My 14 month old son and I have been attending the little gym since he was around 6 months old and I absolutely love attending each week with him! The staff are all very kind and knowledgeable. I have seen tremendous growth in him both physically and emotionally through the curated themes each week. Ms. Mari was an amazing teacher when our son was in the bugs class and showed us lots of exercises we can do specifically tailored to our son. Now Miss Emma is our teacher for the birds class and we enjoy her bubbly and kind personality. We are so excited to continue to make more memories at the Little Gym!

We LOVE little gym! My daughters have built up their confidence so much and are so excited to try new things! The teachers are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
We have had our daughter at Little Gym for the past three years and it has been great! The coaches are amazing instructors and people - they love your child right from the start!
We could not be happier with our experience at The Little Gym. All of the instructors are amazing ! The time they take with all the kids and the way they make the kids feel comfortable is awesome. I love that they are able to deal with anyone hurting themselves or the kids getting upset without involving the parents it’s truly amazing .

My kids absolutely LOVE the little gym! The coaches are so patient, caring and knowledgeable! Worth every penny when you see the smiles on their faces!
Our daughter has been going to Little Gym for almost 3 years now and we just LOVE everything about this place! Can’t say enough good things about their curriculum and the staff! A true gem in London!
I cannot start to say how much I appreciate every syngle one of you. I do not want so single out one person as you are all absolutely fantastic ! I have a spirited autistc child who needs a lot of different understanding and views. You made her, and me, her mom, absolutely fantastic and confident. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
We signed up for little gym because a couple friends had their kids in it and recommended it, but unfortunately our experience was terrible. Ms Mari reminds me of that elementary school teacher who favours the popular kids and if you aren’t one of the chosen few you’re forgotten about. I’m not sure what it is about our family that she’s decided she doesn’t like, but we’ve been treated differently since the very beginning. We were not given an introductory class which is customary, if we arrive a few minutes late we are given the cold shoulder or the silent treatment (we are dealing with babies who nap and go through sleep regressions sometimes it’s a struggle to be on time), and we were not allowed to book makeup classes despite my asking several times (their policy states that if you give 2+hrs notice for a missed class you can book a makeup class). Being a new parent is challenging enough without being told your child is “delayed”, our son has hit all milestones early and has no delays, he doesn’t need to be bullied before age 1. I understand my opinion may seem like it’s in the minority, but little gym is not for everyone and you may not have a magical time.
We absolutely love this centre. The staff have always been so supportive, honest, caring and very loving. They have played a huge role in my sons learning, and I cannot express how much grateful we are for their immense support. Shauna, Kristy and we will never forget Heather have just been awesome from day 1!!
What an amazing day! We went on a drizzly December so were the only ones in the park. This got us so much time with each animal and a private guided feeding tour. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Animals seem well looked after. The bunnies were my favourite, love how you can go right in and hang out with them ❤️🐰

