Sales manger doesn’t care to sell you cars. Wouldn’t allow a relative to buy their brother a car. They force you to do Toyota financing to make the extra money and not allow car to be paid upfront.

Would never come back again, waste of time and energy. Garbage sales team, all promises and no fulfillment.

A roofing nail lodged in your tire that you find when you get to your MILs funeral really makes a hard day even worse.

Driving all the way from Trenton home to Kitchener afterwards and hoping it doesn't come out is a terrible idea. Driving all that way on a donut is a bad idea too!

They were very fast, friendly, efficient and compassionate about getting me in and out before they closed but after the funeral so that I did not have to worry while attending the funeral about what I was going to do.

We made it home safely! Thank-you!

Disappointing and Dangerous: Vehicle Inspection is a Joke

On June 15, 2024, I went to Canadian Tire (1608 The Queensway, Toronto location) to change the air filter on my Nissan. Knowing that Canadian Tire provides a free Vehicle Inspection Report with its service, I specifically requested this inspection (checking and filling up fluids) as I was planning a long road trip.

After arriving home and reviewing the given Invoice, I noticed that the "INSPECTION REPORT" checklist was left completely blank. I looked under the hood and discovered that none of the fluids (brake/coolant) had been added, leaving the reservoirs almost empty near the "min line".

Two days later, on June 17, 2024, I returned to the same Canadian Tire location to request a tire valve test/repair. Additionally, I requested the routine Vehicle Inspection again, asking for a printed report with proper checkboxes marked, and mentioned that everything was left blank the first time. Despite dealing with the same service counter person and the same technician, I received no apology or sign of remorse—business as usual.

After 2 hours of waiting, I got the "INSPECTION REPORT" indicating that everything, including fluids, was OK, except for the brake fluid, which was marked as "low" and was not filled because a brake inspection (at an additional charge) was needed. Otherwise they can't fill up the brake fluid (??!)... Upon arriving home, I looked under the hood again and noticed that, in addition to the near-empty brake fluid reservoir, the coolant reservoir was also empty. Although, I received printed confirmation that the coolant was okay and filled, nothing had been done.

It seems that the Canadian Tire "VEHICLE INSPECTION" and the printed report are a joke—providing false assurance that the car is in good condition and ready for a long drive, when it isn't. This is not only disappointing but also disgusting, as the Canadian Tire auto service staff, by not doing their job, put their customers at risk of further expenses, easily avoidable road troubles, and ultimately the hazard of health-life accidents... Ultimately, I ended up refilling the needed fluids (brake, coolant) myself. I am attaching photos to show the Canadian Tire technicians the empty and refilled fluid reservoirs that can be noticed at first glance.

Sadly, I must say that I experienced ZERO ETHIC, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY and ZERO COURTESY from the Canadian Tire staff at . For reference, Invoice numbers are 20007000307264 and 20007000307355.

Called to get ac checked they told me I have to come into store. Went into store and asked how long would it take. They told me I was next in line and it would be about 30 minutes. Cars were going in and out and my car was still there. Over 2 hours I asked for my keys and left the store. I guess people's time is not important to them.

I usually would give this store a 5/5. Unfortunately, I was there last week and made a large and expensive purchase. The one staff member who was willing to help was absolutely amazing. The three I talked to before her were so rude and had zero work ethic. The three of them were just talking to each other and ignoring other customers who were also looking for help. I could keep ranting, but I won't. So thank you to the amazing one who did help. I wish the rest of the staff were as helpful as you.

Poor customer service by their employee vasudha just passing by Canadian tire thought to buy some stuff and when i went to check-in counter she was on counter 7 and behaved to bad i think she didn’t got proper training how to deal with customer this kid must be polite and know how to deal with customers i will pass by again and will see if their is change in her behaviour after this review i hope she understands this thank you

I had recently visited our town's local Canadian Tire to potentially purchase some fishing gear as a Father's Day gift to my dad, when I met Carlos who had assisted me. I have to say, I had almost forgotten what it's like visiting this Canadian Tire and having someone with knowledge of the things being sold rather than just someone working a generic retail position constantly guessing everything. Carlos was a wealth of knowledge in terms of my fishing purposes and I was honestly so thankful for not only his insight but, the fact he most likely saved me so much time on research itself. A true employee's interaction potential should be measured in how efficiently they can find solutions for customers rather than extending a customers day there given their lack of product knowledge itself. Carlos, I cannot thank you enough for your time, in turn improving my time on a busy weekend day. To his management, I simply wanted to say that Carlos is an asset to your business and I'm certain that this experience is in no way isolated and that I guarantee he improves the days of many locals citizens in each interaction he shares. Needed some emergency tire repair on one of our mowers in the middle of an extremely busy day. Tirecraft fixed the problem incredibly quickly and then charged us a super reasonable price. Awesome service!!

