I've travelled extensively and this is THE Worst airport I've been in! They just made a new international terminal and it's a huge disappointment to say the least! There are not many seats available at the gates, yet there is ample room for comfortable seating. There are hills you have to pull your bags up with only one moving sidewalk. So sad that such a beautiful city has such an inefficient airport. Whom ever designed the new terminal should be held accountable...how this passed final approval is beyond comprehension! There was no way to pull the blinds to shield the sun in our eyes, and lastly there were not many plug available seats.
This is one of my favorite airports. It's well seafood and has all the things a traveler could need without being over done like a mall (Toronto Airport 🤮)

Hit up LB Taphouse for some funky cocktails and the best beer selection in the airport.
This is a very nice airport, but there were a few gate changes while we were making our connection through YYC, but that comes with any major airport. The transport vehicles in-terminal were very handy from getting to the A gates to the C gates. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Very pleasant time connecting through YYC and will look forward to the next time I visit!
If it wasn’t for the convenience I wouldn’t use this airport. For the entire winter its a 50/50 shot at best you will get back home. It seems they don’t own a snow plow or something because every time there’s a snow flake or a rain drop in the air they cancel all flights. Never experienced this with any other airport. Be prepared to be stranded in random cities because the airlines won’t help you out if flights are canceled to weather and the London airport cancels flights for weather all the time.
Calgary airport is one of the cleanest airports I've ever been to. More than enough people to help you when you need it. When you compare this airport from airports from other countries, you really begin to realize how much better it is.
Much better than Toronto, less hassle, short lines. If only Varadero, Cuba was as good. Sunwing staff was working hard as it was their first flight this winter from London. Food and drink prices are atrocious with little selection.
Calgary international airport has all the features you would expect from one of Canada’s major airports. There are lots of places to eat, a duty free, money exchanges and lots of aircraft parked around the gates. I enjoyed looking at the view of downtown Calgary while waiting for my flight. They even have a private in airport tram that provides passengers a ride to save time and energy walking the long strips of the airport terminals.

There is also staff wearing white cowboy hats and they are very happy to help. The problem is there are only a few of them and I couldn’t find them when I needed help.

If there was something I would change is they should have map displays of the airport showing where special things are located, such as; money exchanges, the information desk and the airport lounges. I wasted a lot of time looking for the hotel bus shuttle phone and that frustration could have been mitigated with this airport map displayed on floor level.

I enjoyed my brief time in Calgary and at YYC. If you like my reviews, photos or videos then giddy up and hop along to the like button
The airport was nice and clean! Not enough choices for restaurants! Checking in to go to the US was very fast!
Small, smooth, fast. I had a very easy arrival and departure. Lovely city with a quaint airport. Probably not great for layovers since it's so small.
This airport is very efficient. Have transited through 3x times & it’s quite smooth every time. They have a dedicated Air Canada security terminal which helps significantly with speed. Good, ergonomic seats with comfy seats on them.
Really good airport, easy to find your way around. Lots of self service check-in terminals for boarding cards and baggage check-in. Really good choice of eateries airside and some good local duty free drinks. Found a whisky from the Turner Valley distillery we had visited a few days earlier.
This has to be one of the worst airports that I have been to.

Every time I have to transit through here, there are delays or issues. Sometimes it's baggage related, sometimes it's flight logistics, sometimes they forget to refuel the plane so you have to sit there for 40 minutes after you board so they can do that. I've never had a seamless journey through YYZ, and I've connected through there over 50 times in the last decade. It's always something.

You would think I'd learn my lesson after all these years, but this last trip was finally enough to give me the push I needed to boycott this airport moving forward. I will now only connect through Montreal or Ottawa in the future.

I guess there is a reason it's rated as one of the worst airports in the world.
Very decent , functional and practical airport. From the moment you step out of plane everything is very well organised and signed posted, so you can find your way around very easily. If you are coming from overseas strongly recommend to pre fill electronic CBSA declaration either online or on the app which will save you a long queue. Upon coming to immigration hall there are multiple automated kiosks, where you scan your passport, get a picture taken and you are good to go, without need to wait. After picking up your luggage in the way out you will find big information desk, quite a clever idea! If you need a local SIM card there is a shop just after exiting on right hand side. Rode share pickup is conveniently located outside on left side just few steps away. On departure plenty of shops and places to eat with some nice and decent choices from restaurants to cafes.
London Airshow 2023 was great, saw some improvements in organization compared to the last year. Not many people crossed zones to occupy others space. Parking space has been adequate and accurate, more volunteers are in positions and was well trained. Gates could be opened earlier than it was, so people could have more relaxed time for ground display. Merchandise could more versatile, rather than just tee shirts and hats. Besides, the tee shirts are not in good quality, feels cheap, won't last long, given they are quite expensive already. Pizza vendors left too early, people may want to buy again in the afternoon before the show is over.
We were there for SkyDrive 2023 Airshow, and it was amazing as last year. We enjoyed a lot.
Great overall airport. It is nice where you don’t have to take a shuttle. Employee are efficient.