This was such a nice festive experience! Definitely go if you are a new parent. Walking at night in between all the lights, surrounded by other friendly families amounted to a peaceful, exciting and safe evening. Our toddlers were into it. There were several fire pits available to sit by, the Tundra grill was open as well as various refreshment stands. People were playing glowing games available throughout the zoo, trying out glowing hula hoops, and getting lost in a small maze.
Our wedding at Kortright was beautiful, it's an absolutely stunning venue in the evening once all the bistro lights are turned on. The staff was all very kind and the food was delicious. I wouldn't change a thing about our day at Kortright. However, we were a bit thrown off because there was another wedding during the day we were uninformed about as well as a Halloween event on the grounds we were also uninformed about (during our reception). We were also stranded in the parking lot in the middle of the night after our wedding because their gate was not operating correctly.
These two things aside, it was otherwise a good choice in venue and we were happy with the outcome of our day.
My first time and the way people make you feel so safe and included. No one is an outsider or seen like there's something wrong, everyone is extremely nice and welcoming and the councillors make sure to go the extra mile to make it's fun and safe. I'm going every chance I get. You really make a family there
Had a wonderful time at Jungle Cat World with my family. Went on a Sunday and it wasn't so busy where you couldn't enjoy yourself or get a good view. Every animal was so close up which was delightful. Got to see the wolves and the lion/lioness get fed which was neat. Spent two hours just taking our time to see everything and we really loved seeing some animals roam freely amongst us. Mikey the Donkey was the star of the show. There's also a space where you can pet and feed the bunnies. Just a really happy experience. The cafe and gift shop seemed to be closed but washrooms were open. Will definitely come back in the summer time!
An absolutely electrifying experience! It was surreal! We've never see animals like these ever before, and in such a close proximity. The feeding tour at 1:30PM was thrilling while the sweet lady fed the animals she also gave us so much exciting information about the animals, they had such an amazing bond! I highly recommend visiting, especially with kids. They also give these small packets of pellets which you can feed the friendly donkey, bunnies and llamas. The kind old lady who owns the place was very welcoming and sweet.
What an amazing place to visit and experience. All of the animals are so happy and have bonded to their loving keepers. Completed the Behind the Scenes experience with the amazing Jesse, who you can tell is super passionate about her role. Fed a gorgeous striped hyena named Ed, howled with Loki the wolf, and fed Belak the stunning snow leopard. Jesse spent time explaining everything about the animals, and its safe to say this is not the last time I'll visit! You can also watch their daily feeding at 1:30pm and learn about the different animals, and pet bunnies, goat, a donkey and alpacas that roam throughout the sanctuary!! Thank you for being such an amazing sanctuary to these well-loved angels.
I had a great time setting up a wedding today at Kortight! Such a beautiful place! Jeffrey provided us with outstanding customer service! We thank you!
The Jungle Cat world wildlife park was a pleasant surprise. The alpacas, donkey and rabbits were gentle and friendly. My daughter loved petting them. The lions, Tigers, Puma, wolves, snow Leapord are majestic. All animals are well fed and looked after. We could watch them feeding and it was awesome to watch them up close. The washrooms were clean. There are lodges to stay for the night. I will love to try the lions den lodge next time.
What a great way to enjoy a nice October day in Winnipeg.
Several areas were unavailable due to the 'BOO AT THE ZOO' event that started this weekend and runs til Halloween. (But that fantastic event is worth it)
Fantastic enclosure improvements since I was last here. Particularly liked the seals and polar bear areas. The most active other animals by far were the Amur tigers and the monkeys. We also enjoyed an active look at the wolves and arctic fox.
BOO, 07/10/2023 We went to BOO at the Zoo with our grandkids. It was very very good. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and we did almost everything that was available. We had hot chocolate at the tundra restaurant. The grandkids said it was really good. Very good staff and lots volunteers. The price we felt was reasonable for what we received. The parking lot was full but we were able to find a spot.

Tips:
Make sure dress warm and take mitts and a hat if you are going in the evening.
Be prepared to spend a lot of time walking so wear good shoes.
A Must-Visit in Winnipeg!

I had the pleasure of visiting the zoo in Winnipeg about a month before Halloween and was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful Halloween decorations adorning the place. The festive atmosphere only added to the overall experience.

The highlight for me was the polar bears. I’ve always been fond of them, and seeing so many in one place was truly a treat. But it wasn’t just about the polar bears; the zoo offers a diverse range of animals which captivated my attention throughout my visit.
Great people making a difference for sick kids life. Thanks a lot keep it that way!

