I was there yesterday and had the worst customer service experience. The staff here are unaware of the sales and promotions in the store. Also, there are only 3 members of staff in the entire store and all of them are at the cashier. When you get to the cashier after waiting in line, you find out that the price is different and they are unaware of the discounts. It was a super frustrating experience. Ended up walking out of the store without purchasing anything.

I went to Calvin Klein yesterday to pick out a suit for a wedding. Michael's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me truly stood out. He patiently listened to my needs, offered insightful recommendations, and ensured I found the perfect pieces tailored to my taste. Moreover, his friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Will definitely keep shopping here in the future!

The customer service representative named Michael (long curly hair) was very helpful and informative. I came in to purchase a suit and he was able to provide insight on the different materials and quality of the suit. He also checked in the back room multiple times for sizing and colours. I really enjoyed the shopping experience due to Michael’s help

I had a really good experience with Sara at Calvin Klein in Toronto Premium Outlets. She was super friendly and helpful from the start. Sara helped me pick out a great outfit with her awesome fashion sense. I’d definitely recommend asking for Sara if you’re shopping there. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Yesterday I went to calvin klein and an employee name Jahanvi, when I asked her name she had a smile on her face and she answered me very politely. And she make sure that I got my perfect size for my jeans as I was so unsure about the size but she suggested me to buy the perfectly fitted jean for me and helped me to buy some items for my mom too and my mom too loved the clothes suggested by her.... I usually visit their Yorkdale Mall location so it was my first time here and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The gentleman upfront helped me with my belt and the lady guided me through their new shoe collection with care and kindness.
I would highly recommend this location. They have a large selection of items and most importantly, common sizes which are difficult to find at other locations.

Well, I’m very disappointed in the new designer Burberry has hired. Bags no longer has the style/elegance, the beauty and quality it used to. I’m just going to wait until a new designer is hired otherwise no Burberry for me.

Asked a gentleman working at the store whether a pair I was interested in were Goodyear welted. He asked “what is that?!” as if I was talking about rocket science. What a shame that this is what Ferragamo has become. It’s a brand that is best fit for selling its belts to teenagers rather than fine footwear. Shame.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Hugo Boss outlet store. I went to return some hoodies and asked the manager, Ravneet, if they had another size in stock. She claimed they didn't, but when I checked, all sizes were available. Instead of assisting, she called security and asked us to leave the store. She even said May be somebody stole and kept the hoodie so it wasn’t in the system seriously is this a standard? Another staff member was willing to help us, but Ravneet insisted we leave. This behavior is unacceptable for a reputed store, especially after spending over $500 there recently. Management should address these issues and ensure a more professional approach to customer service.

It’s ridiculous the way the manager arrogant Ravneet treats their customer. Went there to return the hoodies and asked her if she can get the another size and she refused that we don’t have that in store. But when we looked up in store there were all the size available for the hoodies when we asked her she called the security on us for no reason and ask us to leave. Someone else was cashing us out and she jumped to create a hoax and said someone would have stole this and put this back on the rack. Like seriously!This kind of arrogance should not be acceptable in such kind of reputed stores. I spent there more than $500 couple of weeks ago and this is what I am receiving in return. Management should look into this issue they should not hire unprofessional like them. She refused to cash us out we travelled all the way Hamilton to get the replacement and ask us to go to niagara outlet or Vaughan mills. Upon finding the sizes by ourselves, instead of apology she was being arrogant and asked us to leave the store and called the security on us. It was so embarrassing.

Make sure to check your items when purchasing the boxed underwear sets. By the time I got home and opened the box, two of the items were the correct size while the third one was a larger size. It appears that the store must've repackaged an open box with wrong items. I don't live close to the store and won't be making the drive back.