The most important item to remember is if you are traveling as a family to make sure to separate your toiletries into different carry on or backpacks. You can only have enough to put in a small ziplock bag for each carry on or backpack. Airport security will check your bags.
This is a small but functional airport and with a nice interior. There are plenty of places to sit and rest, drink coffee or eat something in the various restaurants.

The exit for flights to the US is separated from international flights. Everything went smoothly when I arrived to this airport and when I left. Thumbs up!
A nice airport with interesting installations inside. The floor of the airport are covered all around by carpet. In many places it’s dirty already by frequently using. The signs are in three languages- English, French and Chinese. Easy to get to the needed point. The staff is supportive.
Vancouver International Airport is an outstanding transportation hub that truly connects travelers seamlessly to various modes of transportation. Whether you're arriving or departing, you'll find a well-integrated system that makes your journey super convenient.

The SkyTrain Canada Line, directly connected to the airport, provides a quick and affordable link to downtown Vancouver. It's a breeze to hop on and off, even with luggage in tow. The extensive network of buses further expands your reach, making it easy to explore the entire region.
Plenty of good eats in terminal one while you’re waiting for people to arrive on the many different airlines that park at terminal one. Was there on a Wednesday at about 5 o’clock plenty of space to walk around lots of seats to sit in very clean airport terminal . Everything clearly marked easy to find where you’re going.
The airport is dirty and in disrepair, with most of its lights not working leaving dark hallways and no signage.the escalators are either not working or on the brink of failing. Staff is unwilling to help with most standing just off to the side talking and dismissing people in need of help
Very busy, big, beautiful and organized airport. Thousands of passengers and crews are traveling around the globe from this airport. The entire airport is very neat and clean. Washrooms are super clean with all supplies. However I find water bottle filling station is not very users friendly. Tons of restaurants for all types of passengers. Many amusement, lots of natural lighting, very comfortable seats make easy for the travellers. Very detailed and easy signage all over the airport. Easy access to Pay parking, shuttle ride, rental vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable ground staff.
The international departure lounge is really nice. Spacious, modern, comfortable, multiple seating types, aquarium, good retail and F&B, lots of natural light, it feels friendly and approachable, great place to spend some time before a long flight
What a great airport! I flew to Las Vegas yesterday on the 3:35 flight. The staff are so nice yet strict. They have Tim Hortons!!! I bought a shirt from the shop at the entrance. They have a designated smoking section out front thank you. It was easy to maneuver around. There was an employee working around E94 and I was on her side. The customers were in the wrong and blocking the path, and weren’t following her orders. She gets an A+. Hope to be back again soon!
Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport
I highly recommended
people on Sunday impatience ,,, need to stretch your legs instead using the WiFi
The busiest Sunday in a full capacity
Top natch service from Air Canada
Clean and neat Airport
The price is comparable
Spectacular they deserve all stars
The Calgary International Airport (YYC) is a great Canadian airport. It has a few lounges, is clean and modern, and is easy to navigate. The only downside is that the US border will take a while to cross before you can enter the terminal. If you have precheck, you can skip the line at security but you still have to take off your shoes and take out your laptop.
Vancouver Airport is a fantastic choice for travelers. I was impressed by its cleanliness, as the entire facility was spotless. The comfortable seating and overall ambiance made it a pleasant place to be. What stood out to me the most were the large glass windows, which not only provided ample natural light but also offered great views of the surrounding area. It was refreshing to enjoy the bright and airy atmosphere while waiting for my flight. Overall, Vancouver Airport provided a delightful experience.
If you’re a travel enthusiast like me, then this is the airport you want to go to. While most people hate the crowded atmosphere and the long lines, that’s actually the fun part for me. Cal me crazy but the airport and airplane are more fun than the actual destination. You could be going to billy bishop, or Singapore and it would be just the same. 10/10 airport
ok airport, two small for a major city. place gets crowded and lineups are long through checkins and security. But love the large windows over looking the apron (if you managed to get a space near a window)
My favourite airport in Canada, very chilled with lots of space. Its the contrast to the ever hectic Toronto International airport. You can get a bite to eat at the public facing food court which has a Tim Hortons, A&W, Japanese cuisine and more. After the security checks there is lots of space at the gates and some food options for all budget ranges from Wendy's to fancy restaurant. Toilets are well maintained and I found them to be always reasonably clean.
This airport (like all American airports) follow piece concept instead of Weight concept. That means , if your air line allow 2 Check-in bags of Max weight 23 kg each, then you cannot carry more than 2 bags even if the total weight is less than 46 kg(23+23).