Super!!!
A very beautiful place.
Lots of animals and nice atmosphere.
It is better to choose a not very hot day to visit the zoo, then most of the animals will not be hiding from the sun and you can enjoy it.
On site you can eat ice cream and have a snack in the cafe.
There is also a souvenir shop.
Great place for the whole family.
It was on my bucket list ✔️ & my 60th Birthday, to feed a few bigger kitties (not domestic). They are very well looked after, great staff, well knowledgeable and caring all around. Would definitely recommend at least a one night stay in one of the rooms, or even a day trip. We were in the Lions den a small apartment size and very cool....a must

Went to open house to see if there might be space for my child here, teacher literally laughed in my face. Not sure what the hype is all about. It's teachers that make great schools, and this teacher did not impress me at all. I'll take my money and kid elsewhere, thanks.
Nice place to take kids to learn about plants and animals, also nice for wedding photo shoots. Good spot for a picnic date. So many things to see and wander about. The park is big so alot of walking will be involved, unless you catch the shuttle service which is a very nice pleasant ride, the driver is very friendly and willing to provide directions. I enjoyed seeing the polar bear. Lots of parking available too.
Kortright was wonderful on a Saturday morning for hikes. The shop staffer was super helpful, describing different trails, taking a group photo for us, and helping with any and all questions!
oh wow
Is a good Zoo with many selection of animals from some different part of the world. We had a nice time and walk around the zoo. Not too big but its quite nice place. We had to see the Polar Beer which has an outdoor area. The Sally Farm and The Seal are amazing as well as the Dinosaur Park. Maybe could add some more activities area and more selection of restaurant.
Cannot say enough good things. My husband took me for my birthday. We stayed in the lion den and did the behind the scenes experience. The zoo itself is small but the animals are well cared for, seem happy, healthy and content. The experience was unbelievable. Jessie was an absolute gem. Seeing the animals interact with her speaks volumes.
The camp itself was great - my son had a lot of fun. However, we had left a raincoat among other rain gear with the camp per their suggestion for the 2 weeks he was there. He never wore the raincoat, yet it didn’t come home. He also lost his water bottle he would have used every single day there. I contacted them and they said they were unable to locate either. It’s frustrating since everything was clearly labelled and this hasn’t happened at any other camps he’s attended. Edit- I have updated my post and stars review as the raincoat was luckily located a few weeks after my son attended the camp. Then separately I got another call that his water bottle was located. I appreciated that the staff called to let me know and I was able to pick it up.

Our visit this summer was good, kids had fun and enjoyed different areas of the zoo. They liked the Polar Bear indoor structure. We had trouble finding it since there are no clear signs for it, even though it was in the map. It is located inside the building where the Tundra Grill Restaurant is. There are water refillable stations that spread throughout the zoo. The tram was nice too. The dinosaur exhibit is always a hit. The wildlife rescue was interesting, they had the turtle which the kids found amusing. The polar bears were visible and some wild cats. The seals are always fun to watch. One observation was areas that looks like it should have water for the animals seemed to be dry. Perhaps it is meant to be that way. It might look better if it had water especially when it is very hot and sunny ☀️. The other areas of improvement are the prices of the stuffies for the gift shop. It would sell more if it is reasonable but it is pricey. The visit was indeed a good experience.
Jungle Cat World is a small zoo/sanctuary for big cats. It's an incredible experience to visit and listen to the roaring lions and howling wolves, which is quite unique. The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and the place is perfect for a family outing with kids in Bowmanville. Notably, they have a friendly donkey, alpacas, and rabbits for petting. It's a very kid-friendly place. The behind-the-scenes tour is highly recommended, especially for nature enthusiasts. Both local and exotic wildlife are showcased, making it a super fun and educational day for kids. The feeding time is a favorite among visitors, and the opportunity to see majestic animals up close, just a few feet away, is truly awe-inspiring. While the variety of animals might not be extensive, the proximity you get to them makes Jungle Cat the best zoo experience, even compared to larger ones.
Our family had a very nice trip to the zoo. Lots of walking, my feet are pulsing, but worth it! Would recommend to go on a mild, overcast or even rainy day as, if too hot, the animals will hide and you won't see much. I thought it was well-laid out and taken care of, neat and tidy. Appreciated all the boards with little timbit facts, cool! The volunteers/workers we came into contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. Highlights were the polar bears/seals, gibbon and tiger exhibit and the dinosaurs - best mini donuts ever close by! ⭐
Oxford Learning is a great place to work that fosters an amazing community. The teachers create great bonds with their students which creates a positive experience for everyone. The tailored programming allows for individualized tutoring for all students, and I have seen so many grow in not only their academics but their confidence. I have loved working here, and I know it is also a great place for tutoring needs.
Wonderful experience. Attended a friend's wedding and I have to say, the venue has an amazing outdoor wooden feel to it. The service team is amazing, helpful, and thoughtful, truly great team. doing their best to host the wedding party & guests. Food was superb and plenty.
This is the best camp ever! I have been going to the rainbow lake site since I came out the womb. I have been going to the muskoka site since 2018. I go to the bereaved siblings camp, and I am surrounded by other kids who can all relate to each other. There is no way to describe that Camp Feeling!
Great event space in a beautiful environment! Very helpful staff and very accommodating. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for something a little different from the usual hall type venue.

