We photograph multiple weddings a year at this venue and look forward to chatting with each new inquiry. Love the location, the property, the light creates beautiful photos, the outdoor patio, the reception space and of course the staff and food. Must have your wedding here.
During the off-season, I'm just buying time until I return to the slopes. Great people and Great skiing (for Ontario of course). I owe being here to my Dad, it was his happy place, as it is mine.
Blue Mountain never disappoints! This was our second visit, and the breathtaking views were just as stunning. The all-day pass is definitely worth it, offering up to 15 AWEmazing activities—something for everyone!
Our preschooler had a blast with Chutes & Loops Ball Run, and the Cocoon Crawl Playscape. Although we couldn't enjoy the boats due to strong winds, the private beach was still a treat. The boys' favorite? The Plunge, hands down! Our eldest stepped out of her comfort zone with ziplining, and the Ridge Runner and Silver Bullet gondola rides were on repeat for the older kids. The nightly entertainment was a nice touch, too.
The restaurant had various options, which was great for all dietary needs. Staying a few days at the resort homes made for a perfect family getaway having the flexibility to start up BBQ or grab a quick bite.
Overall, such a great experience—definitely worth the trip for the whole family!

Went there in Mid July when it was pretty warm and sunny, place was really crowded and it took us nearly 30 minutes to find a parking spot, overall it was a nice place with a lot of activities for adults and kids.
We had an amazing adventure at Blue Mountain Ski Resort with our 4-year-old. The slopes were perfect for all skill levels, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved the mountain coaster, zip line, and net adventure—so much fun for the whole family! Our child enjoyed the kid-friendly activities, and the family atmosphere made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend for a fun family getaway!
Beautiful during the winter but not so beginner skier/snow boarder friendly. We purchased the newbie circuit package and expected a lot more than we got. It’s self taught and the place is so busy that you cannot even learn without running into someone. Your only choice is to take the lift up one of the hills and rush down, hoping you “learn” and don’t end up in the hospital.
Will go back for the views and vibe but no way we learn to ski here so do not waste your money like we did.

Amazing and beautiful place. Mountain and lake in one place and people are really nice. The village is quaint and town of collingwood is not far for grocery and other things. It’s also fast developing.
Took the family there for the first time. It's no wonder why we've always heard such great things about Blue Mountain. There's is SO much to do! The views are amazing. Our room at the Season Blue was great. It has a fireplace and all the in-room amenities you could want, including 3 TVs, kitchenette, two pullout sofas, and a balcony view of the village. I really liked their SMS room service feature, which made asking for things so convenient. I sent a text message asking for towels and had towels delivered to the room within 10 mins. Amazing! This week definitely be a place we come back to. The whole family loved it.
We have been there to see international parahockey team and it was great expetience. Modern environment, clean and easy to get in there even on wheelchair.
We didnt stay at the hotel, just visited the resort to ski. We hadn't been skiing in around 15 years so were quite apprehensive. We went for the 4 hour ski pass and hired all of the equipment which was quite an easy process. We stuck to the 'Yodel' slope and we really enjoyed our day. Great views over the surrounding areas from the top of the mountain. The canteen was a nice surprise with lots of fresh food and reasonably priced
We enrolled our kids for their first ski lessons this past weekend and the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The instructors (Ethan and Alessia) were friendly and attentive beyond our expectations. Overall, the experience was excellent.
Wow, I can’t believe I learned how to ski here. If you’re taking lessons, highly recommend it. The instructors are great. In terms of amenities, it’s got everything you need for a ski resort, including transportation to and from Vancouver. Best ski trip ever!! And the staff were super nice as well :)

This was pleasantly close to Central Vancouver - a great spot for me to try skiing for the first time! Workers were friendly and very accommodating. Considering the proximity to the city, Cypress is definitely a spot I’d recommend to local skiers or beginners like me looking for a great stop to try it out. Reasonable rental rates and lift tickets too, which can be hard to find!

This is my first season of skiing, and Cypress mountain is one of my options in lower mainland. Honestly, the snow condition was quite bad this year so it’s understandable that local mountains suffered a lot. Cypress mountain, so called the best snow resort in Vancouver, offers many different runs for multiple skill levels. It was always fun to ski on Cypress. Cannot complain about the snow condition as nobody has control over our Mother Nature, but there are few things I’m not satisfied by: first, their ticket system sometimes caused inconvenience, such as not being able to reload RFID cards, getting an empty ticket printed from the machine, and the prices being so unstable online, sometimes $39 sometimes $53. Parking is a problem as well. When it was crowded, some staff would always guide you to park nearby when there were still spots closer to the entrance. At few times, we had to walk with heavy gears for 20 minutes.
Cypress is one of the 3 local mountains for skiing / snowboarding in North / West Vancouver. It has 2 mountains with levels of runs for various people. The mountain does not have any "magic carpet" for beginners. The easiest run to start is the Runway, which requires taking a chair lift of Easy Rider. However, it has a stunning Vancouver view in the middle of the mountain. Skychair brings you to the top of the mountain. Hope you enjoy it.

