energy in there is peaceful. Take your time to actually enjoy the sculptures and natural surroundings and you’ll definitely feel the peace it all brings. I think in total it’s less than 2km with a couple of challenging ups and downs at times if you have bad knees, or ankles; bring a walking stick. Very original idea, thank you for the experience. Will return again in future, worth contributing to.
The Humanics Sanctuary And Sculpture Park was the perfect way to spend a couple of hours in the fall. An absolutely beautiful setting, surrounded by inspirational art from around the globe . Who could have guessed it is only minutes from the city. Highly recommend going, wear good shoes, bring a water bottle and enjoy some wonderful time in nature.

Was a pretty great experience. So many animals to see and though they were in captivity it was easy to see what a great job the zoo staff did taking care of them all. We paid the extra money to do the Giraffe Behind the scenes and the young lady that was our guide was world class. She knew her stuff and was able to answer all of my silly questions. Feeding the giraffes was amazing. Such gentle giants. I would highly recommend Safari Niagara and all its experiences.

Great place to take the kids. Has rides, water park, sky balance obstacle course, bouncy platforms, playground, and 100s of animals to delight kids, parents and anyone alike. Guided presentations are very informative. You might need a 2 day visit if you want to cover everything on the property. We go every year.
It's such a pretty park to walk in. We walked around and took plenty of very nice pictures. You can see that they care for their plants.
I recently visited Safari Niagara, and it was an unforgettable experience in every sense of the word. The place boasts a diversity of animals, including several rare and astonishing species. What particularly impressed me was the effort made to ensure the well-being of the animals and provide them with a natural environment similar to their native habitats. The staff were friendly, and their knowledge of the animals was incredible. They provided valuable information about the animals and their daily habits, ensuring that all visitors adhered to safety guidelines. What I especially loved were the recreational facilities for children, such as the free play areas. We enjoyed the boat rides and the train that tours the park, highlighting its main attractions. It's worth noting that the restrooms were well-maintained and clean. Plus, the added convenience of free parking made the visit even more comfortable and hassle-free.If you're looking for a day filled with adventure and learning in nature, I highly recommend a visit to Safari Niagara. It's an experience that will stay etched in your memory for years to come!

The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden (at the arbour) is an absolutely incredible spot for an outdoor wedding ceremony! We got married there in the beginning of June and the garden was so lush and green. The grounds are very well kept. Everyone walking through the garden is kind and has a smile on their face. It brings out the best in people! For weddings, the location includes set-up and tear down by Assiniboine Park staff and nice white chairs. I had to follow-up with Assiniboine Park staff frequently to get the information I needed and to get my questions answered leading up to the big day which was frustrating but no other location would have fit the vision we had. If you are looking for an outdoor ceremony space - this can't be beat!
The Leo Mol Sculpture Garden is an absolutely beautiful spot for Weddings. Whether having your ceremony there or just taking a stroll through for some photos. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. As a photographer, Leo Mol is one of my favorite locations for weddings!

One of the best place to visit for a family with kids, it is even better than Toronto Zoo I would say. The best i liked about it was the Vehicle Safari that moves around the zoo , stops are planned in a such way that entire variety of animals are covered and we could enjoy and watch each and every spot of the zoo. Kids have splash pads usually crowded as its amazing spot. There are rides for kids and with no extra cost (unlike CNE where do charge extra for rides ) . There are food courts inside the zoo and giraffe spot where we can feed the giraffe with an extra cost of $5. Washrooms are available at each stops and at the entrance. Huge parking space available. I Personally speaking I liked it a lot and would definitely recommend to all families with children. Thank you
Great collection of Sculptures/art. Free to visit. Have to hunt for RV parking, A fair bit of car parking. It is located in the park. Check for operating hours.
A nice way to spend some time.

Awesome place for the whole family! There is TONS to see so be prepared to walk a lot however if you don’t want to, they have trams that take you around the zoo every couple of minutes. There were so many exotic animals to see and the enclosures were pretty big and well kept. It was fun to see and I can’t wait to come back here again.
Today, quite by chance, I discovered an enchanting site, inviting contemplation and meditation. The Humanics Sanctuary is a magical place where statues invite you to reflect on living together, respecting all religions and cultures, and loving Mother Nature. A must-see!
hidden little gem in the city. I wonder why not many ppl know about it. so many nice sculptures from various religions and nice arrangements. there is a separate designated place for meditation. Admission is $8/person, student and senior $5/person, and children under 12 are free. parking is free. washrooms available. little playground for kids. really nice energy.
This is an amazing hidden gem. So many sculptures with so much of life meanings for them. We were given a great tour and the guides were very knowledgeable. This was an incredible experience. Beautiful, tranquil park. I would highly recommend this experience for both adults and children alike.
Hidden Gem nestled in an Ancient Forest of Tranquility!
We spent 2 hours walking these beautiful well maintained walking/hiking trails. There were SO many fascinating & educational spots showcasing amazing hand carved sculptures from around the world, representing awareness of "Who we are" by sharing the 3 essential values of 1. Oneness 2. Equality 3. Interconnection.
We took over 30 pictures & read all the sculpture info boards displayed, which reflect which religion AND which essential value, each sculpture represents.
We were SO impressed, we bought an annual membership so we can come as many times as we'd like & plan to bring our children & grandchildren.
This is an awesome venue for Celebration of Life, Weddings, Family Gatherings, Meditation Workshops, etc...
Located just 1/2 hour from Ottawa and nestled in the town of Cumberland, just off Highway #174, with access to the Park from Old Montreal Road.
Well done and MANY more expansion ideas/plans in the works!
I discovered this sculpture park by accident after reading a local guidebook. The sculptures are gorgeous, the forest walk very tranquil, and the staff member who welcomed us was friendly. A hidden gem in the greater Ottawa area.
Free entry to see the sculptor garden. Nice little place if you want to take a small break.
Stumbled upon these amazing outdoor pieces while on a night walk! They are all so stunning - magnificent!
Very nice place to see various sculptures outside on a quite walk. Walk is around 1.5 km with statues and information displays for each section. Certain sections are in progress. There is little picnic area. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Nice place to walk around. You can quickly see everything.
Nice public space with sculptures on the sidewalk as well as near museum entrance
Truly beautiful and inspiring place to visit