This was one of the most beautiful amazing trip we have had. We are thrilled to see lots of interesting animals for the first time. I highly recommend you to bring your whole family and enjoy the adventure together at Assiniboine Park & Zoo. There are also plenty of activities you can explore inside the park.

Amazing Camp for children with Cancer.
An amazing experience! I’d highly recommend this for couples and families, you get to have an intimate experience through this type of rock climbing!
One of the best places in Toronto to enjoy the nature with kids and alone.
We brought a huge group of girls, all under 13 and the staff were INCREDIBLE with them!!! They all had a fabulous time, but I really can't say enough about the staff! So encouraging, patient and helpful! They even learned each of the girls names!
Thank you so much Rock and Rope, you've made these girls first climbing experience a great one!!!!
Amazing times were had, mid 1980’s
Oxford Learning Hyde Park is a fantastic place to bring your children. The staff are dedicated and knowledgeable. They create such a fun environment for children to learn!
Such a wonderful facility doing excellent work. Giving kids with cancer a camping experience to remember. Please consider making a donation.
My son attended the High Park Nature Centre program for youths and he had an absolute blast! Informative and helpful instructors, friendly participants, lots of good outdoors time!

My daughter has been taking senior Casa online classes since 2020 because of the pandemic. We love that UMS provides a real full cycle online option to their students even after the pandemic, so that my daughter can stay with her familiar classmates and teachers who work specifically for this online class from school . The academic focus of UMS is well-known in Markham and after two years of online study my daughter is capable of reading simple chapter books by herself! Our teacher Ms. Luegger is super in her kids-friendly-science-field and my daughter got a chance to learn something new about science form her on daily basis. Ms. Luegger is patient and super organized(which is important for online situations ), she also encourages daily-life-show and tell between kids so that they get to know each other even from computer screens! Love the experience from UMS and will join UMS elementary school in coming September .

I have both of my children with UMS in senior casa and pre casa. I must say this is the best choice I made for both of the kids.

The church location is very cozy and staff and teachers are very friendly and pay attention to my child needs and also great communication with the parents. The teachers are amazing that my daughter look forward going to school everyday!

The senior casa program is well balance in academic and fun activities. My son has learned a lot from the program and most importantly he loves his teachers!
During pandemic we tried the online option for my son and I am very impressed with the online learning. The teachers truly put in a lot of effort to make sure kids are learning and progress. I am very thankful that UMS school and the teachers were able to adapt to online learning quickly during lockdown!. It is not a easy change for the school and teachers!

Overall, I believe UM is a great school with great administration and teacher team! Highly recommended!
Our son has been attending UMS for 2 years now. He loves attending the school and his teachers. We are really happy with the progress that my son made in learning and character growth as well. UMS managed a great communication channel with parents and this is really helpful during Covid when parents can not go inside and meet the teachers personally. We highly recommend UMS to others.

My daughter was in love with UMS once we visited the school’s campus and met the teachers at the open house. I appreciated UMS’s mission and philosophy of education, also it is one of the very few Montessori schools that have their own R&D department for programs development.