On international passengers arrival, they have digital kiosk to fill your declaration on arrival in Canada which is very user friendly.
Great Airport Clean,Good service,I got to return my rental car easily. Ranked in my experience traveling by Airplane this airport deserves a #3 best airports ranking I've been to. The staff is very friendly and the Bathrooms are also nice and the immigration Is so nice like Ontario living in the future.
As far as airports go, this one has a lot of positives. The sculptures and displays are gorgeous. It is hospitable and easy to navigate.

It could have a better food court and shopping scene, especially at night.

The parents room could do with art and a music option you can access digitally (e.g., choose from a selection of music options to play while you are breastfeeding). It would be nice to have the sanctuary vibe be more prominent. At present, it is a bit bland and sparsely decorated, and not very homey. It has a bit of an accidental furniture storage room vibe. On the other hand, the chairs are comfy and the mirrors and counters are useful, it's good that there are plugs for if you need to pump, heat a bottle, or charge devices.
The most confusing and crowded airport I've been to. If it's your first time here, don't be afraid to ask for assistance. They have very helpful staff, they assisted me with all my needs. You have to check in your own bags at one of their many kiosk. They have strict guidelines as to oversize luggage, which you then have to check in at a separate line. If you have a morning flight, I recommend getting there 3-4 hours early, or you will miss your flight. The tsa lines are insane.
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the airport is quite clean and spacious with enough seating, and it's great to see the local culture displayed through various works of art. On the other hand, the airport seems to struggle with managing large crowds, especially during peak travel seasons. The check-in and security processes can become overly time-consuming, causing stress for travelers with close connections. The airport could also benefit from more charging stations and improved WiFi. The public transport connection to the city is commendable, though. All in all, it's a functional airport, but there's room for improvement.
The design of the airport is nice, with natural light falling in making it very bright and cosy. Shops and cafes are very well organized. Water fountains are outside bathrooms, very easy to access. Bathrooms are clean and there's one compartment that is big enough for a trolley to get in. Very convenient.
I deducted one star for the rude behaviors that I encountered at the security check. The staff's instructions were unclear, and she was not helpful at all. I think one shouldn't expect friendly behaviors at security checks in North America, as my past travel experiences told.
This airport is very crowded. Not very well designed. Gates are congested. There are not too many lounge options if you are flying to the United States. Public transportation is amazing. For $11 you can travel from the airport to downtown.
Very beautifully laid out airport with the beautiful traditional, local Indigenous artwork throughout its interior inside the terminal.

The terminal is enormous, though equipped with adequate signage for easy navigating through each gate zone in the terminal.

Lots of shops and places to eat. Many seating areas to rest and charge your devices, get a nice panoramic view surrounding the airport to the city.

One of the best international airports I had the pleasure of spending my long layover to connect to my next flight during my recent trip and look forward to passing through here again on my next trip in western Canada.
I’m giving this a five star review solely on their golf cart shuttles! Great drivers and such a fun way to get around the airport. There was a really long line at the security checkpoint for the C gates and I was told to go through the D gate checkpoint which was a lot faster with way less people.

This is probably a reminder for me, but to remember to take out laptops and all liquids into a clear bag no more than 100ml.

A very clean airport, everything here looks incredibly new and well kept.
Fabulous, Fantastic, Awesome 👌🏻 not sure which word will perfectly match for airport hospitality and amenities.

Well maintained and guidance's.

All bags are received in good condition 🙏

Smooth Kiosks and immigration, all welcoming staff.

Bottom line top good international Airport it is 🛫. Then and there some issues for others, my point is to be prepared for your travel then no issues.
I love flying in and out of London. It is clean, convenient for my needs, the staff are friendly and helpful, and best of all, it's not Toronto Pearson International!

For many people travelling to the populated areas in the central South Western Ontario region, London is the ideal and most convenient destination or point of departure. Did I mention it is not Toronto?

My only recommendation is that the internal sound system in the departure area needs to be upgraded immediately.

With the current public address system, the sound echoes back into the microphone at the departure counter and is becomes distorted beyond comprehension.

I could see the look of confusion on the faces of the waiting passengers as they tried to decipher what was being said, to assess if the information being broadcast related to their flight.

The confusion was beyond obvious; so much so that frustrated flight staff had to run up and down the lines, physically yelling these instructions to the passengers looking to board their respective flights.

With three separate aircraft boarding around the same time, the instructions being provided by each airline were horribly garbled and of little value to those waiting travellers.

I am sure this could be an "easy fix" with the acoustic technology available today. The improvement will be welcome and greatly appreciated by the passengers and staff alike.

Keep up the great work you do in making London Airport a location of choice for the flying public.