The selection was good, but the particular service we had was amazing. The man who assisted us, Salad, was helpful to get us our large items, very friendly, and insisted on getting us a cart when we realized we had too much to carry. We came back for more of the same items and he helped us again.

In the past couple of years I have been avoiding the store in Charlottetown. The store started allowing dogs into the store with their owners. They are loud and in some cases not held very tight on a leash. Fights have even broken out. I am quite leery of dogs to begin with. But this is over the top. I was a regular customer at Canadian tire. Now I avoid it as much as possible.
My recent experience buying my Toyota RAV4 was great. I dealt with Xavier (salesman) who was patient, honest, and able to answer all my questions to the best of his abilities furthermore, he was able to offer his guidance and support throughout the whole process. I then dealt with Francis who was professional and provided me with some advice in regards to insurances and warranties. He took the time to listen to my needs and help me through these. Lastly, I Rubie was a gem at the pick-up of the vehicle, she was professional and attentive to my questions.

Once again, thank you for the effective and professional service. The team demonstrated honesty, commitment, and a level of care beyond words. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.
Patched my tire and reinstalled it very quickly when I showed up at the end of the day, fair price. They have and use jack pucks for Teslas. Definitely would recommend.

Great store, has lots of great products and selection, useful employees, tire centre/car and automotive repairs. This is also a fairly new location and is very clean. Even things like their Triangle Rewards Program are very good, I saved over 40 dollars using it. Overall I would highly recommend this store and any Canadian Tire store. 5 stars.

Very disappointed. Ct has always been a go to place. Have been dealing with CT for approximately 60 years. Purchased a battery for the car about 1 month ago. The deal at the time was a $30 promo card and $20 dollars worth of CT points. Today went to CT to buy some tools and parts for a project. When the young lady helped find what I was looking for in a locked cabinet she informed me she had to take it up to the cash, really did not appreciate being treated like a thief. Then at the till after the young lady rings it up, over $190, I say can I use my CT points and give her my phone number. She then informs me I can not use the points without some kind of a card, really. Then I give her the promo card I received 1 month ago and she informs me it has expired. Really, expired in 1 month? I asked to see a manager and a guy shows up in a black shirt and asks me what the problem is, again really?, I informed him of the issues and he says nothing I can do corporate policy. I informed him I have been a loyal CT customer for 60 years and that this was unacceptable. He gives me the deer in the headlights look and shrugs. I told him if that is your decision that I was done and would no longer be a CT customer after 60 years. Now that is customer Service for you.

If you are walking in for a tire change or anything serviced at this location, make sure you make an appointment. I came the night and the girl said they were busy and to come for around 8am the next day. I came in the morning on Saturday May 11, and I waited for 3.5 hours just to get my tire changed and aligned. I could have just gone to Mr. Lube nearby and get this done sooner. I laughed at the guy who is asking me if I wanted to get my oil change and wheel balanced. NOT STAYING HERE FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS!!! Unbelievable, I'll never come to this location again.

The name of the store is "Canadian Tire" You would think at the very least, they could sell you a complete set of summer tires... Nope. Only could give me three, then it took a week of attempts to get this elusive 4th tire- had to keep calling them to remind them to order the 4th tire, and every time I called, they had no idea what was going on. They have zero concern for an incomplete job, and no desire to deliver adequate customer service.

The team at the Bridgewater CT is not only disorganized, incompetent, and rude- they are also completely miserable. Everyone from the cash to the auto service is in a complete state of apathetic degeneracy.

While we are at it- Doesn't help that they take part in TFW programs, degrading local economy, devaluing Canadian income, and hiring folks into CS positions who can barely put a sentence together in English.

Called in Saturday morning and booked to have four tires installed the following Wednesday morning, quoted the price for the tires and install, and book the appointment for 8 am.

