I visited my first time on Sat. September 23rd namely for the antique market. I was disappointed as there were very few stalls to browse at. There weren’t any prices labelled unless it was a bargain place selling trinkets and odds and ends.

The best experience I had was at the food court. The churros were amazing. See photos. Highly recommend!!!
Great place, owners are very friendly and the place is awesome. This is a Montreal’s hidden gem.
The market as everything you need form food to furniture and if you are looking for quality gift to take back for friends and relatives see the shop with the best customer service I found and you can use your card.
Great farmers market! Friendly outdoor and indoor FleaMarket. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Variety of stores. Organic honey and dried nuts. It's cheap and affordable prices.

You also have variety of turkish sandwiches which i believe are cooked on charcoal right outside before you enter the FleaMarket. We also come for the Delicious corn on a cob.
Friendly outdoor and inside FleaMarket, cheap and affordable prices. The staff are nice and the washroom are clean.
It’s hard to find parking and sometimes you fight for 1 parking spot. Very hot in the summer, no air condition but giant fan. I always go for sugarcane juice or sweet corn.
the gentleman there when i stopped in last time is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
every time I come here I find something special - also, amazing and fair prices :) I can't wait to come back.

Owner is amazing rude and disgusting attitude. Not allowed to touch anything or she freaks out. Lost my business for life and seeing the rating I cant see why she's even in business

The store was very beautiful, however, I was very disappointed at the owner’s behaviour towards her customers. She kept bothering my girlfriend even after we clearly said we were just looking around. She only did this to us and not the non-Asian customers who entered the store. She also kept an eye as if we were stealing, a terrible experience :/

Super unique and charming place! Personally went for the unique and fun jewellery pieces they carry - everything seemed reasonably priced (you have to ask the owner for pricing). Got a cute pair of earrings for 15 dollars! Shop is quite small and cramped but it adds to the charm. Owner was actually quite decent to me but was definitely observant and eyeing where ever I was looking. Definitely have to quickly spot what you want and buy / leave
Great items and memorables

upsetting that such a cute shop has such a bitter mean owner. in the number of times i’ve been here, it always feels like she doesn’t even want you browsing, let alone shop at her store. went there yesterday for a gift and after a couple minutes got kicked out because she had “someone coming for an appointment” (not the first time she has said this). she doesn’t like opening the top area up where she keeps the majority of jewelry and where you go to check out. as much as i like this shop i won’t be going back as she makes the shopping experience uncomfortable and tense… rlly a shame.

Very bad experience the two times that I went- the guy was very short/curt and rude. The last time I went I overheard him with another customer accusing them of not buying anything. He has a very bad energy and I don’t recommend it being rubbed off on anyone else. Bad place to go.
This store is quite a hidden gem! It is full of beautiful, interesting, unique pieces that are all in great condition and fairly priced. The owner is lovely, and today I popped in to purchase an old fashioned piano stool - when we realized it was squeaky, he took it outside and put WD40 into the metal part so that it wouldn’t do that when I got home! I would highly recommend this store, for the vast selection, great quality, and lovely vibe it has!
Beautiful items but the owner acted like she didn't want me to buy anything. When I asked the cost of something she didn't give me an exact number. Just "its over 100". Okay..... Goodbye.
This place is awesome. So cool inside!
It’s been a few years since I have spoken with Josie. Hope all is well? I’ve dropped by and tried calling a few times in hopes to meet with the owner and possibly look at her wonderful treasures.
Excellent prices. Great food in the international food court. I love the diversity. I heard so many different languages.

Beautiful store with very cool things inside! It’s like a little museum where you can actually buy the items behind the display case. Manuel was very kind and even brought our dogs a bowl of water & treats which we appreciated so much. Definitely recommend this store to anyone who’s into vintage/antique items!
Great place for shopping to be more specific if you need fresh vegetables and fruits. Only cash without HST. There is a huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there is no navigation and you have to remember spots. There you can find a natural honey without sugar. There you can repair your bycicle. Last my highlight is Thai massage which costs 40cad per 30min. In addition, there are a lot of cafes with range different cuisines.
It's a amazing market , you can find anything here , fruit veggies, food, groceries etc , you can find a lot stuff is this market and all one are so so cheaper

My experience shopping at Old Trunks went really well. I was looking for a trunk to store all my wires for my DJ equipment. I was greeted by a guy I believe is the owner, he was very friendly and helpful. He had a wide selection of trucks to my surprise and I was able to find just what I was looking for. The truck was in excellent condition. I'm very grateful for finding this shop, I highly recommend checking it out.