The beautyboutique associates were unfriendly when I went to purchase a perfume. I let them know which one I wanted because it was behind a locked display, and they took it to the cashier without saying anything to me the whole time.
She was talking loudly to another associate in a different language, and there might have been an issue because I probably stood at the register for 5 minutes before they scanned the perfume.
She finally only talked to me when asking “cash or card?” After I paid, she didn’t acknowledge me again, just put my bag on the counter. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Very nice and helpful staff. For many years BOSS was my favourite brand. However they're new logo line is not as nice as the older ones. They also aren't made with the same style and quality as the original BOSS we all know and love.
They're to focused on rainbows rather than catering to the men who built them.

They have a very rude staff and their manager JOEY doesn’t know how to deal with their customers. They do not write anything clearly on their receipts about the return and exchange policies. BUYING FROM HERE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Other stores have 30-40% discounted prices than them.

The store here is a great experience, when I went there a lady greeted as soon as I was walking in the door and then a guy came over to say hi. They both were busy folding clothes but went out of their way to say Hi. I just came back from the Vaughan Mills location and bought a shirt, lady and guy were talking to each other doing nothing. They actually should learn from this location because the vibe is a huge difference. The manager Alia at Halton Hills even called me after I did the survey because I was pleased. No wonder this location has higher google review rating.

Many selections of clothes and other stuff but not much for plus size people. Did I mention that it's very expensive as well? I got 3 t-shirts from Ralph Lauren, and after the discount, it was 310 bucks! Unless you are spending Papa's and Mama's money, that's expensive!

On the plus side, I was surprised to see 95% of the crowd was my ethnicity(Indian). The staff everywhere was friendly and there's a small train ride for children.
There's an ice cream shop that gave some relief from the heat and walking, but alas, they were charging almost 2 bucks for a 500ml water bottle. Pro tip- get your own water bottles!

You do not need a 1-on-1 experience in an outlet store. Not even Gucci or Prada throttle the lines and force customers to wait upwards of 40 mins. The brand does not warrant it.

They make you line up for at least 30 minutes and let so called family members or relatives enter ahead of you in complete disregard of your turn and time. This injustice is done every time in broad daylight by a disgusting ill mannered lady with blond short and straight hair who doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. When customers in line behind me protested her doing this, she retorted back so rudely that people were shocked. I I’ll be asking her name next time and posting here so people can be aware. She looks and acts miserable. The store itself doesn’t carry a large selection of items, but you’ll find good deals from time to time.
The only highlight of this store is the impeccable service another associate by the name of Ray. She patiently answered all questions and made the right recommendations. She came across as someone who was adequately trained to work at a high end store, unlike the other associate.

Not impressed to see an empty store with a long lineup outside. 6 people leave only to allow 1 inside. After waiting over 45 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager...apparently need one sales person per client. Only problem being some go in to walk around, talk on their cell and basically not spend any money. When you spend alot, all of a sudden they are falling over themselves as they make commission. I think Burberry London would be horrified with the lack of customer service in their Canafian outlet. A shame really.

Mina at Hugo Boss is seriously amazing! She totally gets fashion and knew exactly what I needed even before I did. From suits to shirts, she brought me the coolest stuff that perfectly matched my style and purpose. Plus, she made sure I had all the time I needed and took great care of me throughout the whole shopping spree! My shopping experience was truly enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend!

I was first greeted by a gentleman who was nice and helpful, but was then transferred to a women who is extremely unprofessional.
She is a young dark-skinned female. She talks without proper greetings, in an aggressive and unfriendly tone. She tosses the POS machine backwards instead of properly passing it. I even heard her laughing at the people lining outside.
Besides my original sales person, and another old lady. The other 2 sales person keeps chatting with each other, which is extremely unprofessional, especially considering they are each serving one and only one group.

If I could give this place 0 star on ethics and customer service I would. I clled to inquire about sizes and inventory and whoever I spoke to was very nice and asked me to come in. When I reached, they denied me entry and made me wait in the storm for 10 minutes while letting other people go in whi had so called family members inside the store. They are a good store with a great collection. But even if they are not busy they will force you to line up to get in. Its almost like we must make customers wait. Not sure how that represents a great experience. Its not like I ll have someone by my side every single minute when I am inside the store

I visited the SQ 1 location and picked up a belt. Will was awesome and very helpful. He helped me pick the right belt and also cut it to get the fit done perfectly. Overall experience was very pleasant. Will is a great sales person and very patient.