The mountain and maintenance are perfect. Avoid weekends!
Put my 4 yr old into ski school every Saturday. He was super excited. But the teachers and staff were absolutely trash. Completely unorganized. Completely unqualified. They literally ruined this season for him. Could barely get any English words out for a class entirely full of English kids. I cannot stress harder that this school should be avoided at all cost.
Super stoked to visit Winsport 1988 Calgary Olympic Park! It was beautiful to experience and try vision what is was like in 1988.
To note - sadly in 2021 the 1988 Calgary Olympic display was moved to Toronto. Why and who thought that was a good idea - may have been sadly short-sighted. Forewarning - disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I felt.

Staff are trying very hard to keep the mountain open and running well and I respect that 💪
The few runs that are open are super fun! I love the smaller tree runs that go off the main trail. There's not many but there's enough :Do

My friend won tickets to the Scotties and it was the first time at the Event Center. The VIP area is amazing and the food was great! And the staff was incredibly helpful. A great experience!
Lifte sind ohne bubbles, Whistler ist stolz auf seinen vielen Schnee, aber bei den uralt Sesselliften wird man zum Schneemann bei Schneefall . Die whistler peak Gondel bleibt bei der Auffahrt mindestens 3 mal stehen, eine technisch in die Jahre gekommene uralt Gondel. Bei meinem, Aufenthalt blieb sie sogar 1 Stunde stehen. Teilweise Schlangen an den Liften mit bis zu 400 Personen. Dafür entschädigt nicht mal der tolle Schnee. Leute bleibt in Europa, das ist technisch sicher.
We booked a King Bed room. Instead we had a queen mattress on a rails in a stinky room and no customer service whatsoever. We felt cheated and nobody ever contacted back or reimbursed for wrong room. All they can do is just take your money online. The hill had super old chairs and had only 1/3 of open runs in February. The only good thing about this place is that the few short runs that are open are groomed and without ice.
What a beautiful privite club great runs lots of groomed trails .. great fire pit and chairs. Lot's of options inside a fully stocked bar and a really good cafeteria. They had vegan and vegetarian options Lot's of yummy food . Did I mention it was really clean and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed myself wish we just had more snow this winter.
We have had the most wonderful experience here as part of the CADS program on sunday nights! The rental equipment is always clean and in exceptional shape. The learning hills have been great for my boys. Ive loved the whole experience.
Last time I went there was 20 years ago. The chairlifts today are even slower than I remember them being, none of them have seen an upgrade. There were no line attendants at any of the lifts and people being people, getting into groups of 4 proved to be an incredibly demanding task. Just like people that have been in a drive-through line for 15 minutes and pull up to the speaker only to realise they have no idea what anyone in their car wants to order, nobody at this hill seemed to understand basic lift etiquette. North side doesn't even have a single's line set up. Nothing about this mountain is worth 100$ for a day on the slopes.
The only thing that gets them a star is the 30$ Thursdays. Instead of complaining their lifts are empty during the week, every mountain should offer this kind of deal. I would never pay 100$ to ski here.

I'll give the resort 5 stars, while the snow conditions are worthy of 1 star due to the warmest winter in recent years. The resort is busy making snow, but most runs are bare. I'm sure it's a fantastic experience with normal conditions & I'm thinking of dropping my annual pass with Grouse Mountain & switching to Cypress for Winter sports. Cypress, IMHO, seems more authentic.
That’s the coolest mountain in the Lower Mainland! Season 23/24, as most of the mountains, was affected by the weather conditions, but still worths a visit while it is open. Great trails also, during the spring/ summer time. Watch out for the 🐻 in that case.
I was skiing with my two daughters and noticed an exceptional instructor leading a private lesson. I knew she would be a great fit for my two girls, so I booked a lesson with the request to have Catrina teach them. Thank you to the Snow School for accommodating my request! It was such a solid hour for them and they want to come back for another 2 hour lesson! Catrina is so good with little kids, she is engaging, fun and understands them. Catrina is the bees knees! She deserves a raise!!
It was pouring rain but people were out skiing, snowboarding and having a great time. Free parking is a plus. Nice facility.
I’ve come here for tubing on several occasions, each time I had a great experience. Fun for the whole family, couples or groups of all ages. The overall tubing experience is great, however I wish some of the staff were more friendly.
Fun ski hill, has 2 snow park sections, 4 lifts and the main summit and versant nord.
There was alot of people parking everywhere, I showed up before noon and had to park down the street at the 2nd parking lot, which was ok as they had a shuttle service to bring you there and back.
The chalet was extra crowded and super packed.
The mountain is not very tall but pretty wide so the slopes have quite the variety, go on the versant nord for more challenging runs.
The ticket for 4h cost me 71$ which is expensive

