They are super nice... once I was late by almost 20 minutes and they still gave me the full hour without any penalty..
I had the worst massage experience of my life. The front receptionist not only demanded a tip, despite only having enough cash to cover the cost of the massage, but also threatened to prevent me from leaving when I explained this. Additionally, they never performed the massage properly, cutting the session short every time. And literally kept harassing me to pay a tip when job was not well done. I can see why massages here are cheap and dirty.
Wow! First time at Spa Magnolia yesterday with my daughter for the Self-Renewal package and it was amazing. We had Chantal and Nicole and they were the best! So kind and professional and top-notch estheticians. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this spa!

I visited Kelly Foot Spa today for a combination of a foot and body massage. SPA was very clean and the lady at the reception was very nice. Yuki was my masseuse. She did a great massage to my liking. She listens and does the massage needed by frequently asking if it is the right pressure. Also she was talkative and made suggestions about what to do about some body aches and muscle cramps at home. I will definitely come back to visit this spa again.
At the last minute while on a little getaway I indulged in a facial from Nicole at magnolia spa, what a heavenly treat. Nicole was fantastic and so knowledgeable. This is the best service I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that there wasn’t time to have more services from Nicole today. The next time I’m in Victoria this will be my first stop.

We paid about $280 for 40 mins massage
And gave 15% tip

Had my massage with a senior RMT, I guess it is partially my ego’s fault for not telling him that he pushed too hard at various points on my cervical spine (he reminded me at the end that this was only “medium” force—I think his max force would be lethal). I found the pillow uncomfortable as with the force he pushed down, there was no room to breathe. I’m fairly certain that it was obvious that I was gasping for air between pushes. I now have a shooting pain in my neck that I will likely need to get imaging for. For the price paid, I was hoping to leave more relaxed than injured.
Fantastic first Thai spa experience!! I came here with my fiancé for a couples massage and we were blown away. We loved the private sauna session as well as the 90 minute massage and stretch by Len and Laura 😍 we have never been stretched like this before! This will not be the last time we’ll be back.
This was my first time trying Thai massage. I have suffered with headaches and stiffness in my back and neck for the past month and could not find relief. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jun and couldnt be happier with my experience! She is amazing and I am now a true believer in the benefits of Thai massage. The spa itself is very clean and the staff welcoming. If you are contemplating booking a massage, do not hesitate! I highly recommend!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spa itself had a serene ambiance and provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed with the massage as I had expected a 90-minute Thai full body massage that included a back massage, but it focused mainly on stretching and leg massage. While the overall experience was pleasant, the lack of attention to the back left me slightly unsatisfied.
I have been massaged multiple times by Helen. She does an absolutely amazing job. I always feel so relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend booking her for your next massage. 5 stars.
Rachelle is truly one of a kind. This girl is a healer. She is highly sensitive/skilled, and knows exactly what her clients needs are. I am sensitive in certain areas of my body, and Rachelle new where to stop and not massage past a certain point, as I have been shocked in the past by other massage therapists. You would be in very capable hands if you decide to give Rachelle a try.
A wonderful place to receive a superb massage from Lidia who is an experienced, excellent, kind, warm and courteous Holistic Therapist and Massage Therapist. A very relaxing atmosphere. We booked for 4 people. 3 massage ladies (room 3, and 2 downstairs) were very rude. They did massage for 50 min instead of 60 min. One massage lady who was in charge of closing the store kept insisting that we leave the spa right after spa since she had to close the store. We explained that we are waiting for our ride which is nearby. She was cursing us and threw her keys on the table in anger and forcing us out. We said gave us a few minutes, she was very rude and intimidating. She said go walk to the coffee store. It was -6 degrees outside on a winter night. Our ride arrived in 4 min, and she was cursing us. Horrible horrible service. I wish I would not have given a $20 tip. Avoid this spa.
I had an amazing experience at Bahn Thai Spa! The Traditional Thai Massage and Wellness Centre is a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. Awful customer service. Wish I could give them a 0. I got a massage done by some lady ( can’t recall her name). And half the time she was sitting on my feet and pressing up against me instead of ACTUALLY massaging. I get that they are tired but it’s not my fault they are overworked. She even ended my massage 3-4 minutes early and WHILE I’m changing she’s rudely setting up the massage bed for the next customer. She ended 5 minutes early when my husband had gotten a massage months prior, too. Super rude and ignorant. I ask the lady at the front for a receipt she tells me they don’t give receipts for walk ins. Ok fair enough… I tell her to search my number as I am a regular “member” and she has a hard time doing so, so she tells me what I’m asking her to do is not ok. Not sure why places like these always find a way to put blame on their clients.

Rachelle is a very experienced and skillful massage therapist. Had a few deep tissue massage sessions with her. She really nailed my pain points with proper amount of pressure. I always left feeling light in my body. The price is reasonable for downtown too. Don't miss out!

Attitude was absolutely horrid and disgusting. Asked about RMT over the phone and was told to go somewhere else and hung up on before I could even ask about a regular massage. It seems like it's a common occurrence based on other comments I've read. Whomever is answering the phone with this nasty attitude should be fired. I will not be going back here after this interaction.

My favorite place to get massage done the person I absolutely recommend. Her name is Yuki. She does an amazing job... I recommended her countless times to my clients and friends and family.. And they themselves have said she is amazing. The place is clean and immaculate, very inviting and calm. Definitely somewhere where you can relax.
I've been meaning to write a review for a while because Alex is amazing. I've been seeing him for a few months and he is always able to help relax my angry muscles. Even after my first massage I noticed huge improvement on range of motion and mobility. He is extremely professional and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended for deep tissue massage!
Rachelle is an amazing masseuse. I’ve been twice now and can honestly say it’s unreal I will definitely keep coming back! She puts you into a place of such deep relaxation - one of if not the best massages I’ve ever had.