I forgot the Asian woman's name but she was lovely to speak to. Walked out of the store with 3 items. I'll consider shopping here directly rather than purchasing items at Saks.

One of the employees was judgemental and looked down on us because we walked in with casual clothes. She blocked off the front door with the belt barrier as soon as we entered and removed it immediately after we left. We asked about other colours for a bag and all she responded was that the other colours weren't on sale. After escorting another customer, she left to join a co-worker and refused to help us further.

The staff appear uninspired to provide any form of customer service.
I waited for 20 mins and when I entered, there were plenty of staff standing around and chit chatting. I waved one down after trying to get their attention for 3-4 mins while they just stood there staring into the abyss.
I inquired about a few shoes and the sizing. When I requested for a certain size in the style indicated by then, they brought out the wrong size and was later told, sorry, that size was not available... Huh?!?
This is definitely an outlet store including the staff who are working with a few deficiencies...

I was greeted with exceptional service by Santiago from start to finish.
I was immediately greeted by him upon entry, and he and his fellow male colleague (sadly forgot the name) went above and beyond to help me choose a gift for my mom.
Santiago continued to make me feel comfortable and well deserved throughout my time at Burberry till the exit.
I was simply wow’ed by his service!

Hi, I would like to applause Alexis who works at the square one Location of Salvatore ferragamo. My husband and I came on Fruday, it was my husband's birthday, I wanted to get him the Belt and Alexis was kind enough to hold the door open 10 mins after closing for me to come and get his birthday gift. I have had many bad experiences here. One older male employee would abandon helping you if a seemingly wealthy client walked in. More recently I went to look for cover up and mascara. The girl that helped me knew nothing about makeup. She showed me almost every brand and when asked about the product she had to read off the box. She was recommending products that she knew nothing about. Then when I got to the cash, apparently the four employees there couldn't do my transaction, only the manager. Who decided to make me wait for 5 minutes while she finished a coversation with an employee who was leaving for the day. A conversation that had nothing to do with work. Rude staff who know very little about the products. Done with them.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in any store. Beautiful collection, and personalized service. Sabine also fixed the beading on one of my shirts in an hour so I could enjoy it during our trip!

Today I ordered refill for my Prescription but was told that because I live in Markham-just one stop North of Steels on Birchmount. I am only 85 Years senior citizen and have been their customer for 40 years and yet they will NOT help me out during our current lockdown situation.

The customer service at the Holt's Burberry was amazing. I brought in my bag to be fixed after emailing head office and I was attended to by Olivia Lewis. She was polite, honest and an advocate for me. My bag was less then two years old from purchase and needed repair after only several uses. Olivia advocated for my bag to be covered by Burberry as per my request. Although the wait was long it was well worth it considering that it came back in perfect condition and that Burberry backed their product and covered any charges for the repair. Thank you Olivia.

I loved this location! I was passing through on my way to Jamaica and stopped in this shop to browse. All the associates were super friendly, outgoing, and genuine. I ended up buying a cashmere scarf, & it was the best experience I’ve had in any Burberry location.

Called in advance and placed my items on hold. Went in and everything was put aside for me. Great friendly staff showed me other similar items. They gift wrapped very nicely and also gave me a choice of different colors for the bow. Very satisfied with this location.

The customer service has improved greatly since my last visit. Kathy, is one of the best. I recommend her, just ask for her. She is well informed, I did not feel judged at all. She is kind and very attentive. She goes beyond my expectations. Me and my whole family buy from her. We are so happy with her that we even asked for her schedule to make sure she is there.
ABOUT FERRAGAMO. Their sun glasses are amazing. I wish their jackets which are a beautiful design would be made of other material not leather. Not only because I am vegan but as canadian, leather is not the best choice for cold weather . Yet love their designs, beautiful, stylish, amazing customer service, just material is not cruelty free.