I show up to see if I can drop off my car early on Tuesday evening, and was told they have no record of my appointment and are sold out of all tires that fit my vehicle. If there was some miscommunication or further information from me, I would have appreciated a quick call and heads up.

EDIT: after asking me to email them my phone number I did, they never called or responded lol
I had all 6 tires replaced with new tires on our RV. The ride home was not very good in comparison so I called and spoke to Kim, the Manager the next morning to go over my concerns and some items on the Invoice. Kim was very professional and suggested I bring the RV back. In the end I opted to upgrade the front tires to Michelin and with some checks and balances on the Invoice this was done at an extremely reasonable price. When the work was done I took one of the crew on a test drive on the 401 and was pleased with the performance. Thanks to Ron and the crew for their work. This is definitely a company that will go out of their way to ensure you are happy with their product and service.

Hi Was having problem with my battery.The manager Tim was very friendly and helpful.He explained everything to me and did not push a new battery.He suggested it to me.Guy who did work acknowledged me.Wad in and out within just over an hour.Would definately go back.!!! This store is so frustrating. This time I called, wondering about getting a balloon bouquet. Chose housewares, the girl who could barely speak English, said she'd transfer me, the next guy, also, could hardly speak English, said he'd transfer me but instead hung up on me. I called back, chose general customer support the next time, the guy, again, could barely speak English, asked if it was a plant I was talking about when I asked about a balloon bouquet. I said, no, you clearly don't know what I'm talking about, so can I speak with a manager perhaps, he came back, could I just tell him the product number, he'll look it up, I said I don't have a product number, I'd like a manager please. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, I figure I was just being waited out so ended up just hanging up. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'm just glad I didn't drive across town and waste my lunch hour being ignored by staff which is my usual experience there.
Great customer service! I highly recommend them. They helped me to pick new rims for my SUV and I get compliments wherever I go. People come up to me admiring my rims/tires. They are always on time and service is wonderful! 5*****!

🚲 Winning Bike Buying Experience 🚲

I want to give credit to the two young men in the sporting goods department yesterday afternoon. My son and I were in specifically to buy a bike for him, and they made the process easy. Both of them worked quickly to find what was a best fit for my son at a price that was right for my wallet. Both fellows helped us peruse the inventory on the floor, verified in inventory in the back for a bike we asked about that wasn’t built yet, and made sure the one my son wanted was the right size for him.

They were both extremely polite and truly seemed engaged in their jobs which I find is often rare in young retail workers these days.

I've recently purchased a few higher ticket items from this location and each time it's been such a production to try to get the physical items. They are always in their "warehouse" and I have to come back to next day to pick them up. That's an extra hour of my time that really shouldn't be expected of a customer when it says you have items in stock. No other Canadian tire I've been to conducts business this mismanaged. No wonder it takes the staff so long to find the items, the store is so cluttered and the back at receiving doors is a complete disaster.

Oh yeah, while Im at it, you may want to try to treat your part time student staff like humans and not yesterday's trash. Stop docking their pay.

Full of clueless foreigners because the owner is too cheap to hire anyone with half a brain 🧠. Frequently out of stock on items, especially any time there's a sale. Too stupid to properly order so out of stock items remain out of stock for months at a time. Not to mention that the service department is full of incompetent technicians who cannot and will not follow simple service instructions, I certainly wouldn't let these clowns touch my car again...

Nick from the auto department took the time to help me figure out what socket I would need for my lug nuts and even tested it out on my car first to know the exact size, then he showed me the best deal for the torque wrench and sockets.
My tire deflated for no reason..brought here and had them check, they found the problem quickly, 2 tiny nails stuck in it... :(
But they patched it really quick, only too them 2 hours. They did an inspection and from my carplate light was out, so they fixed that too. It's a bit pricey comparing with other no name repairing shop, but overall is pretty satisfied.
Got here at 3pm and got out at 5pm.
(side note, brought it to mr lube before I got to Canadian Tire, their solution was forcing me to buy 2 new tires.....I rejected it of course)

The auto shop has older guys at the phone, but kids are working the tools, who have no idea what they're doing. They overcharge and encourage you to do work that isn't necessary and are way overpriced for what they do.
They tried getting me to pay $1500 to replace the e brake pads, really ? They said I need to remove the axle to do it, lol. I had it done elsewhere for a few hundred, and they didn't need to remove the axle....
I think they need to hire some actual mechanics who know what they are doing.