She started in the pre Casa program at the age of 2 and now is 5 in senior Casa program. She has been progressing so well, loving her teachers and classmates; the school has created a challenging academic environment to help her to develop her characters. Her teachers are professional, nurturing and caring; as well as the administration staff are helpful and responsive.

During the covid pandemic, the school keeps updating me any new protocol/ policy, it can help calm my worried mind.

UMS has totally met my expectations, I have no hesitation in recommending it!
I’ve been here a few times over the years and it is a great conservation area for easy hikes with the family. They have various activities throughout the year. The maple syrup festival is one of my favourite. It’s very educational and the kids love tasting the maple syrup. It’s a big shame that the old cabin with the cauldrons where they demonstrate the how they burn off the water to get the maple syrup had burnt down.

My boys have attended UMS for the last 11 and 7 years respectively. We have always been thoroughly satisfied with the level of academic excellence the teachers instill in the kids at an early age. Given our tenure as parents of students at UMS there isn't enough space to list them by name, so I will say that no matter who your child gets the quality of the education is second to none. The enrichment programs UMS offers provide a wide range of activities to stimulate their developing minds. So shout out to the Teachers at UMS!

The staff at UMS has also demonstrated a genuine interest in the development, socialization and academic excellence as well. They are always available to speak with parents and regularly communicate with the parents which is a unique "One Team" mindset.

Finally, the well planned and executed education programs as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic has proven that the same level of excellence they expect from our children is exemplified in the entire Staff at UMS. How they handled the variables to provide a revolutionary style in-class and online program provide parents with options without having to sacrifice quality. The systems they put in place made it easy to monitor our children's progress, interact with teachers and understand what was happening... All at our fingertips!

Unlike many other schools, the kid's academic experience remained unchanged whether online or in-class. The standards were clear and delivered very well. Parents were never required to teach the material, which led the kids to continue learning. Kids became experts at collaborative tools like Google docs, Google Classroom, Google meet and Zoom! This alone sets them apart from many elementary students.

I highly recommend UMS to any parent looking for quality education from the best in the business. While I am just a parent, I am VERY happy with the level of commitment by the entire staff at UMS over the past 11 years.
This place changed my life, thank you Wayne and the crew. Such great experiences at this gym, unsure of current atmosphere but I hope to return when this all blows over. The climbing community is special and it's great to have a gym in the area. Wonderful mixture of athleticism develops as one climbs more, don't be afraid to mess up or start slow. It's like a multi-coloured climbing ladder up a wall, enjoy the puzzle and enjoy the distraction from all the noise.
Such an amazing beautiful park in downtown Toronto , can visit all year round.
Every person we have interacted with at Oxford Learning has been so supportive and helpful! Super flexible, very communicative, and totally accessible via phone and email. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for extra support for their child.
A great place to meet some friends safely with social distancing while staying out of the rain.
Oxford Learning have tremendously improved my daughter’s learning skills. The individual learning to tailor her need has improved her confidence in speaking and pronouncing better. The fees are much reasonable compared to other learning institution we have tried. I want to especially thank them for their patience and kindness in dealing with my slow speech daughter, whose vocabulary have enormously increased. Her self-confidence have been enhanced due to the support and assurance she received while in Oxford Learning, when she felt down-casted.
My daughter has improved so much, learning with Oxford. They have an amazing system, tailored to her needs. Exceptional teachers and great communication!

So relaxing. Lived in Toronto my whole life and dicided to go for a bike ride and walk through High Park. I saw so much wildlife and nature that I'm not used to seeing. Lakeshore was close enough to go biking too.

Our son will be graduating this year from UMS. The school has an outstanding approach to looking at the individual needs of every child and truly working with them to reach their maximum potential. We appreciate how tirelessly the staff worked through March break so the school could continue virtually immediately after March break using the premium version of the Zoom. They have done an outstanding job teaching the curriculum despite the short notice schools were provided to close their premises. I feel my son has not missed out in any way by not being able to actually attend school in person. The administration and staff have worked very collaboratively through a difficult time to make this happen and to ensure that our children are prepared for the next school year.

