It was my first time there. Ordered online. Was pretty easy. When I got there it was ready, and it was packaged in a very nice bag. Then you open the bag, and there is a beautiful box that contains my order that writes “made with love”. I’ll say , if we are talking about presentation, they 1000% do it with love. The taste is pretty good too. I would say, don’t eat straight out of the box without using a plate cause it’s not too sturdy. But otherwise first experience was great. 😊
Staff was very friendly and overall just had a pleasant experience! Food was made on the spot and served hot and created to look aesthetically pleasing and good! Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth or just crave desert!
This would be a good location for take-out, but not so much for dining in. Also keep in mind, because everything is made fresh, it takes about 25 minutes for your food.
I came here on a Saturday morning with a friend. Unfortunately, about half the items on the menu were unavailable due to low inventory of ingredients.
The pancakes were delicious! But the serving size was quite small. It was about $20 for 2 soufflé pancakes and an americano. I would come here again for dessert after a meal, or afternoon tea.

No frills type of diner.
When I went it was super busy and as I went solo, I was given the table right by the toilets (not ideal but I can't complain as I got a table to myself!)
Service is fast and friendly! I opted for eggs (poached and soft), rye bread, and a small fruit salad, plus a coffee. Coffee is a bottomless cup. It came quickly and was the perfect size for something light.
Surprisingly (and delightfully) they had alternative dairy milk, so I had oat milk with my coffee. Hurray!

Sooo comforting! I got the California eggs benedict and we also had the breakfast plate with peameal bacon on the side. They were both delicious. And yes benedict comes with 3 eggs! They were perfectly poached. I loooved the hash brown. The coffee was good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
You can see the kitchen through a glass and experience breakfast in progress. It makes it very homey and relaxed. Definitely recommend their breakfast. Thank you!

The food is great. The company did a great job at crafting their croffle recipes with popular flavours for everyone to enjoy. I definitely recommend Fuwa Fuwa as a go-to dessert spot for croffles.
However, their service was atrocious and the cleanliness of their seating inside the mall was horrific. I ordered a single Biscoff Croffle and waited 25 minutes for it to be made and delivered in a small paper tray that completely ruined the aesthetic of the dessert. I didn't even want to take a picture since the presentation looked so unappetizing. Meanwhile, the two ladies who were served before us got their food served on a wooden tray. This already soured the mood before even taking a bite.
The croffle was soft and crunchy at the same time. The toppings were light and not overwhelmingly sweet, which paired well with the softness of the dough. But unfortunately, the workers need to learn a thing or two from the recipe because they were far from sweet and I may go as far as to describe their behavior as bitter, as they gave off the impression that they were miserable, didn't enjoy their job, and that they just wanted to end their day as soon as possible.
After eating, I asked for an extra napkin and when I went to toss out the napkin in the garbage bin that they provided for their customers along the side of the store, I got told off by one of the workers. She yelled, "You can't be back there" from across the establishment and gave me the nastiest glare, when I took at most 5 seconds to wipe my face off and dispose the napkin. This just topped off the already unpleasant experience and urged me to write this review as I can't get my mind off of what happened without venting through Google Reviews.
I would recommend Fuwa Fuwa as a restaurant, but I would not recommend visiting this location specifically. The staff themselves don't even want to be there-- so why would you? Their service was rude and discriminatory, and the common areas were not kept clean-- especially the floors and table tops. It was a horrible first experience at Fuwa Fuwa, but I would definitely like to check out other restaurants where the people are trained better and aren't so miserable.
I also don't know why I tipped $1 for a $7 croffle that was delivered to me on a paper tray. This experience made me really regret tipping and have caused me to rethink about tipping in small establishments with little to no service.

I've been here twice. It's a small spot. Very cozy. Both times our order came out very fast and exactly as ordered. The staff is super friendly and very efficient.

Overall the pancake tasted good. Kind of wish they didn't stack it since the bottom pancake gets no toppings. The location is inside the mall in an open space area, so it is more noisy than the location.
I've been going to "Figs" for a few years now and always provides a satisfying breakfast with the large portions and made to order. If you decide to order the "Benny" it comes in 3 set poach eggs so be hungry.
The service is amazing, always friendly, and making sure you got your coffee cup filled and condiments in hand.
The atmosphere on the weekdays is relaxing and weekends well can be a bit crowded like most breakfast places on the weekend but you won't have to wait longer than maybe 20mins.