These guys saved me $2200! I was hearing some squeaking from my brakes and went to a mechanic who told me the whole package needed to be replaced and quoted me a price of $2200. I brought my car here to get a second opinion, and they told me the brakes were completely fine--they were squeaking due to moisture--and that there was zero need for any servicing. Can't express how grateful I am.

Please tell your MasterCard sales team to stop cornering people and harrassing them. I was tricked into hearing about a credit card (which I won't be approved for anyway) because the sales lady made it sound like she was offering coupons. When I realized she was pitching a credit card I tried to say no multiple times, and she continued to talk over me while blocking me from walking away. I finally was able to say I don't need another credit card as I already have one and tried to walk away and she blocked me with her body again. After what felt like 5 minutes of her talking I tried to get her to let me leave by asking her if I could just have a pamphlet and think about it as it is a big decision. She laughed and asked me how old I was and then said she didn't believe me and wanted to see my ID which she had already asked for multiple times to sign me up for this stupid credit card even though I said I was not interested. Finally I had to nearly yell "I can't" and put my hands out in front of me to get her to allow me to move past her.

This is straight up harassment. I've never been made so uncomfortable by a salesperson in my life and as I said I wouldn't be approved for the card anyway. I was coming off a 10 hour shift just trying quickly to get a part for my stove. If someone wants a credit card, they'll get a credit card. You don't have to try and force anyone to do it. It's a horrible look for your company.

You've lost me as a customer and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Bought some shotgun shells that were half empty not crimped properly. Ruined my gun unfortunately. In the process with customer service. Let you know how it goes. So for now I'll give them a 4 star cause I'm not impressed. Hopefully they will replace my gun.
Update. They don't seem to care what happens to there customers. I was told they were taking all the shells off the shelf from kent but they lied and did not. Was in touch with main office in Ontario seems they don't care either if someone gets hurt. Be very careful when buying amo here. The staff don't have a clue what's going on. Just in the process of taking them to court. I'll follow up shortly to how it goes.

We had the worst experience ever at CT. We have been faithful customers for decades. We tried to return Christmas lights in their original package with receipt on December 19th, 2023. This was not allowed. A discussion ensued. When the manager came to the front they said, while sarcastically smiling, leave my store, Merry Christmas! We did not have our receipt returned to us.

Sometimes difficult to find small things and the store layout seems to change constantly. Drastic changes really mess with people's comfort of knowing where they've seen stuff in the past. I find I need to go to the front of the store and search for things on the touch screen and staff is very difficult to find on the floor.

I was using canadian tire service for my 3 vehicle. When I do get tire change they give option ,come back after 200 km do your tires torque.. I did so many times at canadian tire 2 to 3 different locations. Just move the car front of the service door they come ask what do you need, if I say I want torque differently they come an do that work. Never said anything. But this locations I had a bad time, because, I drove my car front of the service door outside I stopped. One white old man with glass 👓 came out he started shouting like violent behavior. He doesn't have manners, he doesn't know what is customer service how to respect others..but I explained why I came. He don't want lessons. He told me you have to make appointment to do the torque. Now get out from here. That's his answer. If you keep this kind of workers. You never get business. I am also running business. My workers are better people.

Had a horrible customer service experience at the Autodesk. The guy at the Autodesk (With white beard and glasses) was very rude. I came for tire purchase and he asked me to order it myself as it wasn't in the inventory. I asked help to order it and he replied it was none of his concern. I know it's a busy time for tire purchase and change but he's not the only one who's busy. We are customers, not stray dogs. I am disappointed.
PS; Don't reply me with any helpline numbers. Just go fix the problem or do something.

It's Canadian Tire during a sale, lots of stuff at 50-80% off, which brings their usually higher prices down to really good. The inventory counter on the app works well and stuff is usually where the app says it is. All in all it was a great day, especially when you add a Canadian Tire points bonus!