Coming from Toronto hills to Cypress Mountains was Amazing! Yes folks Mountains!
From my photos you cant see how great the runs were and how long in distance they were. These were a good 10-15mins each run, lift tickets are good for 4hrs only. The next day my neck, shoulders, abs and thighs were sore!!
If you ever have a chance to ski in BC, Highly recommended it!
Unfortunately with great runs also has its setbacks, 10-15min wait times for the lifts, but they moved swiftly and didn’t seem a long wait time.
Suggestion you buy everything online and in advance, lift ticket lines are long and rental lines even longer.
Cost for 1 adult, 2 teens and 1 child cost me $500-600 for lift tickets and rentals, and that was for 4hrs Amazing hours.

I love whistler mountain but lines can get super long
They improved their facilities but almost all their racks are not enabled for ski locks!! So you go eat lunch worried about your skis😕 Other than that and the fact that they still use individually wrapped throwaways plastic cutlery it’s a nice place to ski.
We had our wedding at the Alpine Ski Club in October 2023, and I couldn't recommend the whole experience more highly. The venue coordinator, Lauren, kept us on task and organized leading up to the big day, and Ashlea at Men with Knives was excellent to work with, too.
Many of our guests remarked on how good the food was (several said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding) and everything went smoothly and felt easy for us, because Lauren and her team did so much behind-the-scenes work to ensure that would be the case.
The dining room is beautiful, it is bright and airy, and the outdoor patio was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony, and a nice space to have for our guests to go outside during the evening.

Great place for beginners and it is affordable too (50 per day) we went yesterday and the weather was quite warm but still ok. Parking lot was full though and many many tourists. A bit crowded but I guess it is because the hill is too close to the city
We had our wedding at Alpine this September (2023). We had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We booked nearly 2 years in advance so we had lots of time to plan. The venue is gorgeous with tons of space. No matter the size of your wedding, or your vision, Alpine can accommodate. There are multiple rooms of different sizes which was great for us - we had one room for our reception dinner and one room as a ceremony back up plan for bad weather. We ended up having our ceremony on the back patio which was perfect. Beautiful background for pictures. There were fire pits and chairs outside for the evening which our guests loved! Men With Knives did an amazing job with all of the food - from the appetizers, to the dinner and late night snacks, our guests loved everything! Ashlea was lovely to work with and did an amazing job overseeing it all! Our venue coordinator, Lauren, did an amazing job as well. We had zoom meetings leading up to the wedding to go over details and answer questions. She also lead our rehearsal the day before! On our wedding day, Lauren took care of everything! We didn’t have to worry about a thing. She coordinated with the DJ, helped with our ceremony, our speeches, dinner, you name it! It was so nice to have her there to help us. All this to say that Alpine made our wedding dreams come true. Our day went perfectly. Thank you to everyone at Alpine who helped make our day so special! 10/10 would recommend as your wedding venue.

A great Family ski destination. Both my kids learned to ski here; the instructors were patient, thorough and inspired confidence in my kids and their abilities. Lift attendants are great - anticipating when to slow down the chairs, stopping at a moment’s notice if needed, and helping people through the “gates”.
Great spot near the village. There were 10 people in our group and we were able to fit comfortably. The owner was attentive and quick to message back with any questions or concerns. Would book again.

We had a skiing event here and it was a great experience. The skiing instructors are top-notch with excellent customer service, the snow was well groomed, the hills were a lot of fun to ski on, the food was really good, and the drinks were even better!
Great Bike Park but avoid late season due to the trail condition and top section closure. Not the steepest or the most challenging but a great mix especially if you ride during the week to avoid over crowding.
Von hier aus von dem Gipfel hat man eine der schönsten Ausblicke auf Jasper und die Umliegenden Seen und Berge. Wenn das Wetter gut ist sollte man sich auf jeden Fall auf den Berg begeben mit der eben so schönen Gondel und die Aussicht genießen.

Cozy place. Clean and lots of kitchen stuff available for use. It also has a Weber gas grill, ask if there is propane available at time of booking.

What a truly beautiful place. Living in the mountain is an incredible experience and the walk down into town as the season changes is truly beautiful. It is hard to find fault with this area