a place that deserves attention. it is a must to visit. good selection of yummy, at a great price. The portions are very large, even for an adult it is difficult to eat them. few places for tables, people are constantly and they do not have enough space. purely. besides sweets, they also make sanwiches for those who don't like itsweets. )) a small parking lot. who does not follow the figure walks every day) it's very sweet
We tried the Champion and the Waffle Bites. Both the items were a perfect blend of sweetness and yumminess. Not to mention, the desserts also looked so mouthwatering in terms of appearance. Also I must mention the staff were really welcoming and friendly. We plan to visit them again.
Delicious fluffy Japanese pancakes - over a dozen different flavours to choose from. Fast service with limited seating. Great for having a quick bite with friends.
Lots to love about this place. Straightforward breakfast, with lots of love put behind it - Benedict comes with three eggs, and all breakfasts come with hash browns + home fries for example. Foods always fresh and hot and prices are fair. Service is always great. It’s the neighbourhood breakfast spot and I hope that doesn’t change

I recommend anything salmon, but honestly, everything was on point.
I recommend going early especially on the weekend because of lineups and they’ll only seat you if your whole party is there.

Excellent Soufle pancake. Very large Waffle with plenty of fresh fruit and a big scoop of ice cream. Strawberry and Yuzu Asian citrus drinks were very good.
Service was a little slow nut as cooked from scratch it was worth the wait

Ordered the traditional strawberries and whipped cream and tiramisu croffles. They taste exactly as they are named, a croissant waffle with awesome toppings. I enjoyed the traditional more than the tiramisu. They took about 10 minutes to makes but you are made aware and we sat down and took in the scenery in the mall. They are reasonably priced and I would go back to try other items on the menu.
Super experience. I always see the place next to the Walmart entrance/exit inside the STC complex as I come for shopping but now when I tried it, it simply blowed me away from the flavour and freshness of the items that I ordered. I went for the mango latte and tiramisu pancake. Just wow. From the presentation to the service, I enjoyed it to the last bite. I was served by Marge. She did a good professional job in preparation and service. There is seating available here too.
Best value for local brunch downtown. The prices cannot be beat and the portions are very generous. That being said, although the French Toast and California Eggs Benedict dishes were tasty, they didn’t exactly stand out. The sausage is delicious but the potatoes are lacking. I found the hollandaise sauce to be a tad weak in flavour. Quick turnaround and friendly neighbourhood vibe.
Benny anyone? Well if you love a great eggs Benny this is the place. Have it with smoked salmon, Avocado, classic peameal, steak and I am sure if you asked for sausage they would do it. This place is a classic and delicious diner. Probably the best fries anywhere. It’s friendly and clean and all things good. Burgers are messy and delicious. It’s simply one of the fun diners that are still around and you won’t break the bank eating here.
The food was great! Rich and chocolatey. One of the best quality chocolates ever. The place and food looked beautiful. Very clean and nice service. the staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends and family.
I advise all students and families to try this brunch, fast service, delicious sweets and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
We ordered Eclipse and Sweetheart crepe. The crepe filling was delicious and good presentation. My husband didn’t like the eclipse much but again taste preference. The reason for 3 stars is the cleanliness and carelessness of the staff. I am not sure but the outside main garbage area was overflowing which led the stinky smell inside the shop whenever door opened. Not just outside but we went around 9:40-10:00pm and there was only one group sitting but all the other empty tables were not cleaned, food on the floor, bathroom not in good condition. Dessert prep girl forgot my crepe order and when I realized that it isn’t coming I had to ask for it and by then my husband has finished his waffle. Staff I am not sure they were having a good lean time which is fine as long as the sitting area is all clean and other chores are done. The girl preparing the desserts was on her phone which led me to think that ya she forgot my crepe because I didn’t see her prepping after the waffle. CLEANLINESS plays a major part always because it just sets you off especially when it’s all empty and staff didn’t care much and I have the photos but it won’t be fair for the business owner to have these posted. Sorry my dessert was delicious and amazing presentation but I am not coming back, I do apologize.
As you can see in the picture we have ordered a variety of desserts from this place. It was delicious; the quality of food was good as well and decent price. Representation of food is really good. Reason for 4 stars is; customer service was okay; Not paid much attention to order. Hope to visit soon.
Edit to add: the owner is really nice and acknowledged that the shake was a genuine mistake from the server. He gave us complimentary eclipse dessert (an absolute must have for chocolate lovers) and churros.
Had a funnel cake which was good, however the kinder milkshake that I ordered was way different from what it looked on the menu and a disappointment unfortunately.No kinder chocolate on the top even after I asked them, the server just told me that it didn't come with it.