I decided to check out this store while I was visiting the area because it looked great from the pictures. It was 4pm on a Sunday and I made sure that it would be open since it was a bit of a drive. The hours on google said open until 7pm, so I thought I had lots of time. A woman walked in right before me and he politely answered her questions. Afterward he said to me “Can’t you see I’m bringing things in? Closed.” I hadn’t since he didn’t bring anything in in front of me. I said that I was sorry and thought they were open until 7. “No, closed”. I understand it’s a locally owned business and sometimes stores like this close early, no problem, I just don’t understand the rudeness. Maybe he was having a bad day, and at least he apologized for accidentally hitting my hand with a planter on my way out. Too bad I didn’t get to check the store out because I spotted a few things I was interested in, and a rug I wanted to buy right then.

If you do decide to go, call before you do, and don’t do what I did and go on a Sunday later in the day. It actually looks like there is a lot of great stuff here.

Very polite,I had called to ask a question, and they said ,we will get back to you ..And they did
I give 10 STARS.....
Love this store!! I got a pair of pretty little earrings yesterday and I love them so much. The lady working there is very charming and reminds me a lot of my mom. Will definitely be back as there were many selections of nice rosaries that I would love to purchase next time.
Pretty great place if you like being followed by staff and glared at because you have long hair and tattoos!

Great collection of things big and small and of all price ranges - so budget folks will also find a lot here. The owner/manager - Manuel - was very down-to-earth and friendly even if you are just looking around, which is a refreshing change from other antique places which are snooty. He also offered good price-downs if you buy multiple items. And the store itself is like a maze and feels magical.

Called the number on the sign when it happened to be closed and spoke to a lovely woman about what we were looking for. We plan to go there when the store is fully open again just to see if anything catches my eye 😊❤️
Drove all the way out here and the store was closed when Google said it was open. Don't waste my time, update your Google hours in 2023..
Great farmers market, nice food court, lots of STUFF! My highlights were the video game shop, book shop, and natural products (shea butter and soaps). Affordable prices, generally cash only. Lots of low quality products and fake brands though so be on the lookout for that.
We are not from Ontario and went out of our way to come to this shop. We did not scan their entire website so we did not see that they had halted walk in customers. It was late in the afternoon and there was nobody else in the store. They could have let us in as they would certainly have sold us something. Not a chance. We were turned away at the door because we did not have an appointment. As a business owner I would never do this. Money is money and if I was not busy with a client I would have gladly made a new one. This store however will never have me as a customer.

My partner has bought me two Tiffany-style lamps from here now and they're beautiful. I've loved browsing whenever I'm on Queen Street, for many years now and I'm happy to finally have pieces from the shop.
I've attempted to go here twice and regardless of their posted hours, they have never been open. I've checked online both times and the hours listed them as open. If the business is closed, please update your hours so people don't waste their time.
Came in to look around with my friend and was greeted by a very rude and arrogant elderly man. Will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone and will not be coming again!

As a west-ender, I was extremely disappointed to see a local business in my neighbourhood advertising their support for the illegal occupations currently happening in Canada. (See pic of the storefront.) Even more concerning is the distinct possibility that proceeds from purchases that customers make here would be used to support these occupations via donations. It is therefore not only important for prospective customers to understand where their money is going to, but it is directly germane to the very nature of the business that is being operated here. Caveat emptor.

The owner of this store is brave enough to tell others her opinion. Our country has been built on discord, not shame.

Blog TO has proven itself to be biased...and therefore " fake news" as it made no attempt to be middle ground ( real journalism).

I will be buying something from this store soon. My tenants are haters of Suitcase and I'm going to be a supporter.

Shop local, freedom of speech, polite discord, and show love ❤️ not hate

Lovely antique store with lots of beautiful items. Fun to look around. Owner was sweet and friendly and willing to negotiate, and he seems passionate and knowledgeable about antiques. We bought a few gorgeous christmas ornaments.