Spent my birthday at this spa. Booked the ayurveda package to balance your mind and body, added a scalp massage too. Treatments were all done amazing!! Especually the turmeric Ginger scrub... my entire skin was so soft and smooth... really helped with dryness. The full body kensa massage with ayurveda oils was exactly what was needed... the esthetician/rmt provided excellent services and her techniques were very effective on my body. Thank you for the birthday treat!
Guys stay away from this place .You will end up getting rip off .Especially if you see Jiya avoid her at any cost .In between service she will ask for extra $$$ and put you in a place that you will have no choice .So save your money than visiting this place at any cost .

The word AMAZING is not enough!!! , Best massage therapy I have ever had . This is my second session with James Gough and was really professional and knew what to do to relieve my shoulder pain . He applied different pressure and massage directions and techniques and also taught me different exercises to stretch my muscles . Definitely not my last time and I’ll be coming again and again !

I signed up for a stress and relaxation massage and the masseuse was accommodating and pleasant. Her skill in relaxation had put me to sleep! I've been a client for several years and have seen a few different RMTs, all amazing. For the past year and a half I've been seeing Colleen regularly and can't say enough great things about her! She is committed to learning together about what works best for clients' particular issues and is so warm, communicative, and caring. The location is also great, so central, easy to access by transit or quite reliable paid street parking. Highly recommend a visit and so glad Mountainview opened a location in Mount Pleasant!
I went for the “Personal Retreat” experience today and it was wonderful. This service includes a massage, facial and pedicure. When reading all the treatment descriptions beforehand I was especially excited to have a scalp massage included however sadly I didn’t get one (the only disappointment to my service). I had Tina and she was great! She noted the issues with my sciatica and some intense knots in my back and loosened them up immensely. I have yet to be disappointed by any of the treatments I have had at the magnolia spa, they treat you well and provide a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I come back to Victoria.

Went for a body scrub massage with Joao and it was amazing. Left me feeling relaxed and my skin felt amazing. He was very professional and the place was clean and tranquil. This was my first ever massage and now I realize that I’ve been missing out. Wish I lived in Toronto because I’d go every week!! I will definitely be back on my next trip

We didn’t really have a choice between male and female. It’s was very sloppy, rushed and weird. If you’re used to massages at nicer resorts you might want to skip on this massage. Waste of money. I walked out before my 90 minutes was up!

I moved to Toronto in 2017, I have gone to over 30 people for massages and I finally found Rachelle. She really makes you feel you’re being taken care of. Usually when I got massages from other places I always felt there was something missing. They would concentrate on some parts but leave the rest which always made me feel something was missing. When you go for a massage to Rachelle you’re going to come out feeling fully satisfied, she gives you attention and the care that you really need in a massage. You would feel relaxed and rejuvenated! I moved to Ottawa but I come all the way to Toronto because there is no one like her. Highly recommended! She is the best!

Right from the smell to the music and the aesthetic, every thing was on point. We loved the massage. It was well done and all our concerns were addressed. Definitely coming back again!!

From the moment I entered the room, I was taken care of. She was incredibly knowledgeable and used a variety of different techniques to ensure that all my muscle tension was relieved. She was very good at finding areas that I didn't even know needed attention. Also very attentive to my needs, checking to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I absolutely loved her massage technique! I received a full body massage “combination massage”. I love how she incorporates singing bowls and makes it a full relaxation session! Had an amazing session today! The waxing was much better than I imagined (this is my first wax ever), thanks to Marcos' excellent skill and his constant adjustment to my threshold. Then came the 90-min massage session by Joao. I had had lots of massage before and guaranteed this was top notch! Right amount of pressure, attention to details (he didn't leave out an inch of my aching body) and I loved how he always landed my arms and legs down gently after finishing with them. Prompt email response, professional manner, clean and tidy place. Highly recommended.
First time getting waxed, really painless, Marco did a great job, was very thorough, and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable.

After receiving a whole body massage by Lidia, I feel refreshed with restored well-being. In addition, Lidia is so knowledgeable about healthy lifestyle and exercises to improve one’s physical health. It is a self- centered joy and an education to spend time with her. There are more services that I want to try at Amethyst. I feel confident in recommending Lidia as a wonderful practitioner.

Amazing experience - All the RMTs are very kind and professional. They are very attentive before, during and after the massage to ensure it is meets the needs of my body for the given session. Having the option to have the bed heated is such a nice touch to make it cozy for those cool and wet days.
Nice girl in the wrong business, very nervous. Asked for more money after she started. Very hard to understand her English. Just Sad
I have been feeling sluggish during the past couple of days and came across Rebalance 4 Men, as I was searching for massage places. I am extremely glad that I took the chance and booked. Joao was very responsive and was kind enough to accommodate my last minute booking. The body scrub massage felt amazing and it seemed like one of the best 2-hours of my life! I lost count of the number of time I fell asleep during the session. I hope I wasn’t snoring! Thanks so much for that outstandingly relaxing body scrub massage. My skin never felt this smooth and I never felt this reinvigorated. I am ready to face a new day feeling more recharged! I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend.

The treatment room looks professional yet comfortable. Joao was very professional and my skin felt soft and reinvigorated afterwards. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! One of the best massages I have ever received. I booked with Arielle last minute last week after I really aggravated my neck and back. She’s awesome! She really listens and focuses on areas you really need work on. Very professional but relaxed. I love that I can book last minute online - so convenient. Not only is the space quiet and beautiful, the staff are extremely talented and friendly. This is my go-to spot now, and I’m so happy that I found Mountainview!