I called ahead to see if I could get a bicycle repaired. I was told by customer service that I could come in on Tuesday afternoon and that the repair person would be there.
When I arrived with my bike in tow, I was told,by the staff in the bicycle sales area, that the repair person was not in on Tuesdays and that I should call ahead to make an appointment because the repair person was only in sometimes. I explain that I had called ahead of time and that is that information had been explained to me at the time then I would’ve done what I was asked to. The area supervisor dismissed it with a shrug and said oh well it was just a mistake. The customer service person must’ve been new.
It turns out that the customer service person that I had spoken to was their current supervisor, and she had the wrong information
Let me say that anybody can make a mistake. I do it all the time. However, if the store makes a mistake like that, then their demeanour and response should not be dismissive. The floor supervisor needs some basic training in public relations.

This is a note to follow up to my above review.
I was contacted by Canadian tire and asked to call their number for customer service which I did. After relating all the above information to the customer service agent, she asked me to hold. Then she put me through to the store itself, but didn’t tell them why I was calling. So the person who answered the phone didn’t know what it was about . I was eventually put through to the general manager, who I had to explain what happened again. He was very appropriately apologetic for the convenience.. I do appreciate that, however, he was focussing on the fact that the information I was originally given was incorrect. I think they should be also focussed on how customers are treated by their staff. When I started to explain that to him I was cut off.
Wow, I’m now starting to think the whole thing is rather comical, and it feels like being in a three stooges movie.

This is an update to my earlier review:
The general manager of the store has called me back. He apologized for the disconnection and offered to fix my grandson’s bike for free. I got a call later that day to say the bike was ready So I went into the store and it was completed. The repairs were done very well and I appreciate the store management getting back to me.

Came for a simple tire swap, pre-scheduled appointment.

After an hour my car was finally brought inside, another 45 min later they came out to ask what tires I ordered as they had lost them.

They finally finished after over two and a three quarter hours, completely unapologetic for wasting so much time.

I will NEVER return here. One star is too many.
Never again. DON’T go here! They can’t be trusted! I had a leaking sunroof so I got it looked at and was quoted an extremely high price. I basically had one plastic tube that was disconnected which was causing the leak. I was told that I should replace all 4 “tubes” because they would break soon. (Quoted $650 for the parts and 4 hours of work - an hour for each tube). After telling my boyfriend what they quoted me, he was flabbergasted and told me to immediately say no & that they were clearly ripping me off. So he then went on YouTube and found out how to fix the issue. He opened it up and saw that it was simply disconnected and put it back in its place. The other 3 tubes were fine not even blocked nor broken. It took him a total of 20 minutes to reconnect the tube in place and inspect the other sides. I’m still in shock?! Not only could they have just reconnected it for me when seeing what the issue was, but they could have also been honest and not want to charge me for stuff that isn’t broken and that takes 20 minutes and not 4 hours?! Is it because I’m a woman and they think they can get away with it?! I’m utterly disgusted & insulted and will never ever go back here ever again! On top of that I waited an hour for the shuttle service.. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever! Do me a favor and don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.

ALERT: Auto centre scam!
I would enter 0 stars if I could. Had a flat tire on the weekend. My regular tire guy is open Mon-Fri. Just needed a plug job. They took my tire off and then said it was a hole in the sidewall and can't be fixed. I'm not blind, there was no hole in the sidewall. There were actually 2 holes in the SECOND ROW of tread. Goes on to tell me a couple options of buying tires. One option $429 and another of $339. I didn't know I looked clueless to them lol. I had them throw my spare on. Tried selling me a tire again. I said it was a little pricey and he agreed. MONDAY - call my tire guy. Patched the 2 holes ON THE TREAD in 25 minutes and threw my spare back under the truck. Charges me $40. I give him $60 so he can buy his crew a round of coffees. Canadian Tire Trenton AUTO CENTRE will scam people if they don't pay attention.
My first ever experience with this dealership was with the amazing Mathieu in the parts section for my son's VW. He was so nice and honest, it really inspired confidence to go back.

Then I had the pleasure of having a chance meeting with Adam who works in mechanics at this dealership, and who took the time to answer a complete stranger's questions and once again, made me have confidence in the garage. Seeing his beautiful car and hearing his comments on how well the car ran influenced my decision into changing cars early. When a VW mechanic says the car's a charm, I listen!

And then I met Fritz to buy my car...he was just so incredible from Day 1, really trustworthy, genuinely cares about his clients, not just the sale, and his priority is customer satisfaction. I've bought over a dozen cars in my life and this was, by far, the best car buying experience ever!

I also have to mention Dominik and Lynda, who helped finalize the transaction and the delivery, they made everything easy and smooth!