I was very excited to shop here as I am an avid antique collector and have seen most antique stores in Ontario. In all of my years shopping I have never seen a store clerk play hide and seek with customers. I am still shocked. I arrived at the store 3 hours before closing time, the door was closed but the lady working inside clearly saw me, she left to the back and never returned. The store sign said open till 6 pm and there was the lady working inside so I assumed she would greet me. However, she stayed hiding in the back of the store and did not even pick up the phone. Worst customer service.
I'm only in Montreal visiting family for a few days, but wanted to take a look at the antique shops while I was here. I read the reviews of this shop and it sounded like it had an amazingly eclectic collection of finds and treasures here, and I wasn't wrong! This charming shop is packed to the brim with all sorts of gems, from art, to woodcrafts, to things that you would find in an anthropological museum. I was cheerfully greeted by Ivan, the son of the shop's owner and he spent a good deal of time showing me around and telling me all about the different items there and their history. I was thrilled to find a carved meteorite from the Andes mountain range and as it was my birthday, treated myself to it. Ivan kindly gifted me with a small oil painting that I was admiring on my way out. I will always remember this wonderful shop and it's lovely owners, and hope to visit it again someday soon when I return.
Great website. Would love to attend soon.
Great place to visit! It’s like a museum. Spent around $300 totally worth it. Can’t wait to go again. I got old collectible coins, banknotes, medals, furniture and decoration items. Highly recommended! They also accept card.
Legacy House antiques seems to be closed. We tried contacting the owners using the phone number at the building but no reply.
Gave 5 stars but only to say the place is by appointment only now and the listing needs to be updated.....
I’m so sorry for your lost, your husband was a wonderful man with a great eye on finding neat and unique items, always enjoyed dealing with him.

I love this place. All the windows are clean so you know that the owner took a good care of his collection. Every piece of collection is beautiful. And Ivan (I’m guessing that he’s the owner)is such a friendly person too!!!
I really wanted to like this place. My fiancé and I were hunting for our rings after recently getting engaged. Service seemed nice and happy to help. We were stuck on a few options and thought we’d sleep on it, in the mean time Cynthia offered to repair my grandmothers ring (which never comes off my hand) as it was missing a stone. She said it’s be ready in a few weeks, I called her to check on it about a month later as I hadn’t heard back. She told me it was misplaced, she received it from her repair guy and remembered putting it away but would call me when she found it. My anxiety immediately kicked in. This is the one thing my grandma had passed down to me. A week passed, nothing. I called back and she still couldn’t find it, and had asked I give her another week. Again, no ring. Nearly 6 weeks later after pleading multiple times in the phone and reinforcing how important this piece was to me still no ring. I went into the shop one afternoon and again PLEADED to the point of tears for them to please find my ring because at this stage I don’t even believe they had looked. Crying in front of customers they asked me quietly to leave and give them a few more days. Four hours later, after a ton of anxiety and many more tears Cynthia called and said she had found my ring. I went to pick it up immediately the next morning, needless to say she offered an apology and only felt it “fair” she didn’t charge me for the 100$ repair. I am typically pretty patient, never felt so unimportant as a customer anywhere, ever.

I was passing by when I saw this little antique shop. Thought it’d be a great idea to go in to look around for plates. The moment I went in with my friends, we were greeted by a very arrogant man. He clearly seemed annoyed that I was disrupting him in watching his you tube video, even sighing when I asked where I could find plates. After begrudgingly stopping his show, he asks in a very agressive way what exactly I’m looking for, how many plates I’m looking for 1,2,3, almost inviting us to leave, my friends and I. Honestly, he clearly didn’t want us there, which is boggling since his shop was completely empty! Horrible service.

Simply an Amazing store. The collection of novelty items offered there is fantastic and the prices are more than reasonable. Moreover, the owner of the place, having been there for a long time, is not only very knowledgeable but also has some very interesting stories to tell. Definetly a place to explore for anyone who has even an ounce of curiosity.

if i could give 0 i would the owner pavel is absolutely gross, arrogant dishonest and homopĥobic, nothing to do with antiques.i will never go there again.
Lots of cool stuff in the store..I wish I could have looked around without someone following right behind me watching my every move
Ower discrimates againts asians, and children. Went it because it looked interesting. One step inside owner tells me to watch kids. 5 steps in hes telling me what im looking is at is not for sale ( then why have it out on display?) He continues to tell me that the items are not toys and would not stop harassing us. He continues to say he does not want my business. Kids did not touch a thing or say anything the whole time.
Nice people..
Had the perfect globe for my 1930's floor lamp at a very reasonable price. Thank you
a little hidden nook of history. went in on a whim one weekend and was very pleased with how friendly the staff is. although you really have to be careful with where you step and walk because the items are all fragile. the staff were super knowledgeable with the items and I had a great time looking over all the beautiful pieces, especially the jewelery. will definitely be back to see what else they have!
Huge space. High quality goods. Great selection of vintage jewelry and dinnerware
Great place to buy antique tablewares! I bought some cups for me. The price range is from 20CAD to 250CAD for tea cups. They are so beautiful.

Suitcase is a store you don't find enough of in Toronto. Everything is one of a kind and they have items for everyone's budget. Lots of vintage items, hand made art and furniture and a selection of unique antiques/memorabilia. If you're looking for something different - this is a special place.
lots of great stuff, takes a long time to see everything he has. Well worth the visit. Sometimes better to call first though during slow season.