The staff at the school have always gone above and beyond any time my family had an issue to reach a good resolution and most importantly ensure my son was well equipped for academic success. I will always be grateful for years my son has had at UMS and I have mixed feelings seeing him graduate this year given his positive experience. It will be very difficult for him to ever find another school that provide him with as much flexibility and learning
opportunities as this institution has.

I would also like to acknowledge the staff. In addition to being principal Mr. Treherne is a phenomenal leader who has created a culture of kindness and respect across the entire school. As well, he is a mentor to the children. He always says his door is always open for staff , students and parents and that is always true. He encourages the students to voice their concerns and problem solves with them in an extremely patient way. He understands the children on a personal and unique level and does his best to bring out the best in them so they can achieve their maximum potential while feeling confident and calm to do so.

To have my son have the opportunity to experience such a unique learning environment is something we will always cherish.
A great tutoring place with everything you need. Customer service is good and the course fees are exceptional. I would recommend this tutoring place to anyone who needs any type of help in school and high school subjects. They also have ESL classes which makes them a great choice for newcomers who want to improve their English.
This is a very small climbing gym. Not all routes are well set. Good for kids or a quick climb. Relaxed vibe. Same price or more as big nice climbing gyms, so doesn't seem like good value for money for a drop in. Maybe a better deal if you're a member.
My daughter has attended UMS since pre school. I had no doubt she would attend a private school but choosing the right one was a challenge. Once I read all the reviews about UMS and the heavy focus on studies, it was an indubitable decision. Currently my daughter is 7 years old and she has a thirst for learning. Her teachers in elementary are positive and encouraging and give her the right tools to further enhance her love for knowledge. This is the perfect school for parents who are hands on and looking strictly for the academics provided by the school. I would recommend this school to anyone who places a heavy emphasis on learning.
My daughter, Adelaide, needed additional support for a Grade 11 on-line Physics class. Her tutor was extremely knowledgeable and successfully assisted to achieve completion.

Shauna was most helpful to accommodate our academic and personal schedule.

I would highly recommend Oxford learning and this location.
A wonderful place to relax or to spend a nice day with the family. A well-developed network of paths and varied views of flora and fauna. A lake, a small animal park and of course
What a beautiful place to be for walk and trails. Had great experience. Definitely highly recommended for all groups. Great trail and event services available.
These guys are super proffesional and maintain good sense of humor. They go above and beyond. The young guy with the curly hair helped us when we locked our keys in the car and took the time to find us the tools we needed to get unlocked. Highly recommend, great service.
Any kid would love this place. Any kid affected by childhood cancer will be able to go to this place because that's exactly what it's for. An incredible camp fitted to every campers needs that will accommodate kids affected by childhood cancer!!!
This place is amazing! I am so fortunate to be a volunteer for such a wonderful organization. The kids that come here are truly amazing and the facility is absolutely incredible. From its accessibility to it's amazing staff there isnt a better place to spend a week at camp!
Visited to shoot a documentary and the camp surprised me with how friendly and nice all the staff were. Kids all seemed to be having a great time and the camp itself had some major renovations keeping it fresh and current.
Great little spot for climbing in Peterborough! Staff are very friendly. The top roping walls aren't too tall, and the small bouldering area can feel crowded sometimes. Bouldering ratings feel pretty true to grade, however the top roping routes are graded a littler easier than some other gyms. Overall a great little gym!
High Park is a true treasure. The skating rink is great, hockey and leisure skate areas. The playgrounds are fantastic, the zoo is great and the food is cheap and delicious. I could spend days strolling around exploring and enjoying the nature and wildlife. Beautiful place.
We recently had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was to date the best birthday she has had! The staff were so friendly and patient with all the children, they informed them of all the rules and cheered them each on. We as parents got to sit back and actually enjoy the party ourselves. We can’t thank you guys enough!! We will deffinetly be back soon!
Friendly knowledgeable staff will get you climbing even if you've never done it before. Great family activity.