I highly recommend going to this dealership for a purchase or for servicing or if you need advice on VW parts, you will not be disappointed!

I'm not sure why I keep giving this store so many chances.

Went today to get some skates Sharpened I waited at sports for 10 minutes and no one showed so I walked around the store with my kids in search of someone after 15 minutes I found someone who told me they couldn't help and to wait at sports.

So I went back after 5 minutes I desided to call sports I stood there the entire time with the phone ringing and no one came I called 3 times in a row with no answer I waited nearly an hour in Canadian Tire and left having spent no money because apparently there isn't a single worker in there who can help

Wonderful experience at this dealership! It was mine and my wife's first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, let alone a brand new Honda. The entire process was completed smoothly and couldn't have asked for better people to work with. Victor is a class act, hands down he provided the best experience I've ever had looking for a new vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He was extremely respectful, great with communication, and down to earth while being very polite.
I had such a great experience buying my vehicle from Vimont Laval Toyota. I live in Ottawa and saw the vehicle on autotrader, so going through the purchase had extra complications but I would easily make the same decision to buy from them and go through the extra hurdles. They offered my vehicle (13,000 km) at the same price as one in Ottawa that had 60,00km. So the offer was very fair, and they don’t try to push you into a financing arrangement by offering a financing discount.

When I went to see the vehicle the first time, the previous owner had done some sloppy paint touch ups to cover rock chips, but they assured me it would be fixed profess and I was very happy with the results.

Francois and his partner Claude were incredibly patient and attentive and answered all of my questions throughout the process. When I was back in Ontario trying to register the vehicle ay service Ontario, I was missing one document, and the sales team got on the phone immediately with me, found the document, and faxed it right away.

Even well after the sale, Francois took the tine to ensure I was mailed the rubber floor mats that went with the vehicle (but they were not at the dealership the day I took the car).

This dealership is really top notch, and they genuinely care about their customers. Even though buying a vehicle in Quebec and registering it in Ontario is a small additional hassle, I would absolutely do it again. Maybe in a few years I will, but for now I absolutely love my new car and I’m so happy I decided to buy from Vimont Laval.
Went in to change the tires on my trailer. I was provided a quote for smaller tires over the phone, however when I got there they realized that tires I need were different than the quote, they honored the quote I was given - without me even asking for it!
Once the tires were removed a hole in the rim was identified and I required a new rim, the guys in the shop sprayed my old rim so I would have two white rims!!! *hugs*
They also went above any beyond to sprayed the trailer so that it would be easier to lift and lock latch on with ease.... you guys made my day!! 🙂 thank you!!
I had an amazing experience with the sales team at Blue Mountain Honda, particularly with Victor and Greg and the whole team there. Although we didn't end up purchasing the vehicle due to unexpected mechanical issues, their exceptional service was worth noting.

I recently purchased a Jetta GLI from Fritz at this dealership, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff is polite, welcoming, and professional. My salesman, Fritz, was excellent. He was transparent, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Unlike other places, not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. It genuinely felt like my satisfaction was the priority.

It’s clear that Complexe Volkswagen 440 cares about their customers, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, fast and enjoyable experience!
Their customer service went from great to mediocre at best. I used to even make a detour to bring my car there for maintenance, but definitely not anymore, sad.

Yet another smooth curbside pickup order today. They answered the phone quickly and within minutes we're bringing the stuff to my vehicle. I've had good service many times now on curbside pickup. I'm happy and will continue to buy from Canadian Tire Charlottetown. Much appreciated.

June 2024 update: another good curbside pickup today. The gentleman was nice and got my stuff to me quickly.
I recently visited Complexe 440 for scheduled 60k maintenance on my car, hoping for a smooth uneventful experience. That's what I expect, considering the cost of the service vs the work that's actually done.

However, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. After picking up my car, I noticed a new "airbag error" message on the console--which I've never seen before--and a non-functional horn, both of which were perfectly functional prior to the visit. The inspection report even stipulates that the horn was functional!!!

Shockingly, the service department refused to take responsibility, claiming they were not accountable for issues that arise while the car is in their care. I even made them repeat that part to ensure that it wasn't a misinterpretation: if something breaks while your car is in the garage, they will not take responsibility for it. They even wanted to charge me 150$ to plug the car in the computer to see the cause of the new code!