Cheers to you.
I am delighted to share my positive experience with Vancouver International Airport, as my friend had the opportunity to work there in the past. The airport, renowned for its exceptional facilities and services, truly sets the bar high when it comes to creating a seamless travel experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Vancouver International Airport to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free travel experience.
I’ve Traveled the World over 100 countries for Canada is airport was a Big Disappointment. It was not very easy to navigate. The directions signs are confusing.
Not easy to Find my Airline Porter, Not easy to find Restrooms, Not many people to help.
So I asked airline Employees & Flight Crew for Help. The Flight crew were very helpful in helping. Even another Passenger asked me for help which I said Sorry I’m lost as well. I don’t know we’re you would get your flight to London as It wasn’t marked well. The baggage claim. Was a zoo, worst then Disneyland. There were People everywhere
All the luggage came in sat the same time from five different airlines on the same belt. There were so many people down there looking at 1:30 in the morning also it smelled because people have been flying forever to get to Canada. A Nightmare
Big airport with lots of crowd. Unexpectedly there was a magic show right after the security check, which was pretty entertaining to see. There is also a free cinema room for passengers waiting for their flight. Overall, there are different things to keep you busy before your departure.
This was the worst airport I've ever encountered and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. First our flight through air Canada was cancelled suddenly due to crew shortages after waiting multiple hours of delays. We were told to leave through customs, get our bags and receive vouchers for hotel, taxi, and food. Finding our baggage was utter chaos. Baggage was scattered everywhere. Eventually we found our bags on a random gate that did not have our flight listed.
Air Canada gets a -10 star review for how poor the service was. Only 40$ CAD and 1 hotel night for almost 48 hour layover.
Any good review you see here has to be an AI generated fake review. Avoid Montreal airport at all costs.
For leisure or work travel, Montreal's airport is always a pleasure to visit. It's always clean, well staffed and it's nicely decorated. The check-in was quick and efficient. The duty free shop is always a good place for last minute souvenirs.
We were there to pick someone up. 1. We were relieved it wasn't a massive airport. 2. Awesome placement of restrooms(right inside the doors). 3. Two employees, pleasantly, checked in with us, to see if they could be of assistance. This was well received as this excellent service is rare these days. 3. It was clean(including the ladies rest room) & has been tastefully renovated recently. 4. No long wait for deplaning after arriving. 5. Everything was, as it should be, everywhere.
Thank you.. & Keep up the good work.
Bright, well designed airport. Amazing immigration experience. Only the restrooms were not clean and a bit smelly.
It is also interesting and kid friendly
When an airport gets so big that it needs its security to ride bikes to cover one part (i.e., gates for international travellers already through customs), I'm not sure it is adding as much convenience to the customers/flyers who utilize it. With that said, and the reality that it looks like they're building further onto this airport), I think this is one of the better large airports I've utilized. They have all the same amenities (incl. dramatically overpriced food) that other airports have, but the Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) has a smaller airport feel, and has done an admirable job of hiding its size behind a more comfortable aesthetic and friendly staff.
Easy to navigate, friendly staff, good food. Great car rental or ground transportation, also has a local ltc stop. Security was fast and friendly
Tornado Pearson International Airport is large with a lot of signage . Thank for clear signage. They staff are out and about to assist to your gates. TSA into the USA is a breeze. This is one the fastest TSA I’ve experienced. Gate setting had plenty of seating as we waited for the boarding announcement. We took a tram onto the flight tarmac to our plane we’re we were allowed to either board the front of the plane or the back of the plane. This was one of the fastest boarding I have experienced. Thank you Air Canada 🇨🇦
There are some decent shops here, but everything is quite pricey. The staff at this terminal are not friendly. The three individuals working customs were THE WORST employees I’ve ever seen! They were grabbing people’s luggage and tossing everything around, they were yelling at this elderly couple and they were absolutely cruel to the woman. They talked down to everyone. They really should consider different line of work because they should not deal with the public.
Beautiful and clean airport! You can find good places to eat and have a good coffee while you wait for your flight. Efficient service and safe! Respectful staff also.
I've been the airshow here 7 times, it's that best one I've been too, with the static air displays , you can't get any better in Canada in my opinion, staff are friendly and talking to pilots are military personnel is an amazing experience, highly recommend.
Really neat, small airport, with plenty of elements to discover that an aviation enthusiast will love! Only complaint is that the public transit bus route to the airport does not operate during weekends (what!?). I heard they recently opened a plane spotting park, would love to check that out the next time I'm in town.
What a great show 👏 👌... it was a full house.. very well organized event.. this was my first visit with family and they absolutely loved it. Lot of exhibits from air force .... we were there for 6 hrs and still were not able to go to all... RED zone was the best viewing area..already looking forward to next one 👌
Always happy to arrive home to this beautiful airport. It's light, bright, easy to navigate and well staffed with helpful people. There is lots of gorgeous and fun art work to enjoy. The domestic arrivals area allowed us to see our relatives while we waited briefly for our checked luggage. The free luggage buggies are handy and got us to the parking lot easily.