This lack of accountability, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem, highlights their poor customer service and professionalism. I advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Complexe 440, as their negligence and refusal to address their mistakes reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I won't mention the name of the guy who was behind the counter, but he his mentioned in other reviews. One thing for sure, I won't be going there anymore.

TL;DR: Took my car in for regular servicing, new problems arise while car is in their care (they are not denying this) and they flat out refused to fix it.
Just took delivery of our new CR-V. Very happy with the overall experience. Our sales rep EZ was great to deal with. No complaints and we love the new car!

It is one of the largest Canadian tire branch with tons of Parking. It's a well organized, clean store with a really friendly staff. You can find almost anything you need here. Don't forget to try the hot dog cart just outside the store
This review is a little late because I’ve been a little busy, but I wanted to let people know who don’t know already, Blue Mountain Honda is by far the best dealership I’ve been to in a while. As you all know trying find a lot of vehicles on ground has been challenge to say the least, but the folks down at Blue Mountain Honda proved that was challenge they would accept and conquer for us. We initially went looking for a 2023 Honda Civic Touring which was nowhere to be found. After going to several other Honda dealerships and dealing with unhelpful staff, and no inventory, we figured to try our luck at Blue Mountain Honda. Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager, I believe his name is Greg, who asked if we were there to see any salesperson in particular, offered us hot chocolate, which was splendid I must say, asked if there was any specific vehicle we had our eyes on and gave us a little information on the timings for certain vehicles due to the shortages going on in the industry. I had spoken to a salesperson via email (Quinn F.) so I figured it only fair that it be the same person who gets the sale. The manager, Greg, then came back and informed us that Quinn would be a little longer and asked if we’d like to take a 2023 Honda Civic for a test drive while we wait, of course we did and we fell in love. When we got back Quinn was ready, he then told us that the Civic wasn’t going to be available for 3-5 months, which sucked but was understandable. Quinn asked if there was anything else we had seen or if we thought about any other vehicles and we said maybe the 2023 Honda CRV, they had one there so they said take it for a drive and see, so we did, and my wife instantly fell for the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and spoke with Quinn about the availability/wait time for the CRV he said if you want it then we should do up some paperwork so we did. 3 days later thanks to Greg, Quinn and Dawn we’re the proud owners of a 2023 Honda CRV We thank you guys so so much. Keep up the good work. Best customer service hands down.
This is a larger store than my regular store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well maintained, good lighting and very clean and tidy. See pictures! It's easy to find what you're looking for, with the professional signage. Well stocked.

Sept 2023 I needed some touch up paint for a bedroom. I wasn't sure if Canadian Tire had a scanner. I asked Google maps followers and received 2 responses within 12 hrs. I went down with my paint sample and they quickly mixed up the paint. Great service.

Dec 23, 2022. BIG STORM. My sump pump was almost running constant, barely keeping up. I needed a small pump that I could run to continuously draw water. They were on Sale and IN STOCK! Added on a little 1/3hp with a small hose. My sump is thanking me!!!

Picking up an item ordered online is fairly easy and straightforward. Overall the prices are higher than the same items found at places like Staples or Walmart, but there are some odds and ends type stuff you're more likely to find here. Good car maintenance service. I used to love getting a hot sausage at the little BBQ out front, but the price has become somewhat exorbitant.

Overall a happy shopper!

I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
Saved my bacon this morning. Found a nail on my wife's van tire and it was leaking fast. Needed it fixed so I dropped in on a busy Saturday morning and they had me fixed up and out of there in not time. Friendly service.

Got a flat on the 401. My tire was ruined. Needed a replacement on short notice, and was on a tight schedule. They sold me a second hand all season tire, balanced and installed for $50! It only took 40 minutes. I'll get my next set of tires from them.
Lots of great deals on clearance items. Sometimes the Canadian Tire app is not accurate and when it says that they have some items in stock there is none on the shelf. Then when you try to find someone to help you they are nowhere to be found. It takes several minutes to find someone if you can find anyone at all. Even when you call for assistance nobody comes. I have also had several hassles returning items as well. My brother lives in Barrie and never has any problem there. It is like pulling teeth when I am trying to return items even when I have the receipts they still have problems. I have no idea why they are so incompetent at customer service. They are also very rude. My mom does not even want to return stuff there because of some of the staff that work there. She gets very frustrated.
